货运过程中,为了实现对货物等物体的限位,经常会使用限位装置。目前,高速铁路货运(快速货运动车组)具有比普通列车快速、比航空运输成本低的竞争优势。以法国、德国为代表的国家,已从运送特快邮件和包裹等服务开始,发展高速铁路货运。
传统的铁路货运(行包专列)的货物装载固定方式通常是:人工装卸,包裹散装(货舱地板),采用压缝堆码或梯形堆码型式,利用堆垛之间相互挤压密贴,不进行固定。快速货运动车组货物的固定,需要解决货物的模块化集装、快速装载与固定等问题,以保证运输的安全、可靠。要实现模块化集装单元在货舱的快速装载与固定,尤其是沿车辆运行方向要实现两个功能:一是集装单元的人工滚道运输,二是集装单元推至指定位置后的纵向限位问题。前者要求限位装置能够翻下从而不影响运输,后者要求限位装置能够翻起以满足集装单元的限位且满足强度要求。因此,为了满足货运尤其是高速铁路货运的需要,有必要针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种限位装置,所述限位装置的结构简单,操作方便,效果可靠,能够很好地满足快速装载与固定要求。

底座1上、另一端连接在第一定位件3上的弹簧,也可以采用其它形式的具有弹性件的部件和/或机构。
此外,如图1所示,所述限位装置还可以包括踏板6。踏板6设置在第一定位件3上,用于在外力的作用下使第一定位件3的第二端能够相对于底座1向下运动。例如,可以通过操作者的脚的踩踏,使得第一定位件3的第二端相对于底座1向下运动,同时限位件4向非限位状态翻转,解除第一定位件3对限位件4的定位。
如图2所示,所述定位件还可以包括第二定位件8。第二定位件8的第一端固定设置在底座1上,第二定位件8的第二端用于在限位件4处于所述限位状态时抵靠所述第一段的第二侧。所述第一侧和所述第二侧为所述第一段的相对两侧,即在图2中分别位于限位件4的主体部分的第一段的左右两侧。
优选地,如图1和2所示,限位件4的主体部分的第一段可以为弧形段。通过该结构,在设置有第二定位件8的情况下,第二定位件8可以在限位状态下抵靠该弧形段的第二侧,即抵靠一个弧形面,由此可以增加定位的稳定性。此外,通过将第一段设置为弧形段,可以在限位件4处于倒伏的非限位状态时,尽量减小整个限位装置的高度,便于货物或货物的承载体(例如集装箱或集装板)从限位装置的上方通过。
为了提高底座1的结构强度,如图1所示,可以在底座1的中空部分中设置补强板7。所述补强板的个数可以是一个或多个,根据实际需要而定。
底座1上可以设置用于固定自身的固定机构。所述固定机构可以包括安装沉台和设置在所述安装沉台上的螺栓孔。安装沉台可以保证螺栓安装在螺栓孔之后不高于底座1的上表面,避免与底座1上承载的物体发生干涉。
图2示出了根据本发明实施例的限位装置使用时的示意图。如图2所示,在前述限位装置的限位件4处于限位状态时,可以同时限位例如两个集装板9(其上可以放置有集装箱或其它货物),此时,左边的集装板9的右端和右边的集装板9的左端分别进入前述T字形结构的两个限位区域,从而实现了集装板9的的限位。
结合图1和图2,当两个集装板9被移走,前述限位装置的限位件4需要切换到非限位状态时,操作者可以用脚踩踏踏板6,从而克服第二弹性件的
弹性力作用,使得第一定位件3的第二端向下运动,同时限位件4在第一弹性件或手动作用力的作用下向非限位状态翻转,解除了第一定位件3对限位件4的定位,限位件4继续翻转,直至它的至少一部分被容纳在底座1的中空部分中。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:结构简单,使用和维护方便;具有较高的承载能力,满足限位和承载要求;在非限位状态下倒伏,便于集装单元的搬运;翻起后固定到位,限位作用可靠有效;解锁操作方便,能有效提高工作效率,能大幅提高货物的装卸速度,降低时间成本。
并且,本发明提供的限位锁装置可以为集装单元在货舱内实现三个目的:一、为集装单元(货物)提供固定位置处的纵向限位,当承受车辆运行方向不小于5g过载冲击,该装置不产生失效,同时兼顾考虑轻量化设计;二、当货物沿货舱长度方向运输时,该限位装置可实现翻下倒伏,方便货物从其上运输;三、该限位装置的操作可实现灵活、可靠地闭锁和解锁。
本发明提供的限位装置适用于一般的货运运输,特别适用于货运动车组的货运运输,尤其适用于限位和固定其上放置有集装箱或其它货物的集装板,从而实现货物的迅速装卸。
前面根据实施例描述了本发明的限位装置,但该限位装置并不仅限于该实施例中所述的部件和/或连接关系。例如,底座并不限于矩形的框架结构;限位件和定位件的结构及其设置方式不限于实施例所述结构及其设置方式,只要限位件能够在限位/非限位状态之间翻转切换,且定位件能够对限位件进行定位/解除定位;第一弹性件和第二弹性件不限于扭簧,可以是各种各样能够提供所需弹性作用力的机构/部件。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种限位装置,包括底座和可转动地设置在所述底座上的限位件,其特征在于,所述限位装置还包括定位件,所述底座具有中空部分;所述限位件能够在限位状态和非限位状态之间切换,当所述限位件处于所述限位状态时,所述定位件定位所述限位件的位置;当所述限位件处于所述非限位状态时,所述定位件解除对所述限位件的定位,且所述限位件的至少一部分被容纳在所述中空部分之中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述限位件具有主体部分和限位部分,所述主体部分包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段的第一端可转动地设置在所述底座上,所述第一段的第二端连接至所述第二段的第一端,所述第二段的第二端连接至所述限位部分;所述第二段与所述限位部分构成限位区域。
- 根据权利要求2所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述第二段为直线段,所述直线段和所述限位部分构成T字形结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述限位装置还包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件用于使所述限位件具有从所述限位状态向所述非限位状态切换的趋势。
- 根据权利要求4所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述第一段的第一端通过第一转轴可转动地设置在所述底座上,所述第一弹性件为套设在所述第一转轴上的第一扭簧。
- 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述定位件包括第一定位件,所述第一定位件的第一端可转动地设置在所述底座上,所述第一定位件的第二端为钩状结构,所述第一段具有中空部,所述钩状结构用于在所述限位件处于所述限位状态时穿过所述中空部并勾住所述第一段的第一侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述限位装置还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件用于使所述第一定位件的第二端具有相对于所述底座向上运动的趋势。
- 根据权利要求7所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述限位装置还包括踏板,所述踏板设置在所述第一定位件上,用于在外力的作用下使所述第一定位件的第二端能够相对于所述底座向下运动。
- 根据权利要求7所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位件的第一端通过第二转轴可转动地设置在所述底座上,所述第二弹性件为套设在所述第二转轴上的第二扭簧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的限位装置,其特征在于,所述定位件包括第二定位件,所述第二定位件的第一端固定设置在所述底座上,所述第二定位件的第二端用于在所述限位件处于所述限位状态时抵靠所述第一段的第二侧;所述第一侧和所述第二侧为所述第一段的相对两侧。
