Description

一种远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置 技术领域
本发明涉及手机拍照的技术,尤其是涉及一种手机自拍技术,特别是远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的技术。
背景技术
当今,手机拍照的照片质量越来越高,用手机来拍照也越来越方便和极其普及,一些手机自拍器和自拍杆已经风靡天下。
然而,目前所见到的所有自拍装置,全部都只能拍摄常规尺寸的(单张)照片,即画面长和宽的比例相差不大的照片;不能自拍全景照片,即长和宽有一个方向的尺寸很大的照片,在拍摄全景照片时需要转动手机,并适时按动拍照按钮。
而人们在拍摄尺寸很宽的全景风景照片,以及人数众多的全景照片合影时,都希望将拍照者自己拍在其中。
检索手机自拍的专利,未见到手机自拍全景照片的专利。
例如,对比文件1:中国发明专利201420369050.2,名称为一种手机自拍支架。该技术方案为:一手机自拍支架包括支板以及用于放置手机的架框,所述架框设置在支板的前端,支板的后端安装有可做前后摆动笔架,笔架竖直穿过支板并与支板形成转动配合,笔架上端头夹持有电容触屏笔。通过笔架的前后摆动带动笔架的电容触屏笔向前方的手机触屏靠近并接触,完成拍照。
可以看出,因其也无法解决手机在远方的转动,该技术方案不能自拍手机全景照片。
再有对比文件2:申请号201410678028.0,名称为一种手机自拍伸缩杆的发明专利申请,其方案的自拍伸缩杆包括USB接口,所述USB接口设在手机托架上,所述手机托架与转轴连接,所述转轴下方与可伸缩拉杆连接,所述可伸缩拉杆的最下端设有拍照按钮。
同样可以看出,因其无法解决手机在远方的转动,该技术方案不能自拍手机全景照片。
再有对比文件3:申请号201310404859.4,名称为一种无线自拍系统及自拍方法的发明专利申请,其目的并不是为了将全景照片拍照在手机之内,在其方案中,手机并不在远方,而是在拍摄者手中,外置摄像装置和移动终端是分开的,也就是说其移动终端接收远端外置摄像装置发来的图像,外置摄像装置一直在漫无目的寻找目标图像,一旦找到目标图像,移动终端立即将该图像存储;通过对该对比文件的分析得知,在野外或是户外,如使用环境中没有wifi,而蓝牙的传输距离又有限,仅有几米之遥,对比文件3的技术方案将无法实施。
由此可见,该方案拍摄者手持的移动终端,和远端的外置摄像装置都是复杂的设备,不是我们日常生活中的手机自拍器。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中没有远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片技术的问题,本发明提出了一种远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置。
本发明通过采用以下技术方案来实现:
设计制造一种远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置,所述装置包括:
一手机承载器,在所述手机承载器上设置转盘,所述转盘上有手机夹持位置;
一转盘驱动模块在手机承载器中设置,其用以驱动转盘;
一遥控信号接收模块在手机承载器中设置,用以接收遥控信号。
一拍照触发模块在手机承载器中设置,用以触发已经设在拍照全景照片模式的手机拍照。
所述转盘驱动模块包括:马达分模块以及位置传感器分模块。
所述手机承载器上设置拍照状态指示模块;
所述拍照状态指示模块连接拍照控制模块受其控制。
所述照触发模块包括:蓝牙模块。
在所述的手机夹持位置;一具有拍照全景照片功能的手机被夹持装置固定于此。
与对比文件3公开的现有技术相比较,由于各自的发明目的不同,所 以技术方案也不同,本发明的拍照触发在手机承载器端自动实现;而对比文件3的拍照触发要在拍照者一端手动实现。
本发明的拍照者手上只有一个十分廉价的小小遥控器,遥控器与手机承载器之间仅仅传递一简短的数字信号;而对比文件3的拍照者手上是一价格昂贵的手机或笔记本电脑,外置摄像装置与移动终端之间传递的是长长的一幅照片几十KB或是几个MB的图片文件数据。
本发明的全景照片的起始和结束区间范围事先已经设定,有专门的模块针对完成此项任务,起拍、结束、返回全都由遥控器一键完成;而对比文件3的没有拍照全景照片的功能,因此也就没有初始位置和结束位置,更谈不上自动返回初始位置;因此,对比文件3与本发明本质上不同。
更主要的,本发明是针对具有拍照全景照片功能的手机而设计的技术方案,全景照片是在相机内部将连续的、有差别的画面,一幅幅地拼接起来,将相邻两幅画面不同之处柔和流畅的过渡衔接,这样拼接成一幅长卷后,画面才连贯清晰,没有此功能的相机是无法合成全景照片的。
本发明的与现有技术相比较后的优点是:实现了远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片,遥控距离大于20米,可达到50米,完全模拟了一个人在远处拍照全景照片。本发明携带方便,操作简单,耗电省,电池使用时间长,充电方便。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明,现结合附图所示的本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明,然而所述实施例仅为提供说明与解释之用,不能用来限制本发明的专利保护范围。
