权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种卷式车篷, 包括车篷支架以及篷布, 所述车篷支架包括左侧边框
、 右侧边框、 前杠以及后杠, 其特征在于, 左侧边框内侧的下部设置 有滑道、 调节底座、 调节螺杆、 调节旋钮、 后杠卡座; 所述调节底座 固定在左侧边框内侧, 且不可移动; 所述调节底座上设置有调节旋钮 , 所述调节螺杆穿过调节底座和调节旋钮, 调节螺杆的尾部卡合固定 在后杠卡座上的凹槽里; 后杠卡座为分离式结构, 上下两部分固定在 所述滑道上, 当转动调节旋钮吋, 调节螺杆产生位移并带动后杠卡座 在滑道内滑动; 所述右侧边框与左侧边框呈对称设置。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述左侧边框 内侧的下部, 还设置有锁钩, 所述锁钩穿过左侧边框内侧, 通过螺杆 、 螺母以及弹性机构与左侧边框内侧相固定, 用于锁紧左侧边框和后 杠; 相对应的, 在后杠底部的凹槽中设置有与锁钩对应的锁紧装置。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述后杠外侧 以及前杠外侧设置成带有幵口的圆筒状, 后杠外侧以及前杠外侧与篷 布相连接, 篷布与后杠外侧以及前杠外侧连接的两侧包裹有硬质圆柱 状的物体, 圆柱状物体的直径大于所述幵口。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 左侧边框内侧 的上部以及右侧边框的上部分别设置有一圆孔, 用于与前杠的固定; 所述前杠的底部设置有凹槽, 凹槽底部宽, 上部窄, 并且设置有两个 螺杆, 凹槽上部的间距小于螺杆尾部的直径; 所述螺杆分别穿过左侧 边框上部的圆孔以及右侧边框的圆孔, 并且通过带有阻尼的螺母与左 侧边框以及右侧边框相固定。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述前杠、 后 杠、 左侧边框、 右侧边框均为中空结构, 使用堵头将前杠、 后杠、 左 侧边框、 右侧边框的截面盖合; 所述后杠的左侧堵头盖合截面后有突 出部分, 该堵头的突出部分卡合在后杠卡座与左侧边框之间的空隙。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述篷布背面 两侧的内侧设置有三对 PVC材料, 用于粘合支撑杆, 所述支撑杆成圆 筒状, 支撑杆的长度小于篷布的宽度,支撑杆的两头设置有 PVC材料 用于支撑杆与篷布的粘合。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述前杠以及 后杠的底部还设置有扎带。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述后杆底面 设置有凹槽, 在凹槽中部设置有 LED灯组。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述左侧边框 以及右侧边框与车厢之间设置有密封条。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的一种卷式车篷, 其特征在于, 所述密封条上 部有一突出的上檐。
