本申请基于申请号为201510213472.X、申请日为2015/4/29的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及智能设备技术领域,特别涉及一种信息播报的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网的发展,用户可以通过终端访问网络查询到各种当前所需的各类信息,对用户的生活和工作带来了极大地便捷。
目前,查询信息的方式可以分为两种:第一种,用户需要通过浏览器访问指定的网站或者搜索引擎,并在网页中查询所需的信息;第二种,用户需要预先在终端中下载各类用于查询信息的应用程序,并在下载后启动应用程序以查询所需的信息。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术的问题,本公开实施例提供了一种信息播报的方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种信息播报的方法,用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,包括:
确定预定事件是否被触发;
当所述预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
播放所述播报信息。
可选的,所述确定预定事件是否被触发包括:
检测系统时间是否到达定时时间,当系统时间到达定时时间,则确定预定事件被触发;或者,
检测是否与智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接,当与所述智能穿戴设备建立通讯 连接时,则确定预定事件被触发;或者,
检测是否接收到所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,当接收到所述触发信息,则确定所述预定事件被触发。
可选的,所述获取用户当前的生活场景模式,包括:
获取当前的时间信息,并查询时间信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式;或者,
获取所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,并查询触发信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式。
可选的,所述生活场景模式由用户自定义,包括工作日模式、休假日模式及健康模式。
可选的,所述获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息包括:
当所述生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
当所述生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种;
当所述生活场景模式为健康模式时,根据用户的历史健康数据,搜索相关联的健康信息。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为建立连接状态时,如果自身的状态为待机状态,则将待机状态转换为工作状态;或者,
当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为断开状态时,如果自身的状态为工作状态,则将工作状态转换为待机状态或者关机。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种信息播报的装置,用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,包括:
确定模块,用于确定预定事件是否被触发;
第一获取模块,用于当所述预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
第二获取模块,用于获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
播放模块,用于播放所述播报信息。
可选的,所述确定模块包括:
第一确定单元,用于检测系统时间是否到达定时时间,当系统时间到达定时时间,则确定预定事件被触发;
第二确定单元,用于检测是否与智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接,当与所述智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接时,则确定预定事件被触发;
第三确定单元,用于检测是否接收到所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,当接收到所述触发信息,则确定所述预定事件被触发。
可选的,所述第一获取模块,包括:
第一获取单元,用于获取当前的时间信息,并查询时间信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式;
第二获取单元,用于获取所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,并查询触发信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式。

确定预定事件是否被触发;
当所述预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
播放所述播报信息。

通过获取当前的生活场景模式,并根据位置信息获取生活场景模式对应的播报信息,最终将播报信息显示于智能设备的屏幕中。实现了根据生活场景模式自动获取相应的信息并显示给用户,无需用户自行搜索信息,提高了用户获取信息的效率。应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性和解释性的,并不能限制本公开。

本公开一示例性实施例提供了一种信息播报的方法,本公开实施例应用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备。参见图1,方法流程包括:
在步骤101中,确定预定事件是否被触发;
在步骤102中,当所述预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
在步骤103中,获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
在步骤104中,播放所述播报信息。
