Description

一种用于洗圈的补水器及具有洗圈补水器的马桶 技术领域
本发明涉及马桶组件,更具体地说,涉及一种用于洗圈的补水器,以及一种具有洗圈补水器的马桶。
背景技术
现有技术中,采用大补水方式的马桶,如大连体马桶,由于其水箱低,需要在开启排水后,马桶完成冲刷之前,在水位下降到进水阀开始进水时,利用进水阀进来的水通过管件直接补给马桶的洗圈等,以满足洗净及冲刷马桶的功能。受到进水压力的影响,进水阀的补水速度偏差大。所以这种方式的补给水量,无法根据马桶的需要准确补水,在水压较低时,补给水量小,会导致无法洗净陶瓷面,影响马桶的功能;压力过高时,则造成浪费。
传统大补水需要在开启排水后,马桶完成冲刷之前,在水位下降到进水阀开始进水时,利用进水阀进来的水通过管件直接补给马桶的洗圈等,此种方式需要等马桶水箱的水全部进满,进水阀关闭时,才停止供水到洗圈,供水到洗圈的时间长,当压力太大时,会造成水浪费。
为此,现有技术出现了一种大补水装置,其包括储水盒,该储水盒具有进水口和出水口,并设有溢流管,该溢流管连通马桶的水箱。进水时,来自进水阀的水通过进水口流入储水盒内,当储水盒内的水位上升到溢流管的高度时,水通过溢流管流入马桶水箱内,直至水箱内的水位上升到工作水位时,进水阀停止进水。开启排水时,水箱排水,且储水盒的水排出,对马桶的洗圈进行补给。为了加装防虹吸机构,储水盒的进水口一般被设置于储水盒的顶部,使得储水盒的进水口与储水盒的底面之间具有一定的高度差,导致进水时,水会直接冲击储水盒,从而产生较大的进水噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有消音功能的用于洗圈的补水器,以及一种具有洗圈补水器的马桶。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于洗圈的补水器,该补水器的排水独立于马桶水箱的排水,该补水器的排水独立于马桶水箱的排水,包括储水盒,储水盒顶部设进水口,底面设排水口,排水口与洗圈水路相通;储水盒内安装有用于启闭排水口的拍盖;储水盒内设有存水区,还包括导流通道,该导流通道的一端接通进水口,另一端延伸至存水区,并位于存水区的最高水位之下或与存水区的最高水位相齐平。
进一步的,所述储水盒内设有溢流管,该溢流管的底端伸入马桶水箱内,并位于马桶水箱的排后水位之下或与马桶水箱的排后水位相齐平。
进一步的,还包括消音器,该消音器设置于溢流管内;所述消音器包括一中轴和沿该中轴四周螺旋向下的螺旋叶片,该螺旋叶片的外径尺寸和所述溢流管的内径适配,该螺旋叶片的底端位于马桶水箱的排后水位之下或与马桶水箱的排后水位相齐平。
进一步的,所述储水盒内侧顶面向下延伸一外径小于溢流管内径的挡位柱,该挡位柱伸入所述溢流管内。
进一步的,所述储水盒顶部设有一连通所述进水口的过水腔,该过水腔的上腔壁设有大气口,该过水腔的腔底设有用于连通水源的入水口,大气口与入水口上下相对应,且大气口上设有防虹吸垫;所述过水腔的上腔壁还向下设有一四周封闭式隔墙,所述防虹吸垫位于该隔墙内侧。
进一步的,所述防虹吸垫包括导柱、第一密封片和第二密封片,第一密封片套设于导柱外,导柱活动插接于所述大气口,且第一密封片位于大气口下方;第二密封片一体成型于所述导柱底端,且二者同轴设置,第一密封片位于该第二密封片之上。
进一步的,所述拍盖通过一转动支架安装于所述储水盒内,该转动支架通过开启拉绳连接一驱动机构,通过该驱动机构控制拍盖打开;还包括用于设置于马桶水箱内并控制拍盖关闭的浮体,该浮体通过关闭拉绳连接转动支架。
进一步的,还包括配重块,其设置于所述转动支架;还包括第一连接件和第二连接件,第一连接件和第二连接件分别转动安装于所述转动支架或配置块,所述开启拉绳连接第一连接件,所述关闭拉绳连接第二连接件。
