 それに、上記特許文献3の熱変色性筆記具1の摩擦体4の消去部材は、軸筒の後方端部に摩擦体4を固着されて取り付けられ、その摩擦体4にゴミ屑等が付着して汚れないように筒状の保護筒部6で包囲し、それらの筒状の保護筒部6が軸筒2の外周面から前後の可動時に露出して覆うため、見栄えが悪く邪魔になり不便であった。
さらに、クリップ本体51と筒状の保護筒部6が一体であるため製作上、複雑化で組立てやコスト等の問題があった。

 本発明は、このような従来の構成が有していた問題を解決しようとするものであり、シャープペンシル又は熱変色性筆記具等の何れの筆記具にも拘らず、応用ができる消去部材付き筆記具の提供を実現することを目的とするものである。

そして、シャープペンシル用として可動ノックホルダー9の後方部14に装着した消しゴムの消去部材15を、前記後方部14から繰り出し機構を構成して、使用時の磨耗による伸縮調整を行ない、軸筒1の後方端部孔19から前記消去部材15を突出させて出し入れを行なうようにする。
上記、消しゴムを用いての繰り出し機構を行うためには、前記可動ノックホルダー9を筒体状に形成して、その筒体内に螺旋25を設け、ロング状の消しゴム体の外面にも螺旋25を設けて螺旋25同士のかみ合わせで出し入れ伸縮調整機構を構成する。
それに、消しゴム用の消去部材15に貫通孔27を貫き形成して鉛筆芯28を、前記貫通孔27から挿入し、軸筒1内の鉛筆芯ケースに瞬時に収納できるようにする。

また、熱変色性筆記具において、軸筒1の外周面に装着可能にした摩擦体として用いる消去部材15を長円筒カバー状に形成し、前記長円筒カバー状の消去部材15を、クリップ2及び持ち上げ部4を除いた部分の軸筒外周面32に覆って、後方にスライドしやすくするために、遊びを持たせて遊嵌に装着し、前記クリップ2又は押圧レバー5を軸筒1の後方へ可動操作と同時に連ねて、前記長円筒カバー状の消去部材15を軸筒1の後方端部面から突出させて出し入れを行なうように構成する。
上記の長円筒カバー状の消去部材15をクリップ2の部分に装着すると、軸筒1の握り時、手の付け根に当たる部分であり、手の付け根の保護材及び滑り防止として用いることができて便利である。これらに関する出願が、本願の出願人と同一出願人が出願されたものがあり、その出願番号は、日本国特願2015−41764号で示している。

 消しゴムの外面にも螺旋25を形成して、可動ノックホルダー9の内部の螺旋25同士と係合させながら後方部14から挿入し、消去部材15の後端部を摘み回動して出し入れの伸縮調整を行ない、着脱キャップ18の後方端部孔19から適量の長さに加減して突出させ、磨耗毎に前記着脱キャップ18を外して伸縮調整を行なう。
 一方の前方部10を長円筒状に形成し、それらに筆記芯12に遊びを持たせて遊嵌に挿入して、クリップ2による前方可動押圧時に係止片26に接し、芯チャック33によって鉛筆芯28を支持し、スプリング21で反復して筆記芯12の出し入れが行なえるようにし、クリップ2が後方移動時には、筆記芯12から離間する。
筆記芯12が挿入された長円筒状の前方部10は、前後可動移動できるように遊びを持たせて遊嵌に挿入され、且つ筆記芯12が離脱しないようにピストン状にして筆記芯12と離間できるようにする。
消去部材15とした消しゴムの内部に、前後方向に貫いた貫通孔27を形成し、前記貫通孔27の後方端部面から鉛筆芯28を筆記芯12(又は芯ケース)内に瞬時に挿入する。
挿入された鉛筆芯28は、貫通孔27から逆戻り阻止を行なう通過阻止弁29を設ける。
クリップ2の後方可動移動によって、消しゴムの消去部材15が後方端部孔19から突出させると同時に、凸玉部23が係止溝部22に係合して係止され、係止解除するには、クリップ2の持ち上げ部4を上方に持ち上げることにより凸玉部23が係止溝部22から離間して外れる。
 尚、上述した螺旋による消しゴムの繰り出し方法のほかに、日本国特開2004−301207号公報の図1~図4で示す前軸2と後軸3とからなるホルダー1や、日本国特開2005−161643号公報の図1で示した消しゴム支え1、或いは日本国実開昭47−24229号公報の図1で示す抱持体5等、これらの繰り出し機構の各部分を応用し、本願の可動ノックホルダー9に組み合わせて用いることもできて多種多様に考えられ何れでも用を成すものである。
 また、図3で示したクリップ2形状の他に、図1のクリップ2形状を用いてもよい。

