背景技术
信息传播的方式有多种,通过播放设备来播放音频是信息传播的一种主要方式,由于这种方式需要用户对获取的信息进行记忆,当信息量很大时用户通过人脑进行记忆比较困难。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了信息获取方法、装置和系统,能够在播放设备播放音频时,通过终端获取音频中携带的信息,无需人脑记忆。
第一方面,提供了一种信息获取方法,所述方法包括:
接收音频中携带的超链接;
将所述超链接发送给服务器;
接收所述服务器根据所述超链接确定的第一信息数据;
根据所述第一信息数据生成信息列表;
对所述信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息。
优选地,所述接收音频中携带的超链接包括:
通过音频采集单元采集音频;
检测所述音频中是否包含超链接信息;
当所述音频中包含超链接信息时,识别并提取所述超链接信息。
优选地,所述方法还包括:
获取用户的偏好信息;
将所述偏好信息发送给所述服务器;
所述接收所述服务器根据所述超链接确定的第一信息数据,包括:
接收所述服务器根据所述超链接和所述偏好确定的第一信息数据。
第二方面,提供了一种信息获取方法,所述方法包括:
接收终端发送的超链接,所述超链接为所述终端接收到的音频中携带的超链接;
根据所述超链接确定第一信息数据;
将所述第一信息数据发送给所述终端,以使所述终端根据所述第一信息数据生成信息列表,对所述信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息。
优选地,所述方法还包括:
接收所述终端发送的用户的偏好信息;
所述根据所述超链接确定第一信息数据,包括:

第三方面,提供了一种信息获取装置,所述装置设置于终端内,所述装置包括:
接收单元,用于接收音频中携带的超链接;
发送单元,用于将所述接收单元接收的超链接发送给服务器;
所述接收单元,还用于接收所述服务器根据所述发送单元发送的超链接确定的第一信息数据;
生成单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的第一信息数据生成信息列表;
显示单元,用于对所述生成单元生成的信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息。
优选地,所述接收单元包括:
采集子单元,用于通过音频采集单元采集音频;
检测子单元,用于检测所述采集子单元采集的音频中是否包含超链接信息;
提取子单元,用于在所述检测子单元检测出所述音频中包含超链接信息时,识别并提取所述超链接信息。
优选地,所述装置还包括:
获取单元,用于获取用户的偏好信息;
所述发送单元,还用于将所述获取单元获取的偏好信息发送给所述服务器;
所述接收单元,具体用于接收所述服务器根据所述超链接和所述偏好确定的第一信息数据。
第四方面,提供了一种信息获取装置,所述装置设置于服务器内,所述装置包括:
接收单元,用于接收终端发送的超链接,所述超链接为所述终端接收到的音频中携带的超链接;
确定单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的超链接确定第一信息数据;
发送单元,用于将所述确定单元确定的第一信息数据发送给所述终端,以使所述终端根据所述第一信息数据生成信息列表,对所述信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息。
优选地,所述接收单元,还用于接收所述终端发送的用户的偏好信息;
所述确定单元,具体用于根据所述接收单元接收的超链接和所述偏好确定第一信息数据。
优选地,所述装置还包括:
获取单元,用于获取所述用户的用户标识对应的历史数据;

第五方面,提供了一种信息获取系统,所述系统包括:
播放设备、终端和服务器;
所述播放设备,用于播放音频,所述音频中携带超链接;
所述终端,用于接收所述播放设备播放的音频中携带的超链接;将所述超链接发送给所述服务器;接收所述服务器根据所述超链接确定的第一信息数据;根据所述第一信息数据生成信息列表;对所述信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息;
所述服务器,用于接收所述终端发送的超链接,所述超链接为所述终端接收到的音频中携带的超链接;根据所述超链接确定第一信息数据;将所述第一信息数据发送给所述终端,以使所述终端根据所述第一信息数据生成信息列表,对所述信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息。
本申请提供了一种信息获取方法,先接收音频中携带的超链接,然后将超链接发送给服务器,再接收服务器根据超链接确定的第一信息数据,最后根据第一信息数据生成 信息列表,对信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据信息列表获取信息。由上可见,本申请提供的信息获取方法,能够在播放设备播放音频时,自动获取音频中携带的信息,无需人脑记忆。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