进一步的,所述浮体设有储水腔,所述储水盒内垂直设一导管,该导管的底端延伸至储水盒下方,所述浮体可沿该导管上下移动地活动套设于该导管外,所述关闭拉绳一端连接转动支架,另一端穿过导管后连接所述浮体;所述储水盒上设有用于对浮体的储水腔进行补水的补水管路,且水从补水管路流出后顺着储水盒外侧壁流入浮体的储水腔内。
一种具有洗圈补水器的马桶,包括上述所述的用于洗圈的补水器,所述储水盒设置在马桶的水箱上部,并通过水箱内的进水阀供水;储水盒的排水口与马桶的洗圈水路相连通,所述拍盖与马桶的排水阀联动开启。
进一步的,所述拍盖通过一转动支架安装于所述储水盒内,该转动支架通过开启拉绳连接一驱动机构,通过该驱动机构控制拍盖及马桶的排水阀打开,马桶的排水阀为拍盖式排水阀;还包括设置于马桶水箱内并用于控制拍盖关闭的浮体,该浮体通过关闭拉绳连接转动支架。
进一步的,所述浮体设有储水腔,所述储水盒内垂直设一导管,该导管的底端伸入马桶水箱内,所述浮体可沿该导管上下移动地活动套设于该导管外,所述关闭拉绳一端连接转动支架,另一端穿过导管后连接所述浮体;所述储水盒上设有用于对浮体的储水腔进行补水的补水管路,该补水管路由水箱内的进水阀供水,水从补水管路流出后顺着储水盒外侧壁流入浮体的储水腔内。
进一步的,所述驱动机构包括固定本体、第一驱动摆臂、第二驱动摆臂、带有齿条的按钮、第一齿轮、第二齿轮;按钮活动安装于固定本体,且二者之间抵设有复位弹性件;第一齿轮转动安装于固定本体,并与按钮的齿条相啮合;第一驱动摆臂、第二驱动摆臂、第二齿轮分别转动安装于固定本体,且第一驱动摆臂、第二齿轮与第一齿轮同轴联动;第二驱动摆臂上设有与其同轴联动的第三齿轮,该第三齿轮与第二齿轮相啮合;第一驱动摆臂通过排水拉绳连接马桶的排水阀,第二驱动摆臂通过所述开启拉绳连接所述转动支架。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过在储水盒的内设置一个存水区,并且还包括导流通道,该导流通道的一端接通进水口,另一端延伸至存水区,并位于存水区的最高水位之下或与存水区的最高水位相齐平,使得进水时,水能通过导流通道先引入存水区内,再通过存水区引入储水盒的其它区域,由于该存水区内存有水并且设置了导流通道,使得进水时没有高度差,且水的冲击力小,从而可以消除进水时水冲击储水盒的声音,从而降低进水噪音;
2、本发明进一步将储水盒的溢流管伸入马桶的水箱内,并且溢流管底端位于水箱的排后水位之下,使得水通过溢流管流入水箱时,能够避免从溢流管流出的水直接冲击水箱的水面,从而进一步降低进水噪音;
3、本发明进一步在溢流管内设置消音器,且消音器优选包括中轴和沿该中轴四周螺旋向下的螺旋叶片,使得本发明可以利用螺旋叶片延长水流动的线路,降低水流速度和分散水流,从而降低水的冲击力,进一步降低进水噪音;
4、本发明通过在过水腔的上腔壁向下设置一四周封闭式隔墙,且防虹吸垫位于该隔腔内侧,使得当水充满过水腔时,防虹吸垫位于由隔墙围成的独立水域中,因而防虹吸垫不会受水流动的影响,从而能够有效密封大气口,避免大气口出现漏水现象;
5、由于防虹吸垫的导柱和第一密封垫为独立部件,使得导柱可以采用不易变形且摩擦系数较小的材质制作而成,从而使防虹吸垫在活动时不易跑偏或卡住,即,导柱的导向效果好,进而使防虹吸垫的密封性更好;
6、所述第一连接件和第二连接件分别可实现360°转动,从而可以避免关闭拉绳和开启拉绳在工作过程中发生缠绕,保证拍盖正常工作;
7、所述浮体通过设置储水腔来存水以代替重锤来增加浮体的重量,有利于降低生产成本。

