随着发光二极体(Light Emiting Doide,LED)的技术进步,使用者数量也相对增长,各家厂商除持续研究节能、照明相关技术外,市售产品也逐渐衍生多功能发展。
然而,市售多功能侦测型的LED产品,其LED光源除了一般指示用、或紧急照明用之外,都属于短时间照明,且一直以来未有能长时间照明应用的复合型LED产品,而多种侦测功能的LED产品,其体积都相当庞大,且安装环境更诸多受限,若配合长时间使用LED的情况下,该类型产品的温度影响,会让侦测的准确度具有相当程度的影响,且该类产品若采用光学侦测的方法,更需考量LED光线折射是否会有所影响,故对于有上述多样侦测和长时间照明需求的使用者而言,只能额外花费金钱建构独立的侦测系统。
而本发明者从事相关LED研发制造多年,期间所取得相关欧盟发明专利第EP2570723B1号的具摄影监控功能的感测发光模组、以及日本发明专利第5481652号的具摄影监控功能的感测发光模组,主要针对LED所产生的光源,采用整体阻隔光源的结构设计,让摄影机镜头能免受光源影响,鉴于现有技术不便之处,本发明者透过阻隔光源的目的为基础,研发具有数种不同感测器功能并具备长时间照明的灯具,以满足需多种侦测功能以及长时间照明的需求者。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在提供一种多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,透过具有数种侦测功能的感测模组与控制器模组连接,配合LED模组及主电源板电性连接驱动,使照明装置具有多种侦测与长时间照明及录影的功能,且 能让供应端依使用目的不同加以选择及替换,并采用旋转球座的设计,能让侦测及录影的范围得以调整,使照明装置的安装环境减少诸多限制。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,包含有:
一壳体,其前端具有多个定位孔;
一LED模组;
一侦测模组,由多个感测器设于一基板所构成,该感测器嵌设于该定位孔内;
一控制器模组,其前端具有一镜头嵌设于该定位孔内,该控制器模组穿于该侦测模组的中央处;
一主电源板;电性连接该LED模组、该侦测模组和该控制器模组,让该控制器模组得以驱动该LED模组、该侦测模组进行相对应的功能,并具有多范围的侦测、录影及照明功能。
一种多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,包含有:
一壳体;
一LED模组;
一旋转球座,由一底座与一球体所构成,该球体前端具有多个定位孔;
一侦测模组,由多个感测器设于一基板所构成,该感测器嵌设于定位孔内;
一控制器模组,前端具有一镜头嵌设于该定位孔内,该控制器模组穿于该侦测模组的中央处;
一固定套,设于该旋转球座的外侧,且连接该壳体上方处,用以限制该球体的转动范围;
一主电源板;电性连接该LED模组、该侦测模组和该控制器模组,让该控制器模组得以驱动该LED模组和该侦测模组进行相对应的功能,并具有多范围的侦测、录影及照明功能,使侦测模组与控制器模组能调整合适角度。
较先前现有技术的缺失,本发明利用侦测模组与控制器模组之间的结 构连接,而能广泛应用于各种灯具(一般LED的球泡灯、吸顶灯、崁灯、天井灯、日光灯管、壁灯…等)上,并针对不同侦测数据而启动相对应的各模组,且LED模组所产生的折射光线干扰及温度影响也获得解决,使照明及侦测应用能正常运作,而供应端能依不同需求进行各模组的组件选择及替换,以模组化配置达成不同功能的应用目的,为便于贵审查委员能进一步了解有关本发明为达上述目的、特征所采用的技术手段及其功效,兹例举较佳实施例并配合图式说明如下。

具体实施方式
通常根据本发明,该最佳的可行的实施例,并配合图式详细说明后,俾增加对本发明了解;
本发明一种多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,请参阅图1~图4所示,主要包含有:一壳体1,主要由一上壳体12及一下壳体11所构成,该壳体1内部配置有一侦测模组6、一控制器模组5、一LED模组3以及一主电源板2,此主电源板2与侦测模组6、控制器模组5和LED模组3为电性连接,而LED模组3上设有一个或多个以上的LED31,该下壳体11内设有喇叭模组111,能配合控制器模组5连接驱动,而上壳体12则具有多个定位孔121以及数根定位柱122,此多个定位孔121正对该嵌设镜头51与感测器62;一侦测模组6由一基板61配设多个感测器62所构成,而该感测器62的外部套设有相对数量的隔离罩68,并有一侦测模组下盖67设于该基板61的下方,主要用以防止该侦测模组6受到干扰,而此基板61上还设有设定指示灯63、LED闪烁灯64、麦克风65、以及定位螺孔66,此设定指示灯63主要是以短暂闪烁状态表现,进而判别操作指令是否为正常运作;而该LED闪烁灯64主要接收控制器模组5所传递侦测目标达成感测条件时,而以持续或重复闪烁状态表现,且该LED闪烁灯64并未限定一定数量,可随实际需求进行增减;麦克风65则用以收音,进一步由控制器模组5处理后,配合相关模组进行传输;而定位螺孔66则配合螺丝与上壳体12的定位柱122螺合固定。
