상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따르면,
외부 광고장치는
외부 광고장치에 있어서,
사각형 형태의 간판패널과,
슬롯형태의 안착부가 구비된 간판프레임을 포함하고,
상기 간판패널이 상기 간판프레임의 하단부가 삽입되면서 슬롯형태의 안착부에 밀착고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
바람직하게는,
상기 간판프레임의 슬롯형태의 안착부는 역 "T"자형 슬롯형태로 형성되며,
상기 간판패널의 하단부는 상기 역 "T"자형태인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 바람직하게는,
상기 역"T"자형 슬롯을 관통하여 탄성고정수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 바람직하게는,
상기 탄성고정수단은
상기 간판 프레임의 상기 역"T"자형 슬롯의 상면을 관통하는 관통공내에 설치된 지지부재,
상기 지지부재를 관통하는 관통나사,
상기 관통나사 하단부에 설치된 면접부재,
상기 관통나사 하단부와 면접부재 사이에 개재된 스프링,
상기 지지부재 상부에 설치되고 상기 관통나사에 나사결합된 조절너트를 포함한다.
본 발명의 다른 측면에 따르면,
외부 광고장치에 있어서,
지면에 설치되는 고무재질의 고무판 바닥재,
사각형 형태의 간판패널과,
슬롯형태의 안착부가 구비된 간판프레임을 포함하고,
상기 간판패널의 하단부 및 바닥부가 상기 간판프레임의 슬롯형태의 안착부에 접촉되어 밀착고정되고,
상기 간판패널의 저면부가 상기 고무판 바닥재의 중앙 상면부에 형성된 벨크로부와 벨크로에 의해 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치가 제공된다.
바람직하게는,
상기 간판패널은 중간부에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephathalate:PET) 필름이 삽입되고, 그 PET필름 양면은 에바(EVA:ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)에 의해 감싸진 형태이고, 저면 양측은 하단부의 바닥부에는 벨크로부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 바람직하게는, 상기 간판패널은 중간부에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephathalate:PET) 필름이 삽입되고, 그 PET필름 양면은 검은색 에바(EVA:ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)에 의해 감싸진 형태이고, 최종적으로 검은색에바의 외측면은 흰색 에바에 의해 감싸진 형태이며,저면 양측은 하단부의 바닥부에는 벨크로부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치에 대하여 첨부도면을 참조로 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 외부 광고장치의 개략적인 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 측면도 및 일부상세도이고, 도 3은 도 1의 측단면도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 다른실시예에 따른 외부 광고장치의 개략적인 사시도이고, 도 5는 도 1의 측면도 및 일부상세도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치(100)는
외부 광고장치에 있어서,
사각형 형태의 간판패널(10)과,
슬롯형태의 안착부(22)가 구비된 간판프레임(20))을 포함하고,
상기 간판패널(10)의 하단부가 삽입되면서 상기 슬롯형태의 안착부(22)에 밀착고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 간판프레임(20)의 슬롯형태의 안착부(22)는 역 "T"자형 슬롯형태로 형성되며,
상기 간판패널(10)의 하단부는 상기 역 "T"자형태인 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 간판프레임(20)의 상기 역"T"자형 슬롯의 상면 양측을 관통하여 탄성고정수단이 복수개가 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 탄성고정수단은
상기 간판 프레임의 상기 역"T"자형 슬롯의 상면을 관통하는 관통공내에 설치된 지지부재(33),
상기 지지부재(33)를 관통하는 관통나사(31),
상기 관통나사(31) 하단부에 설치된 면접부재(35),
상기 관통나사(31) 하단부와 면접부재(35) 사이에 개재된 스프링(34),
상기 지지부재(33) 상부에 설치되고 상기 관통나사(31)에 나사결합된 조절너트(32)를 포함한다.