请参见图1-图11所示,本发明的一种用于洗圈的补水器,包括储水盒10,储水盒10顶部设进水口11,底面设排水口,排水口与马桶20的洗圈水路相通;储水盒10内通过一转动支架41安装有用于启闭排水口的拍盖40,该拍盖40通过一开启拉绳42连接一驱动机构50,通过该驱动机构50控制拍盖40打开。还包括一还包括用于设置于马桶水箱30内并控制拍盖40关闭的浮体60,该浮体60通过关闭拉绳43连接转动支架41。储水盒10内设有存水区12,还包括导流通道13,该导流通道13的一端接通进水口11,另一端延伸至存水区12,并位于存水区12的最高水位之下(也可以与存水区12的最高水位相齐平)。

本实施例中,还包括消音器80,该消音器80设置于溢流管70内。具体,该消音器80包括一中轴81和沿该中轴81四周螺旋向下的螺旋叶片82,该螺旋叶片82的外径尺寸和所述溢流管70的内径适配,该螺旋叶片82的底端位于马桶水箱30的排后水位之下(也可以与马桶水箱30的排后水位相齐平)。
所述中轴81的顶部形成一安装部83,该安装部83具有入水孔,所述消音器80通过该安装部83安装于所述溢流管70内。所述中轴81的安装部83具体包括一环状体和两十字交叉设置于该环状体内的固定筋,每两相邻的固定筋和环状体之间围成所述入水孔;所述中轴81的顶端与该若干固定筋的交叉部位一体相连;环状体卡置于溢流管70。所述溢流管70包括上下相接通的上管体和下管体,所述环状体卡置于上管体和下管体的对接部位。所述溢流管70的上管体的底端与储水盒10的底面连为一体,所述溢流管70的下管体伸入马桶水箱30中,并且下管体的顶端与上管体的顶端固接在一起。
本实施例中,如图4-图6所示,所述储水盒10顶部设有一连通所述进水口11的过水腔14,该过水腔14的上腔壁设有大气口15,该过水腔14的腔底设有用于连通水源的入水口16(该入水口16具体通过一进水管24连接水箱内的进水阀),大气口15与入水口16上下相对应,且大气口15上设有防虹吸垫90;所述过水腔14的上腔壁还向下设有一四周封闭式隔墙17,所述防虹吸垫90位于该隔墙17内侧。所述隔墙17的形状为环形,并且该隔墙17与所述大气口15位于同一条轴线上。
此外,所述过水腔14的上腔壁还向下设有一隔板18,且该隔板18底端与所述过水腔14的腔底之间形成有过水通道19,所述进水口11和入水口16均设于过水腔的腔底,并且分别位于该过水通道19的两侧。
本实施例中,如图5所示,所述防虹吸垫90包括导柱92、第一密封片91和第二密封片83,第一密封片91套设于导柱92外;导柱92活动插接于所述大气口15,且第一密封片91位于大气口15下方;第二密封片93一体成型于所述导柱92底端,且二者同轴设置;所述第一密封片91位于该第二密封片93之上。
本实施例中,所述过水腔14的上腔壁对应大气口15四周还向下设有用于供所述防虹吸垫90向上运动时触靠密封的环形上凸缘141,该上凸缘141位于所述隔墙17内侧,并与所述大气口1550位于同一条轴线上。所述过水腔14的腔底对应所述入水口16的四周还设有用于供所述防虹吸垫9020向下运动时触靠密封的环形下凸缘142,所述隔墙17的底端和下凸缘142的顶端之间具有过水间隙。具体的,所述环形下凸缘142与所述入水口16位于同一条轴线上。
如图6所示,进水时(水流方向和防虹吸垫90的运动方向如图6的箭头所示),水流从入水口16进入过水腔14,防虹吸垫90在水流的冲击以及水压的作用下,向上运动,防虹吸垫90的第一密封片91快速触靠密封于环形上凸缘141,从而密封大气口15,避免大气口15出现漏水现象。水流从过水通道19流向进水口11。停止进水时,由于过水腔14的上腔壁向下设有一隔板18,并且该隔板18底端与过水腔14的腔底之间形成过水通道19,因此,过水腔14内的残留水在排完之前可往进水口11和入水口16方向流动,且大部分从进水口11流入储水盒10内。停止进水时,防虹吸垫90靠自重下落且防虹吸垫90的第二密封片93触靠密封于环形下凸缘142上,过水腔14通过大气口15与大气连通,真空被破坏,不会形成虹吸。
