有些厂家采用快速接头来实现洗衣机进水管与水龙头的连接。洗衣机在使用快速接头的过程中,若遇到水压过大或进水管与水龙头连接不紧密时,容易导致进水管崩开或脱落。对于无人看管的自动洗衣机,如果进水管崩开或脱落,会浪费大量水资源,水量过多时,房屋地面积水,导致地板、家具以及墙面等受损,给用户的财产带来损失。
因此,亟需一种连接可靠、使用方便、密封性好的洗衣机进水管的连接装置,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
一种洗衣机进水管的连接装置,包括出水头和进水管,其中,所述出水头包括密封堵头、压缩弹簧以及出水口,以及所述进水管的第一端内设置有顶柱;所述进水管的第一端与所述出水头连接;所述出水头的内部安装有可上下移动的所述密封堵头,用于封闭出水头的出水口;所述密封堵头远离出水口的一端连接有所述压缩弹簧;以及当进水管套接至出水头的外部时,所述顶柱向远离出水口的方向顶起密封堵头,使进水管与出水头相连通。
可选的,所述密封堵头靠近出水口一端的直径与所述出水口的直径相同,且所述密封堵头的最大外径小于所述出水头的内壁直径。
可选的,所述进水管的第一端固定有快速接头,所述快速接头套接在出水头的外部,且所述快速接头内设置有所述顶柱。
可选的,所述顶柱与所述快速接头为塑料并通过一体注塑成型方法制成。
可选的,所述出水头的外部设有凹槽,所述快速接头的外部设有锁套,所 述锁套内安装有自锁弹簧和滚珠,所述滚珠在自锁弹簧的推动下可卡入所述凹槽内,使快速接头与出水头锁紧。

具体实施方式
洗衣机的水龙头是多个厂家各自独立设计,进水管与水龙头之间可能存在一定的公差,使得进水管与水龙头连接后产生一定的缝隙,造成进水管和水龙头密封性不好,进水管与水龙头连接处产生漏水、冒水等问题。有的用户在水龙头上缠绕生料带(即四氟乙烯带)阻止连接处漏水,漏水问题依旧存在。
如图1-图7所示,本实施方式提供了一种洗衣机进水管的连接装置,该连接装置包括出水头1和进水管2,其中出水头1安装在水龙头3的出水端,进水管2的第一端与出水头1连接,第二端与洗衣机的进水口连接。
出水头1的内部安装有可上下移动的密封堵头11,密封堵头11的最大外径小于出水头1的内壁直径,以便与出水头1的内壁间形成出水流道。密封堵头11靠近出水口15一端的直径与出水头1的出水口15的直径相同,使得密封堵头11可以封闭出水头1的出水口15。
可选地,密封堵头11远离出水口15的一端连接有压缩弹簧12。在出水头1未连接进水管2情况下,压缩弹簧12靠自身弹力将密封堵头11压紧在出水口15上。进水管2的第一端内设置有顶柱211,当进水管2套接至出水头1外部时,顶柱211向远离出水口15的方向上顶起密封堵头11,密封堵头11压紧压缩弹簧12,顶柱211与出水头1内壁间形成流道,使得进水管2与出水头1相连通(图中箭头所指方向即为水流方向)。
可选,进水管2的第一端固定有快速接头21,并通过快速接头21与出水头1连接。可选地,出水头1的外部设有凹槽14,快速接头21的外部设有可沿密封堵头11的运动方向滑动的锁套214,锁套214内安装有自锁弹簧212和滚珠213,滚珠213在自锁弹簧212的推动下可卡入凹槽14内,使快速接头21与出水头1相锁紧。
向下按压锁套214,将出水头1插入快速接头21内,松开锁套214,锁套214在自锁弹簧212弹性力的作用下向远离出水口15的方向运动复位。锁套214上的自锁倒角结构将滚珠213挤压嵌入凹槽14内,并发出“啪”的声音,表明快速接头21与出水头1已锁紧连接,进水管2不会脱落。
向下施加外力推动快速接头21,快速接头21上的解锁倒角结构将滚珠213挤压并逐渐向远离出水头1外壁的方向运动。滚珠213离开凹槽14,并进入锁 套214的解锁凹槽中,拔出下进水管2。在至少一种实施方式中,进水管2与出水头1之间可以采用螺纹连接。
可选地,出水头1的出水端与快速接头21相抵接的位置还设有环形密封垫22,以避免出水头1与进水管2连接漏水。出水头1的出水端外部还设置有圆角,防止出水头和进水管连接时损伤进水管2。
顶柱211固定在快速接头21内,其中顶柱211可以是单个部件,采用卡扣或螺栓固定件固定在快速接头21中。顶柱211与快速接头21可以采用塑料材料通过一体注塑成型方法制成。一体注塑成型方法制作方便、成本低,进水管2的密封性好。
可选的,进水管2的第二端还固定有螺母套23,用于旋拧在洗衣机进水阀的接头上,确保进水管2与洗衣机进水阀的接头紧固连接,防止二者的连接处出现漏水。在至少一种实施方式中,快速接头21和螺母套23均为塑料件,而位于快速接头21与螺母套23之间的连接管为橡塑材质的软管,其中快速接头21、螺母套23分别通过卡箍与连接管进行紧固连接。
在至少一种实施方式中,水龙头3包括本体31、止挡32、连接部33、阀芯帽34和把手35,其中本体31是水龙头3的主体部分,是其他零部件的组装骨架。图1中,本体31的下端,即水龙头3的出水端设有外螺纹,出水头1的进水端设有内螺纹,出水头1与水龙头3通过螺纹固定连接。
可选的,本体31与出水头1连接处还设置有密封垫片14,以确保本体31与出水头1的连接处具有良好的密封性。连接部33位于本体31的进水端,连接部33上可以设有外螺纹,用于与家庭送水管连接。