如图1~图3所示,设计制造一种远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置,所述装置包括:
一手机承载器10,在所述手机承载器10上设置转盘51,所述转盘51上有手机夹持位置;手机被夹持装置固定于此,因为当前夹持手机的方式多种多样在此不一一例举。
如图1、图3所示,一转盘驱动模块50在手机承载器10中设置,所述转盘驱动模块50可以分为马达分模块502以及位置传感器分模块501;转盘驱动模块50用以驱动转盘51。
如图1、图3所示,一遥控信号接收模块20在手机承载器10中设置,用以接收遥控信号。
所述的遥控信号接收模块20可以用无线遥控,也可以用红外遥控,因距离较远,以用无线遥控为佳,图1中遥控器1可以在20米以上的距离遥控本发明的装置进行全景自拍。
如图1、图3和图8所示,一拍照触发模块40在手机承载器10中设置,用以触发已经设在拍照全景照片模式的手机拍照。
图3中,拍照触发模块40在实施例之一选用继电器的触点控制蓝牙芯片,即继电器J1的常开触点J1-1的接通蓝牙芯片去触发手机拍照,此时图2所示手机屏幕显示已经设在拍照全景照片模式,拍照按钮45显示的颜色有变化。
也可以如图4所示,实施例之二选用电子模拟开关CD4066接通蓝牙芯片去触发图2所示手机的拍照按钮45。
如图3所示,所述转盘驱动模块50包括图6所示的位置传感器分模块501,在实施例之一,跟随转盘51转动的磁铁52,在左霍尔器件53处使其输出一个信号,至拍照控制模块30;
当磁铁52运行至右霍尔器件54处,使其输出一个信号,也输入至拍照控制模块30;
拍照控制模块30根据左霍尔器件53、右霍尔器件54的信号,控制图3所示的马达分模块502、拍照触发模块40和拍照状态指示模块60作相应的工作。
在实施例之二,如图7所示,跟随转盘51转动的反光器57,在左光电组件58处使其输出一个信号,至拍照控制模块30;
当反光器57运行至右光电组件59处,使其输出一个信号,也输入至拍照控制模块30;
拍照控制模块30根据左光电组件58、右光电组件59的信号,控制图3所示的马达分模块502、拍照触发模块40和拍照状态指示模块60作相应的工作。
在第三实施方式中,还可以用电接触的触点方式实现位置设定。
即在转盘51的外缘范围设置一段导电体,在转盘51相对的起始位置55和结束位置56也设置导电体,当转盘51上的导电体与起始位置55上的导电体接触时,转盘51位于起始位置55;当转盘51上的导电体与结束位置56上的导电体接触时,转盘51位于结束位置56;因原理简单,恕不在此详述技术方案,也不再画图。
如图3所示的拍照状态指示模块60实施例之一选用红黄绿三色LED指示灯发出闪烁指示;告诉远处的拍照者,手机承载器10当前处于什么 工作状态。
当然,实施本发明专利申请时,可以有其他实施方式来显示拍照状态,例如减少LED指示灯或者增加LED指示灯。所述拍照状态指示模块60连接拍照控制模块30受其控制。
还可以增加语音反馈至拍照者,更加清楚明了的告诉工作进程。
如图9所示,本发明除了实现转盘转动,拍照全景照片之外,还包括了拍照单张常规尺寸比例照片的功能。使用者只要操作遥控器1上的单拍按钮即可。
本发明的工作原理是:
首先制备一手机承载器10,在所述手机承载器10上设置转盘51,所述转盘51上有手机夹持位置,将手机2夹持于此位置;
然后在手机承载器10中设置转盘驱动模块50用以驱动转盘51;
然后在手机承载器10中设置遥控信号接收模块20;
所述遥控信号接收模块20接收到全景拍照信号后,将其传递至拍照控制模块30;所述拍照控制模块30控制转盘驱动模块50驱动转盘51转动,并操控已经设在拍照全景照片模式的手机进行拍照。
所述拍照触发模块40在开始全景拍照时,在起始位置55,先触发一次拍照操作,然后转盘驱动模块50驱动转盘51转至结束位置56,拍照触发模块40再触发一次拍照操作或是由手机自动触发一次拍照操作,结束全景拍照,然后转盘驱动模块50驱动驱动转盘51回转,回到起始位置55。
所述的手机承载器10上设置拍照状态指示模块60;所述拍照状态指示模块60连接拍照控制模块30受其控制,显示拍照全景照片过程中的各个步骤工作状态。
一个电池设置于手机承载器10之中,实施例之一选用RS18650型可充锂电池,电压3.7V,给手机承载器10内所有模块供电。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置,其特征在于,所述转盘驱动模块(50)包括:马达分模块(501)以及位置传感器分模块(502)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置,其特征在于,所述手机承载器(10)上设置拍照状态指示模块(60);所述拍照状态指示模块(60)连接拍照控制模块(30)受其控制。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置,其特征在于,所述照触发模块(40)包括:蓝牙模块(401)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的远距离遥控手机自拍全景照片的装置,其特征在于,在所述的手机夹持位置;手机(2)被夹持装置固定于此。
