检测单元,设置为根据预先设置的预警策略检测移动终端的状态信息并确定是否需要预警,当需要预警时,通知发送单元。
其中,预警策略包括:按照检测周期,检测预警特征参数指示的移动终 端的状态信息,并根据检测出的状态信息确定是否需要预警。
发送单元,设置为当检测单元通知需要预警时,确定移动终端的概要预警信息并发给预警处理设备。
其中,概要预警信息包括移动终端的位置信息和当前时间。
当预警特征参数指示位置信息,且预警策略还包括移动终端的安全区域与时间范围之间的对应关系时,检测单元具体设置为:按照检测周期,检测移动终端的位置信息,在确定出检测出的位置信息未位于当前时间对应的安全区域中时,通知发送单元需要预警。
当预警特征参数指示静止时长,且预警策略还包括用于指示何时进行检测的时间窗口、和时间阈值时,检测单元具体设置为:在时间窗口内按照检测周期,检测移动终端的静止时长,在确定出检测出的静止时长大于时间阈值时,通知发送单元需要预警。
检测单元具体设置为:在时间窗口内按照检测周期,测量移动终端的测速相关信息,在根据测量出的测速相关信息确定出移动终端处于静止时,计算静止时长,在确定出计算出的静止时长大于时间阈值时,通知发送单元需要预警;其中,测速相关信息至少包括运动速度和/或运动加速度和/或方位信息和/或位置信息。
进一步地,
发送单元还设置为:当检测单元通知需要预警,且确定出移动终端的概要预警信息时,按照预先设置的发送频率发送确定出的概要预警信息给预警处理设备。
进一步地,
发送单元还设置为:当检测出预警处理设备请求详细预警信息时,采集移动终端的预警详细信息并返回给预警处理设备。
其中,预警详细信息包括预先设置的大小和数量的音频和/或照片和/或视频。

工业实用性
本发明实施例提出的实现预警的方法和装置,包括:根据预先设置的预警策略检测移动终端的状态信息并确定是否需要预警;如果需要预警,确定移动终端的概要预警信息并发送给预警处理设备;其中,移动终端的概要预警信息包括移动终端的位置信息和当前时间。通过本发明实施例实现了自动检测并发送预警信息给预警处理设备,提高了预警有效性,从而改善了移动终端的用户体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种实现预警的方法,包括:
    根据预先设置的预警策略检测移动终端的状态信息并确定是否需要预警;
    如果需要预警,确定移动终端的概要预警信息并发送给预警处理设备;其中,移动终端的概要预警信息包括移动终端的位置信息和当前时间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预警策略包括:
    按照检测周期,检测预警特征参数指示的移动终端的状态信息,并根据检测出的状态信息确定是否需要预警。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述预警特征参数指示位置信息;所述预警策略还包括所述移动终端的安全区域与时间范围之间的对应关系;
    所述检测移动终端的状态信息包括:按照检测周期,检测所述移动终端的位置信息;
    所述确定是否需要预警包括:如果确定出检测出的位置信息未位于当前时间对应的安全区域中,确定出需要预警,如果确定出检测出的位置信息位于当前时间对应的安全区域中,确定出不需要预警。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述预警特征参数指示静止时长;所述预警策略还包括用于指示何时进行检测的时间窗口、和时间阈值;
    所述检测移动终端的状态信息包括:在所述时间窗口内按照检测周期,检测所述移动终端的静止时长;
    所述确定是否需要预警包括:如果确定出检测出的静止时长大于所述时间阈值,确定出需要预警,如果确定出检测出的静止时长小于或等于所述时间阈值,确定出不需要预警。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述检测移动终端的静止时长包括:测量所述移动终端的测速相关信息,根据测量出的测速相关信息确定所述移动终端是否处于静止,如果处于静止,计算静止时长;
    其中,所述测速相关信息至少包括运动速度和/或运动加速度和/或方位信 息和/或位置信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述发送确定出的概要预警信息包括:按照预先设置的发送频率发送概要预警信息。
  7. 根据权利要求2~6任一项所述的方法,所述方法之后还包括:
    检测出所述预警处理设备请求详细预警信息时,所述移动终端采集所述移动终端的预警详细信息并返回给所述预警处理设备;
    其中,所述预警详细信息包括预先设置的大小和数量的音频和/或照片和/或视频。
  8. 一种实现预警的装置,包括检测单元和发送单元,其中,
    检测单元,设置为根据预先设置的预警策略检测移动终端的状态信息并确定是否需要预警,如果需要预警,通知发送单元;
    发送单元,设置为当需要预警时,确定所述移动终端的概要预警信息并发送给预警处理设备;其中,移动终端的概要预警信息包括移动终端的位置信息和当前时间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述预警策略包括:
    按照检测周期,检测预警特征参数指示的移动终端的状态信息,并根据检测出的状态信息确定是否需要预警。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述预警特征参数指示位置信息;所述预警策略还包括所述移动终端的安全区域与时间范围之间的对应关系;
    所述检测单元具体设置为:按照所述检测周期,检测所述移动终端的位置信息,在确定出检测出的位置信息未位于当前时间对应的安全区域中时,通知所述发送单元需要预警。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述预警特征参数指示静止时长;所述预警策略还包括用于指示何时进行检测的时间窗口、和时间阈值;
    所述检测单元具体设置为:在所述时间窗口内按照所述检测周期,检测所述移动终端的静止时长,在确定出检测出的静止时长大于所述时间阈值时, 通知所述发送单元需要预警。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述检测单元具体设置为:在所述时间窗口内按照所述检测周期,测量所述移动终端的测速相关信息,在根据测量出的测速相关信息确定出所述移动终端处于静止时,计算静止时长,在确定出计算出的静止时长大于所述时间阈值时,通知所述发送单元需要预警;其中,所述测速相关信息至少包括运动速度和/或运动加速度和/或方位信息和/或位置信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元还设置为:当所述检测单元通知需要预警,且确定出所述移动终端的概要预警信息时,按照预先设置的发送频率发送确定出的概要预警信息给所述预警处理设备。
  14. 根据权利要求9~13任一项所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元还设置为:当检测出所述预警处理设备请求详细预警信息时,采集所述移动终端的预警详细信息并返回给所述预警处理设备;其中,所述预警详细信息包括预先设置的大小和数量的音频和/或照片和/或视频。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-7任一项的方法。