또한 상기 지지부재(33)의 하단부는 상기 지지부재(33)가 이탈되지 않도록 걸림부(33a)가 형성되어있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 외부 광고장치에 있어서, 간판패널(10)은 저면에 테두리를 따라 양측으로 돌출 형성된 돌출부(12)(역 "T"자 형상)를 이에 대응하는 간판프레임의 슬롯(역 "T"자형태로 형성됨)(22)에 삽입하여 설치한다. 이후 탄성고정수단을 통해 단단히 고정하게 되는데, 탄성고정수단의 조절너트(32)를 면접부재(35)가 돌출부(12)면에 면접될 때까지 회전시켜 고정시킨다. 상기 조절너트(32)는 관통나사(31)과 반대형태의 나사 방식(예를 들면 관통나사(31)가 왼나사 방식이면 조절너트(32)는 오른나사방식)으로 형성되어 조절너트(32)를 회전시키면 관통나사(31)가 상하이동하게 되는 구조이다.
한편 외부 광고장치(100)는 간판패널(10)을 간판프레임(20)에 설치한 후 운동장등에 설치할 경우 간판프레임(20)의 측면에 설치된 복수개의 고정나사(41)를 통해 운동장 지면에 설치할 수 있다.
도 4 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치(100-1)는
외부 광고장치에 있어서,
사각형 형태의 간판패널(10-1)과,
슬롯형태의 안착부(22-1)가 구비된 간판프레임(20-1))을 포함하고,
상기 간판패널(10-1)의 하단부가 삽입되면서 상기 슬롯형태의 안착부(22-1_에 밀착고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 형태의 외부 광고장치(100-1)는 간단한 형태이지만, 간판 프레임(20-1)의 형태가 안정적이며
간판패널(10-1)을 간판프레임(20-1)에 설치한 후 운동장등에 설치할 경우 간판프레임(20-1)의 측면에 설치된 복수개의 고정나사(41-1)를 통해 운동장 지면에 설치할 수 있다.
상기 실시예에서 간판패널(10-1)에는 다양한 형태의 광고 표현물등이 설치될 수 있다. 예를 들면 광고 시트(SHEET)가 부착될 수 있고, 영상이미지(외부 카메라혹은 프로젝터등의 디스플레이 장치(미도시)로 부터)를 반사시킬 수도 있고, 다양한 형태의 삼차원 형상 이미지로 구현가능하다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치에 의하면, 간판패널을 쉽게 간판프레임에 탈부착시킬 수 있고, 간판 패널의 부착후에도 탄성적으로 지지될 수 있다.
또한, 별도의 설치장치가 추가로 필요없이 쉽게 원하는 위치에 고정시킬 수 있다.
상기 실시예 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치를 광고판 용도로 설명하였는데, 구체적으로 스포츠 경기장 그라운드, 예를 들면, 골문 좌우측에도 설치가 가능하며, 기타 각종 운동 경기장에 설치가 가능하여 광고효과가 배가 되어 기존의외부광고장치의 설치효과가 증대된다. 다시말하면, 본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치는 각종 스포츠 경기에 활용도가 향상된다.
또한 기존의 광고장치에 비해 조립과 설치가 쉽고 바람등에 영향을 덜 받게 되는 구조이며 외부 충격으로 인해 파손될 염려가 적어서 사용편의성이 증대된다.
도 6은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 외부 광고장치의 개략적인 도면이고, 도 7은 도 6의 간판패널의 예를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 8은 도 6의 간판프레임의 예를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 9는 도 6의 고무판 바닥재의 예를 나타낸 도면이다. 도10은 도 6의 간판패널의 다른 예를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6 내지 도 9를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예의 외부 광고장치는
지면에 설치되는 고무재질의 고무판 바닥재(220),
사각형 형태의 간판패널(10-2)과,
슬롯형태의 안착부(22-2)가 구비된 간판프레임(20-2)을 포함하고,
상기 간판패널(10-2)의 하단부(10-4) 및 바닥부(10-3a)가 상기 간판프레임(20-1)의 슬롯형태의 안착부(22-2)의 상단(22-2a)에 접촉되어 하방으로 삽입되면서 밀착고정되고,
상기 간판패널(10-2)의 저면부(20-1a)가 상기 고무판 바닥재(220)의 중앙 상면부에 형성된 벨크로부(222)와 벨크로에 의해 결합된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 간판패널(10-2)은 중간부에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephathalate:PET) 필름이 삽입되고, 그 PET필름 양면은 에바(EVA:ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)(10-2a,10-2b)에 의해 감싸진 형태이고, 저면 양측은 하단부(10-4)의 바닥부(10-3a)는 벨크로부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
참조부호 224는 고무판 바닥재(220)에 형성된 미끄럼 방지용 원형무늬이며, 돌출형태가 될 수 있고 삽입형태가 될 수도 있다.