本公开实施例通过获取当前的生活场景模式,并获取生活场景模式对应的播报信息,最终将播报信息进行显示中。实现了根据生活场景模式自动获取相应的信息并显示给用户,无需用户自行搜索信息,提高了用户获取信息的效率。
本公开另一示例性实施例提供了一种信息播报的方法,本公开实施例用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,参见图2。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例为智能设备通过自身检测到的预定事件来进行信息播报。
在步骤201中,确定预定事件是否被触发。
在本公开实施例中,可以通过以下两种方式确定预定事件被触发,相应的步骤201可以通过以下两个步骤进行实现:
第一种方式:
在步骤2011中,检测系统时间是否到达定时时间,当系统时间到达定时时间,则确定预定事件被触发;
智能设备中保存了预设的生活场景模式对应的定时时间,在检测到系统时间到达了预设的生活场景模式对应的定时时间时,则会触发预定事件。
其中,定时时间中可以包括:日期状态和时间,日期状态中可以包括工作日状态和休假日状态。
智能设备在检测到定时时间中的时间到达时可以直接触发预定事件,也可以在检测到定时时间中的时间到达时,查询系统日历确认当天的日期状态,并 与定时时间中的日期状态进行匹配,如果相符则触发预定事件,如果不相符则不执行任何操作。
第二种方式:
在步骤2012中,检测是否与智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接,当与所述智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接时,则确定预定事件被触发。
此种方式下,用户佩戴智能穿戴设备回到家中时,智能设备与智能穿戴设备之间通过预先设定的通讯方式建立通讯连接,其中预先设定的通讯方式可以为蓝牙连接或者Wi-Fi(WIreless-Fidelity,无线保真)连接。
其中,智能设备与智能穿戴设备通过预先设定的通讯方式进行配对,并在配对成功后互相保存对方的标识,以建立双方的关联关系。
在步骤202中,当所述预定事件被触发,获取当前的时间信息,并查询时间信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式。
由于用户的生活状态在工作日和休假日是不相同的,相应的,需要获取的播报信息也并不相同,因此需要先确定当前的日期对应的日期状态,再确定生活场景模式。例如:日期状态为工作日时,则需要获取当天的天气信息、新闻信息以及路况信息(如:家与单位之间的路况)作为播报信息;而日期状态为休假日时,则无需获取路况信息,可以获取天气信息、新闻信息、购物信息以及餐饮信息等内容作为播报信息。智能设备可以通过网络从云端服务器预先获取到当前年度中每天的日期状态,并在执行本步骤时从日历系统中获取到当天的日期对应的日期状态;也可以在执行本步骤时,通过网络从云端服务器获取当天的日期对应的日期状态。
因此,时间信息可以包括:日期状态和时间,日期状态中可以包括工作日状态和休假日状态。相应的,生活场景模式由用户自定义,包括工作日生活模式和休假日生活模式。
进一步的,用户的生活状态在每一天的不同时刻也是不相同的。例如:日期状态为工作日时,时间为早八点,则需要获取当天的天气信息、新闻信息以及路况信息(如:家与单位之间的路况)作为播报信息;日期状态为工作日时,时间为晚六点,则需要获取新闻信息,餐饮信息作为播报信息。
因此,工作日生活模式或者休假日生活模式下可以进一步细分为以下多种模式:
工作日,7:30-8:30,工作日起床模式;
工作日,17:30-19:30,工作日晚餐模式;
工作日,19:30-24:00,工作日休息模式;
休假日,8:00-9:00,休假日起床模式;
休假日,9:00-12:00,休假日休闲模式;
休假日,12:00-13:00,休假日午餐模式;
休假日,13:00-17:00,休假日休闲模式;
休假日,17:00-19:00,休假日晚餐模式;
休假日,19:00-24:00,休假日休息模式。
在步骤203中,获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息。
可选的,由于用户生活在不同的位置,需要根据用户的位置来确定与位置相关的播报信息,因此需要智能设备预先获取当前的位置信息。
其中,获取位置信息的方式可以通过智能设备中的定位模块进行定位得到,智能设备向云端服务器发送获取播报信息的请求,其中该请求中携带位置信息以及生活场景模式对应的标识;可选的,获取播报信息的请求还可以携带用户标识或者智能设备标识。可选的,智能设备获取位置信息的过程可以在智能设备初始化时执行;为了更加精确的确定位置信息,智能设备也可以在执行本步骤时执行获取位置信息的操作。
另外,还可以通过智能设备向云端服务器发送获取播报信息的请求,其中获取播报信息的请求中会携带智能设备的网络地址。可选的,获取播报信息的请求还可以携带用户标识或者智能设备标识。云端服务器首先根据该请求中携带的网络地址查询粗略位置信息,再根据粗略位置信息获取播报信息。
其中,本公开实施例中播报信息的类别可以包括但不限于:天气信息,新闻信息,路况信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,音乐和视频。
相应的,本步骤中获取生活场景模式相对应的播报信息的内容可以为:
当所述生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
当所述生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种。
获取方式可以为:预先在智能设备中设定每一种生活场景模式对应的需要 获取的播报信息的类别,并在获取播报信息的请求中携带播报信息的类别;还可以为在云端服务器中预先存储生活场景模式和播报信息的类别的对应关系,云端服务器根据获取播报信息的请求中携带的生活场景模式的标识,确定需要获取的播报信息的类别,再进行获取播报信息的过程;可选的,智能设备还可以在自身存储一部分播报信息,例如:在生活场景模式为工作日起床模式对应的播报信息为起床闹铃的音频信息,该起床闹铃的音频信息可以预先存储与智能设备中。
其中,云端服务器可以根据位置信息确定需要获取该位置信息对应的播报信息。可选的,当获取播报信息的请求还携带用户标识或者智能设备标识时,则根据用户标识或者智能设备标识查询预先存储的该用户对应的路线信息,并获取该路线信息对应的路况信息作为播报信息中的一种内容。
可选的,当智能设备为家庭音响设备时,云端服务器可以根据获取播报信息的请求中携带的智能设备标识来确定获取的播报信息为音频类的信息,内容可以为:语音播报的路况信息,语音播报的天气信息,语音播报的新闻信息等。
