Description

本实用新型涉及净水器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于净水器的水路部件及具有其的净水器。
背景技术
相关技术中,随着水路板技术的普及,通过密封圈对净水器中的水路部件例如电磁阀等进行安装并密封也开始普及使用。然而,在净水器因售后或产线返修需要拆下带密封圈的水路部件时,密封圈容易掉落于与其对应的连接口例如水路板上的连接口内,需要其它工序将掉落在水路板内的密封圈取出,增加了返修货及售后时间,影响效率。

本实用新型旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本实用新型的一个目的在于提出一种用于净水器的水路部件,该水路部件中的密封圈在拆卸过程中不易脱落。

由于安装段13的外径大于防退段11的外径,当密封件2进入防退段11后,密封件2恢复至趋于自然不被压缩但仍与防退段11保持紧配的状态,密封件2的外径减小,使得密封件2与连接口例如水路板上的连接口的内壁之间的压缩量减少。此时密封件2与防退段11外壁之间的摩擦力大于密封件2与连接口的内壁之间摩擦力,从而使得密封件2停留在防退段11内不被连接口带出。由此,可以防止密封件2从连接头1上滑落并进入连接口内,从而省去了将滑落至连接口内的密封件2取出的工序,有效地降低了工作量,减小了维修时间,缩短了返修货售后周期,提高了维修效率。
根据本实用新型实施例的用于净水器的水路部件100,通过在连接头1上设置防退段11,在拔出水路部件100时,可防止密封件2掉入连接口内,从而有效地减小了工作量,减小了维修时间,缩短了返修货售后周期,提高了维修效率。