一控制器模组5,主要由一模组底座4与一模组上盖52将不同功能的模组配合封装所构成,该模组底座4侧缘还设有一天线座41,该天线座41主要是用以放置有关讯号的天线,而该控制器模组5前端具有一镜头51, 该镜头51外套设有一镜头套53,且控制器模组5穿设该侦测模组6的中央处,并利用模组底座4配以螺丝螺固,而该LED模组3则与下壳体11上方周缘的凹槽由螺丝进行螺合固定,使该镜头51嵌设于该定位孔121内,整体结构透过上壳体12配合隔离罩68及镜头套53,让感测器62与镜头51完全嵌设于该上壳体12内,另以侦测模组下盖67设置于该侦测模组6下方,使控制器模组5与侦测模组6能阻隔LED模组3产生的折射光线与高温,使侦测模组得以依感测条件,正常触发控制器模组5进行相关动作。
而本发明第二实施例,请参阅图5所示,可见该灯具是为一种璧灯分应用,该种设置方式则是由前述实施例将LED模组3及主电源板2或其它电路板拆离设置,并组设于侦测模组6及控制器模组5以外的一种简单结构的改变,能于更多种类的灯具上进行应用,并不受限于此。
本发明第三实施例,请参阅图6所示,包含有:一壳体1,其上方连接有一固定套73,该固定套73设于该旋转球座7外侧,用以限制该球体71的转动范围;一侦测模组6,由多个感测器62设于一基板61所构成,该感测器62的外部套设有相对数量的隔离罩68,而此隔离罩68用以对LED模组进行光线及温度的隔离;一控制器模组5,前端具有一镜头51,并套合有一镜头套53;一旋转球座7,由一底座72与一球体71所构成,其球体71主要系由两半球所组成,其中球体71前端部份为具有多个定位孔121的上壳体12,而该球体71后端部份则设有散热材料,该控制器模组5穿设该侦测模组6而置设于该球体71内部,使各定位孔121内嵌设相对应的感测器62及镜头51,让侦测模组6能正常运作,免受LED模组3所产生的光线折射干扰及高温影响,以及利用控制器模组5进行摄像,再透过固定套73限制该球体71的转动范围,使侦测模组6与控制器模组5能调整合适角度。此实施例中较先前不同之处在于,同样灯具的结构内增加了旋转功能,以此达成多种方向角度的调整,使得整体应用性更加广泛。
本发明的第四~第八实施例,请参阅图7~图11所示,其主要结构为前实施例中所述的旋转球座7,将LED模组3设于该球体71外的一种简单结构改变,使其应用能进一步应用于不同灯具,例如:日光灯、吸顶灯、嵌灯、天井灯…等,且应用范围并不受限于前述各灯具。
前述各实施例中,其中该控制器模组还包含有:一摄像模组,用以影像记录;一WIFI模组,用以远端控制;一感测模组,用以分析侦测模组之数据;以及一中央微处理器模组,用以操控连接上述摄像模组、WIFI模组、感测模组和中央微处理器模组,使其驱动产生相对应的动作,且摄像模组、WIFI模组、感测模组和中央微处理器模组可随生产端依需求更替,更能由使用者或生产端利用行动应用程式(mobile application,APP)进行前述动作的关闭或开启,并不受限于上述模组的种类。
而侦测模组还包含有:一瓦斯气体感测器,其主要用于检测壳体1外部有害气体,如厨房瓦斯、浴室一氧化碳或其它有害气体;一压力感测器,其主要用于检测壳体外部的气压,如应用于感应天气变化是否为下雨;一温湿度感测器,其主要用于检测壳体1外部环境温湿度,如应用于环境湿度调整;一体温感测器,其主要用于检测壳体1外部的人体温度或移动,以应用于感应照明启动、或感应启动镜头摄像;一烟雾感测器,其主要用于检测壳体1外部环境的烟雾,如应用于预警火灾或是禁烟场所;一空气感测器,其主要用于检测壳体1外部环境的悬浮微粒物含量是否超标,如应用于侦测环境中的雾霾,进而提醒使用者携带口罩或其它相关建议;瓦斯气体感测器、压力感测器、温湿度感测器、体温感测器、烟雾感测器和空气感测器用以侦测该壳体1外部环境条件是否符合启动的标准,进而传输数据至该控制器模组5进行判别以及执行相关动作。
