Abstract

智能家居设备的控制方法和装置
本申请基于申请号为201510204825.X、申请日为2015年4月27日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能家居设备的控制方法和装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展和普及,智能家居设备逐渐走入了人们的生活。智能家居设备是指可以接入互联网的各种家居设备,比如:智能台灯、智能电饭煲等。以智能电饭煲为例,其可以根据用户的设置采用多种模式进行煮饭。然而,每个用餐人员的口味是不一样的,有人喜欢吃偏硬的米饭,有人喜欢吃偏软的米饭。相关技术中,智能电饭煲不够智能,无法依据用餐人员的喜好进行烹饪。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种智能家居设备的控制方法和装置。

获取参与人员的人员信息;
根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备的工作模式,以供所述智能家居设备按照所述工作模式完成工作。

第一种方式:从路由器获取当前接入网络的设备列表,根据所述设备列表确定参与人员的身份信息,并根据所述人员身份信息获取所述参与人员的业务取向信息。
在本实施例智能家居设备工作的场景中,通常会包括有用于接入网络的智能路由器,在本公开中,简称为路由器。所述路由器中汇总有通过其接入网络的所有设备的设备列表,所述设备列表中可以包括:设备标识、接入时间等信息。在这种方式中,作为本实施例执行主体的智能设备可以从所述路由器中获取当前接入网络的设备列表,然后根据所述设备列表确定参与人员的身份信息,比如:智能设备可以从所述设备列表中获取当前接入网络的设备标识,然后根据所述设备标识在云端或者本地查询持有该设备的人员的身份信息,在确定参与人员的身份信息后可以根据所述身份信息在云端或者本地查询所述参与人员的业务取向信息。
以智能电饭煲煮饭的应用场景为例,所述参与人员为用餐人员,所述参与人员的身份信息为用餐人员的身份信息,所述参与人员的业务取向信息为用餐人员的口味喜好信息。举例来说,在家庭应用场景中,智能设备可以从家中的路由器中获取当前接入网络的设备列表,比如:当前接入网络的设备包括有:手机A和手机B。智能设备可以根据手机A和手机B的标识从云端或者本地查询持有该设备的人员的身份信息,比如:奶奶持有手机A,妈妈持有手机B,则可以确认用餐人员为奶奶和妈妈。然后智能设备可以从云端获取奶奶和妈妈的口味喜好信息:比如:奶奶和妈妈都喜欢吃较软的米饭。当然,在实际实现中,云端也可以将设备标识对应的身份信息下发给路由器存储,则在本方式中,智能设备可以直接从路由器获取当前接入网络的用餐人员的身份信息,本公开对此不作特殊限制。
第二种方式:获取已绑定的设备的位置信息,根据所述位置信息确定参与人员的身份信息,根据所述身份信息获取所述参与人员的业务取向信息。
在这种方式中,可以预先在智能设备上绑定可能参与人员使用的设备。智能设备获取已绑定的各个设备的位置信息,然后根据所述位置信息确定参与人员的身份信息,比如:智能设备可以根据所述位置信息确定参与人员所使用的设备的设备标识,然后根据所述设备标识确定参与人员的身份信息,进而可以根据所述身份信息再获取所述参与人员的业务取向信息。
仍以智能电饭煲煮饭的应用场景为例,用户可以预先在智能设备上绑定可能用餐人员的设备,比如:奶奶持有的手机A,妈妈持有的手机B以及爸爸持有的手机C。智能设备可以获取手机A、手机B以及手机C的位置信息,然后根据这三个手机的位置确定能够赶回家吃饭的用餐人员。比如:奶奶和妈妈持有的手机A和手机B都位于家中,而爸爸持有的手机C位于上海,智能设备确定能够在北京家中用餐的人员的身份信息为:奶奶和妈妈,然后智能设备可以从云端获取奶奶和妈妈的口味喜好信息,在此不再赘述。