可选的,用户可以根据自身的实际需求自行设定需要获取的播报信息的类型。通过获取播报信息的请求中携带用户标识或者智能设备标识,云端服务器可以确定用户设定的播报信息的类型,并获取相应的播报信息。
因此,步骤203可以由以下步骤进行实现:
在步骤2031中,当所述生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
在步骤2032中,当所述生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种。
在步骤204中,播放所述播报信息。
智能设备为智能电视时可以在播放电视节目或者其他音视频内容时,在智能电视的屏幕中指定区域显示播报信息。其中,显示的方式可以按照播报信息中各信息的显示顺序进行显示,每种信息显示一定时间后从屏幕中撤销,并显示下一条信息。
智能设备为家庭音响设备时,可以获取到的播报信息为音频类的信息,并对音频进行解码以及播放。
以一个实施场景为例对本公开实施例中播放播报信息进行描述:
当前日期状态为工作日,时间为7:30;定时时间为工作日,时间为7:30。此时智能电视根据系统时间检测到触发了预定事件,并根据当前的时间信息确认当前的生活场景模式为工作日起床模式,进而获取工作日起床模式对应的播报信息即起床闹铃的音频信息,智能电视会播放该起床闹铃的音频信息,以提醒用户起床。
本公开实施例通过检测是否到达定时时间或者检测是否与智能穿戴设备之间建立通讯连接的方式获取当前的生活场景模式,并获取生活场景模式对应的播报信息,最终将播报信息进行显示中。实现了根据生活场景模式自动获取相应的信息并显示给用户,无需用户自行搜索信息,提高了用户获取信息的效率。
本公开另一示例性实施例提供了一种信息播报的方法,本公开实施例用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,参见图3。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例为智能设备通过智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息来触发预定事件来进行信息播报。
在步骤301中,检测是否接收到所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,当接收到所述触发信息,则确定所述预定事件被触发。
其中,智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息可以包括但不限于:睡眠数据,运动数据,饮食数据,医疗健康等数据。
例如:智能穿戴设备检测并记录睡眠数据时,根据睡眠数据可以确定用户的睡眠状态,其中睡眠状态可以包括:浅睡眠状态,深睡眠状态,脱离睡眠状态。
在步骤302中,当所述预定事件被触发,获取所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,并查询触发信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式。
其中,根据触发信息可以确定用户当前的健康状态,相应的生活场景模式中可以包括工作日模式、休假日模式以及健康模式。
其中,触发信息与生活场景模式间对应关系可以包括但不限于:
脱离睡眠状态,起床模式;
运动状态,运动健康信息推荐模式;
饮食状态,饮食健康信息推荐模式。
可选的,还可以配合当天的日期状态确定更加细化的模式。例如:当天为工作日,那么起床模式可以细化为工作日起床模式,以获取相应的路况信息等内容。
在步骤303中,获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息。
可选的,由于用户生活在不同的位置,需要根据用户的位置来确定与位置相关的播报信息,因此需要智能设备预先获取当前的位置信息。
其中,获取位置信息的方式可以通过智能设备中的定位模块进行定位得到,智能设备向云端服务器发送获取播报信息的请求,其中该请求中携带位置信息以及生活场景模式对应的标识;可选的,获取播报信息的请求还可以携带用户标识或者智能设备标识。可选的,智能设备获取位置信息的过程可以在智能设备初始化时执行;为了更加精确的确定位置信息,智能设备也可以在执行本步骤时执行获取位置信息的操作。
另外,还可以通过智能设备向云端服务器发送获取播报信息的请求,其中获取播报信息的请求中会携带智能设备的网络地址。可选的,获取播报信息的请求还可以携带用户标识或者智能设备标识。云端服务器首先根据该请求中携带的网络地址查询粗略位置信息,再根据粗略位置信息获取播报信息。
其中,本公开实施例中播报信息的类别可以包括但不限于:天气信息,新闻信息,路况信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,健康信息,音乐和视频。
相应的,本步骤中获取生活场景模式相对应的播报信息的内容可以为:
当所述生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
当所述生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种。
获取方式可以为:预先在智能设备中设定每一种生活场景模式对应的需要获取的播报信息的类别,并在获取播报信息的请求中携带播报信息的类别;还可以为在云端服务器中预先存储生活场景模式和播报信息的类别的对应关系,云端服务器根据获取播报信息的请求中携带的生活场景模式的标识,确定需要获取的播报信息的类别,再进行获取播报信息的过程。
其中,云端服务器可以根据位置信息确定需要获取该位置信息对应的播报信息。可选的,当获取播报信息的请求还携带用户标识或者智能设备标识时, 则根据用户标识或者智能设备标识查询预先存储的该用户对应的路线信息,并获取该路线信息对应的路况信息作为播报信息中的一种内容。
可选的,当智能设备为家庭音响设备时,云端服务器可以根据获取播报信息的请求中携带的智能设备标识来确定获取的播报信息为音频类的信息,内容可以为:语音播报的路况信息,语音播报的天气信息,语音播报的新闻信息等。
可选的,用户可以根据自身的实际需求自行设定需要获取的播报信息的类型。通过获取播报信息的请求中携带用户标识或者智能设备标识,云端服务器可以确定用户设定的播报信息的类型,并获取相应的播报信息。
相应的,步骤303可以由以下步骤进行实现:
在步骤3031中,当所述生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
