一种多用途导线连接装置,由底板(1)、导电板(3)、导线压紧螺丝(5)、阻燃盒(6)、支架(11)、外壳(9)组成,底板(1)上开有底板固定孔(2),底板(1)上有支架(11),阻燃盒(6)由后面板、底面板、两个侧面板和一个插板(12)组成,导电板(3)上装有导线压紧螺丝(5),外壳(9)为簸箕状,外壳(9)用外壳固定螺丝(8)固定在底板(1)上;该多用途导线连接装置防止了接地螺丝长期风吹雨淋造成氧化锈蚀导致接触不良遇到雷电流时发生打火、烧红现象,避免引起火灾和爆炸事故危及设备及公共安全;避免因锈蚀接地螺丝打不开,便于接地电阻测量试验;还可用于电力导线接线和分线;具有防火、防爆、防水、防锈、易拆卸等功能。
Description
本发明涉及一种导线连接装置,具体涉及一种防火、防爆、防锈、易拆卸的导线接装置。
石油、化工领域易燃、易爆物品制造和存贮环境安全要求很高,目前采用的接地引线连接方式为裸露螺丝连接,长期风吹雨淋造成氧化锈蚀,导致接触不良,遇到雷电流时可能会发生打火、烧红现象,容易引起火灾和爆炸事故,危及设备及公共安全;如果锈蚀造成避雷装置接地断线,被保护设备或建筑遇到雷击后果不堪设想;常因锈蚀接地螺丝打不开,给定期的接地电阻测量试验造成不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题,而提供一种防火、防爆、防水、防锈、易拆卸的多用途导线连接装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种多用途导线连接装置,由底板(1)、导电板(3)、导线压紧螺丝(5)、阻燃盒(6)、支架(11)、外壳(9)组成,其特征在于:所述的底板(1)上开有底板固定孔(2),底板(1)上有支架(11)和底板垫圈(14),底板的四周有折边;所述的阻燃盒(6)由后面板、底面板、两个侧面板和一个插板(12)组成,阻燃盒(6)为上开口的盒状,后面板上开有阻燃盒固定孔,用阻燃盒固定螺丝(4)将阻燃盒固定在支架(11)上,两个侧面板上有插槽(13)和挡板(10),插槽(13)内插有插板(12),所述的导电板(3)上开有导线压紧螺丝孔和导电板固定孔,导电板(3)上装有导线压紧螺丝(5),导电板(3)用导电板固定螺丝(7)固定在挡板(10)上,外壳(9)为簸箕状,外壳(9)用外壳固定螺丝(8)固定在底板(1)上。
根据以上所述的一种多用途导线连接装置,其特征在于:所述的导线压紧螺丝(5)的数量为1个及以上。
根据以上所述的一种多用途导线连接装置,其特征在于:所述的阻燃盒(6)、导电板(3)及支架(11)数量为1个及以上。
使用方法为:先将底板(1)固定在设备或建筑物墙体上,将连接的引线(17)从阻燃盒(6)下方和后方穿入,再从导电板(3)上方弯下来用导线压紧螺丝(5)固定在导电板上,将插板(12)插入插槽(13)内,阻燃盒构成上开口盒状,盒内放入阻燃材料,然后将外壳
(9)盖上,用外壳固定螺丝(8)固定。如果阻燃盒采用绝缘材料制成,可以用于电力导线接线连接或分线,具有防水、防爆功能。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:防止了接地螺丝长期风吹雨淋造成氧化锈蚀导致接触不良遇到雷电流时发生打火、烧红现象,避免引起火灾和爆炸事故危及设备及公共安全;避免因锈蚀接地螺丝打不开,便于接地电阻测量试验;还可用于电力导线接线和分线;具有防火、防爆、防水、防锈、易拆卸等功能。

实施例2
根据以上所述的一种多用途导线连接装置,其特征在于:所述的导线压紧螺丝(5)的数量为1个及以上;可以用于一进多出的分线场合使用。
实施例3
根据以上所述的一种多用途导线连接装置,其特征在于:所述的阻燃盒(6)、导电板(3)及支架(11)的组合的数量为1个及以上;例如加长成4个组合(如附图1的左右方向加长),形成4个阻燃盒,可以用于三相四线制配电线路接线和分线;阻燃盒与阻燃盒之间可以是连体的,也可以是独立的。
本发明多用途导线连接装置,所述的导电板(3)的材质可以是铜或铝及其他导电材料;所述的阻燃盒(6)的材质可以是金属、塑料或其他绝缘材料;所述的底板(1)或外壳(9)的材质可以是镀锌铁板、不锈钢板、铝、塑料等材质。

- 一种多用途导线连接装置,由底板(1)、导电板(3)、导线压紧螺丝(5)、阻燃盒(6)、支架(11)、外壳(9)组成,其特征在于:所述的底板(1)上开有底板固定孔(2),底板(1)上有支架(11)和底板垫圈(14),底板的四周有折边;所述的阻燃盒(6)由后面板、底面板、两个侧面板和一个插板(12)组成,阻燃盒(6)为上开口的盒状,后面板上开有阻燃盒固定孔,用阻燃盒固定螺丝(4)将阻燃盒固定在支架(11)上,两个侧面板上有插槽(13)和挡板(10),插槽(13)内插有插板(12),所述的导电板(3)上开有导线压紧螺丝孔和导电板固定孔,导电板(3)上装有导线压紧螺丝(5),导电板(3)用导电板固定螺丝(7)固定在挡板(10)上,外壳(9)为簸箕状,外壳(9)用外壳固定螺丝(8)固定在底板(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途导线连接装置,其特征在于:所述的导线压紧螺丝(5)的数量为1个及以上。
- 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种多用途导线连接装置,其特征在于:所述的阻燃盒(6)、导电板(3)及支架(11)数量为1个及以上。