第三种方式:分析关联文本,以获取到参与人员的人员信息。
在这种方式中,可以将关联文本授权给智能设备,智能设备可以访问所述关联文本,并对关联文本中记载的信息进行分析,从而获取到参与人员的人员信息。其中,所述关联文本包括:日志信息、即时通信软件的聊天记录以及邮件信息中的一种或多种。
仍以智能家居设备为智能电饭煲为例,智能设备可以分析用户的日志信息,并从所述日志信息中确定用餐人员的身份信息,然后根据所述身份信息从云端或本地获取用餐人员的口味喜好信息。
当然,本实施例中获取参与人员的人员信息并不限定于上述三种方式,在实际应用中,也可以由用户输入参与人员的身份信息,智能设备根据所述身份信息从云端或本地获取参与人员的业务取向信息,本公开对此不作特殊限制。
在步骤S202中,根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备的工作模式。
基于前述步骤S201,在获取到参与人员的人员信息后,可以根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备的工作模式。比如:当参与人员只有一个人时,根据该参与人员的业务取向信息确定出匹配所述业务取向的工作模式。当参与人员有多个时,可以根据大多数参与人员的业务取向信息确定出匹配大多数参与人员的业务取向的工作模式,也可以根据参与人员中优先级最高的参与人员的业务取向信息确定出匹配优先级最高工作模式。
仍以智能电饭煲煮饭的应用场景为例,所述智能家居设备的工作模式为智能电饭煲的烹饪模式,包括有一种或多种烹饪参数的信息,比如:煮饭的时的温度信息等。假设,智能设备获取到的用餐人员只有奶奶,而奶奶喜欢口感偏软的米饭,则在本步骤中可以确定智能电饭煲的烹饪模式为煮出偏软米饭的烹饪模式。如果智能设备获取到的用餐人员是奶奶、妈妈和爸爸,其中,奶奶和妈妈喜欢口感偏软的米饭,而爸爸喜欢口感偏硬的米饭,则以大多数人的口感为准,在本步骤中可以确定智能电饭煲的烹饪模式为煮出偏软米饭的烹饪模式,当然,在实际应用中,也可以先为每个用餐人员确定出各自口感对应的烹饪模式,然后计算所述烹饪模式中各个参数信息的平均值,并将所述各个参数信息的平均值作为本步骤确定出的烹饪模式。在本公开另一可选实施例中,所述用餐人员的人员信息中还可以包括所述用餐人员的优先级信息,如果在奶奶、妈妈和爸爸中奶奶的优先级最高,则在本步骤中可以按照奶奶的口感喜好信息,确定智能电饭煲的烹饪模式为煮出偏软米饭的烹饪模式。
在步骤S203中,当本设备是所述智能家居设备时,按照所述工作模式完成工作。
当本实施例智能家居设备的控制方法的执行主体是智能家居设备时,智能家居设备在确定所述工作模式后,按照所述工作模式完成工作,比如:智能电饭煲在确定烹饪模式后,按照所述烹饪模式进行烹饪。
在步骤S204中,当本设备是控制智能家居设备的终端设备时,将所述工作模式发送给所述智能家居设备,以供所述智能家居设备按照所述工作模式完成工作。
当本实施例智能家居设备的控制方法的执行主体是智能终端时,所述智能终端将所述工作模式发送给智能家居设备,智能家居设备在接收到所述工作模式后,可以按照所述工作模式完成工作。
由以上描述可以看出,本公开可以获取参与人员的人员信息,然后根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备的工作模式,以供所述智能家居设备按照所述工作模式完成工作。在本公开中,智能家居设备可以根据参与人员的人员信息按照不同的工作模式完成工作,实现智能化操作,满足用户的需求,提升用户的使用体验。