在步骤3032中,当所述生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种;
在步骤3033中,当所述生活场景模式为健康模式时,根据用户的历史健康数据,搜索相关联的健康信息。
在步骤304中,播放所述播报信息。
智能设备为智能电视时可以在播放电视节目或者其他音视频内容时,在智能电视的屏幕中指定区域显示播报信息。其中,显示的方式可以按照播报信息中各信息的显示顺序进行显示,每种信息显示一定时间后从屏幕中撤销,并显示下一条信息。
智能设备为家庭音响设备时,可以获取到的播报信息为音频类的信息,并对音频进行解码以及播放。
以一个实施场景为例对本公开实施例中播放播报信息进行描述:
当前日期状态为工作日,时间为7:30;智能穿戴设备根据检测到用户的睡眠数据确定用户脱离了睡眠状态,将该睡眠数据作为触发信息发送给智能电视。此时,智能电视触发了预定事件,并根据触发信息确定当前的生活场景模式为工作日起床模式,进而获取工作日起床模式对应的新闻信息、天气信息、路况信息等内容,并在智能电视的屏幕中播报。
用户在家中的健身器材中进行健身锻炼,此时智能穿戴设备会检测到运动信息,并将运动信息作为触发信息发送给智能电视。此时,智能电视触发了预 定事件,并根据触发信息确定当前的生活场景模式为运动健康信息推荐模式,进而根据用户历史运动信息移机当前的运动信息,获取运动健康信息推荐模式对应的运动项目或者健身信息等内容,并在智能电视的屏幕中播报。
本公开实施例通过智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息的方式获取当前的生活场景模式,并获取生活场景模式对应的播报信息,最终将播报信息进行显示中。实现了根据生活场景模式自动获取相应的信息并显示给用户,无需用户自行搜索信息,提高了用户获取信息的效率。
本公开另一示例性实施例提供了一种信息播报的方法,本公开实施例用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,参见图4。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例为智能设备通过自身检测与其他智能穿戴设备之间的连接关系来确定智能设备的状态。其中,智能设备可以包括但不限于智能电视,平板电脑等设备。智能穿戴设备可以包括但不限于:智能手表,智能手环等设备。
在步骤401中,智能设备检测与智能穿戴设备之间的连接状态。
在步骤402中,当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为建立连接状态时,如果自身的状态为待机状态,则将待机状态转换为工作状态。
以智能手环为例进行描述:用户在归家时,智能手环会建立与家中网络设备之间的连接,相应的也会建立与家中智能电视等智能设备之间的连接。当智能手环接入家中网络后,可以向网络中的智能电视发送建立连接的请求,相应的进行建立连接的过程之后,智能电视与智能手环之间的连接状态为建立连接状态。
在步骤403中,当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为断开状态时,如果自身的状态为工作状态,则将工作状态转换为待机状态或者关机。
以智能手环为例进行描述:用户在离家时,智能手环会断开与家中网络设备之间的连接,相应的也会断开与家中智能电视等智能设备之间的连接。可以通过检测心跳信息的方式,确定智能电视与智能手环之间的连接状态为断开状态。
本公开实施例通过检测与智能穿戴设备之间的连接状态的方式来对智能设备的状态进行控制,提高了智能设备的控制效率。
对应于上述示例性实施例提供的信息播报的方法,本公开另一示例性实施例提供了一种信息播报的装置,用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,参见图5,该装置包括:
确定模块501,用于确定预定事件是否被触发;
第一获取模块502,用于当预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
第二获取模块503,用于获取生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
播放模块504,用于播放播报信息。
其中,如图6所示,确定模块501包括:
第一确定单元5011,用于检测系统时间是否到达定时时间,当系统时间到达定时时间,则确定预定事件被触发;
第二确定单元5012,用于检测是否与智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接,当与智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接时,则确定预定事件被触发;
第三确定单元5013,用于检测是否接收到所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,当接收到触发信息,则确定预定事件被触发。
其中,如图7所示,第一获取模块502,包括:
第一获取单元5021,用于获取当前的时间信息,并查询时间信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式;
第二获取单元5022,用于获取所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,并查询触发信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式。
其中,生活场景模式由用户自定义,包括工作日模式、休假日模式及健康模式。
其中,如图8所示,第二获取模块503包括:
第三获取单元5031,用于当生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
第四获取单元5032,用于当生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气 信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种;
第五获取单元5033,用于当生活场景模式为健康模式时,根据用户的历史健康数据,搜索相关联的健康信息。
其中,装置还包括:
第一转换模块505,用于当与智能穿戴设备的连接状态为建立连接状态时,如果自身的状态为待机状态,则将待机状态转换为工作状态;
第二转换模块506,用于当与智能穿戴设备的连接状态为断开状态时,如果自身的状态为工作状态,则将工作状态转换为待机状态或者关机。
