有利地,如图4所示,装配段211和限位段212的连接处可以圆弧过渡,且装配段211和限位段212的连接处可以设有用于止挡旋转扣310从限位段212滑入装配段211的止挡凸起213。由此不仅可以进一步便于旋转扣310滑入旋转槽210,而且可以利用止挡凸起213对旋转扣310进行限位,防止旋转扣310从限位段212滑入装配段211,从而进一步提高尘桶组件1装配后的可靠性。
可选地,如图2和图3所示,旋转槽210的底壁面和侧壁面的连接处可以圆弧过渡,旋转扣310可以为圆柱体形,且旋转扣310端面的棱角处可以圆弧过渡。由此可以使旋转扣310滑入旋转槽210时更加顺畅,以进一步便于尘桶组件1的装配。
具体地,如图1、图2和图4所示,网孔过滤器200上可以设有止挡旋风锥300向上移动的止挡环台220。由此可以利用止挡环台220对旋风锥300进行定位,不仅可以便于在装配时确认旋风锥300是否安装到位,以进一步便于尘桶组件1的装配,而且可以提高旋风锥300安装后的稳定性。
其中,旋风锥300的外周面与尘桶100的内周面间之间可以具有间隙。由此不仅可以保证空气能够顺利流通,而且可以进一步便于尘桶组件1的装配。
下面描述根据本发明实施例的吸尘器。根据本发明实施例的吸尘器包括根据本发明上述实施例的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件1。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器,通过利用根据本发明上述实施例的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件1,具有生产效率高、成本低等优点。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定” 等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,包括:
    尘桶;
    网孔过滤器,所述网孔过滤器安装在所述尘桶内;
    旋风锥,所述旋风锥和所述网孔过滤器中的一个上设有旋转槽且另一个上设有旋转扣,所述旋风锥通过旋入所述旋转槽的所述旋转扣安装在所述网孔过滤器上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,所述旋转槽设在所述网孔过滤器的外周面上,所述旋转扣设在所述旋风锥的内周面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,所述旋转槽为多个且沿所述网孔过滤器的周向间隔设置,所述旋转扣为多个且沿所述旋风锥的周向间隔设置,多个所述旋转扣分别旋入多个所述旋转槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,每个所述旋转槽包括:
    装配段,所述装配段沿竖直方向延伸且下端敞开;
    限位段,所述限位段沿水平方向延伸且与所述装配段的上端连通,多个所述旋转槽的所述限位段从所述装配段沿所述网孔过滤器的周向朝向同一方向延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,所述装配段和所述限位段的连接处圆弧过渡且设有用于止挡所述旋转扣从所述限位段滑入所述装配段的止挡凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,所述旋转槽为两个且在所述网孔过滤器的径向上相对,所述旋转扣为两个且在所述旋风锥的径向上相对。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,所述旋转槽的底壁面和侧壁面的连接处圆弧过渡,所述旋转扣为圆柱体形且端面的棱角处圆弧过渡。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,所述网孔过滤器上设有止挡所述旋风锥向上移动的止挡环台。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件,其特征在于,所述旋风锥的外周面与所述尘桶的内周面间之间具有间隙。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的尘桶组件。
