본 발명은 청소기 헤드에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 헤드를 전진 또는 후진시에 들림판의 회전에 의해 바닥면에서 제거 대상물이 뭉치는 것을 방지함과 동시에 패드 하부에 가두어 둘 수 있도록 유입되도록 함으로써, 사용자가 손으로 훔쳐내듯이 제거 대상물 제거가 가능하여 더욱 청결한 청소가 가능한 청소기 헤드에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 밀대 등과 같은 청소도구는 수직방향으로 길이를 갖는 손잡이대를 전/후진시켜 상기 손잡이대 하부에 구비된 걸레를 통해 사용자가 서있는 상태로 젖거나 마름 상태의 걸레를 이용하여 실내의 바닥면에 고착된 제거 대상물을 청소하기 위한 것이다.
이러한 밀대는 수평방향으로 길이를 갖도록 걸레를 구비하여 바닥면에 일정면적씩 닦아내거나 또는 닦아내기 위한 면적을 넓게 가질 수 있도록 도 1에 도시한 종래기술인 대한민국등록실용신안 제20-0446498호와 같이, 원형으로 걸레를 구비하여 청소하는 것이 일반적이다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 밀대는 수평 또는 원형으로 형성된 걸레와는 상관없이 걸레가 전/후진시에 진행하는 방향에 따라 제거 대상물이 청소바닥면에 뭉치는 현상이 발생하여 특히, 모서리 부분에 다다라서는 그 뭉쳐진 제거 대상물이 제거되지 못하고 모서리에 고착되어 별도로 모서리에 고착된 제거 대상물을 제거하여야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 제안된 것으로, 청소기 헤드가 전/후진시에 제거 대상물이 걸려 뭉치는 것을 방지하여 청결한 청소상태를 이루고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 청소기 헤드는 파지부 및 진행방향에 따라 끝단에 제거 대상물의 걸림을 방지하고, 상기 제거 대상물을 가두어 제거할 수 있도록 상기 파지부와 회전가능하게 결합하는 제거부를 포함한다.
또한 상기 파지부는 손잡이 및 상기 손잡이에 설치되며, 상기 제거부의 진행방향에 따라 이동가능하게 구비되는 가이드부재를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.

돌출편(123)은 가이드판(121) 상면에 서로 이웃하게 한 쌍으로 돌출형성되며, 손잡이(110) 하부가 삽입되어 회전가능하도록 힌지 결합한다. 이때 돌출편(123)은 손잡이(110)가 수직방향으로 길이를 갖는 기둥형상의 경우에만 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
장홈(125)은 한 쌍의 제2회전편(223)이 각각 삽입될 수 있도록 가이드판(121) 상면에 천공형성된다. 이때 장홈(125)은 이동부재(220)가 전/후 방향으로 이동가능하도록 천공형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
롤러(127)는 결합편(121a)과 회전가능하도록 결합하며, 하면이 이동판(221) 상면과 면 접촉할 수 있도록 하여 이동판(221)의 이동을 용이하게 한다. 이때 롤러(127)는 필요에 따라 구 형태의 볼 베어링이 사용될 수 있음에 유의한다. 즉, 롤러(127)는 파지부(100)의 전/후진에 따라 이동판(221)이 용이하게 전/후진할 수 있는 구조의 것이 사용된다.
그리고, 상기 제거부(200)는 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 사용자에 의한 파지부(100)의 진행방향에 따라 바닥면의 제거 대상물이 제거부(200) 끝단에 걸리는 않게 회전하며, 회전에 의해 패드(230) 하면에 위치하는 이물질을 상기 패드(230) 하부에 가두어 제거하기 위한 구성으로 회전부재(210), 이동부재(220) 및 패드(230)를 포함한다.
여기서, 회전부재(210)는 진행방향에 따라 들림판(211) 끝단에 제거 대상물이 걸려 뭉쳐지지 않게 상기 들림판(211) 하부로 유입될 수 있도록 하기 위한 구성으로 들림판(211), 제1회전편(213), 링크(215) 및 제1굴곡부(217)를 포함한다. 이때 회전부재(210)는 전진 또는 후진하는 파지부(100) 전/후방에 각각 구비되며, 전/후진하는 파지부에 의해 제거 대상물을 제거할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
들림판(211)은 가이드판(121) 전방 또는 후방에 구비되며, 상기 가이드판(121)과 회전가능하도록 축 결합한다. 이때 가이드판(121)과 서로 마주보는 측의 들림판(211)은 회전시에 가이드판(121)의 간섭을 받지 않도록 굴곡지게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
아울러, 들림판(211)은 도시하지는 않았지만, 상면에 벨크로테잎(찍찍이) 등의 방식으로 패드(230)가 고정될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
제1회전편(213)은 들림판(211) 상부에 서로 이웃하도록 한 쌍으로 돌출형성되며, 각각 링크(215) 일단이 회전가능하도록 관통삽입된다.
