Abstract
Provided is a slide type compound writing device capable of drawing a conventional 60 mm lead for a mechanical pencil in a shorter cylinder than usual. The slide type compound writing mechanism is provided so that the outer cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 1 can be moved forward and backward, and include a plurality of writing bodies including the writing unit 27 having the lead receiving unit 8, and a part of the writing unit. By moving the forward or backward direction of the lead receiving part 8 by slidably moving in the forward or retracting direction, the clip base 13 into which the lead receiving part 8 is inserted and the tip of the lead receiving part 8 or A tip hole 31 is provided in the tip end of the outer cylinder 1, which is eccentrically toward the lead receiving portion 8 side than the shaft center of the outer cylinder 1 in the radial direction of the shaft so that the tip of the pen core member 10 protrudes.
Description
The present invention relates to a compound writing mechanism that allows a plurality of writing objects to be selectively moved forward or backward to write by sliding a slide member provided in an outer cylinder.
As a conventional slide type composite writing mechanism, one in which an end portion of an indenter, which is a slide member, is flexibly joined to a rear end of a pencil accommodation portion for a mechanical pencil is proposed (see Patent Document 1, for example).
The flexible indenter is flexibly joined to the mechanical pencil receiving portion for the mechanical pencil, thereby advancing the mechanical pencil receiving portion for the mechanical pencil, and a small amount of lead is fed from the tip hole by knock operation of the indenter. Due to the flexibility of the joint, the bending of the lead does not occur due to the bending of the lead pencil member due to the operation of drawing the lead.
However, in the conventional slide type compound writing mechanism, since the front end (non-operation side end) of the slide member is joined to the rear end of the mechanical pencil receiving part for the mechanical pencil, the rear end of the mechanical pencil receiving part for the mechanical pencil is located at the front end of the slide member. there was.
Therefore, in the case of using a lead receiving portion containing a conventional 60 mm lead for pencil, the total length of the outer cylinder has to be lengthened beyond the length in which the slide member is added in series with the lead receiving portion.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and it is possible to accommodate a conventional 60mm pen lead in an outer cylinder having a shorter overall length than a conventional writing instrument, and to prevent the lead lead from being broken with the drawing operation of the lead lead. An object of the present invention is to provide a compound writing instrument having a sharp pencil.
The composite writing instrument according to the present invention comprises a plurality of writing bodies including a writing unit including a writing unit having an outer cylinder, a writing unit having a pen accommodation portion, and a portion of the writing unit, and having one end in a forward or retracting direction. Further, since the tip hole is eccentric to the core receiving portion rather than the shaft center of the outer cylinder, and is formed at the tip of the outer cylinder, breaking of the core is prevented even if it is not flexible at the junction between the slide member and the lead receiving portion as in the prior art. The tip hole may be formed at a position on a line connecting the shaft center of the outer cylinder and the lead receiving portion in the radial direction of the outer cylinder.
In the composite writing mechanism, a clip attaching portion is provided at an operation side end portion of a slide member, a pen accommodation portion is inserted at a non-operation side end portion of a slide member, and a clip attaching portion when a writing body including a pen accommodation portion is advanced. It can be set as the structure which is eccentric to the side and a front end hole is formed.
The plurality of handwritings, including the handwriting having the lead receiving portion, are inserted into respective holes formed in the guide stoppers provided in the outer cylinder so as to be able to slide in the outer cylinder, so that the lead receiving portion in the guide stopper penetrates. By forming the through-hole close to the center of the outer cylinder, the lead accommodating portion can be positioned to be close to the center of the outer cylinder.
By doing so, it is possible to prevent the writing of the writing body provided with the lead accommodating portion from being broken, thereby preventing the lead of the lead accompanying the lead feeding operation.
According to the composite writing mechanism of the present invention, a composite writing mechanism having a short overall length can be provided by inserting a lead receiving portion into a slide member to accommodate a part of the core.