在本公开另一可选实施例中,所述智能设备还可以根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备工作的工作原料信息。仍以智能电饭煲煮饭的应用场景为例,智能设备可以根据用餐人员的身份信息确定大米的用量,然后可以将所述大米的用量提示给用户,以供用户添加适量的大米以进行煮饭。当本实施例智能家居设备的控制方法的执行主体是智能终端时,智能终端可以将确定出的大米的用量发送给智能电饭煲,智能电饭煲可以通过连接的进米口或者机械抓手自动添加大米,以及适量的水,并按照所述烹饪模式完成煮饭。当本实施例智能家居设备的控制方法的执行主体是智能电饭煲时,智能电饭煲可以按照所述大米的用量,自动添加米和水,并按照所述烹饪模式完成煮饭,本公开在此不再一一赘述。
在本公开另一可选实施例中,所述智能设备还可以确定目标工作完成时间,然后根据所述目标工作完成时间计算开始工作时间。仍以智能电饭煲煮饭的应用场景为例,所述目标工作完成时间为煮饭结束时间,所述开始工作时间为开始煮饭时间。智能设备可以根据所述用餐时间计算开始煮饭的时间,假设确定的用餐时间为19点,智能电饭煲的煮饭时间为45分钟,则开始煮饭时间为18点15分。
在确定所述开始煮饭时间后,当本实施例智能家居设备的控制方法的执行主体是智能终端时,智能终端可以在18点15分之前将所述开始煮饭时间发送给智能电饭煲,以供智能电饭煲在18点15分的时候开始煮饭。当本实施例智能家居设备的控制方法的执行主体是智能电饭煲时,智能电饭煲在18点15分的时候开始煮饭。
在本实施例中,智能设备确定目标工作完成时间可以采用如下两种方式:
第一种方式:智能设备根据参与人员的位置信息确定所述目标工作完成时间。在这种方式中,智能设备在获取到用餐人员的人员信息后,通过已绑定的用餐人员使用的设备获取用餐人员的当前位置信息,然后计算各个用餐人员从其当前位置回到家中所要消耗的时间,并可以将最晚回到家中的用餐人员回到家中的时间作为所述用餐时间,也就是所述目标工作完成时间。
第二种方式:智能设备根据参与人员的位置信息和业务取向信息确定所述目标工作完成时间。所述业务取向信息还可以包括用餐人员喜欢的米饭温度,比如:用餐人员喜欢将刚煮好的米饭放置到40度左右再食用,而米饭从煮好放置到40度需要30分钟,则所述开始煮饭时间为用餐时间减去煮饭时间再减去放置时间。假设,根据用餐人员的位置信息确定的用餐时间为19点,放置所需的时间为30分钟,则所述煮饭结束时间为18点30分,开始煮饭的时间为17点45分。
下面结合具体的实施例来描述本公开的具体实现过程。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种智能电饭煲的应用场景示意图。请参考图3,智能电饭煲32位于用户家中,用户使用的手机为手机31,用户将自己的家庭成员爸爸、妈妈和奶奶所使用的智能设备绑定在自己的账户中。当用户在北京的家中使用手机31登录账户后,手机31可以获取所有家庭成员所使用的智能设备的位置信息。如果,奶奶使用的平板电脑的位于家中,爸爸使用的手机位于距离家中3公里的地方,而妈妈使用的手机位于上海。则手机31可以确定在家用餐的人员有爸爸、奶奶和用户本人。手机31进而可以从云端的服务器33获取爸爸、奶奶和用户本人所喜欢的米饭口感。假设,手机31获取爸爸和用户本人喜欢口感偏硬的米饭,而奶奶喜欢口感偏软的米饭,在用餐的三个人中,奶奶的优先级最高,则手机31可以确定智能电饭煲的烹饪模式是煮出偏软米饭的烹饪模式。在此之外,手机31还可以从云端获取每个用餐人员平时用餐的饭量,比如:奶奶和用户本人的饭量为2两米饭,而爸爸的饭量为4两米饭,则这顿饭一共需要8两米饭。则手机31可以将前述烹饪模式和需要的米量通过网络发送给智能电饭煲32,智能电饭煲32可以自动添加8两大米和适量的水,然后按照所述烹饪模式开始煮饭。
在图3所示出的应用场景中,手机31可以采用前述图1或图2所示方法实施例对所述智能电饭煲32进行控制,在此不再赘述。
与前述智能家居设备的控制方法实施例相对应,本公开还提供了智能家居设备的控制装置的实施例。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种智能家居设备的控制装置的框图。