링크(215)는 일단이 들림판(211) 상부에 돌출형성된 제1회전편(213)과 회전가능하도록 관통 삽입되며, 타단이 이동판(221) 상면에 돌출형성된 제2회전편(223)과 회전가능하도록 관통 삽입된다. 이때 링크(215)는 양끝단이 각각 제1 및 제2회전편(213,223)과 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 절곡 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 링크(215)는 이동판(221)이 전/후진하는 직진운동을 통해 들림판(211)이 회전할 수 있는 회전운동으로 변화시키게 하는 것이다.
제1굴곡부(217)는 들림판(211) 하부에 탈부착 가능하게 결합하며, 진행방향에 따라 들림판(211) 끝단에 제거 대상물이 걸리지 않도록 들림판(211)과 같이 회전하도록 구비된다. 이때 제1굴곡부(217)은 들림판(211)의 회전에 따라 패드(230)가 들려져 패드(230) 하부로 제거 대상물이 모여질 수 있도록 패드(230)와 탈부착 가능한 재질의 것을 사용하며, 패드(230) 하부에 모여진 제거 대상물을 가두어 두기 용이하도록 하면이 경사지게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 이동부재(220)는 파지부(100)의 진행방향에 따라 전/후 방향으로 이동하며, 이동에 의해 회전부재(210)를 회전시키기 위한 구성으로 이동판(221), 제2회전편(223), 안착홈(225) 및 제2굴곡부(227)를 포함한다.
이동판(221)은 전체적으로 판 형상을 갖도록 가이드판(121) 하부에 전/후방 방향으로 이동가능하도록 구비된다.
제2회전편(223)은 가이드판(121)에 천공형성된 장홈(125)에 삽입가능하도록 이동판(221) 상면에 돌출형성된다. 이때 제2회전편(223)은 링크(215) 타단이 회전가능하도록 관통 삽입되며, 상기 제2회전편(223)의 이동에 따라 링크(215)를 이동시켜 들림판(211)이 회전할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
안착홈(225)은 가이드판(121) 하부에 회전가능하게 구비되는 롤러(127) 하면이 안착할 수 있도록 이동판(221) 상면에 내측으로 홈을 갖도록 형성된다.
제2굴곡부(227)는 이동판(221) 하부에 탈부착 가능하게 결합하며, 회전하는 제1굴곡부(217)와 함께 패드(230) 하부로 유입된 제거 대상물을 가두어 제거할 수 있도록 한다. 이때 제2굴곡부(227) 하면은 제거 대상물을 가두어 두기 용이하도록 하방으로 돌출된 호(弧) 형상을 갖도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 패드(230)는 전체적으로 사각의 판 형상을 갖도록 형성되며, 젖거나 마른 상황에서도 먼지 또는 머리카락 등의 제거 대상물을 바닥면에서 제거함과 동시에 닦아낼 수 있는 직물재질이 사용된다. 이때 패드(230)는 제1 및 제2굴곡부(227) 하면을 감싸도록 구비되며, 들림판(211)의 회전이 용이하도록 느슨하게 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 청소기 헤드(1)는 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 전방으로 이동하는 청소기 헤드(1)의 진행방향과 반대로 가이드판(121)에 형성된 장홈(125)을 따라 이동판(221)이 후방으로 이동하고, 진행방향과 같은 방향에 구비된 들림판(211)은 상기 들림판(211)과 결합하는 링크(215)가 제2회전편(223)의 후진 이동에 의해 후방으로 당겨져 상기 들림판(211)이 상방으로 회전하며, 상기 들림판(211) 끝단에 제거 대상물이 걸리지 않도록 패드(230) 하면으로 제거 대상물을 유입할 수 있게 된다. 이때 이동판(221)은 롤러(127)에 의해 가이드판(121)에 간섭을 받지않고 용이하게 이동할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이, 청소기 헤드(1)의 진행방향과 반대방향에 있는 들림판(211)은 링크(215)의 이동하려는 힘에 의해 회전되며, 패드(230)가 바닥면을 가압하여 더욱 청결한 청소가 가능하게 된다.
