Description

多侦测功能的模块化照明装置改良 技术领域
本发明涉及一种多侦测功能的模块化照明装置,将若干种模块加以简化整合于基板,配合上壳体让各模块设置于独立区域,使各模块能稳定运作。
背景技术
使用LED(Light EmitingDoide)制作的照明装置,拥有节能、寿命长、亮度佳的特性,近年更被广泛应用居家环境、工厂作业环境上,为了刺激消费者购买意愿,市面上目前已推出多种复合型功能的照明装置,其功能大概有:侦测高温、侦测气体、远程调控…等功能,各照明装置内的组件相当复杂且维护不易,其中内部的LED只用于短暂照明或提醒的用途,至今尚未有长时间照明的相关复合型的产品。
其主要原因在于上述复合型产品,若装入侦测功能的组件,该产品的体积势必增加不少,更何况为多种侦测功能的若干组件;且前述未能设置照明装置的原因,在于长时间使用LED会产生高温,使得侦测准确度受到影响,产生误判的问题。而本发明发明人从事相关LED研发制造多年,期间所取得相关欧盟发明专利第EP2570723B1号的具摄影监控功能之感测发光模块、以及日本发明专利第5481652号的具摄影监控功能之感测发光模块,主要针对LED所产生的光源,整体阻隔光源的结构设计,让摄影机镜头能免受光源影响,鉴于现有技术不便之处,本发明发明人通过阻隔光源的目的为基础,研发具有数种不同传感器功能并具备长时间的照明装置,还整合组件,让整体结构得以简化,以能满足需多种侦测功能以及长时间照明的需求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在提供一种多侦测功能的模块化照明装置改良,将侦测模块、控制模块、摄像模块、以及LED模块依环形设置的方式整合于基板上,利用下壳体上方连接基板固定,而上壳体前端具有若干个定位孔,将上壳体设于下壳体上方,使基板上的侦测模块与摄像模块配合相对数量 的隔离罩,进而完全嵌合于该定位孔内,使侦测模块、控制模块、摄像模块、以及LED模块形成分别独立区域设置,使照明装置具有多种侦测与长时间照明及录像的功能,且能让供应端依使用目的不同加以选择及替换,更能转动下壳体,让侦测及录像的范围得以调整角度,使照明装置的安装环境减少诸多限制。
较现有技术的缺失,本发明利用基板整合各模块成为一体,使得整体结构简化,更能广泛应用于各种照明装置(一般LED的球泡灯、吸顶灯、崁灯、日光灯管、LED平板灯、壁灯…等)上,并针对不同侦测数据而启动相对应的各模块,且LED模块所产生的折射光线干扰及温度影响也获得解决,使照明及侦测应用能正常运作,而供应端能依不同需求进行各模块的组件选择及替换,以模块化配置达成不同功能的应用目的,为便于贵审查员能进一步了解有关本发明为达上述目的、特征所采用的技术手段及其功效,兹例举较佳实施例并配合图式说明如下。

通常根据本发明,该最佳的可行的实施例,并配合图式详细说明后,俾增加对本发明的了解;
本发明为一种多侦测功能的模块化照明装置改良,请参阅图1~图4所示,主要包含有:下壳体4,用以电性连接基板3,该下壳体4中央具有穿孔的底座41,将一端设有万向接头421的枢接件42穿设该底座41的中央,配合枢接座43设于该底座41内,将枢接件42加以限制,以调整适合角度,该枢接件42另一端则为一般常用的灯头,该下壳体4内还设有喇叭44以及散热部45,该散热部45与下壳体4一体加工成型,此散热部45主要为配合基板3底部,用来降低照明装置的内部温度;基板3具有摄像模块32,设于该基板3的中央处,且该摄像模块32周边依环形状设置,具 有提示模块33、侦测模块34、警告模块35、以及LED模块36;此提示模块33主要由空气质量提示灯331所构成,该空气质量提示灯331分别为蓝、黄、红三种颜色显示,蓝色代表空气正常、黄色代表气较差、红色代表危险空气,该提示模块33主要对应空气传感器347进行上述相关灯信号启动。
