Abstract
本発明は、アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体100質量部に対し、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂を1.0~50質量部含む分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維に関する。本発明の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維は、前記重合体100質量部と、前記吸水性樹脂1.0~50質量部を有機溶剤に溶解した紡糸原液を紡糸することで製造することができる。本発明は、また、前記の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維を含む繊維製品に関する。これにより、本発明は、吸水性樹脂を含み、分散染料で濃色染色することができる分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維、その製造方法及びそれを含む繊維製品を提供することができる。
Description
本発明は、吸水性樹脂を含み、分散染料で染色可能なアクリロニトリル含有繊維、その製造方法及びそれを含む繊維製品に関する。
従来、アクリロニトリル含有繊維の染色は、カチオン染料を用いた染色方法が一般的であった。しかしながら、カチオン染料を用いてアクリロニトリル含有繊維を染色すると、鮮明な色相が得られるものの、一般にカチオン染料は耐光堅牢度が悪いという問題があった。また、アクリロニトリル含有繊維とポリエステル系繊維からなる繊維製品を染色する場合、カチオン染料と分散染料を同浴に入れ、カチオン染料でアクリロニトリル含有繊維を染色し、分散染料でポリエステル系繊維を染色する手法が用いられるが、ポリエステル系繊維がポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維(PET繊維)の場合、通常130℃の高温高圧下で染色を行なう為、ガラス転移温度が130℃未満であるアクリロニトリル含有繊維は、その染色条件下では風合いや繊維強度等の物性が低下してしまう。一方、アクリロニトリル含有繊維の物性が低下しない温度で染色を行なうと、PET繊維を濃色に染めることができないという問題があった。このような問題を解決する為、非特許文献1には、PET繊維を常圧100℃未満で染色する手法として、キャリアー染色が提案されている。また、アクリロニトリル含有繊維とポリエステル系繊維からなる繊維製品を染色する手法として、繊維製品を分散染料液に浸漬して染色した後に、その染着した染料を、190℃~220℃前後の温度で加熱して繊維に定着させるサーモゾル染色方法が公知である。
その他、繊維製品への染色方法として、特許文献1には、布帛表面に吸水性樹脂を塗布することでインクジェット法により染料を染着させる手法が提案されている。一方、吸水性樹脂に関しては、布帛表面に塗布する以外にも、繊維に添加することで様々な機能を発現することが知られている。例えば、特許文献2には、ポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン系樹脂に吸水性樹脂を添加し、押出し成形することで、セメントへの分散性が良好な補強用繊維が得られることが記載されている。また、アクリロニトリル含有繊維に関しても、特許文献3には、吸水性樹脂をアクリロニトリル含有樹脂に分散させ、湿熱処理することで、多孔質繊維が得られることが記載されている。

前記非特許文献1の提案は、臭気や毒性等、安全面や環境面で懸念される物質をキャリアーとして用いる為、現在、この手法はあまり用いられていないのが現状である。また、サーモゾル法によるアクリロニトリル含有繊維製品の分散染料染色に関しては、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を濃色に染色する為には染料濃度を高くする必要があり、また、サーモゾル法により濃色染色されたアクリロニトリル含有繊維は洗濯堅牢度が悪く、コスト面、品質面の何れをとっても実用上好ましくない。また、前記特許文献1の提案は、表面に塗布した吸水性樹脂に染料が染着する為、摩擦堅牢度が悪いという問題がある。また、吸水性樹脂を繊維に添加することが記載された前記特許文献2及び3には、染色に関して言及されていない。更に言えば、アクリロニトリル含有繊維の一般的な紡糸方法である有機溶剤/水混合浴に有機溶剤に樹脂を溶解した紡糸原液を吐出する湿式紡糸法においては、水に不溶且つ紡糸原液に用いられる有機溶剤にも不溶である吸水性樹脂を用いることは、ノズル詰まりの原因となるだけでなく、吸水性樹脂が膨張して母体樹脂と相分離している為、繊維強度が低く、静電気が発生する為、加工性が悪いという問題があった。
本発明は、前記従来の問題を解決する為、吸水性樹脂を含み、分散染料で濃色染色することができる分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維、その製造方法及びそれを含む繊維製品を提供する。
本発明は、一実施態様において、アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体100質量部に対し、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂を1.0~50質量部含むことを特徴とする分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維に関する。
本発明は、また、一実施態様において、前記の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造方法であって、アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体100質量部と、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂1.0~50質量部を有機溶剤に溶解した紡糸原液を紡糸して分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維を得ることを特徴とする分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造方法に関する。