本体31的内部安装有阀体37,阀体37内可转动地安装有阀芯36。阀芯帽34的底部设有连接件341,连接件341与阀芯36卡接,并能带动阀芯36转动。阀芯帽34的外部还连接有把手35,方便调节阀芯36,控制水流的通断及水流大小。至少一种实施方式中,采用一字型把手35,且把手35与阀芯帽34为一体成型制作。
可选地,如图4和图6所示,阀体37与本体31之间设有两道密封圈,使得阀体37安装在本体31后,确保阀体37与本体31之间良好的密封性。阀芯36与阀体37之间也可以设有三道密封圈,以确保阀芯36与阀体37连接处的密封性。
可选地,如图4所示,阀芯36的下端连接有第二陶瓷片39,第二陶瓷片39的下方设有第一陶瓷片38,第二陶瓷片39和第一陶瓷片38上均开设有通水孔。当旋转阀芯36的时候,阀芯36的下端带动第二陶瓷片39转动,使得第二陶瓷片39上的通水孔对准第一陶瓷片38上的通水孔,使阀体37两端的流道相连通。
水流进入水龙头3的连接部33,并达到阀体进水口371,分别经过第一陶瓷片38和第二陶瓷片39上的通水孔进入阀体37内,通过阀体出水口372,达到出水头1,经过密封堵头11与出水头内壁的间隙流道,进入进水管2。陶瓷片耐老化、耐磨损,延长水龙头3的使用寿命。
利用出水头实现水龙头与进水管的快速连接,在出水头内设置密封堵头,防止了进水管滑落时水龙头出现漏水。密封堵头远离出水口的一端连接压缩弹簧,当进水管脱落时,压缩弹簧依靠自身弹力将密封堵头压紧在出水头的出水口。
进水管内设有顶柱,当进水管套接至出水头外部时,顶柱向远离出水口15的方向顶起密封堵头,使进水管与出水流道连通,该顶柱的设计简化了进水管的结构,可以让密封堵头完全处于出水头内部,保护了密封堵头。
工业实用性
洗衣机进水管的连接装置采用出水头实现进水管与水龙头的密封连接,减少了洗衣机的进水管与水龙头连接不匹配,密封性差,连接处容易漏水、进水管崩开或脱落等问题,提升了用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机进水管的连接装置,包括出水头(1)和进水管(2),其中,所述出水头(1)包括密封堵头(11)、压缩弹簧(12)以及出水口(15),以及所述进水管(2)的第一端内设置有顶柱(211);所述进水管(2)的第一端与所述出水头(1)连接;所述出水头(1)的内部安装有可上下移动的所述密封堵头(11),用于封闭出水头(1)的出水口(15);所述密封堵头(11)远离出水口(15)的一端连接有所述压缩弹簧(12);以及当进水管(2)套接至出水头(1)的外部时,所述顶柱(211)向远离出水口(15)的方向顶起密封堵头(11),使进水管(2)与出水头(1)相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其中,所述密封堵头(11)靠近出水口(15)一端的直径与所述出水口(15)的直径相同,且所述密封堵头(11)的最大外径小于所述出水头(1)的内壁直径。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其中,所述进水管(2)的第一端固定有快速接头(21),所述快速接头(21)套接在出水头(1)的外部,且所述快速接头(21)内设置有所述顶柱(211)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接装置,其中,所述顶柱(211)与所述快速接头(21)为塑料并通过一体注塑成型方法制成。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的连接装置,其中,所述出水头(1)的外部设有凹槽(14),所述快速接头(21)的外部设有锁套(214),所述锁套(214)内安装有自锁弹簧(212)和滚珠(213),所述滚珠(213)在自锁弹簧(212)的推动下可卡入所述凹槽(14)内,使快速接头(21)与出水头(1)锁紧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接装置,其中,所述出水头(1)的出水端与进水管(2)的连接处设置有环形密封垫(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的连接装置,其中,所述出水头(1)的出水端设 置有倒角,用于防止连接时损伤进水管(2)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的连接装置,其中,所述进水管(2)的第二端固定有螺母套(23),所述螺母套(23)旋拧在洗衣机进水阀的接头上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其中,所述出水头(1)的进水端设有内螺纹,使得所述出水头(1)与出水端设有外螺纹的水龙头(3)通过螺纹固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接装置,其中,所述出水头(1)远离所述出水口(15)的一端设置有密封垫片(16)。
