Claims (10)
- 一种胶涂布头,其特征在于,包括供胶管道、分流部、导流部和吐胶部;所述供胶管道与供胶系统连接,用于输入胶液;所述分流部包括多个长度相等的分流管,所述多个分流管的第一端与供胶管道连接,第二端排列成一行;所述导流部包括多个导流管,所述导流管的数量与分流管的数量相等,每个所述导流管的第一端对应地与一个所述分流管的第二端连接,第二端与所述吐胶部连接;所述吐胶部具有腔体,所述腔体形成有吐胶口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的胶涂布头,其特征在于,所述多个导流管平行设置,排列成一行,且两端对齐。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的胶涂布头,其特征在于,任意两个相邻导流管之间的间距相等。
- 根据权利要求1所述的胶涂布头,其特征在于,所述吐胶口呈在长度方向上延伸的直线形状,并且所述吐胶口的宽度为1.5mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的胶涂布头,其特征在于,所述多个分流管与所述供胶管道紧密连接或形成一体;所述多个分流管与相应的所述导流管紧密连接或形成一体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的胶涂布头,其特征在于,所述吐胶部具有开闭装置,用于打开和/或封闭所述吐胶口;所述开闭装置包括阻塞机构和驱动机构,其中,所述阻塞机构设置在所述吐胶部的腔体中并且用于将所述吐胶口阻塞,所述驱动机 构用于驱动所述阻塞机构,使其将所述吐胶口阻塞封闭或者打开。
- 根据权利要求6所述的胶涂布头,其特征在于,所述阻塞机构具有圆柱体结构或半圆柱体结构,所述阻塞机构沿着所述吐胶口的长度方向设置,并且所述阻塞机构的圆弧部分朝向所述吐胶口。
- 根据权利要求7所述的胶涂布头,其特征在于,所述阻塞机构由丁腈橡胶制成。
- 一种涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶设备包括权利要求1~8任意一项所述的胶涂布头。
- 一种触控显示面板的制备方法,包括在显示面板和/或触控基板上涂胶的步骤,其特征在于,在所述步骤中,采用权利要求9所述的涂胶设备在所述显示面板和/或触控基板上涂胶。