本発明は、また、一実施態様において、前記の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維を含むことを特徴とする繊維製品に関する。
本発明によれば、吸水性樹脂を含み、分散染料で濃色染色可能な分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維及びそれを含む繊維製品を得ることができる。
本発明者らは、前記問題を解決するため鋭意検討を重ねた結果、アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体100質量部に対し、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂を1.0~50質量部含ませることで、良好な紡糸性で、分散染料で濃色染色可能なアクリロニトリル含有繊維が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。本発明のアクリロニトリル含有繊維は、重合体100質量部に対してアクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含有するアクリロニトリル含有重合体と、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂を含み、前記アクリロニトリル含有重合体100質量部に対して前記吸収性樹脂を1.0~50質量部含む。
本発明に用いる重合体は、重合体100質量部に対して、アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上、好ましくは30~70質量部含むものである。このアクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体としては、例えばアクリロニトリルの単独重合体、アクリロニトリルを含有する単量体とアクリロニトリルを含有しない単量体との共重合体、アクリロニトリルを含有する重合体とアクリロニトリルを含有しない重合体とのポリマーブレンド物等が挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。
前記アクリロニトリル含有重合体の具体例としては、例えばポリアクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリルとメタアクリロニトリルの共重合体等が挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。アクリロニトリルを含有する単量体とアクリロニトリルを含有しない単量体との共重合体としては、アクリロニトリルと共重合可能なビニル系単量体との共重合体等が挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。前記共重合可能なビニル系単量体としては、例えば塩化ビニル、塩化ビニリデン、臭化ビニル、臭化ビニリデン、アクリル酸及びそのエステル、メタクリル酸及びそのエステル、アクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、酢酸ビニル、ビニルスルホン酸及びその塩、メタクリルスルホン酸及びその塩、スチレンスルホン酸及びその塩等が挙げられ、それらの一種又は二種以上を用いることができる。
前記アクリロニトリル含有重合体としては、例えば、重合体100質量部に対して、アクリロニトリル30~70質量部、ハロゲン含有ビニリデン単量体及び/又はハロゲン含有ビニル単量体30~70質量部、及びこれらと共重合可能なビニル単量体0~10質量部を含む重合体が好ましい。すなわち、アクリロニトリル30~70質量部、ハロゲン含有ビニリデン単量体及び/又はハロゲン含有ビニル単量体30~70質量部、及びこれらと共重合可能なビニル単量体0~10質量部からなる総量100質量部の組成物を重合して得られる重合体が好ましい。前記アクリロニトリル含有量が30~70質量部であると、繊維化するのに必要な耐熱性が得られ、かつハロゲン含有ビニリデン及び/ハロゲン含有ビニル含有量が30~70質量部であると難燃化もできる。特に好ましいアクリロニトリル含有量の下限としては35質量部以上、更に好ましくは45質量部以上である。特に好ましいアクリロニトリル含有量の上限としては65質量部以下、更に好ましくは57質量部以下である。前記好ましい範囲であれば、衣料等に使われる繊維に必要とされる耐熱性が得られる。アクリロニトリル含有繊維に高い難燃性を発現させる為には、共重合可能なビニル系単量体として特にハロゲン含有ビニル及び/又はハロゲン含有ビニリデン単量体の使用が好ましい。前記単独重合体及び/又は共重合体は、既知の重合方法で得ることができる。例えば、重合方式としては塊状重合、懸濁重合、乳化重合、溶液重合等が挙げられ、重合形態としては連続式、回分式、半回分式等が挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。この中でも工業的視点から、重合方式としては乳化重合、懸濁重合、溶液重合が好ましく、重合形態としては連続式、半回分式が好ましい。
