Abstract

一种高模量玻璃纤维组合物及其玻璃纤维和复合材料。该玻璃纤维组合物各组分的含量以重量百分比表示如下:SiO 2为55-64%,Al 2O 3为13-24%,Y 2O 3为0.1-6%,CaO为3.4-10.9%,MgO为8-14%,CaO+MgO+SrO为小于22%,Li 2O+Na 2O+K 2O为小于2%,TiO 2为小于2%,Fe 2O 3为小于1.5%,La 2O 3为0-1.2%,重量百分比的比值C1=(Li 2O+Na 2O+K 2O)/(Y 2O 3+La 2O 3)的范围为大于0.26。该组合物能显著提高玻璃的弹性模量,并能有效抑制玻璃的析晶倾向、降低玻璃的液相线温度,获得较理想的△T值,还有利于改善高模量玻璃的澄清效果,特别适合用于池窑化生产高模量玻璃纤维。
