上述本发明的技术方案中,所述穿刺针固定筒具有一内筒体及一外筒体,所述外筒体环绕于所述内筒体的周围而与所述内筒体之间形成一轴向通道,所述穿刺针固定筒通过所述轴向通道套设于所述留置针固定筒,所述穿刺针固定于所述穿刺针固定筒的内筒体的一端,所述定位环座固定于所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的一端。
所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的一端具有一卡扣部,所述定位环座具有一卡扣槽,所述定位环座通过所述卡扣槽扣接于所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的卡扣部。
所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体与所述定位环座之间以超声波熔接方式结合在一起。
所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的外周面具有多个呈并排设置的止滑凸条。
所述定位环座具有一邻设于所述挡止阶部的镂空槽,所述定位弹片位于所述镂空槽内且自所述挡止阶部朝所述留置针的方向倾斜延伸而出。
所述留置针具有一套接端,所述套接端具有一紧迫环。
更包含有一锁定环,所述锁定环能移动地设于所述留置针固定筒的筒身,其内侧壁面具有一内螺纹;所述留置针更具有一套接端,所述套接端具有一外螺纹;当所述穿刺针固定筒位于所述注射位置时,所述锁定环的内螺纹与所述留置针的外螺纹相互螺合,当所述穿刺针固定筒位于所述退针位置时,所述锁定环的所述内螺纹与所述留置针的所述外螺纹相互脱离。
所述锁定环更具有一第一开孔以及一第二开孔,所述第一开孔能分离地套设于所述留置针的套接端,所述第二开孔的内径略大于所述留置针固定筒的第一定位凹部的外径。
所述留置针固定筒的第一定位凹部靠近所述套接部的一端形成一抵靠阶部;所述锁定环的第一开孔套设在所述留置针的套接端时,所述锁定环通过所 述第二开孔抵靠在所述第一定位凹部的抵靠阶部。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的优点在于:当穿刺针固定筒位于注射位置时,穿刺针会位于留置针内,使留置针能通过穿刺针的硬度插入病患的静脉内,而且,定位环座的定位弹片会位设于留置针固定筒的第一定位凹部内,使定位环座的定位弹片能维持向内收合的状态,当穿刺针固定筒位于退针位置时,穿刺针会脱离留置针且容纳于留置针固定筒内,以避免外露,此外,定位环座的挡止阶部会抵靠于留置针固定筒的外凸缘,以防止留置针固定筒与穿刺针固定筒之间互相分离,而且,定位环座的定位弹片会内收而嵌设于留置针固定筒的第二定位凹部内,以防止留置针固定筒受到不当外力的作用而任意移动,使穿刺针能够确实保持在留置针固定筒内。
本发明适用于医院、卫生所等各种医疗卫生机构。

本发明最佳实施方式
请先参阅图1及图2,本发明的手动式静脉留置针组10包含有一留置针固定筒20、一留置针30、一穿刺针固定筒40、一穿刺针50,以及一定位环座60。
留置针固定筒20的一端具有一套接部21及一邻设于套接部21的第一定位 凹部22,其中套接部21上具有一紧迫环211。留置针固定筒20的另一端具有一外凸缘23与一邻设于外凸缘23的第二定位凹部24。
留置针30由软质材料(如橡胶)所制成,在组装时套设于留置针固定筒20的套接部21,并且通过紧迫环211卡撑住留置针30,使留置针30不会轻易的脱离套接部21。
穿刺针固定筒40具有一内筒体41及一外筒体42,如图3及图4所示,外筒体42环绕于内筒体41的周围而与内筒体41之间形成一轴向通道43,穿刺针固定筒40在组装时通过轴向通道43套设于留置针固定筒20,使内筒体41容纳于留置针固定筒20内,而且在套设之后,穿刺针固定筒40能相对留置针固定筒20在一注射位置P1与一退针位置P2之间移动。此外,如图2所示,穿刺针固定筒40的外筒体42的一端具有二相对的卡扣部44,穿刺针固定筒40的外筒体42的外周面具有多个呈并排设置的止滑凸条45,多个止滑凸条45邻设于二卡扣部44。