本発明に用いられる吸水性樹脂は、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂であればよく特に限定されない。例えば、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリプロピレンオキシド、エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドの共重合体、ポリブチレンオキシド等のポリアルキレンオキシドとイソシアネート化合物との反応物、ポリアルキレンオキシドとポリイソシアネートとの反応により得られた架橋ポリアルキレンオキシド、あるいは、前記ポリアルキレンオキシドとイソシアネート化合物との反応物や前記架橋ポリアルキレンオキシドに電子線照射をして得られるポリアルキレンオキシド変性物等が好適に用いられる。なかでも質量平均分子量(重量平均分子量とも称される。)1000~600万のポリエチレンオキシドとトリレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート等のポリイソシアートとの反応により得られる架橋ポリエチレンオキシドは、アクリル繊維、アクリル系繊の湿式紡糸で一般的に使用されるジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルフォキシド、ジメルアセトアミド、アセトン等の親水性有機溶剤に溶解し、且つアクリロニトリル含有樹脂との相溶性が高いのでより好ましい。このようなポリアルキレンオキシド変性物としては、住友精化株式会社の商品名「アクアコーク」等の一般に市販されているものを用いることができる。分子量が1000未満であると、紡糸浴に吸水性樹脂が溶出し易くなるので好ましくない。自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上であることにより、染色時に分散染料を染着し易いので良い。自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が100以上になると、紡糸の水洗工程において、多量の水を繊維に含み、乾燥効率が悪くなるだけでなく、得られた繊維の単繊維強度が弱くなるので好ましくない。分散染料による濃色染色性を高めるとともに、繊維強度等の品質や紡糸性等を良好にする観点から、前記吸水性樹脂は、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が50以下であることが好ましい。
前記吸水性樹脂の添加量は、アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体100質量部に対し、1.0質量部以上、好ましくは3.0質量部以上、更に好ましくは5.0質量部以上であり、上限としては50質量部以下、好ましくは30質量部以下、更に好ましくは20質量部以下である。吸水性樹脂の含有量が1.0質量部未満では、分散染料で染色時、充分な発色が得られず、また50質量部を超えると、繊維製造工程で濾布やノズル詰り、浴への吸水性樹脂の溶出等の問題が生じ、更に充分な繊維物性(強度や伸度)が得られず好ましくない。
前記吸水性樹脂は、分散染料染色発色性、ノズル詰まりや浴への溶出等の繊維製造工程性、強度や伸度等の繊維物性、洗濯堅牢度、摩擦堅牢度の観点から繊維中に平均粒径が500nm未満で分散していることが好ましい。繊維中に分散している吸水性樹脂の平均粒径(以降、分散平均粒径と略す)は、透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)を用いた観察により測定することができる。具体的には、透過型電子顕微鏡による繊維軸に垂直の断面写真(10000倍)の任意の視野において画像解析ソフトWinROOF(Ver.5.04)を用いて100個の粒子の粒子径を計測し、その平均値を算出する。平均粒径を300nm未満にすることで、前記性能が高まる。好ましくは100nm未満であり、更に好ましくは50nm未満である。
前記吸水性樹脂は、常圧染色できるという観点から100℃以下の軟化温度を持つ熱可塑性樹脂であることが好ましい。100℃以下の軟化温度を持つ熱可塑性吸水性樹脂をアクリロニトリル含有繊維に添加することで、例えば、一般的なアクリロニトリル含有繊維の染色条件下において、繊維中の熱可塑性吸水性樹脂が軟化し、分散染料を吸尽し易くなる。
本発明のアクリロニトリル含有繊維は、例えば、アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体100質量部に対し、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上である吸水性樹脂を1.0~50質量部添加し、これらを有機溶剤に溶解させた紡糸原液を用い、湿式紡糸法、乾式紡糸法、半乾半湿式紡糸法等の公知の製造方法で製造される。例えば湿式紡糸法では、上記アクリロニトリル含有重合体をN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、アセトン、ジメチルスルフォキシド等の親水性有機溶剤に溶解した樹脂溶液に、前記吸水性樹脂を添加して溶解した紡糸原液を、ノズルを通じて凝固浴に押出すことで凝固させ、次いで水洗、乾燥、延伸、熱処理し、必要であれば捲縮を付与し切断することで製品を得る。前記親水性有機溶剤としては、前記アクリロニトリル含有重合体及び吸水性樹脂を溶解させるものであれば良く、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルスルフォキシド及びアセトンからなる群から選ばれる一種が工業的にハンドリングできることから好ましい。この内、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド及びジメチルスルフォキシドからなる群から選ばれる一種が分散染料染色発色性を良好にするのでより好ましい。
本発明のアクリロニトリル含有繊維は、短繊維でも長繊維でもよく、使用方法において適宜選択することが可能である。例えば、他の天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び/又はアクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維と複合させて加工するには複合させる繊維に近似なものが好ましい。カット長は、繊維製品の用途により適宜選択される。例えば、ショートカットファイバー(繊維長0.1~5mm)や短繊維(繊維長38~128mm)、或いは全くカットされていない長繊維(フィラメント)が挙げられる。繊度は、使用される繊維製品の用途に使用される他の天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び/又はアクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維により適宜選択されるのに合わせて、1~80dtexが好ましい。但し、他の繊維と組合せるときは、他の繊維の繊度と同等でも良く、細くても太くても良い。