其实际启动动作例如:1、瓦斯气体感测器与空气感测器,该瓦斯气体感测器主要为侦测一氧化碳或其它有害气体,如当瓦斯外泄,经由壳体1定位孔121进入该瓦斯气体感测器后,其感测数据传至控制器模组5内,由控制器模组5的感测模组分析数据后,由中央微处理器模组反馈讯号至LED闪烁灯64及喇叭模组111制造听觉及视觉的提醒,并同时由APP提醒发送如简讯或拨号至特定使用者的手机进行通知,假设前述提醒动作未有回应且到达预设危险等级时,将由网路传送资讯(影像、地址、或其它经设定的相关资料)至消防队,更能更新APP来扩展不同连动的行为,并不限定于此;其侦测同瓦斯气体感测器;而前述动作亦能套用于烟雾感测器使用。
2、而压力感测器、温湿度感测器与该空气感测器,主要为壳体1外部环境压力、温湿度或环境中的雾霾,高或低于一定标准值(可依环境APP内定组合值进行调整)后,则由前述APP提醒使用者是否需进行后续动作的处理。
3、体温感测器可用于预防启动照明、窃贼侵入或是远端监控、…等目的,能利用体温感测器检测环境中人体的温度或移动,以启动镜头51录像并以APP提醒使用者,由使用者以APP选择连动选项报警、取消镜头录像…等后续动作。
从上述各实施例中,能得知本发明主要利用模组化的结构设置,使侦测模组6能与控制器模组5紧密连接,进而广泛应用于各种不同灯具,使控制器模组5得以驱动各模组进行相对应的动作,让本发明具有多范围的侦测、录影及照明功能;更能根据使用目的不同,于供应端进行感测器62与控制器模组5的组件选择及替换动作,使发明作兼具模组化与实用性的目的。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,其特征在于,包含有:
    一壳体,其前端具有多个定位孔;
    一LED模组;
    一侦测模组,由多个感测器设于一基板所构成,该感测器嵌设于该定位孔内;
    一控制器模组,其前端具有一镜头嵌设于该定位孔内,该控制器模组穿于该侦测模组的中央处;
    一主电源板;电性连接该LED模组、该侦测模组和该控制器模组,让该控制器模组得以驱动该LED模组、该侦测模组进行相对应的功能,并具有多范围的侦测、录影及照明功能。
  2. 一种多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,其特征在于,包含有:
    一壳体;
    一LED模组;
    一旋转球座,由一底座与一球体所构成,该球体前端具有多个定位孔;
    一侦测模组,由多个感测器设于一基板所构成,该感测器嵌设于定位孔内;
    一控制器模组,前端具有一镜头嵌设于该定位孔内,该控制器模组穿于该侦测模组的中央处;
    一固定套,设于该旋转球座的外侧,且连接该壳体上方处,用以限制该球体的转动范围;
    一主电源板;电性连接该LED模组、该侦测模组和该控制器模组,让该控制器模组得以驱动该LED模组和该侦测模组进行相对应的功能,并具有多范围的侦测、录影及照明功能,使侦测模组与控制器模组能调整合适角度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,其特征在于,其中该LED模组设于该球体内侧或外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,其特征在于,其中该控制器模组还包含有:一摄像模组,用以影像记录;一WIFI模组,用以远端控制;一感测模组,用以分析侦测模组的数据;一中央微处理器模组,用以操控连接该摄像模组、该WIFI模组、该感测模组和该中央微处理器模组,使其驱动产生相对应的动作,能加以增减该摄像模组、该WIFI模组、该感测模组和该中央微处理器模组,达成不同组合需求的目的。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多侦测功能的模组化照明装置,其特征在于,其中该侦测模组还包含有:一瓦斯气体感测器,用以检测壳体外部的有害气体;一压力感测器,用以检测壳体外部的气压;一温湿度感测器,用以检测壳体外部的环境温湿度;一体温感测器,用以检测壳体外部的人体的温度或移动,启动该LED模组照明或该控制器模组的录影;一烟雾感测器,用以检测壳体外部的烟雾;一空气感测器,用以检测壳体外部环境的悬浮微粒物含量;其中,该瓦斯气体感测器、该压力感测器、该温湿度感测器、该体温感测器、该烟雾感测器和该空气感测器通过侦测该壳体外部环境条件是否符合启动的标准,进而传输数据至该控制器模组进行判别以及执行相关动作。