穿刺针50的一端固定于穿刺针固定筒40的内筒体41的一端,当穿刺针固定筒40位于如图3所示注射位置P1时,穿刺针50穿设于留置针30内,当穿刺针固定筒40位于如图4所示的退针位置P2时,穿刺针50脱离留置针30而容纳于留置针固定筒20内。
如图2所示,定位环座60具有一大环部61与一小环部62,大环部61连接于小环部62的一端面而与小环部62之间形成一挡止阶部63,小环部62具有二镂空槽64及二定位弹片65,二镂空槽64邻设于挡止阶部63且呈相对设置,二定位弹片65分别位于一个镂空槽64内且分别自挡止阶部63朝留置针30的方向倾斜延伸而出(如图3所示),由此,当穿刺针固定筒40位于如图3所示注射位置P1时,定位环座60的定位弹片65位于留置针固定筒20的第一定位凹部22内,当穿刺针固定筒40位于如图4所示的退针位置P2时,定位环座60的定位弹片65内收而嵌设于留置针固定筒20的第二定位凹部24内。此外,如图2所示,定位环座60的小环部62更具有二相对地邻设于挡止阶部63的卡扣槽66,定位环座60通过二卡扣槽66扣接于穿刺针固定筒40的外筒体42的卡扣部44而固定于穿刺针固定筒40的外筒体42,然而需要补充说明的是,定位环座60也可以利用超声波熔接方式结合于穿刺针固定筒40的外筒体42,这时候就不需要卡扣部44与卡扣槽66的设置。
经由上述结构可知,当要注射时,首先将穿刺针固定筒40保持在如图3所 示的注射位置P1,使留置针30能通过穿刺针50的硬度刺穿皮肤,这时候的定位环座60的定位弹片65会位于留置针固定筒20的第一定位凹部22内,以维持向内收合的状态,而留置针固定筒20的底部会抵顶于穿刺针固定筒40的轴向通道43的底部,使得穿刺针50在刺穿皮肤的过程中不会缩入留置针30内,当留置针30顺利插入静脉内之后,便可以按压的方式固定留置针20,并将穿刺针固定筒40往后拉动,使穿刺针50被穿刺针固定筒40所带动而逐渐退出留置针30,如图4、图5所示,直到定位环座60的挡止阶部63抵靠于留置针固定筒20的外凸缘23时,穿刺针固定筒40即位于退针位置P2,此时的定位环座60的定位弹片65会顺势内收而嵌设于留置针固定筒20的第二定位凹部24内,使穿刺针固定筒40无法再被往前推动,以确保穿刺针50能完全容纳于留置针固定筒20内而不外露,这时候即可顺势将留置针30与留置针固定筒20、穿刺针50及穿刺针固定筒40分离,如图6所示,留在病患身体上的留置针30即可与病患所需要的医疗液体作进一步的连接。
综上所述,本发明的手动式静脉留置针组10通过穿刺针固定筒40的可滑动设计,再搭配定位环座60的定位弹片65与留置针固定筒20的第二定位凹部24之间的嵌设关系及定位环座60的挡止阶部63与留置针固定筒20的外凸缘23之间的卡接关系,使本发明相较于习用技术具有更加简洁的结构。再者,使用者只要在拆卸留置针30的过程中,便可同时将穿刺针50收入留置针固定筒20,而达到一步操作的效果,在使用上较为简单方便,进而达到本发明的目的。
图7至图11为本发明的另一实施例,此一实施例所提供的手动式静脉留置针组70,其大部分结构与组件均与前述实施例相同,其不同之处在于本实施例所提供的手动式静脉留置针组70更包含有一锁定环80,锁定环80可移动地设于留置针固定筒90的筒身,其具有一内螺纹81、一第一开孔82以及一第二开孔73。留置针固定筒90的第一定位凹部92靠近套接部91的一端形成一抵靠阶部921。留置针100更具有一套接端101,套接端101具有一外螺纹102。其中,内螺纹81位于锁定环80的内侧壁面,第一开孔82可分离地套设于留置针100的套接端101,使得锁定环80的内螺纹81与留置针100的外螺纹102能够相互螺合。第二开孔82的内径略大于留置针固定筒90的第一定位凹部92的外径,使得锁定环80被限制在第一定位凹部92内移动。
通过上述结构,当穿刺针固定筒110位于注射位置P1时,如图9所示,锁定环80通过第二开孔83抵靠在留置针固定筒90的第一定位凹部92靠近套接 部91的套接部921,并且锁定环80的第一开孔82套设在留置针100的套接端101,让锁定环80的内螺纹81与留置针100的外螺纹102相互螺合而将留置针100锁固在留置针固定筒90的套接部91,使得穿刺针120在刺穿皮肤的过程中不会缩入留置针100内。当穿刺针固定筒110位于退针位置P2时,只要转动锁定环80让锁定环80的内螺纹81与留置针100的外螺纹102相互脱离,如图11所示,便可让锁定环80的内螺纹81与留置针100的外螺纹102相互脱离。由此,能够更稳定的固定留置针100。