电力组件1506为装置1500的各种组件提供电力。电力组件1506可以包括电源管理 系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1500生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1508包括在所述装置1500和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1508包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备1500处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1510被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1510包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1500处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1504或经由通信组件1516发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1510还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

通信组件1516被配置为便于装置1500和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1500可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件1516经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件1516还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1500可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。

    所述人员信息包括:身份信息和业务取向信息;
    所述获取参与人员的人员信息,包括:
    从路由器获取当前接入网络的设备列表;
    根据所述设备列表确定参与人员的身份信息;
    根据所述人员身份信息获取所述参与人员的业务取向信息。

    当本设备是所述智能家居设备时,按照所述工作模式完成工作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备工作的工作原料信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当本设备是所述智能家居设备时,根据所述工作原料信息自动添加工作原料,并按照所述工作模式完成工作;
    当本设备是控制智能家居设备的控制设备时,将所述工作原料信息发送给所述智能家 居设备,以供所述智能家居设备根据所述工作原料信息自动添加工作原料,并按照所述工作模式完成工作。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定目标工作完成时间;
    根据所述目标工作完成时间计算开始工作时间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当本设备是所述智能家居设备时,在到达所述开始工作时间是开始工作;
    当本设备是控制智能家居设备的控制设备时,将所述开始工作时间发送给所述智能家居设备,以供所述智能家居设备在到达所述开始工作时间是开始工作。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的智能家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述确定目标工作完成时间,包括:
    根据参与人员的位置信息确定所述目标工作完成时间。

    所述参与人员为用餐人员;
    所述智能家居设备为智能电饭煲;
    所述工作模式为烹饪模式,包括有一种或多种烹饪参数的信息。
  14. 一种智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    信息获取单元,用于获取参与人员的人员信息;
    模式确定单元,用于根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备的工作模式,以供所述智能家居设备按照所述工作模式完成工作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,
    所述人员信息包括:身份信息和业务取向信息;
    所述信息获取单元,包括:
    第一获取子单元,用于从路由器获取当前接入网络的设备列表;
    第一确定子单元,用于根据所述设备列表确定参与人员的身份信息;
    第二获取子单元,用于根据所述人员身份信息获取所述参与人员的业务取向信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,
    所述人员信息包括:身份信息和业务取向信息;
    所述信息获取单元,包括:
    第三获取子单元,用于获取已绑定的设备的位置信息;
    第二确定子单元,用于根据所述位置信息确定参与人员的身份信息;
    第四获取子单元,用于根据所述身份信息获取所述参与人员的业务取向信息。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取单元,包括:
    分析获取子单元,用于分析关联文本,以获取到参与人员的人员信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,
    所述关联文本包括:日志信息、即时通信软件的聊天记录以及邮件信息中的一种或多种。
  19. 根据权利要求14至17任意一项所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,所述模式确定单元包括:
    模式发送子单元,用于在本设备是控制智能家居设备的控制设备时,将所述工作模式发送给所述智能家居设备,以供所述智能家居设备按照所述工作模式完成工作;
    工作完成子单元,用于在本设备是所述智能家居设备时,按照所述工作模式完成工作。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    原料确定单元,用于根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备工作的工作原料信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一添加单元,用于在本设备是所述智能家居设备时,根据所述工作原料信息自动添加工作原料,并按照所述工作模式完成工作;
    第二添加单元,用于在本设备是控制智能家居设备的控制设备时,将所述工作原料信息发送给所述智能家居设备,以供所述智能家居设备根据所述工作原料信息自动添加工作原料,并按照所述工作模式完成工作。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    时间确定单元,用于确定目标工作完成时间;
    时间计算单元,用于根据所述目标工作完成时间计算开始工作时间。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的智能家居设备的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一工作单元,用于在本设备是所述智能家居设备时,在到达所述开始工作时间是开始工作;
    第二工作单元,用于在本设备是控制智能家居设备的控制设备时,将所述开始工作时间发送给所述智能家居设备,以供所述智能家居设备在到达所述开始工作时间是开始工作。

    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取参与人员的人员信息;
    根据所述人员信息确定智能家居设备的工作模式,以供所述智能家居设备按照所述工作模式完成工作。