为便于对本申请实施例的理解,下面将结合附图以具体实施例做进一步的解释说明,实施例并不构成对本申请实施例的限定。
本申请实施例提供了一种信息获取方法,该方法可以应用于任何能够提供音频播放的场景中,例如,当用户处于具有车载广播的车内环境中时,可以通过终端的麦克风自动检测到车载广播所播放的音频中嵌入的超链接,再通过终端和服务器的交互,由终端从服务器获取信息,并由终端将获取的信息根据用户的需要随时展示给用户,上述终端可以但不限于为手机等用户设备。
图1为本申请实施例提供的信息获取方法流程图,该方法的执行主体为终端,如图1所示,该方法具体包括:
步骤101,接收音频中携带的超链接。
本申请实施例中,可以先通过音频采集单元采集音频,然后检测所述音频中是否包含超链接信息,当所述音频中包含超链接信息时,识别并提取所述超链接信息。
其中,具体可以由终端的麦克风作为音频采集单元,通过麦克风采集音频,超链接在音频流中被编码为无法被用户听见的的特殊音频元素,超链接的音频频率可以在正常的听力范围20Hz至20KHz之外,每个超链接会有起始和结束的节点,通过设置麦克风接收的音频频率,可以实现只接收音频中携带的超链接。
通常地,麦克风具有开启状态和关闭状态两种状态,当终端通过麦克风接收音频中携带的超链接时,还需要将所述麦克风的状态设置为开启状态。
参照图2所示的用户设置示意图,由于该信息获取方法具体可以由终端上加载的应用程序(Application,APP)来执行,因此当APP初次加载时,可以由用户设置麦克风开启的询问状态,该询问状态包括自动开启不再询问和每次使用前询问两种询问状态。结合图图3(a)~图3(d)所示的APP用户界面示意图,图3(a)中,当终端接收到用户选择的自动开启不再询问这种询问状态时,每次开启APP时,自动开启麦克风,无需用户再确认是否要开启麦克风;当终端接收到用户选择的每次使用前询问这种询问状态时,每次开启APP时,询问用户是否开启麦克风,当获取到用户确认开启麦克风的确认信息时再开启麦克风,当获取到用户确认不开启麦克风的确认信息时则不开启麦克风。当终端接收到用户选择的每次使用前询问这种询问状态时,可以在非超链接搜集阶段由用户确认不开启麦克风,终端在获取到用户确认不开启麦克风的确认信息后则不开启麦克风,可一定程度上节省耗电与后台内存占用。例如:离开驾驶场景后,通过APP浏览信息的阶段,即使APP开启,也无需一直开启麦克风。图3(b)中,用户可以设置想要订阅的资讯内容,该咨询内容即用户偏好。图3(c)中,终端通过检索音频中携带的超链接,对检索到的超链接进行解码并以资讯形式显示,用户点击相关资讯,可打开相应的资讯详情页。图3(d)中,终端在用户界面上显示资讯详情页,例如,团购优惠信息。
为了便于服务器对信息进行筛选,只将用户感兴趣的信息发送给终端,服务器需要获取用户的偏好列表,建立用户人物志,从而建立筛选系统,服务器通过筛选系统对信息进行筛选。用户的偏好列表可以通过主动偏好设置、被动偏好设置或者二者的结合来获取。
本申请实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:获取用户的偏好信息;将所述偏好信息发送给所述服务器。主动偏好设置可以由用户进行偏好设置,例如,该APP初始加载时可 以要求用户选择想要订阅接收的信息范围或类别,用户通过点选条目的行为可生成一个偏好列表,从而完成主动偏好设置。
被动偏好设置可以由服务器根据用户的历史记录进行分析,从而提取出用户的偏好。例如,该APP初始加载时可以对服务器发送请求,对该用户在淘宝上的消费记录进行分析,通过对关心商品、已消费商品等记录的分析,可提取出用户偏好商品的类别与范围,从而完成被动偏好设置。
步骤102,将所述超链接发送给服务器。
终端可以在预设时间后,将在该预设时间内接收到的所有超链接发往服务器。为了减少终端的内存占用和运算成本,终端只负责对超链接的识别和采集,将收集到的超链接发送到服务器进行处理,服务器会对数据的负荷量有预先配置从而保证后台运算的流畅。
步骤103,接收所述服务器根据所述超链接确定的第一信息数据。
当终端预先获取了用户的偏好信息,并将所述偏好信息发送给了所述服务器,则所述接收所述服务器根据所述超链接确定的第一信息数据,包括:接收所述服务器根据所述超链接和所述偏好确定的第一信息数据。
步骤104,根据所述第一信息数据生成信息列表。
其中,终端可以通过内置的APP,将第一信息数据套入APP框架中,生成信息列表,信息列表中每一条信息都可跳转到服务器生成的详情页面中,信息列表中的条目可以按时间顺序排列,贮存于APP的信息区。
步骤105,对所述信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息。
本申请实施例中,当终端接收到用户的指令时,可以打开APP的信息区对所述信息列表进行显示,用户可以对所述信息列表的条目进行点击浏览从而获取信息,也可以删除条目。