참조부호 22-2a는 슬롯형태의 안착부(22-2)의 상단부로서 측면에서보면 상단이 좁아진 형태이며 슬롯형태의 안착부(22-2)에 간판패널(10-2)의 하단부가 삽입될 때 간판패널(10-2)의 하단측면을 눌러주는 역할을 하여 간판패널(10-2)을 고정시키는 역할을 수행한다.
또한, 참조부호 22-2a는 슬롯형태의 안착부(22-2)의 상단부를 나타낸 것으로서, 서로 마주하여 안쪽으로 오므려진 상태를 보여준다. 이 상태에서 간판패널(10-2)의 하단부가 삽입되면 오르려진 부분이 펴지면서 간판패널(10-2)을 고정시키게 된다. 물론 강한 외력이 간판패널(10-2)에 가해지면 간판패널(10-2)이 슬롯형태의 안착부(22-2)를 벗어나 분리될 수도 있다. 그러나, 보통 설치된 상태에서는 간판패널(10-2)이 좌우로 흔들릴 수는 있다. 이는 종래와는 달리 본 발명의 간판패널(10-2)은 완전고정식이 아니고 탄성을 가진 것이기 때문에 가능하다.
상기와 같이 구성된 외부 광고장치는 외부에서 힘이 가해져서 간판패널(10-2)이 충격을 받아도 고정식으로 된 간판패널에 비해 위험요소를 미리 예방하여 주며 다칠 염려가 적다.
또한 외부에서 가해지는 힘이 매우 큰 경우에는 간판패널(10-2)이 분리될 수 도 있다. 그러나 이는 본 발명의 단점이 아니며 안전사고를 고려한 점에서 특징이라 할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 외부 광고장치는 외부에서 힘이 가해져서 간판패널(10-2)이 충격을 받아도 고정식으로 된 간판패널에 비해 위험요소를 미리 예방하여 주며 다칠 염려가 적다.
또한 외부에서 가해지는 힘이 매우 큰 경우에는 간판패널(10-2)이 분리될 수 도 있다.
상기 간판패널(10-2)은 특정 글자 예를 들면 "GLSE"라는 글자를 개별적으로 명확하게 표현가능하여 광고효과가 향상되며, 칼라표현도 가능하다. 칼라표현은 간판패널(10-2)의 표면에 표현가능하다.
상기 간판패널(10-2)는 PET 필름 양면이 에바(EVA)에 의해 감싸진 형태이지만, 다른 형태로는 좌로부터 흰색 에바(EVA)(10-2c), 검은색 에바(10-2a), PET 필름, 검은색 에바(10-2b), 흰색 에바(10-2d)의 순서로 종단면이 구성될 수 있다. 즉 PET 필름 포함 총 5겹으로 구성될 수도 있다.
상기 간판패널(10-2)의 제작은 압출방식으로 제작된다. 즉, 3겹의 재료를 준비하여 압출방식으로 가공하여 간판패널(10-1)을 제작할 수도 있고, 5겹의 재료를 준비하여 압출방식으로 가공하여 간판패널(10-2)를 제작할 수도 있다.
PET 필름은 강도를 향상시키기 위한 것이며, 흰색 에바는 예를 들면 본 발명의 장치가 축구장 등의 경기장에 설치되었을 때, 흰색이 경기장의 녹색환경에서 가장 잘 드러나기 때문에 흰색 에바를 간판패널의 가장 바깥쪽 표면에 사용하였고, 흰색에바 표면상에는 다양한 색상이 칼라가 추가로 인쇄 프린팅 방식으로 혹은 기타 색상 부착을 위한 다양한 방식으로 칼라가 표현될 수 있다.