本实施例中,如图7所示,还包括配置块47,其设置于所述转动支架41;还包括第一连接件48和第二连接件49,第一连接件48活动套设于配置块47外,第二连接件49转动安装于所述转动支架41;所述开启拉绳42连接第一连接件48,所述关闭拉绳43连接第二连接件49。
本实施例中,如图8所示,所述浮体60设有储水腔62,该储水腔62顶端敞口,用于进水,此外,浮体60对应该储水腔62外周还设有一底端敞口的空腔63,利用该空腔63来提供浮体60的浮力。如图2所示,所述储水盒10内垂直设一导管61,该导管61的底端延伸至储水盒10下方,所述浮体60可沿该导管61上下移动地活动套设于该导管61外,所述关闭拉绳43一端连接转动支架41,另一端穿过导管61后连接所述浮体60。所述储水盒10上设有用于对浮体60的储水腔62进行补水的补水管路26,且水从补水管路26流出后顺着储水盒10外侧壁流入浮体60的储水腔62内,以实现静音补水。
本实施例中,如图9所示,所述储水盒10内侧顶面向下延伸一外径小于溢流管70内径的挡位柱71,该挡位柱71伸入所述溢流管70内。利用该挡位柱71可以避免开启拉绳42缠绕在溢流管70上。所述储水盒10内侧顶部还设有两转子45、46(如图2所示),所述开启拉绳42一端连接于所述第一连接件48,另一端绕过其中一转子45后连接于所述驱动机构50,所述关闭拉绳43一端连接于所述第二连接件49,另一端绕过另一转子46穿过导管61并连接所述浮体60。
本实施例中,如图10所示,设置一三通管25,该三通管25的第一端通过补水管251连接水箱30内的进水阀21,第二端接通马桶排水阀的溢流口,用于给马桶水封补水,第三端接通所述补水管路26。水从补水管路26流出后顺着储水盒10外侧壁流入浮体60的储水腔62内,且如图11所示,储水盒10外侧壁对应储水腔62的位置还设有导流槽111,用于引导水流进入储水腔62,进一步提升静音效果。作为另一种实现方式,三通管25的第一端可直接连接储水盒10的过水腔14。
本发明的一种具有洗圈补水器的马桶,如图1-图13所示,包括上述用于洗圈的补水器,所述储水盒10设置在水箱30上部,并通过水箱30内的进水阀21供水;储水盒10的排水口与马桶20的洗圈水路27相连通(如图13所示),所述拍盖40与马桶的排水阀22通过所述驱动机构50联动开启。所述浮体60设置于水箱30内。
本实施例中,如图12、图13所示,所述驱动机构50包括固定本体、第一驱动摆臂56、第二驱动摆臂57、带有齿条的按钮52、第一齿轮55、第二齿轮58。固定本体由第一支架54和第二支架59固定连接而成,并固定于水箱30上。按钮52活动安装于第一支架54,且二者之间抵设有复位弹性件;第一齿轮55转动安装于第一支架54,并与按钮52的齿条相啮合;第一驱动摆臂56、第二驱动摆臂57、第二齿轮58分别转动安装于第一支架54和第二支架59之间,且第一驱动摆臂56、第二齿轮58与第一齿轮55同轴联动;第二驱动摆臂57上设有与其同轴联动的第三齿轮571,该第三齿轮571与第二齿轮58相啮合;第一驱动摆臂56通过排水拉绳23连接所述马桶的排水阀22,该排水阀22为拍盖式排水阀;第二驱动摆臂57通过所述开启拉绳42连接所述转动支架41。所述复位弹性件具体为弹簧53,还包括一面盖51,其采用螺钉锁固于第一支架54,用于对按钮52进行限位,避免按钮52受弹簧53作用而脱离第一支架54。当按下按钮52时,其齿条带动第一齿轮55及第二齿轮58、第一驱动摆臂56转动,使第一驱动摆臂56拉动排水拉绳23,从而开启马桶的排水阀22,同时,第二驱动摆臂57及其第三齿轮571由第二齿轮58带动实现反向转动,且第二驱动摆臂57拉动开启拉绳42,从而开启储水盒10内的拍盖40。