该侦测模块34则为若干个传感器341所构成,其中包括有:瓦斯气体传感器342,其主要用于检测外部的有害气体,如厨房瓦斯、浴室一氧化碳或其它有害气体;压力传感器343,其主要用于检测外部的气压,如应用于感应天气变化是否为下雨;温湿度传感器344,其主要用于检测外部环境温湿度,如应用于环境湿度调整;体温传感器345,其主要用于检测外部的人体温度或移动以应用于感应启动LED模块36照明、或感应启动摄像模块32进行摄像;烟雾传感器346,其主要用于检测外部环境的烟雾,如应用于预警火灾或是禁烟场所;空气传感器347,其主要用于检测外部环境的悬浮微粒物含量是否超标,如应用于侦测环境中的雾霾,进而提醒使用者携带口罩或其它相关建议;各传感器341用以侦测该外部环境条件是否符合启动的标准,进而传输数据至该控制模块31进行判别以及相关动作。
该警告模块35主要由闪烁警告灯351所构成,该闪烁警告灯351对应瓦斯传感器与烟雾传感器346,通过红色灯信号进行闪烁提醒,该警告模块35配合侦测模块34相邻排列设置,且当中的空隙处还设有麦克(MIC37)设定指示灯38,此MIC37则用以收音,进一步由控制模块31处理后,配合相关模块进行传输;此设定指示灯38主要是以短暂闪烁状态表现,进而判别操作指令是否为正常运作;该LED模块36则为LED所购成,主要为照明用途;而该摄像模块32与侦测模块34套设有对应数量的隔离罩39,此基板3的另一面设有控制模块31、以及主电源,该控制模块31主要用以驱动该基板3所配设的上述各模块,且该基板3设于该下壳体4上方;上壳体1,具有若干个定位孔11,该上壳体1装设于该下壳体4上方,隔离罩39将摄像模块32与侦测模块34嵌合固定于该定位孔11内,使基板3上的各模块形成分别独立区域设置,而该隔离罩39能用以阻隔光线及温度,避免各模块相互受到干扰。
本发明第二实施例,请参阅图5~图7所示,该基板3与下壳体4的构造与前实施例相同,其不同处在于增加骨架2,以及上壳体1结构改变,该骨架2具有呈环形所构成的若干道隔离壁21,而骨架2的边缘处设有若干个螺孔22,而该骨架2通过该螺孔22以锁固手段设于该基板3上方,使该隔离壁21分隔该基板3上的提示模块33、侦测模块34、警告模块35、以及LED模块36;上壳体1其主要由指示灯盖12、传感器灯盖13及LED照明灯盖14以不同尺寸的环形所构成,指示灯盖12、传感器灯盖13及LED照明灯盖14分别对应隔离壁21的间距,该环形也能加以设计变化,形成独特造型的上壳体1,再进一步利用上壳体1装设于该骨架2的上方,使基板3上的各模块形成封闭别独立区域设置。
再请见图8~图12所示,该图标中的照明装置分别为吸顶灯、崁灯、日光灯管、LED平板灯、壁灯,主要以前述两实施例为主要结构,加以简单改变结构而设置于不同种类的照明装置,并不受限于此所述;其中请见图9A,此旋转球座5装设于该基板3中央处,再将该摄像模块32装于该旋转球座5内部,能让摄像范围得以调整,获取更佳的视野,并不限于该崁灯实施。
各实施例中的控制模块31还包含有:影像模块,用以影像记录;WIFI&无线模块,用以远程控制;感测模块,用以分析侦测模块34的数据;以及中央微处理器模块,用以操控连接上述影像模块、WIFI&无线模块、感测模块、中央微处理器模块,使其驱动产生相对应的动作,且影像模块、WIFI&无线模块、感测模块、中央微处理器模块可随生产端依需求更替,更能由使用者或生产端利用应用程序(mobile application,APP)进行前述动作的关闭或开启,并不受限于上述模块的种类。

1、瓦斯气体传感器342及烟雾传感器346,此瓦斯气体传感器342主要用以侦测一氧化碳或其它有害气体,因气体无法由摄像模块32或人眼辨识,所以市售相关的传感器,常由气体浓度区分各种不同的危险等级;当天然气外泄时,通过定位孔11进入到瓦斯气体传感器342后,相关感测数据会同时传至控制模块31,并通过控制模块31中的感测模块分析数据后, 通过中央微处理器模块判别危险等级后,反馈讯号至闪烁警告灯351及喇叭44制造现场的听觉及视觉提醒,并同时以简讯、拨号、APP进行提醒预先设定的使用者;假设前述提醒动作未有响应,且瓦斯外泄浓度持续增加,到达非常危险情况下,将进一步利用网络传送信息至消防队,该信息具有目前侦测的瓦斯浓度、地址、影像、或其他信息,供消防人员掌握现场状况;而该烟雾传感器346主要用于侦测烟雾浓度,与前述瓦斯气体传感器342相似,主要依照不同的危险等级,进行提醒用户或消防队,但若是较低危险等级(例:吸烟、焚烧纸类…等情况),则不会启动摄像模块32进行录像,当中、高危险等级时,则会强制启动该摄像模块32以及传送相关信息;然而,上述感测动作更能配合APP来扩展不同连动的行为,并不限定于上述内容。