또한, 검은색 에바는 카메라 등의 영상이미지가 투영될 때 번지는 현상을 막기 위하여 사용되었으며 투영되는 영상이미지의 그림자를 줄일 수도 있다.
본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치에 의하면, 간판패널을 쉽게 간판프레임에 탈부착시킬 수 있고, 간판 패널의 부착후에도 탄성적으로 지지될 수 있다.
또한, 별도의 설치장치가 추가로 필요없이 쉽게 원하는 위치에 고정시킬 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치를 광고판 용도로 설명하였는데, 구체적으로 스포츠 경기장 그라운드, 예를 들면, 골문 좌우측에도 설치가 가능하며, 기타 각종 운동 경기장에 설치가 가능하여 광고효과가 배가 되어 기존의 외부광고장치의 설치효과가 증대된다. 다시 말하면, 본 발명에 따른 외부 광고장치는 각종 스포츠 경기에 활용도가 향상된다.
또한 기존의 광고장치에 비해 조립과 설치가 쉽고 바람등에 영향을 덜 받게 되는 구조이며 외부 충격으로 인해 파손될 염려가 적어서 사용편의성이 증대된다.
또한, 외부의 충격에 의해 간판패널이 충격을 받는 경우에도 어느정도는 충격에 반응하여 플렉시블하게 움직일 수 있는 구조로서 안전사고 예방에 좋은 효과가 있다.
또한, 광고장치의 재질을 달리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 광고 내용을 명확하게 표현할 수 있다.
또한, 광고장치의 재질을 달리하여 다양한 색상을 표현할 수 있고 광고 시야를 보다 명확하게 확보할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 외부 광고장치에 있어서,
    사각형 형태의 간판패널과,
    슬롯형태의 안착부가 구비된 간판프레임을 포함하고,
    상기 간판패널이 상기 간판프레임에 하단부가 삽입되면서 슬롯형태의 안착부에 밀착고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 간판프레임의 슬롯형태의 안착부는 역 "T"자형 슬롯형태로 형성되며,
    상기 간판패널의 하단부는 상기 역 "T"자형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 역"T"자형 슬롯을 관통하여 탄성고정수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성고정수단은
    상기 간판 프레임의 상기 역"T"자형 슬롯의 상면을 관통하는 관통공내에 설치된 지지부재,
    상기 지지부재를 관통하는 관통나사,
    상기 관통나사 하단부에 설치된 면접부재,
    상기 관통나사 하단부와 면접부재 사이에 개재된 스프링,
    상기 지지부재 상부에 설치되고 상기 관통나사에 나사결합된 조절너트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치.
  5. 외부 광고장치에 있어서,
    지면에 설치되는 고무재질의 고무판 바닥재,
    사각형 형태의 간판패널과,
    슬롯형태의 안착부가 구비된 간판프레임을 포함하고,
    상기 간판패널의 하단부 및 바닥부가 상기 간판프레임의 슬롯형태의 안착부에 접촉되어 밀착고정되고,
    상기 간판패널의 저면부가 상기 고무판 바닥재의 중앙 상면부에 형성된 벨크로부와 벨크로에 의해 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 간판패널은 중간부에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephathalate:PET) 필름이 삽입되고, 그 PET필름 양면은 에바(EVA:ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)에 의해 감싸진 형태이고, 저면 양측은 하단부의 바닥부에는 벨크로부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 간판패널은 중간부에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephathalate:PET) 필름이 삽입되고, 그 PET필름 양면은 검은색 에바(EVA:ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)에 의해 감싸진 형태이고, 최종적으로 검은색에바의 외측면은 흰색 에바에 의해 감싸진 형태이며,저면 양측은 하단부의 바닥부에는 벨크로부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 광고장치.