本発明のアクリロニトリル含有繊維には、必要に応じて帯電防止剤、熱着色防止剤、耐光性向上剤、白度向上剤、失透性防止剤、着色剤、難燃剤といったその他添加剤を含有させても良い。
本発明のアクリロニトリル含有繊維は、単独使用は勿論可能であり、天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維、前記アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の他の合成繊維等と組合せて使用することも可能である。これらを組合せる方法としては、混綿、混紡、混繊等があり、組合せの具体的な形態としては、不織布、織物、編み物、レース網、繊維束等がある。
織物としては、平織、斜文織、朱子織、変化平織、変化斜文織、変化朱子織、変わり織、紋織、片重ね織、二重組織、多重組織、経パイル織、緯パイル織、絡み織等がある。平織、朱子織、紋織が商品としての風合いや強度等に優れる。
編み物としては、丸編、緯編、経編、パイル編等を含み、平編、天竺編、リブ編、スムース編(両面編)、ゴム編、パール編、デンビー組織、コード組織、アトラス組織、鎖組織、挿入組織等がある。天竺編、リブ編が商品としての風合いに優れる。
繊維束としては、長繊維を一定のカット長にした後、2種類以上の繊維を均一に混ぜた毛束、あるいは不均一に混ぜた毛束等がある。
本発明の繊維製品は、前記のアクリロニトリル含有繊維単独からなるものであってもよく、前記のアクリロニトリル含有繊維と、天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び前記アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維を含む製品であってもよい。前記繊維製品において、天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び前記アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維の含有量の下限値は10質量%以上であってもよく、好ましくは30質量%以上であり、上限値は90質量%以下であってもよく、好ましくは70質量%以下である。前記繊維製品は、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を30質量%以上含んでも良く、70質量%以下含んでも良い。
天然繊維としては、木綿、カポック繊維、麻、大麻繊維、ラミー繊維、ジュート繊維、マニラ麻繊維、ケナフ繊維、羊毛繊維、モヘア繊維、カシミヤ繊維、ラクダ繊維、アルパカ繊維、アンゴラ繊維、絹繊維等を用いることができる。
再生繊維としては、再生セルロース繊維(レーヨン、ポリノジック、旭化成社製商品名“キュプラ”、レンチング社製商品名“テンセル”、同“レンチングモダール”)、再生コラーゲン繊維、再生タンパク繊維等を用いることができる。
前記アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維としては、ポリエステル繊維、ポリアミド繊維、ポリ乳酸繊維、アクリル繊維、ポロオレフィン繊維、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、ポリ塩化ビニル繊維、ポリ塩化ビニリデン繊維(旭化成せんい社製商品名“サラン”)、ポリクラール繊維、ポリエチレン繊維(東洋紡社製商品名“ダイニーマ”)、ポリウレタン繊維、ポリオキシメチレン繊維、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン繊維、アラミド繊維(デュポン社製商品名“ケブラー”、同“ノーメックス”、帝人社製商品名“テクノーラ”、同“トワロン”、同“コーネックス”)、ベンゾエート繊維、ポリフェニレンスルフィド繊維(東洋紡社製商品名“プロコン”)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン繊維、ポリベンズアゾール繊維、ポリイミド繊維(東洋紡社製商品名“P84”)、ポリアミドイミド繊維(ケルメル社製商品名“ケルメル”)等を用いることができる。
更に再生繊維として、特殊再生セルロース繊維(水ガラスを含有するレーヨン繊維:サテリ社製商品名“ヴィジル”、ダイワボウ社製商品名“FRコロナ”)、難燃剤を塗付した後加工難燃セルロース繊維、素材難燃レーヨン繊維(レンチング社製商品名“レンチングFR”)がある。更に前記アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維として、難燃ポリエステル(東洋紡社製商品名“ハイム”、トレビラ社製商品名“トレビラCS”)、ポリエチレンナフタレート繊維(帝人社製商品名“テオネックス”)、メラミン繊維(バソフィルファイバー社製商品名“バソフィル”)、アクリレート繊維(東洋紡社製商品名“モイスケア”)、ポリベンズオキサイド繊維(東洋紡社製商品名“ザイロン”)がある。その他、酸化アクリル繊維、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、活性炭素繊維等を用いることができる。
本発明の繊維製品は、セルロース系繊維及び/又はポリエステル系繊維を好適に含むことができる。本発明に用いるセルロース系繊維としては、天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維又は前記アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維のいずれに属するセルロース系繊であってもよい。このうち、木綿、麻、レーヨン、ポリノジック、キュプラ、及び酢酸セルロース繊維よりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のセルロース系繊維が好ましく、木綿及び/又はレーヨンが吸湿性、着心地の点から特に好ましい。着心地の点から、前記繊維製品は、セルロース系繊維を30~70質量%含有することが好ましい。本発明に用いるポリエステル系繊維としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維(PET繊維)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート繊維(PBT)、ポリエチレンナフタレート繊維(PEN)、ポリトリエチレンテレフタレート繊維(PTT)よりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のポリエステル系繊維が好ましい。