2、压力传感器343、温湿度传感器344与该空气传感器347,主要为外部环境压力、温湿度或环境中的雾霾,高或低于一定标准值(可依环境依APP内定组合值进行调整)后,则由前述APP提醒使用者是否需进行后续动作的处理。
3、体温传感器345可用于启动照明、预防窃贼侵入或是远程监控、…等目的,能利用体温传感器345检测环境中人体的温度或移动,以启动摄像模块32录像并以APP提醒使用者,由使用者以APP选择连动选项报警、取消录像…等后续动作;也能通过APP进阶调整LED模块36为持续照明,让使用者得以安装应用于更多环境(室内或室外),且通过下壳体4调整方向与角度,得以让应用范围更为灵巧。
从上述各实施例中,能得知本发明主要利用模块化的结构设置,使各模块能够简化组件而共设于基板3上,且利用该基板3呈环形的结构加以配合相对应的上壳体1,使得各模块形成分别独立区域设置,更能广泛应用于各种不同照明装置,使控制模块31得以驱动各模块进行相对应的动作,让本发明具有多范围的侦测、录像及照明功能,更能接受使用目的的不同,于供应端进行传感器341与控制模块31的组件选择及替换动作,使本发明兼具模块化、实用性以及简化组件的目的。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种多侦测功能的模块化照明装置改良,其特征在于,其包括:
    下壳体,用以电性连接基板;
    基板,具有摄像模块,且该摄像模块周边依环形设置有提示模块、侦测模块、警告模块、以及LED模块,且该摄像模块与该侦测模块套设有隔离罩,而基板另一面设有控制模块,用以驱动该基板所配设的该提示模块、该侦测模块、该警告模块以及该LED模块,而该基板设置于该下壳体上方;
    上壳体,具有若干定位孔,该上壳体装设于该下壳体上方,该隔离罩将该摄像模块与该侦测模块嵌固于该定位孔内,使该基板上的该提示模块、该侦测模块、该警告模块以及该LED模块分别形成独立区域设置。
  2. 一种多侦测功能的模块化照明装置改良,其特征在于,其包括:
    下壳体,用以电性连接基板;
    基板,具有摄像模块,且该摄像模块周边依环形设置有提示模块、侦测模块、警告模块、以及LED模块,且该摄像模块与该侦测模块套设有隔离罩,而该基板另一面设有控制模块,用以驱动该基板所配设的该提示模块、该侦测模块、该警告模块以及该LED模块,而该基板设置于该下壳体上方;
    骨架,具有呈环形设置的若干道隔离壁,且该骨架设于该基板上方,使该隔离壁分隔该基板上的该提示模块、该侦测模块、该警告模块以及该LED模块;
    上壳体,由指示灯盖、传感器灯盖、LED照明灯盖所构成,该指示灯盖、该传感器灯盖、LED照明灯盖对应隔离壁的间距,形成不同尺寸的环形,而该上壳体装设于该骨架的上方,使基板上的该提示模块、该侦测模块、该警告模块以及该LED模块分别形成独立区域设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多侦测功能的模块化照明装置改良,其特征在于,其中该下壳体还包含有:底座,中央具有穿孔;枢接件,前端设有万向接头;枢接座;该枢接件穿设于该底座的中央,配合该枢接座设 于该底座内,将该枢接件加以限制,得以调整适合角度。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多侦测功能的模块化照明装置改良,其特征在于,其中该侦测模块还包含有:瓦斯气体传感器,用以检测有害气体;压力传感器,用以检测气压;温湿度传感器,用以检测环境温湿度;体温传感器,用以检测人体的温度或移动,启动该LED模块照明或摄影模块的录像;烟雾传感器,用以检测烟雾;空气传感器,用以检测悬浮微粒物含量;其中,该瓦斯气体传感器、该压力传感器、该温湿度传感器、该体温传感器、该烟雾传感器、该空气传感器通过侦测外部环境条件是否符合启动的标准,进而传输数据至该控制模块进行判别以及相关动作。