本公开实施例通过获取当前的生活场景模式,并获取生活场景模式对应的播报信息,最终将播报信息进行显示中。实现了根据生活场景模式自动获取相应的信息并显示给用户,无需用户自行搜索信息,提高了用户获取信息的效率。
对应于上述示例性实施例提供的信息播报的装置,本公开另一示例性实施例提供了一种信息播报的装置900,参见图9。例如,装置900可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。可选地,装置900还可以是智能电视等。
参照图9,装置900可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件902,存储器904,电力组件906,多媒体组件908,音频组件910,输入/输出(I/O)的接口912,传感器组件915,以及通信组件916。
处理组件902通常控制装置900的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件902可以包括一个或多个处理器920来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件902可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件902和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件902可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件908和处理组件902之间的交互。
存储器904被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备900的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置900上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器904可以由任何类型的易失 性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件906为装置900的各种组件提供电力。电力组件906可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置900生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件908包括在装置900和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件908包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备900处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件910被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件910包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置900处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器904或经由通信组件916发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件910还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口912为处理组件902和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件915包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置900提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件915可以检测到设备900的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如组件为装置900的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件915还可以检测装置900或装置900一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置900接触的存在或不存在,装置900方位或加速/减速和装置900的温度变化。传感器组件915可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。 传感器组件915还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件915还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件916被配置为便于装置900和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置900可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件916经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件916还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置900可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器904,上述指令可由装置900的处理器920执行以完成上述方法。例如,非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
本公开实施例通过获取当前的生活场景模式,并获取生活场景模式对应的播报信息,最终将播报信息进行显示中。实现了根据生活场景模式自动获取相应的信息并显示给用户,无需用户自行搜索信息,提高了用户获取信息的效率。
本领域技术人员在考虑说明书及实践这里公开的发明后,将容易想到本公开的其它实施方案。本申请旨在涵盖本公开的任何变型、用途或者适应性变化,这些变型、用途或者适应性变化遵循本公开的一般性原理并包括本公开未公开的本技术领域中的公知常识或惯用技术手段。说明书和实施例仅被视为示例性的,本公开的真正范围和精神由下面的权利要求指出。