工业应用性
本发明提供的手动式静脉留置针组适合广大医疗、卫生机构使用,具有非常广阔的工业应用前景。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于包含有:
    一留置针固定筒,所述留置针固定筒的一端具有一套接部及一邻设于所述套接部的第一定位凹部,所述留置针固定筒的另一端具有一外凸缘与一邻设于所述外凸缘的第二定位凹部;
    一留置针,能拆卸地套设于所述留置针固定筒的套接部;
    一穿刺针固定筒,能在一注射位置与一退针位置之间移动地套设于所述留置针固定筒;
    一穿刺针,固定于所述穿刺针固定筒的一端;
    一定位环座,设于所述穿刺针固定筒的一端且环绕于所述穿刺针,所述定位环座具有一挡止阶部及至少一邻设于所述挡止阶部的定位弹片;
    其中,当所述穿刺针固定筒位于所述注射位置时,所述穿刺针位于所述留置针内,所述定位环座的定位弹片位于所述留置针固定筒的第一定位凹部内,当所述穿刺针固定筒位于所述退针位置时,所述穿刺针脱离所述留置针且位于所述留置针固定筒内,所述定位环座的挡止阶部抵靠于所述留置针固定筒的外凸缘,所述定位环座的定位弹片内收而嵌设于所述留置针固定筒的第二定位凹部内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述穿刺针固定筒具有一内筒体及一外筒体,所述外筒体环绕于所述内筒体的周围而与所述内筒体之间形成一轴向通道,所述穿刺针固定筒通过所述轴向通道套设于所述留置针固定筒,所述穿刺针固定于所述穿刺针固定筒的内筒体的一端,所述定位环座固定于所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的一端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的一端具有一卡扣部,所述定位环座具有一卡扣槽,所述定位环座通过所述卡扣槽扣接于所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的卡扣部。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体与所述定位环座之间以超声波熔接方式结合在一起。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述穿刺针固定筒的外筒体的外周面具有多个呈并排设置的止滑凸条。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述定位环座 具有一邻设于所述挡止阶部的镂空槽,所述定位弹片位于所述镂空槽内且自所述挡止阶部朝所述留置针的方向倾斜延伸而出。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述留置针具有一套接端,所述套接端具有一紧迫环。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:更包含有一锁定环,所述锁定环能移动地设于所述留置针固定筒的筒身,其内侧壁面具有一内螺纹;所述留置针更具有一套接端,所述套接端具有一外螺纹;当所述穿刺针固定筒位于所述注射位置时,所述锁定环的内螺纹与所述留置针的外螺纹相互螺合,当所述穿刺针固定筒位于所述退针位置时,所述锁定环的所述内螺纹与所述留置针的所述外螺纹相互脱离。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述锁定环更具有一第一开孔以及一第二开孔,所述第一开孔能分离地套设于所述留置针的套接端,所述第二开孔的内径略大于所述留置针固定筒的第一定位凹部的外径。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的手动式静脉留置针组,其特征在于:所述留置针固定筒的第一定位凹部靠近所述套接部的一端形成一抵靠阶部;所述锁定环的第一开孔套设在所述留置针的套接端时,所述锁定环通过所述第二开孔抵靠在所述第一定位凹部的抵靠阶部。