储水时,拍盖40在配置块47与自重的作用下保持关闭,水流从进水阀21经进水管24、过水腔14、导流通道13流向存水区12中。随着水的继续流动,存水区12满载,使水溢流到储水盒10的其它区域。第一次进水之前,存水区12内没有水,此后每次进水之前,存水区12内都存有一定的水,该水不会在储水盒10排水时被排出。因此,每次进水时(第一次进水除外),由于该存水区12内存有水并且设置了导流通道13,使得进水时没有高度差,且水的冲击力小,从而可以消除进水时水冲击储水盒10的声音,从而降低进水噪音。
随着进水过程的继续,储水盒10中的水位逐渐上升,当水位上升到溢流管70的高度时,水进入溢流管70,通过该溢流管70将水溢流到马桶水箱30内,如图14所示。由于溢流管70伸入马桶水箱30的排后水位之下,并设置了所述消音器80,使得水通过溢流管70流入水箱30时,水不会直接冲击马桶水箱30的水面,并可以通过该消音器80延长水流动的线路,降低水流速度和分散水流,从而降低水的冲击力,进一步降低进水噪音。当马桶水箱30中的水位上升到工作水位时,进水阀21停止进水,完成进水过程。位于水箱30内的浮体60随水箱30水位的上升而上升。
如图15、图16、图17所示,排水时,按压按钮52,驱动机构50的第一驱动摆臂56拉动排水拉绳23,打开排水阀22,驱动机构50的第二驱动摆臂57拉动开启拉绳42,打开拍盖40,使水箱30内的水冲向马桶的喷射水路28,储水盒10内的水冲向马桶的洗圈水路27。拍盖40在配置块47的重力作用下保持打开。浮体60随水箱30水位的下降而下降,并逐渐拉紧关闭拉绳43,直至驱动拍盖40关闭。排水结束后,排水阀22关闭,进水阀21进水,重复上述储水过程。
上述实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作对本发明的限定。只要是依据本发明的技术实质,对上述实施例进行变化、变型等都将落在本发明的权利要求的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种用于洗圈的补水器及具有洗圈补水器的马桶,能够降低进水噪音,其导柱可以采用不易变形且摩擦系数较小的材质制作而成,其浮体通过设置储水腔来存水以代替重锤来增加浮体的重量,有利于降低生产成,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于洗圈的补水器,该补水器的排水独立于马桶水箱的排水,包括储水盒,储水盒顶部设进水口,底面设排水口,排水口与马桶的洗圈水路相通;储水盒内安装有用于启闭排水口的拍盖;其特征在于:储水盒内设有存水区,还包括导流通道,该导流通道的一端接通进水口,另一端延伸至存水区,并位于存水区的最高水位之下或与存水区的最高水位相齐平。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于,所述储水盒内设有溢流管,该溢流管的底端伸入马桶水箱内,并位于马桶水箱的排后水位之下或与马桶水箱的排后水位相齐平。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于:还包括消音器,该消音器设置于溢流管内;所述消音器包括一中轴和沿该中轴四周螺旋向下的螺旋叶片,该螺旋叶片的外径尺寸和所述溢流管的内径适配,该螺旋叶片的底端位于马桶水箱的排后水位之下或与马桶水箱的排后水位相齐平。