根据本发明的一些实施例,第二接头23包括接头帽231,接头帽231可拆卸地设在连通管21的上述另一端上。当需要检测系统压力、抽真空或者追加冷媒等操作时,可以将接头帽231拆卸下来,当操作完成后,可以将接头帽231安装在连通管21的上述另一端,以封堵连通管21,防止冷媒泄漏。
进一步地,接头组件包括固定件232,固定件232可以套设在连通管21的邻近第二接头23的一端,固定件232可以通过螺纹紧固件固定在侧板13上。由此,可以使得连通管21的位置稳定,从而当空调器运行时,可以减小连通管21的晃动。可选地,螺纹紧固件可以为螺钉或者螺栓等。
根据本发明的一些实施例,开口部131的边缘设有至少一个限位槽,连通管21伸入限位槽内与限位槽配合。其中,限位槽可以为一个或者多个。可选地,限位槽可以形成为半圆形槽。由此,便于连通管21伸入限位槽内配合,从而可以通过限位槽限制连通管21的移动,使得连通管21的位置更加稳定。
例如,在图3的示例中,限位槽为多个,多个限位槽沿开口部131的长度方向间隔设置。
在装配过程中,可以先将第二接头23穿出开口部131,然后将连通管21卡在限位槽内,再将固定件232固定在侧板13上。
根据本发明的一些实施例,空调器的室外机100进一步包括:盖板3,盖板3与侧板13可拆卸地相连以遮盖开口部131。也就是说,盖板3可以用于遮盖开口部131。其中,盖板3的横截面积可以与开口部131大体相同,也可以与侧板13的横截面积大体相同,只要能遮盖住开口部131即可,本发明对此不作具体限定。由此,可以防止非专业人员触碰第二接头23,同时可以避免第二接头23受日照、雨淋等环境的影响,提高了接头组件的可靠性,延长了接头组件的使用寿命。
可选地,盖板3通过螺钉或者卡扣与侧板13相连。结构简单,拆装方便。在检测系统压力、抽真空或者追加冷媒等操作时,只需将盖板3拆下,无需拆卸面板11,简化了检测、安装和维修的工序,提高了检测、安装和维修的效率。
根据本发明实施例的用于空调器的室外机100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
下面参考图1-图3描述根据本发明实施例的用于空调器的室外机100的一个具体实施例。
如图1-图3所示,用于空调器的室外机100,包括:壳体1、充氟嘴14、接头组件和盖板3。
壳体1上设有侧板13,侧板13上设有长方形的开口部131。充氟嘴14包括两个截止阀15充氟嘴14和一个冷媒充注阀充氟嘴14,每个充氟嘴14上分别设有一个接头组件。接头组件包括连通管21,连通管21的一端设有第一接头22,连通管21的另一端设有第二接头23,第一接头22与充氟嘴14螺纹相连,第二接头23从开口部131穿出壳体1。
第二接头23包括接头帽231和固定件232,接头帽231可拆卸地设在连通管21的上述另一端上,固定件232可以通过螺纹紧固件固定在侧板13上。开口部131的边缘设有多个沿开口部131的长度方向间隔设置限位槽,连通管21伸入限位槽内与限位槽配合。
盖板3与侧板13通过卡扣相连,盖板3的横截面积与侧板13的横截面积大体相同。
根据本发明实施例的用于空调器的室外机100,可以在第二接头23处进行检测系统压力、抽真空或者追加冷媒等操作,无需拆卸面板11,简化了检测、安装和维修的工序,提高了检测、安装和维修的效率。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的空调器,包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于空调器的室外机100。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的空调器,通过设置根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于空调器的室外机100,提高了空调器的安装和维修效率。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    充氟嘴,所述充氟嘴设在所述壳体内;
    接头组件,所述接头组件的一端与所述充氟嘴相连,所述接头组件的另一端穿出所述壳体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,所述接头组件包括:连通管,所述连通管的一端设有第一接头,所述连通管的另一端设有第二接头,所述第一接头与所述充氟嘴相连,所述第二接头穿出所述壳体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有侧板,所述侧板上设有开口部,所述第二接头从所述开口部穿出所述壳体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,所述开口部的边缘设有至少一个限位槽,所述连通管伸入所述限位槽内与所述限位槽配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,所述限位槽为多个,多个所述限位槽沿所述开口部的长度方向间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,进一步包括:盖板,所述盖板与所述侧板可拆卸地相连以遮盖所述开口部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,所述盖板通过螺钉或者卡扣与所述侧板相连。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,所述第一接头与所述充氟嘴螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8中任一项所述的用于空调器的室外机,其特征在于,所述连通管为铜管。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于空调器的室外机。
