Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱。包括电能表计量箱壳体，在该壳体内分别安装有电能表(1)和接线开关(3)，其特点是：在所述电能表(1)和接线开关(3)之间安装有隔离挡板(2)。经过试用证明，采用本实用新型的带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱后，可以有效避免因为接线开关起火对电能表的破坏，有效减少了损失。

本实用新型涉及一种带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱。
背景技术
目前在电能表计量箱中往往同时安装有电能表和接线开关，经过长期使用发现当接线开关起火时往往会引起电能表被烧毁，由于电能表的价值明显高于接线开关，因此迫切需要对电能表进行保护，防止接线开关起火对电能表的破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱，能够具有阻燃和绝缘作用从而将电能表计量箱中的电能表和接线开关隔离开来。
一种带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱，包括电能表计量箱壳体，在该壳体内分别安装有电能表和接线开关，其特别之处在于：在所述电能表和接线开关之间安装有隔离挡板。
其中隔离挡板采用玻璃布、酚醛树脂或环氧树脂材质。
其中在隔离挡板上设有穿线槽或穿线孔。
其中隔离挡板为矩形，该隔离挡板的三个外侧边分别与所述壳体的内壁接触并且密封。
经过试用证明，采用本实用新型的带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱后，可以有效避免因为接线开关起火对电能表的破坏，有效减少了损失。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供了一种带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱，包括电能表计量箱壳体，在该壳体内分别安装有电能表1和接线开关3，在所述电能表1和接线开关3之间安装有隔离挡板2。其中隔离挡板2采用玻璃布、酚醛树脂或环氧树脂材质，在隔离挡板2上设有穿线槽或穿线孔。具体可以是隔离挡板2为矩形，该隔离挡板2的三个外侧边(除了与壳体开口面板接触的一侧边)分别与所述壳体的内壁接触并且用环氧树脂密封。
本实用新型的使用方法和工作原理是：
如图1所示，电能表计量箱壳体内上方安装有电能表1而下方安装有接线开关3，中间安装有隔离挡板2，隔离挡板2具有绝缘和阻燃的作用，即使下方的接线开关3着火也无法损坏电能表1。

1.一种带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱，包括电能表计量箱壳体，在该壳体内分别安装有电能表(1)和接线开关(3)，其特征在于：在所述电能表(1)和接线开关(3)之间安装有隔离挡板(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱，其特征在于：其中隔离挡板(2)采用玻璃布、酚醛树脂或环氧树脂材质。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱，其特征在于：其中在隔离挡板(2)上设有穿线槽或穿线孔。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的带有防护隔板的电能表计量箱，其特征在于：其中隔离挡板(2)为矩形，该隔离挡板(2)的三个外侧边分别与所述壳体的内壁接触并且密封。