本発明の繊維製品としては、一例として次のものが挙げられる;
(1)衣類及び日用品材料
衣服(上着、下着、セーター、ベスト、ズボン等を含む)、手袋、靴下、マフラー、帽子、寝具、枕、クッション、ぬいぐるみ等。
(2)特殊服
防護服、消防服、作業服、防寒服等。
(3)インテリア材料
椅子張り、カーテン、壁紙、カーペット等。
(4)頭髪用品
ブレード、ウィービング、ウィッグ等。
(1)衣類及び日用品材料
衣服(上着、下着、セーター、ベスト、ズボン等を含む)、手袋、靴下、マフラー、帽子、寝具、枕、クッション、ぬいぐるみ等。
(2)特殊服

本発明のアクリロニトリル含有繊維の分散染料による染色方法としては、繊維状態で染色する方法(短繊維の場合、綿染め)、糸や生地の状態で染色する方法等があり、特に限定されるものではない。染色技法としては染料を溶解あるいは分散させた染色液に浸漬させる浸染法でも良く、染色液に糊剤を混ぜ直接生地等の製品にプリントする捺染法でも良い。生地の状態で染色する方法としては、非連続方式、半連続方式、連続方式等があり、非連続方式としては、一般的なウィンス染色機を用いた染色、ビーム染色機を用いた染色、液流染色機を用いた染色等が挙げられる。連続方式としては、パッド・スチーム染色、サーモゾル染色機、連続式高圧染色機を用いた染色等が挙げられる。その他、インクジェット方式による分散染料の固着方法を用いても良い。
以下、実施例にて本発明を説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例に限定されるものではない。下記の実施例中で「%」は「質量%」を意味する。
(実施例1:アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造例1)
アクリロニトリル46質量部、塩化ビニル52質量部及びp-スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ2質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をジメチルスルフォキシドに樹脂濃度が27質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(変性ポリエチレンオキサイド、住友精化(株)社製「アクアコークTWB」、軟化温度60℃、質量平均分子量11万)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.08mm及び孔数2000ホールのノズルを用い、60質量%のジメチルスルフォキシド水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗することで、水洗糸を得た。この水洗糸を140℃で均熱風乾燥し、更に160℃のヒートロールで乾燥し、その後130℃で2倍に延伸し、150℃で熱処理を行ない、繊度2dtexのアクリロニトリル含有繊維を得た。得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維に紡績用仕上げ油剤(竹本油脂(株)製)を塗布し、クリンプを付け、長さ38mmにカットした。
アクリロニトリル46質量部、塩化ビニル52質量部及びp-スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ2質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をジメチルスルフォキシドに樹脂濃度が27質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(変性ポリエチレンオキサイド、住友精化(株)社製「アクアコークTWB」、軟化温度60℃、質量平均分子量11万)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.08mm及び孔数2000ホールのノズルを用い、60質量%のジメチルスルフォキシド水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗することで、水洗糸を得た。この水洗糸を140℃で均熱風乾燥し、更に160℃のヒートロールで乾燥し、その後130℃で2倍に延伸し、150℃で熱処理を行ない、繊度2dtexのアクリロニトリル含有繊維を得た。得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維に紡績用仕上げ油剤(竹本油脂(株)製)を塗布し、クリンプを付け、長さ38mmにカットした。

(実施例3:アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造例3)
アクリロニトリル51質量部、塩化ビニリデン48質量部及びp-スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ1質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をアセトンに樹脂濃度が28質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(変性ポリエチレンオキサイド、住友精化(株)社製「アクアコークTWB」、軟化温度60℃、重量平均分子量11万)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.08mm及び孔数2000ホールのノズルを用い、38質量%のアセトン水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗することで、水洗糸を得た。この水洗糸を140℃で均熱風乾燥し、その後140℃で2倍に延伸し、170℃で熱処理を行ない、繊度2dtexのアクリロニトリル含有繊維を得た。得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維に紡績用仕上げ油剤(竹本油脂(株)製)を塗布し、クリンプを付け、長さ38mmにカットした。