由上可见,本申请提供的信息获取方法,能够在播放设备播放音频时,通过终端自动获取音频中携带的信息,无需人脑记忆。
图4为本申请另一实施例提供的信息获取方法流程图,该方法的执行主体为服务器,如图4所示,该方法具体包括:
步骤401,接收终端发送的超链接,所述超链接为所述终端接收到的音频中携带的超链接。
步骤402,根据所述超链接确定第一信息数据。
本申请实施例中,服务器可以仅根据该超链接确定第一信息数据,也可以根据该超链接和用户的偏好确定第一信息数据。
其中,可以由终端来确定用户的偏好,服务器先接收所述终端发送的用户的偏好信息,然后根据所述超链接和所述偏好确定第一信息数据。
或者,也可以由服务器来确定用户的偏好,服务器获取所述用户的用户标识对应的历史数据;根据所述历史数据确定所述用户的偏好;根据所述超链接和所述偏好确定第一信息数据。
或者,可以先由终端来确定用户的偏好,然后由服务器更新该偏好,服务器接收所述终端发送的用户的偏好信息;获取所述用户的用户标识对应的历史数据;根据所述历史数据更新该偏好;根据所述超链接和更新后的所述偏好确定第一信息数据。
本申请实施例中,根据所述超链接确定第一信息数据具体可以包括超链接解码和信息类别的匹配与过滤两个处理过程。
超链接解码,即服务器从每个超链接指向的页面中提取出信息类别,例如,从每个超链接指向的商品页面中提取出商品的类别。
信息类别的匹配与过滤,即在通过超链接解码提取出信息类别后,判断信息类别是否与偏好筛选系统中的信息类别相匹配,具体可以参见图5所示的信息类别匹配示意图,当判断结果为是时,将所述超链接对应的信息确定为价值信息,该价值信息可以是用户关心的商品类别的信息,在服务器端生成信息列表,该信息列表由代码构成即第一信息数据,准备将该第一信息数据对用户使用的终端进行推送;当判断结果为否时,将所述超链接对应的信息确定为垃圾信息,该垃圾信息可以是用户不关心的商品类别的信息,在服务器端被淘汰掉。
步骤403,将所述第一信息数据发送给所述终端,以使所述终端根据所述第一信息数据生成信息列表,对所述信息列表进行显示,以便用户能够根据所述信息列表获取信息。
其中,信息列表中每一条信息都可跳转到服务器生成的详情页面中,信息列表中的条目按时间顺序排列,贮存于APP的信息区,用户可通过终端打开信息区对条目进行浏览与删除。
本申请实施例中,用户点击条目浏览,触发显示详情页面,在详情页面中,可跳转到支付页面,以便用户于支付页面完成支付,实现商品的购买。
由上可见,本申请实施例的信息获取方法,在服务器接收到终端发送的超链接后, 通过服务器向终端自动推送信息,后续用户可以根据需要通过终端浏览信息,无需人脑记忆。
图6为本申请实施例提供的信息获取方法的信号流图,该方法可以应用于用户处于具有车载广播的车内环境中的具体应用场景,以手机作为采集超链接的终端,如图6所示,该方法具体包括:
步骤一,当手机App接收到用户的开启麦克风的指令后,设置麦克风为开启状态。
步骤二,手机App通过麦克风检测并接收音频中携带的超链接。
其中,音频源为车载广播,该音频为车载广播播放的音频。
步骤三,服务器接收手机App发送的超链接。
步骤四,服务器(Server)对所述超链接进行数据解码。
步骤五,服务器通过预先建立的筛选系统筛选超链接。
步骤六,服务器根据筛选后的超链接生成信息列表。
步骤七,服务器将信息列表发送给手机App。
步骤八,手机App展现信息列表,并将该信息列表存入本地。
步骤九,当用户点击浏览信息列表中的条目时,手机App向服务器请求链接跳转。
步骤十,服务器接收请求后,生成该条目对应的详情页面。
步骤十一,服务器将详情页面发送给手机App,由手机App展现详情页。
步骤十二,当手机App接收到用户的点击购买指令时,向服务器请求链接跳转。
步骤十三,服务器接收到链接跳转请求后,生成支付页面。
步骤十四,服务器将支付页面发送给手机App,由手机App展现支付页面。
本申请实施例提供的信息获取方法,考虑到用户在驾驶场景中操作移动设备的不便性,被动接受信息的方式相较于传统模式有助于提升驾驶安全性;采用全新的超链接推送方式,有助于公司扩大线下广告投放的渠道;用户无需记忆广播内容,可直接将相关资讯存入手机,减少用户在获取信息时的使用成本;持续的自动推送与记录在后台完成,不与驾驶行为发生冲突,可提升用户在驾驶场景中接收资讯的体验;推送的资讯直接链接到产品页面,可有效缩短购买流程。
本申请实施例针对车内广播和手机APP的联动,根据音频超链接的自动解码,定向推送基于行车场景下的高相关度的资讯信息,并可根据用户人群定向数据和地理位置信息控制音频超链接的数量、频率和内容类型,使得信息的精准度和亲和力达到理想效果。
图7为本申请实施例提供的信息获取装置结构图,所述装置设置于终端内,如图7 所示,所述装置包括:
接收单元701,用于接收音频中携带的超链接;
发送单元702,用于将所述接收单元701接收的超链接发送给服务器;

    通过音频采集单元采集音频;
    检测所述音频中是否包含超链接信息;
    当所述音频中包含超链接信息时,识别并提取所述超链接信息。

    获取用户的偏好信息;
    将所述偏好信息发送给所述服务器;