계속하여, 도 8에 도시한 바와 같이, 전방으로 이동한 밀대(1)를 다시 후방으로 이동시키면 후진한 링크(215)가 다시 전방으로 이동하고, 상기 링크(215)에 의해 상방으로 회전했던 들림판(211)이 하방으로 회전하여 패드(230) 하부에 유입된 제거 대상물을 가두어 제거하게 되는 것이다. 이때 상기 들림판(211)은 하방으로 회전함과 동시에 링크(215)에 의해 패드(230)가 바닥면을 가압하여 청소하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
아울러, 제거 대상물은 경사지게 형성된 제1굴곡부(217) 및 호(乎) 형상의 제2굴곡부(227)를 통해 느슨하게 부착된 패드(230) 하부에 제거 대상물을 가두는 공간부(S)를 형성하여 용이하게 가둘 수 있게 된다.
한편, 도 9에 도시한 바와 같이, 청소기 헤드(1)의 후진과 동시에 바닥면을 가압하던 들림판(211)은 링크(215)의 전진에 의해 상방으로 회전하여 패드(230) 하부로 미처 제거되지 못한 제거 대상물을 상기 패드(230) 하부에 유입될 수 있도록 한다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 청소기 헤드(1)는 종래와는 차별적으로 전진 또는 후진시에 들림판(211)의 회전에 의해 바닥면에서 제거 대상물이 뭉치는 것을 방지함과 동시에 패드(230) 하부에 가두어 둘 수 있도록 유입되도록 함으로써, 사용자가 손으로 훔쳐내듯이 제거 대상물 제거가 가능하여 더욱 청결한 청소가 가능하게 되는 것이다.
이상, 본 발명의 특정 실시예에 대하여 상술하였다. 그러나, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위는 이러한 특정 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니라, 본 발명의 요지를 변경하지 않는 범위 내에서 다양하게 수정 및 변형 가능하다는 것을 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 것이다.
따라서, 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이므로, 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 하며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 청소기 헤드를 전진 또는 후진시에 들림판의 회전에 의해 바닥면에서 제거 대상물이 뭉치는 것을 방지함과 동시에 패드 하부에 가두어 둘 수 있도록 유입되도록 함으로써, 사용자가 손으로 훔쳐내듯이 제거 대상물 제거가 가능하여 더욱 청결한 청소가 가능하므로 실생활에 편리하게 활용할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 파지부; 및
    진행방향에 따라 끝단에 제거 대상물의 걸림을 방지하고, 상기 제거 대상물을 가두어 제거할 수 있도록 상기 파지부와 회전가능하게 결합하는 제거부;를 포함하며,
    상기 파지부는
    손잡이; 및
    상기 손잡이에 설치되며, 상기 제거부의 진행방향에 따라 이동가능하게 구비되는 가이드부재;를 포함하고,
    상기 제거부는
    상기 제거 대상물의 걸림방지 또는 상기 제거 대상물을 가둘 수 있도록 상기 파지부 일측 또는 양측에 회전가능하게 구비되는 회전부재;
    상기 파지부에 이동가능하도록 삽입되며, 이동시에 상기 회전부재를 회전시키는 이동부재; 및
    상기 제거 대상물을 제거하는 패드;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청소기 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가이드부재는
    일측 또는 양측이 상기 제거부와 회전가능하게 구비되는 가이드판;
    상기 가이드판 상부에 돌출형성되며, 상기 손잡이와 회전가능하게 결합하는 돌출편; 및
    상기 가이드판에 형성되며, 상기 제거부가 이동가능하도록 천공형성된 장홈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청소기 헤드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 가이드부재는
    상기 가이드판 하부에 적어도 하나 이상 회전가능하게 구비되며, 하면이 상기 제거부에 지지되는 롤러; 및
    상기 롤러가 회전가능하게 결합하도록 상기 가이드판 하면에 하방으로 돌출형성된 결합편;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청소기 헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 회전부재는
    상기 파지부와 회전가능하게 축 결합하는 들림판;
    상기 들림판 상부에 돌출형성되는 제1회전편;
    일측이 상기 제1회전편과 회전가능하게 결합하고, 타측이 상기 이동부재와 회전가능하게 결합하며, 상기 파지부의 이동에 따라 상기 들림판을 상방 또는 하방으로 회전시키는 링크; 및
    상기 들림판 하부에 탈착 가능하게 구비되며, 하면이 소정각도로 굴곡지게 형성된 제1굴곡부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청소기 헤드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 이동부재는
    상면에 적어도 하나 이상 형성되며, 상기 파지부가 지지되는 안착홈이 형성된 이동판;
    상기 이동판 상면에서 돌출형성되며, 상기 회전부재와 회전가능하게 결합하는 제2회전편; 및
    상기 이동판 하부에 탈부착 가능하게 구비되며, 하면이 호(弧) 형상을 갖도록 굴곡지게 형성된 제2굴곡부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청소기 헤드.