アクリロニトリル51質量部、塩化ビニリデン48質量部及びp-スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ1質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をアセトンに樹脂濃度が28質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(変性ポリエチレンオキサイド、住友精化(株)社製「アクアコークTWB」、軟化温度60℃、重量平均分子量11万)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.08mm及び孔数2000ホールのノズルを用い、38質量%のアセトン水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗することで、水洗糸を得た。この水洗糸を140℃で均熱風乾燥し、その後140℃で2倍に延伸し、170℃で熱処理を行ない、繊度2dtexのアクリロニトリル含有繊維を得た。得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維に紡績用仕上げ油剤(竹本油脂(株)製)を塗布し、クリンプを付け、長さ38mmにカットした。
(比較例1:アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造例4)
アクリロニトリル46質量部、塩化ビニル52質量部及びp-スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ2質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をジメチルスルフォキシドに樹脂濃度が27質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(アクリル酸重合体部分ナトリウム塩架橋物、日本触媒(株)製「アクアリックCA_W101」)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.30mm及び孔数100ホールのノズルを用い、60%のジメチルスルフォキシド水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗したが、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブルが多く、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製することができなかった。
アクリロニトリル46質量部、塩化ビニル52質量部及びp-スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ2質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をジメチルスルフォキシドに樹脂濃度が27質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(アクリル酸重合体部分ナトリウム塩架橋物、日本触媒(株)製「アクアリックCA_W101」)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.30mm及び孔数100ホールのノズルを用い、60%のジメチルスルフォキシド水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗したが、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブルが多く、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製することができなかった。
(比較例2:アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造例5)
吸水性樹脂を添加しないこと以外には、製造例1と同様の方法でアクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製した。
吸水性樹脂を添加しないこと以外には、製造例1と同様の方法でアクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製した。

(実験例1):吸水性樹脂の吸水能評価方法
100gの純水を入れた容器に、上記製造例で用いた吸水性樹脂1g入れ、40℃で1時間攪拌し続けた。その後、濾紙をセットしたアスピレーターを用いて3分間吸引濾過をおこない、濾紙上の吸水性樹脂の質量(A)を測定し、次式により自重に対する純水の吸水能を算出した。
自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)=(A-1)/1
100gの純水を入れた容器に、上記製造例で用いた吸水性樹脂1g入れ、40℃で1時間攪拌し続けた。その後、濾紙をセットしたアスピレーターを用いて3分間吸引濾過をおこない、濾紙上の吸水性樹脂の質量(A)を測定し、次式により自重に対する純水の吸水能を算出した。

(実験例2):紡糸性評価方法
上記製造例の製造方法で、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製する際、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブルが発生の有無に基づいて下記のように紡糸性を評価した。

(実験例3):アクリロニトリル含有繊維の分散染料染色性評価方法
ネイビー色の分散染料(Terasil Navy Blue SGL、CIBA-GEIGY社製)0.063gを水50gに分散させた容器に、上記製造例の製造方法で作製したアクリロニトリル含有繊維を2.5g入れ、98℃で1時間、容器を振動させながら染色をおこなった。その後容器から上記繊維を取り出し10分間、流水で洗浄、60℃で12時間乾燥を行うことで、分散染料染色綿を得た。染色性評価は目視でおこない、濃色の程度に応じ、下記の基準で評価した。評価がA及びBの場合は、分散染料で染色可能と判断し、評価がCの場合は、分散染料で染色不可と判断した。