前記凹軸筒30に、クリップ2の持ち上げ部4と段部3及び押圧レバー5を設けてレバー支持6の支軸7によって、前記レバー支持6に嵌合し、バネ8を介して上下反復可能に取り付ける。
 上記、クリップ2及びレバー支持6は、凹軸筒30に後方の移動操作が行なえるように、後方スライド溝17を形成し、レバー支持6が凹軸筒30から離脱しないようにスライド可能に取り付けている。
凹軸筒30に装着されている消去部材15は、クリップ2と一体となって、前後の可動操作と共に連動して、軸筒1の後方端部面から突出させることができ、突出時の消去部材15は、ノック部31を覆うため摩擦消去に支障はない。
 それに、長円筒カバー状の消去部材15のみを手動での可動操作も可能であり、その場合のクリップは固着させて可動しなくてもよい。
筆記芯12及びペン先34の出し入れ操作は、軸筒1の後方に設けた押圧式のノック部31の押圧操作によって、ノック部31のカム歯11が回転するカム付き可動押圧部材13のカムに係合し、軸筒1内のカム部20によって出入り調整を行ない、前記筆記芯12及びペン先34をペン先出口35から出し入れを行なう。
軸筒1の後方端部面から突出時の消去部材15は、消去摩擦によってクリップ2が前方に戻されないようにストッパー用係止溝部22に凸玉部23が係止され、外す場合は押圧レバー5を押圧すればよい。
 尚、上述の図1~図4によるレバー支持6を介してクリップ2を可動ノックホルダー9に連接しているがそのほかの方法として、クリップ2を取り除いて、前記のレバー支持6のみを軸筒外周面32から露出させて操作用摘みとして、クリップ2の代わりにその部分を前後の可動移動操作用として用いてもよい。
 クリップの必要時、上記の操作用摘みと別途にクリップを分離して軸筒外周面32に取り付けてもよい。
上述で示したような単式の出没筆記具のほかに、多芯筆記具又は複式筆記具等に用いることができる。その場合の複数の多芯による複式筆記具として用いる場合は、可動ノックホルダー9の前方部10以下に、多芯構造による複式筆記具を構成すればよい。
 それに、上述の図1~図2及び図4によるボールペン時、本願のカム歯11、カム部20等のノックカム機構は部品数が多くなるものの、少なくするためには、上述のクリップ2に設けた凸玉部23の係止溝部22をさらに持ち上げ部4の前方軸筒面に別に設けることによって、クリップ2を前方移動して係止させれば、連接している筆記芯12のペン先34を突出状態にすることで筆記ができて、本発明の消去部材付き筆記具用のクリップ2との組合せで、新たな筆記芯12を連接した出し入れの筆記具ができる。
そのようにするためには、上述で示した特許文献2の日本国特開2012−218389号による本願のようなカム歯やカム部等を除いたこれらの文献図1の筆記体8の出し入れにおいて、筆記体8をクリップ体5と連結の屈曲部55によって直接押圧するようなペン先出し入れ機構を構成すれば、本願のようなカム歯11、カム部20等のノックカム機構が設けなくとも適宜よく本願と組み合わせた設計を行えばできるもので何れでもよい。
 本願請求項1記載によるカム歯及びカム部等の機構は、より一層便宜よく図らうために記載したものである。
 また、本願の上述の図1~図2で示したボールペン用の消去部材15は、熱変色性摩擦体用であって、消しゴムでも消せる消去用インクを収容時、本願図3で示した繰り出し式の消しゴムを内蔵した可動ノックホルダー9を応用して用いても用を成すもので、用途によって用いればよく言うまででもない。
