背景技术
智能手机的GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)导航功能在用户驾驶汽车时得到了广泛的应用,此外,有的智能手机还具备行驶过程中的提示功能,例如对危险区域进行提示。
如果驾驶过程中不幸出现事故,用户可以通过智能手机报警,尽可能挽救生命和财产损失,然而,当交通事故发生的时候,人很容易收到伤害,发生眩晕,昏迷等情况,不能快速的完成报警过程,此外,如果事故发生的路段行人较少,周围也没有其他人能够帮助报警,很可能错过最佳的抢救时机。

AAA是来自用户的预设的个人身份信息;个人身份信息可以是姓名,或者单位+姓名等个人身份信息。
BBB是来自GPS传递的位置信息,施救方可通过BBB信息来导航到达事故发生地点。
CCC根据GPS传递的位置信息,再结合地图信息,自动生成推荐医疗机构列表。例如,可以结合地图信息,将CCC附近5km之内的医疗机构加入到推荐医疗机构列表。
第一消息可以是语音消息,通过拨打电话的方式发送,也可以是文字消息,通过短信息的方式发送。
第二操作:
拨打预定的报警电话,将预定的第二消息发送给预定的报警电话。

上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例的方案,终端能够在发生交通事故时,及时的检测到事故的发生,并自动生成求救信息,完成报警功能,在用户发生眩晕或昏迷时,能够自动完成报警,及时在用户清醒过程中,通过终端的自动报警功能,也能够更加快速的提取有效信息,减少报警完成的时间,尽最大可能挽救交通事故中造成的生命和财产损失。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种事故上报方法,所述方法包括:
    检测行驶过程中是否发生交通事故;
    当检测到发生交通事故之后,执行交通事故对应的应急方案。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的事故上报方法,其中,所述检测行驶过程中是否发生交通事故包括:
    根据全球定位系统GPS获取行驶过程中的行驶速度;
    根据加速度传感器获取行驶过程中的碰撞强度;
    当检测到行驶速度减小到零,且所述碰撞强度大于预定的第一阈值时,判断为发生了交通事故。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的事故上报方法,其中,在所述检测到发生交通事故之后,在所述执行交通事故对应的应急方案之前,所述事故上报方法还包括:
    向用户发送询问是否执行交通事故对应的应急方案的询问消息,
    在预定时间内没有接受到用户发送的取消执行消息的情况下,执行所述执行交通事故对应的应急方案的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的事故上报方法,其中,
    所述执行交通事故对应的应急方案包括如下操作中的至少一种:
    第一操作:
    根据GPS获取行驶过程中的行驶位置;
    根据所述行驶位置获取对应的医疗机构,获取所述医疗机构对应的联系方式;
    按照所述医疗机构对应的联系方式,将预定的第一消息发送给所述医疗机构;
    第二操作:
    拨打预定的报警电话,将预定的第二消息发送给预定的报警电话;
    第三操作:
    将预定的第三消息发送给预定的第一紧急情况联系人群组;
    其中,所述第一消息、第二消息、第三消息中均携带有用户的个人身份信息、行驶位置,以及事件摘要信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的事故上报方法,其中,所述执行交通事故对应的应急方案还包括如下操作中的至少一种:
    第四操作:
    通过终端的摄像头和麦克风录制现场视频,并将录制的现场视频发送给预定的第二紧急情况联系人群组;
    第五操作:
    播放预设的求救铃声。
  6. 一种事故上报装置,所述装置包括:
    检测单元,设置为:检测行驶过程中是否发生交通事故;
    执行单元,设置为:当检测到发生交通事故之后,执行交通事故对应的应急方案。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的事故上报装置,其中,所述检测单元包括:
    速度获取模块,设置为:根据GPS获取行驶过程中的行驶速度;
    碰撞强度获取模块,设置为:根据加速度传感器获取行驶过程中的碰撞强度;
    判断模块,设置为:当检测到行驶速度减小到零,且所述碰撞强度大于预定的第一阈值时,判断为发生了交通事故。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的事故上报装置,所述事故上报装置还包括:
    询问单元,设置为:当检测到发生交通事故之后,向用户发送询问是否执行交通事故对应的应急方案的询问消息,在预定时间内没有接受到用户发送的取消执行消息的情况下,通知执行单元执行所述执行交通事故对应的应急方案。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的事故上报装置,其中,
    所述执行单元包括如下模块中的至少一个:
    第一执行模块,设置为:根据GPS获取行驶过程中的行驶位置;根据所述行驶位置获取对应的医疗机构,获取所述医疗机构对应的联系方式;按照所述医疗机构对应的联系方式,将预定的第一消息发送给所述医疗机构;
    第二执行模块,设置为:拨打预定的报警电话,将预定的第二消息发送给预定的报警电话;
    第三执行模块,设置为:将预定的第三消息发送给预定的第一紧急情况联系人群组;
    其中,所述第一消息、第二消息、第三消息中均携带有用户的个人身份信息、行驶位置,以及事件摘要信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的事故上报装置,其中,所述执行单元还包括如下模块中的至少一个:
    第四执行模块,设置为:通过终端的摄像头和麦克风录制现场视频,并将录制的现场视频发送给预定的第二紧急情况联系人群组;
    第五执行模块,设置为:播放预设的求救铃声。
  11. 一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括如权利要求6~10中任一项所述的事故上报装置。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5任一项的方法。