A:極めて強い濃色
B:濃色
C:中淡色以下
ネイビー色の分散染料(Terasil Navy Blue SGL、CIBA-GEIGY社製)0.063gを水50gに分散させた容器に、上記製造例の製造方法で作製したアクリロニトリル含有繊維を2.5g入れ、98℃で1時間、容器を振動させながら染色をおこなった。その後容器から上記繊維を取り出し10分間、流水で洗浄、60℃で12時間乾燥を行うことで、分散染料染色綿を得た。染色性評価は目視でおこない、濃色の程度に応じ、下記の基準で評価した。評価がA及びBの場合は、分散染料で染色可能と判断し、評価がCの場合は、分散染料で染色不可と判断した。
A:極めて強い濃色
B:濃色
C:中淡色以下
上記実験例2及び3の結果に基づいて、下記の基準で総合評価を行った。
合格:紡糸性が良好であり、かつ、分散染料で染色可能である。
不合格:紡糸性が不良であるか、及び/又は、分散染料で染色不可である。
合格:紡糸性が良好であり、かつ、分散染料で染色可能である。
不合格:紡糸性が不良であるか、及び/又は、分散染料で染色不可である。
実施例1~3及び比較例1~3で得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維について、上述した実験例2及び実験例3に基づいて、紡糸性及び分散染料染色性を評価し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
実施例1~3では、用いた吸水性樹脂の自重に対する吸水能が12.5(g/g)であった。紡糸性評価において、実施例1及び実施例2では、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブル無く、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製することができ、紡糸性良好の判定であった。また、アクリロニトリル含有繊維の分散染料染色性評価において、極めて強い濃色のネイビー色が得られたことから、判定はAであった。よって総合評価は合格であった。実施例3では、紡糸性評価において、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブル無く、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製することができ、紡糸性良好の判定であった。また、アクリロニトリル含有繊維の分散染料染色性評価において、濃色のネイビー色が得られたことから、判定はBであった。よって総合評価は合格であった。
比較例1では、用いた吸水性樹脂の吸水能が240(g/g)であった。紡糸性評価において、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブルが多く、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製することができなかった為、紡糸性不良の判定であった。
吸水性樹脂を用いていない比較例2~3では、紡糸性評価において、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブル無く、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製することができ、紡糸性良好の判定であった。しかしながら、分散染料染色性評価において、濃色のネイビー色が得られなかったことから、Cの判定となった。よって総合評価は不合格であった。

- アクリロニトリルを15質量部以上含む重合体100質量部に対し、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂を1.0~50質量部含むことを特徴とする分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維。
- 前記重合体が、重合体10質量部に対してアクリロニトリル30~70質量部、ハロゲン含有ビニリデン単量体及び/又はハロゲン含有ビニル単量体30~70質量部、及びこれらと共重合可能なビニル単量体0~10質量部を含む請求項1に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維。
- 前記吸水性樹脂がポリアルキレンオキシド変性物からなる請求項1又は2に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維。
- 前記吸水性樹脂がポリエチレンオキシドとポリイソシアネートで構成された架橋ポリエチレンオキシドからなる請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造方法であって、

- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維10質量%以上と、天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維90質量%以下を含む請求項7に記載の繊維製品。
- 前記天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維を30~70質量%含む請求項8に記載の繊維製品。
- セルロース系繊維を含む請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の繊維製品。
- 前記セルロース系繊維が、木綿、麻、レーヨン、ポリノジック、キュプラ、及び酢酸セルロース繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維である請求項10に記載の繊維製品。
- ポリエステル系繊維を含む請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載の繊維製品。
- 前記分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維が分散染料で染色されている請求項7~12のいずれか1項に記載の繊維製品。