应当理解的是,本发明并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本发明的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种信息播报的方法,其特征在于,用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,所述方法包括:
    确定预定事件是否被触发;
    当所述预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
    获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
    播放所述播报信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定预定事件是否被触发包括:
    检测系统时间是否到达定时时间,当系统时间到达定时时间,则确定预定事件被触发;或者,
    检测是否与智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接,当与所述智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接时,则确定预定事件被触发;或者,
    检测是否接收到所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,当接收到所述触发信息,则确定所述预定事件被触发。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户当前的生活场景模式,包括:
    获取当前的时间信息,并查询时间信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式;或者,
    获取所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,并查询触发信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生活场景模式由用户自定义,包括工作日模式、休假日模式及健康模式。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息包括:
    当所述生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
    当所述生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种;
    当所述生活场景模式为健康模式时,根据用户的历史健康数据,搜索相关联的健康信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为建立连接状态时,如果自身的状态为待机状态,则将待机状态转换为工作状态;或者,
    当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为断开状态时,如果自身的状态为工作状态,则将工作状态转换为待机状态或者关机。
  7. 一种信息播报的装置,其特征在于,用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,所述装置包括:
    确定模块,用于确定预定事件是否被触发;
    第一获取模块,用于当所述预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
    第二获取模块,用于获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
    播放模块,用于播放所述播报信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    第一确定单元,用于检测系统时间是否到达定时时间,当系统时间到达定时时间,则确定预定事件被触发;
    第二确定单元,用于检测是否与智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接,当与所述智能穿戴设备建立通讯连接时,则确定预定事件被触发;
    第三确定单元,用于检测是否接收到所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,当接收到所述触发信息,则确定所述预定事件被触发。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块,包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获取当前的时间信息,并查询时间信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式;
    第二获取单元,用于获取所连接智能穿戴设备发送的触发信息,并查询触发信息与生活场景模式间对应关系,得到用户当前的生活场景模式。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生活场景模式由用户自定义,包括工作日模式、休假日模式及健康模式。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块包括:
    第三获取单元,用于当所述生活场景模式为工作日模式时,至少获取天气信息、新闻信息或路况信息中的一种或多种;
    第四获取单元,用于当所述生活场景模式为休假日模式时,至少获取天气信息,购物信息,餐饮信息,新闻信息、路况信息、音乐和视频中的一种或多种;
    第五获取单元,用于当所述生活场景模式为健康模式时,根据用户的历史健康数据,搜索相关联的健康信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第一转换模块,用于当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为建立连接状态时,如果自身的状态为待机状态,则将待机状态转换为工作状态;
    第二转换模块,用于当与所述智能穿戴设备的连接状态为断开状态时,如果自身的状态为工作状态,则将工作状态转换为待机状态或者关机。
  13. 一种信息播报的装置,其特征在于,用于智能电视或者家庭音响设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    确定预定事件是否被触发;
    当所述预定事件被触发,获取用户当前的生活场景模式;
    获取所述生活场景模式相对应的播报信息;
    播放所述播报信息。
