Abstract

本发明公开了一种扬声器模组,包括外壳,收容于所述外壳内的扬声器单体;所述外壳上设置有出声孔,并且:所述外壳对应所述出声孔位置设置有防护网,所述防护网为非平面结构。本发明扬声器模组,防护网采用非平面结构,防护网可以通过自身的形变抵消外壳应力作用于防护网上导致的防护网撕裂或网孔变形,提高防护网可靠性,避免外界异物进入到扬声器模组内部,提高扬声器模组的可靠性。

Description

扬声器模组 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种可靠性高的扬声器模组。
背景技术
随着消费类电子市场的扩大,大量手机、笔记本电脑等消费类电子产品得到广泛推广,扬声器模组作为消费类电子产品中重要的声学部件得到广泛应用。随着人们对消费类电子产品品质要求的提高,扬声器模组的可靠性越来越受到业界关注。
扬声器模组包括外壳和单体,外壳上设置有供声音出射的出声孔,为了防止外界异物进入扬声器模组内部,扬声器模组出声孔位置通常设置有防护网。在扬声器模组的生产、应用过程中,其外壳不可避免地会受到外力作用。当外壳受到一定的外力时,例如超声、跌落、震动,会有一定的变形,或者是外壳本身有一定的应力释放导致变形,外壳变形时,设置于外壳上的防护网会受到应力作用,引起防护网的网孔变形或者防护网撕裂,无法起到防止外部异物进入扬声器模组内部的防护功能,导致扬声器模组可靠性下降。
因此,有必要提出一种改进,以克服传统技术扬声器模组的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可靠性高的扬声器模组。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种扬声器模组,包括外壳,收容于所述外壳内的扬声器单体;所述外壳上设置有出声孔,并且:所述外壳对应所述出声孔位置设置有防护网,所述防护网为非平面结构。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述防护网为弧形或波浪形的一种。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述防护网与所述外壳粘接固定。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述外壳对应所述防护网粘接位置设置粘接面,所述防护网与所述外壳接触位置与所述粘接面形状对应,所述防护网与所述粘接面之间设置有胶体。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述防护网与所述外壳一体注塑成型。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述防护网与所述外壳通过超声波焊接固定。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述防护网设置于所述外壳靠近所述扬声器单体的内侧。
作为以上方案的优选,所述防护网为金属网。
本发明的扬声器模组,防护网为非平面结构,当外壳应力作用于防护网上时,非平面结构的防护网可以通过自身结构的微小形变抵消应力,避免防护网被外壳应力撕裂或网孔变形,从而保证扬声器模组的可靠性。
为了提高防护网的形变,提高抵消外壳应力的效果,防护网可以设置为弧形或波浪形。
为了提高防护网与外壳的结合牢固程度,防护网与外壳粘接固定,外壳对应防护网设置有粘接面,防护网与粘接面形状对应,通过胶体粘接。
为了提高防护网与外壳的集合牢固程度简化扬声器模组生产工艺,防护网与外壳可以一体注塑成型,或通过超声波焊接固定。
防护网设置于外壳内侧,可以避免扬声器模组装配时对防护网的划伤,提高扬声器模组的美观性。
防护网为金属网,可以提高防护网的牢固程度,进一步提高扬声器模组的可靠性。
综上所述,本发明扬声器模组具有可靠性高的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
实施例一:
本发明扬声器模组,包括外壳和扬声器单体,如图1和图2所示,外壳包括第一外壳11和第二外壳12,第二外壳12上设置有供声音出射的出声孔,第二外壳12上对应出声孔位置设置有防护网2,防护网2可以避免外界异物进入到扬声器模组内部,提高扬声器模组的可靠性。如图1及图2所示,防护网2为非平面结构,非平面结构的防护网2可以通过防护网2的微小形变抵消扬声器模组生产、应用过程中外壳受到外力或外壳本身形变传递至防护网2的应力,避免外壳应力导致防护网2撕裂或网孔变形,保证防护网2起到防止外界异物进入扬声器模组内部的作用,提高扬声器模组可靠性。如图1及图2所示,本实施例的防护网2为弧形,在实际应用中,防护网2可以为波浪形等其他非平面形状,皆可体现本发明扬声器模组的设计思路,实现本发明扬声器模组优点。
如图2所示,本实施例的扬声器模组,防护网2与第二外壳12一体结合。防护网2与第二外壳12一体结合,可以有效提高防护网2与外壳结合的牢固程度,避免扬声器模组生产使用过程中防护网2的脱落,保证扬声器模组可靠性。在实际生产过程中,防护网2与第二外壳12可以通过一体注塑成型或通过超声波焊接一体。
如图2所示,防护网2设置于第二外壳12的内部,设置于外壳内部的防护网2避免在扬声器模组生产、应用时防护网2被其他部件 划伤,提高扬声器模组可靠性,同时,设置于内部的防护网2有利于提高扬声器模组的美观程度。
在实际应用中,为了提高防护网2本身的牢固程度,防护网2可以采用金属网。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一相似,不同之处在于,第二外壳12与防护网2粘接固定。如图3及图4所示,第二外壳12上对应防护网2设置位置设置有粘接面12a,防护网2与粘接面12a结合的位置形状与粘接面12a对应,防护网2与粘接面12a之间设置有胶体3。第二外壳12设置粘接面12a,防护网2与第二外壳12接触位置与粘接面12a形状对应,可以最大程度地提高防护网2与第二外壳12的接触面积,二者之间设置胶体,可以保证二者牢固结合,提高防护网2与第二外壳12粘接的牢固程度,从而提高扬声器模组的可靠性。
本发明扬声器模组,防护网采用非平面结构,防护网可以通过自身的形变抵消外壳应力作用于防护网上导致的防护网撕裂或网孔变形,提高防护网可靠性,避免外界异物进入到扬声器模组内部,提高扬声器模组的可靠性。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括外壳,收容于所述外壳内的扬声器单体;所述外壳上设置有出声孔,其特征在于:所述外壳对应所述出声孔位置设置有防护网,所述防护网为非平面结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述防护网为弧形或波浪形的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述防护网与所述外壳粘接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述外壳对应所述防护网粘接位置设置粘接面,所述防护网与所述外壳接触位置与所述粘接面形状对应,所述防护网与所述粘接面之间设置有胶体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述防护网与所述外壳一体注塑成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述防护网与所述外壳通过超声波焊接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述防护网设置于所述外壳靠近所述扬声器单体的内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述防护网为金属网。
