Abstract
본 발명은 기판, 게이트 전극, 소스 전극, 드레인 전극, 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인과 같은 배선 전극 중 적어도 하나의 일면 상에 광반사 저감층을 구비하여 배선 전극에 의한 광 반사율을 제어시켜 시인성 저하를 개선하며, 고화질의 디스플레이를 구현할 수 있는 액정 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다.