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于:所述储水盒内侧顶面向下延伸一外径小于溢流管内径的挡位柱,该挡位柱伸入所述溢流管内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于:所述储水盒顶部设有一连通所述进水口的过水腔,该过水腔的上腔壁设有大气口,该过水腔的腔底设有用于连通水源的入水口,大气口与入水口上下相对应,且大气口上设有防虹吸垫;所述过水腔的上腔壁还向下设有一四周封闭式隔墙,所述防虹吸垫位于该隔墙内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于:所述防虹吸垫包括导柱、第一密封片和第二密封片,第一密封片套设于导柱外,导柱活动插接于所述大气口,且第一密封片位于大气口下方;第二密封片一体成型于所述导柱底端,且二者同轴设置,第一密封片位于该第二密封片之上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于:所述拍盖通过一转动支架安装于所述储水盒内,该转动支架通过开启拉绳连接一驱动机构,通过该驱动机构控制拍盖打开;还包括用于设置于马桶水箱内并控制拍盖关闭的浮体,该浮体通过关闭拉绳连接转动支架。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于:还包括配重块,其设置于所述转动支架;还包括第一连接件和第二连接件,第一连接件和第二连接件分别转动安装于所述转动支架或配置块,所述开启拉绳连接第一连接件,所述关闭拉绳连接第二连接件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的用于洗圈的补水器,其特征在于:所述浮体设有储水腔,所述储水盒内垂直设一导管,该导管的底端延伸至储水盒下方,所述浮体可沿该导管上下移动地活动套设于该导管外,所述关闭拉绳一端连接转动支架,另一端穿过导管后连接所述浮体;所述储水盒上设有用于对浮体的储水腔进行补水的补水管路,且水从补水管路流出后顺着储水盒外侧壁流入浮体的储水腔内。
  10. 一种具有洗圈补水器的马桶,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于洗圈的补水器,所述储水盒设置在马桶的水箱上部,并通过水箱内的进水阀供水;储水盒的排水口与马桶的洗圈水路相连通,所述拍盖与马桶的排水阀联动开启。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的具有洗圈补水器的马桶,其特征在于:所述拍盖通过一转动支架安装于储水盒内,该转动支架通过开启拉绳连接一驱动机构,通过该驱动机构控制拍盖及马桶的排水阀打开,马桶的排水阀为拍盖式排水阀;还包括设置于马桶水箱内并用于控制拍盖关闭的浮体,该浮体通过关闭拉绳连接转动支架。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的具有洗圈补水器的马桶,其特征在于:所述浮体设有储水腔,所述储水盒内垂直设一导管,该导管的底端伸入马桶水箱内,所述浮体可沿该导管上下移动地活动套设于该导管外,所述关闭拉绳一端连接转动支架,另一端穿过导管后连接所述浮体;所述储水盒上设有用于对浮体的储水腔进行补水的补水管路,该补水管路由水箱内的进水阀供水,水从补水管路流出后顺着储水盒外侧壁流入浮体的储水腔内。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的具有洗圈补水器的马桶,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括固定本体、第一驱动摆臂、第二驱动摆臂、带有齿条的按钮、第一齿轮、第二齿轮;按钮活动安装于固定本体,且二者之间抵设有复位弹性件;第一齿轮转动安装于固定本体,并与按钮的齿条相啮合;第一驱动摆臂、第二驱动摆臂、第二齿轮分别转动安装于固定本体,且第一驱动摆臂、第二齿轮与第一齿轮同轴联动;第二驱动摆臂上设有与其同轴联动的第三齿轮,该第三齿轮与第二齿轮相啮合;第一驱动摆臂通过排水拉绳连接马桶的排水阀,第二驱动摆臂通过所述开启拉绳连接所述转动支架。