根据本实用新型的另一些实施例,参照图5-图8,连接头1的自由端的端部设有止挡筋12。具体地,参照图5,止挡筋12可以形成为沿连接头1的周向延伸的环形筋。其中,止挡筋12的外径大于防退段11的外径,由此,可通过止挡筋12对密封件2进行限位,从而可以进一步地防止密封件2从连接头1上脱落。
可选地,止挡筋12可以包括沿连接头1的周向间隔设置的多个子止挡筋,由此,可以减少材料,降低成本,且同样可以起到很好的止挡效果。
根据本实用新型的一些实施例,止挡筋12与连接头1一体成型。由此,可简化加工工艺,降低加工成本。
具体地,参照图7a,沿连接头1的轴向朝向远离连接头1中心的方向上,止挡筋12的自由端(例如,图7a中的下端)的外周面与连接头1的中心轴线之间的距离逐渐减小。由此,便于连接头1快速、准确地伸入连接口中,从而可将水路部件100快速装配至水路板上,节省了装配时间,提高了装配效率。
进一步地,连接头1上设有限位部3,参照图7和图8,限位部3的下端与安装段13的上端相连,且限位部3的外周壁与连接头1的中心轴线之间的距离大于安装段13的外周壁与连接头1的中心轴线之间的距离。例如,在图7和图8的示例中,限位部3的外径大于安装段13的外径。由此,在连接头1与连接口配合时,可防止密封件2滑出连接口、使密封件2与连接口脱离配合,从而可以使得密封件2的位置稳定,提高密封效果。
可选地,参照图6和图8,限位部3与安装段13之间圆滑过渡。由此,可在注塑工艺上实现密封件2的工作位置处无夹线,从而极大地保证了密封件2的密封性和可靠性。
下面参考图1-图8描述根据本实用新型实施例的用于净水器的水路部件100的两个具体实施例。
实施例一:
如图1-图4所示,根据本实用新型实施例的用于净水器的水路部件100例如电磁阀,包括连接头1和密封件2。其中,水路部件100上的连接头1可与水路板上连接口配合以将水路部件100例如电磁阀连接在水路板上。
其中,连接头1为外周壁呈阶梯状的空心管,连接头1的外周壁形成有沿连接头的轴向延伸的安装段13和防退段11,防退段11位于连接头1的自由端,且防退段11的上端与安装段13连接,防退段11的外径小于安装段12的外径。
密封件2可移动地套设在连接头1的外周壁上,密封件2具有弹性,密封件2在自由状态下的内径等于或小于防退段11的外径。
水路部件100正常工作装配时,水路部件100安装在水路板对应的连接口例如水孔内,密封件2密封件2套设在安装段13的外周壁上。由此,在将水路部件100连接在水路板上时,密封件2可起到密封作用,有效地防止漏水。
在售后维修或者进行产线返工、并需要将水路部件100拔出水路板时,也就是说需 要将连接头1拔出连接口时,由于密封件2与连接口的内壁之间存在密封件2紧配压缩量,在拔出连接头1的过程中,密封件2将被推向防退段11,并滑入防退段11内。由此,可以防止密封件2从连接头1上滑落并进入连接口内,从而省去了将滑落至连接口内的密封件2取出的工序,有效地降低了工作量,减小了维修时间,缩短了返修货售后周期,提高了维修效率。
具体地,防退段11贯穿连接头1的自由端的端面。参照图2和图4,防退段11的自由端延伸至连接头1的自由端的端面,工艺简单,便于实现。
进一步地,连接头1上设有限位部3,参照图3和图4,限位部3与安装段13的上端相连,且限位部3的外周壁与连接头1的中心轴线之间的距离大于安装段13的外周壁与连接头1的中心轴线之间的距离。例如,在图3和图4的示例中,限位部3的外径大于安装段13的外径。由此,在连接头1与连接口配合时,可防止密封件2滑出连接口、使密封件2与连接口脱离配合,从而可以使得密封件2的位置稳定,提高密封效果。
参照图2和图4,限位部3与安装段13之间圆滑过渡。由此,可在注塑工艺上实现密封件2的工作位置(如图1所示)处无夹线,从而极大地保证了密封件2的密封性和可靠性。
实施例二:
如图5-图8所示,本实施例中的用于净水器的水路部件100与实施例一中的用于净水器的水路部件100的结构大体相同,其中相同部件采用相同的标号,不同之处仅在于,实施例一中的防退段11贯穿连接头1的自由端,而本实施例中的连接头1的自由端的端部设有止挡筋12。
具体地,参照图5,止挡筋12形成为沿连接头1的周向延伸的环形筋。其中,止挡筋12的外径大于防退段11的外径,由此,可通过止挡筋12对密封件2进行限位,从而可以进一步地防止密封件2从连接头1上脱落。
其中,止挡筋12可以包括沿连接头1的周向间隔设置的多个子止挡筋,由此,可以减少材料,降低成本,且同样可以起到很好的止挡效果。
具体地,止挡筋12与连接头1一体成型。由此,可简化加工工艺,降低加工成本。
参照图5-图8,沿连接头1的轴向朝向远离连接头1中心的方向上,止挡筋12的自由端的外周面与连接头1的中心轴线之间的距离逐渐减小。由此,便于连接头1快速、准确地伸入连接口中,从而可将水路部件100快速装配至水路板上,节省了装配时间,提高了装配效率。
根据本实用新型实施例的用于净水器的水路部件100,可防止密封件2掉入连接口 内,从而有效地减小了工作量,减小了维修时间,缩短了返修货售后周期,提高了维修效率。
根据本实用新型第二方面实施例的净水器,包括根据本实用新型上述第一方面实施例的水路部件100。
根据本实用新型第二方面实施例的净水器,通过设置根据本实用新型上述第一方面实施例的水路部件100,减小了维修时间,缩短了返修货售后周期,提高了维修效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,包括:
    连接头,所述连接头为外周壁呈阶梯状的空心管,所述连接头的外周壁形成有沿所述连接头的轴向延伸的安装段和防退段,所述防退段位于所述连接头的自由端,且所述防退段的一端与所述安装段连接,所述防退段的外径小于所述安装段的外径;和
    密封件,所述密封件可移动地套设在所述连接头的外周壁上,所述密封件具有弹性,所述密封件在自由状态下的内径等于或小于所述防退段的外径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,所述防退段贯穿所述连接头的自由端的端面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,所述连接头的自由端的端部设有止挡筋。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,所述止挡筋形成为沿所述连接头的周向延伸的环形筋。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,所述止挡筋包括沿所述连接头的周向间隔设置的多个子止挡筋。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,沿所述连接头的轴向朝向远离所述连接头中心的方向上,所述止挡筋的自由端的外周面与所述连接头的中心轴线之间的距离逐渐减小。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,所述止挡筋与所述连接头一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,所述密封件为O型密封圈。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于净水器的水路部件,其特征在于,所述水路部件为逆止阀、电磁阀、高压开关或增压泵。
  10. 一种净水器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的水路部件。
