580458 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 _B7_五、發明説明(29) 位以射出成形成一體形成在滑動構件的後方亦可。具體說 明本例中可彈性變形的部位,在滑動構件7 8的後方形成 有能自由伸縮呈網目狀的彈性變形部7 9。 參照第4 4圖說明變形例。此例係爲在滑動構件8 0 的筒狀部8 1形成卡合孔8 2,並且形成比夾頭體6 0的 突部7 0還窄幅之細縫8 3。另外在前述筒狀部8 1的後 端面形成有傾斜面8 4,該傾斜面係使前述突部7 0易於 裝著到卡合孔8 2。 夾頭體6 0的突部7 0推接到前述傾斜面8 4,則以 細縫8 3爲中心彈性變形前述筒狀部8 1 (參照第4 5圖 ),前述突部70容易導入到卡合孔82內。 另外在與前述傾斜面8 4相對向的位置,前述卡合 孔8 2的內面形成有內面傾斜面8 5。利用該內面傾斜面 8 5而夾頭體6 0與滑動構件8 0能分離。即是萬一在滑 動構件內折斷筆芯時,能輕易地進行修復。 參照第4 6圖說明卡合孔的變形例。在滑動構件8 6 的筒狀部8 7形成有與前述同樣的卡合孔8 8,不過連接 於該卡合孔8 8而形成有L型的導引溝8 9。然後,該導 引溝8 9的端部直到筒狀部8 7的端部爲止加以形成。即 是本例中將夾頭體組裝到滑動構件時,夾頭體與滑動構件 使其相對旋轉同時加以組裝(參照第4 7圖)。利用此種 構成更加容易組裝;另外即使萬一在滑動構件內折斷筆芯 時,夾頭體與滑動構件也容易分解,而易於修復。 然而,本實施例由於從夾頭體的夾頭套環所突出之突 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) _ 32 - (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝· 訂 580458 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 _B7_五、發明説明(41 ) 持後續芯B且使其後退。 另外,經前述的動作,殘芯A相對於筆頭構件1 〇 8 爲後退,不過由於與第2夾頭體1 〇 9 —起後退,因而不 致減少從第2夾頭體1 0 9所突出的長度。 參照第6 8圖說明第1 8例。此例係爲設定第1夾頭 體1 1 8的抵接第2夾頭體1 1 9的內面鍔部1 2 0其外 周部的圓錐角度1 2 1使其比第2夾頭體1 1 9的先端部 外周面之圓錐角度1 2 2還大之例。此外,經由使第1夾 頭體與第2夾頭體的圓錐角度不相同,就能吸收所夾持著 筆芯的各別夾頭體之夾持位置的參差不齊。即是例如以樹 脂將前述第1夾頭體成形時,因經過時間造成彈性疲乏, 而減小該第1夾頭體關閉時的外徑;其結果:超過初期設 定以上使位於前方之第2夾頭體後退,因而筆芯的夾持力 也受到影響。經改變各別夾頭體的圓錐角度而解決此問題 點。 各別夾頭體的圓錐角度設置差値之例則是使前述第 1 8例的各別夾頭體的圓錐角度對調亦可。也就是縮小設 定第1夾頭體1 5的圓錐角度1 2 1 ,加大設定第2夾頭 體1 1 9的圓錐角度1 2 2亦可。此第1 8例則是對以金 屬材質形成第1夾頭體,以樹脂材質將他者的第2夾頭體 成形之情況特別有效。另外,由於也產生筆芯夾持力第2 夾頭體比第1夾頭體還高,且防止先端部中筆芯的晃動之 效果。 另外,其他之例列舉有第6 9圖所示之例。即是此例 本紙張尺度通用中國國家標準( CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -44 -
