现有的睡袋,仅适用于野外等环境下时使用,而在日常家居生活中无法使用,所以其使用便利性、舒适性、使用人群都有较大的束缚和限制,使用时需要缓慢的进入并需要将拉链拉好,这样睡眠中起身时无法快速完成起身动作。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中通过人为方式调整睡眠环境从而导致睡眠过程中断的问题,并进一步的解决用户在常规睡姿状态下肩部、腰部、背部都能有温暖舒适的睡眠环境并且可以方便的变换睡姿的问题。

一种智能家居系统,所述智能家居系统包括智能家居保暖被和智能家居控制器,所述智能家居保暖被包括被子本体以及置于所述被子本体内的环境数据采集设备、水平陀螺仪、微控制器以及通信单元;

所述水平陀螺仪用于采集用户的三维坐标数据;
所述微控制器用于将所述被子本体的环境数据和所述用户的三维坐标数据通过所述通信单元发送至所述智能家居控制器;

本发明智能家居系统包括智能家居保暖被和智能家居控制器,其中智能家居保暖被包括被子本体以及置于被子本体内的睡眠监测模块。
如图3所示,该睡眠监测模块包括环境数据采集设备41、水平陀螺仪42、微控制器43以及通信单元44。其中,

上述微控制器43可用于对接收的数据进行初步处理,比如将一段时间内接收的数据进行分析处理,判断用户是否为躺卧状态,且在躺卧状态下一段时间内用户的翻身次数等。
上述通信单元44可以为蓝牙通信单元或wifi通信单元。
智能家居控制器46在判断到被子本体的环境数据与预设的环境数据不符时,又或者在判断到人体的翻身次数超出预设次数时,对采集到的环境数据与预设的环境数据进行基差计算,以确定其调整的外界设备如空调471、加湿器472、净化器473、暖风器474、电风扇、地暖、电热毯等的运行参数并将参数发送给外界设备执行。
需要说明的是,智能家居控制器46的分析判断过程可通过加法器、减法器、乘法器以及除法器等电路结构实现。
为保证上述运行参数设置正确,本发明中,智能家居控制器可以再次收集被子中的温湿度数据以及三维坐标数据进行对比校准以确定发出的运行参数正确。
本发明中智能家居控制器还可以根据收集的数据校正自身预设的环境数据、外界设备的运行参数以及睡眠监控模块提供的实时数据。

具体如左侧第一侧部12与左侧第二侧部22之间部分或全部断开而形成第一开口,使得使用者的左手及手臂可以经过第一开口从被子的内侧穿到外侧,右侧第一侧部12与右侧第二侧部22之间部分或全部断开而形成第二开口,使得使用者的右手及手臂可以经过第二开口从被子的内侧穿到外侧。
本例中,左侧第一侧部12与左侧第二侧部22之间全部断开,第一开口从被子的左侧边延伸至第一连接部11与第二连接部21的连接处的最左端,右侧第一侧部12与右侧第二侧部22之间全部断开,第二开口从被子的右侧边延伸至第一连接部11与第二连接部21连接处的最右端。
第二被体2的另一端部的中部开设有用于避让使用者头部的缺口23,以便用户使用时,用户头部放置于缺口23处,缺口23侧边的被子能够紧贴用户的颈部和肩部,这样无论人处于半躺或平躺状态,均可有效的使颈部和肩部盖严。
第一连接部11位于第一被体1的一端部的中部,第二连接部21位于第二被体2的一端部的中部。第一连接部11的长度占第一被体1的第一连接部11的所在端的长度的30~40%。
第一连接部11与第二连接部21之间相可拆卸地连接,如第一连接部11与第二连接部21之间用拉链、暗扣、纽扣、布带或缝纫线连接。优选地,用拉链连接。以便使用时,可以根据用户的需要或喜好,将第一被体1和第二被体2分开,如用户可以单独使用第一被体1。
第一被体1的长度为1.3~1.6米,宽度为1.6~1.9米,第二被体2的长度占整个被子长度的28~32%。
本发明的被子可以为棉被、羽绒被或蚕丝被。被子的面料可以采用纯棉、麻棉等面料,被芯采用纯棉、蚕丝、羽绒等材料。
被子为单人被,不适于多人使用。
被子使用时,易脏部位通常是使用者头部那一端,将第一被体1和第二被体2设计成相可拆卸地连接,每次清洗时就不需将整个被子一起清洗,可以选择性的进行清洗,并且清洗方便,减轻了用户的劳动。
本发明被子在设计时,也可以将第一被体1和第二被体2一体成型。
如图4所示,上述睡眠监测模块可以设置在被子本体对应人体的胸部、腹部以及腿部位置。
以上对本发明做了详尽的描述,其目的在于让熟悉此领域技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,且本发明不限于上述的实施例,凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能家居系统,其特征在于,所述智能家居系统包括智能家居保暖被和智能家居控制器,所述智能家居保暖被包括被子本体以及置于所述被子本体内的环境数据采集设备、水平陀螺仪、微控制器以及通信单元;
    所述环境数据采集设备用于采集所述被子本体的环境数据;
    所述水平陀螺仪用于采集用户的三维坐标数据;
    所述微控制器用于将所述被子本体的环境数据和所述用户的三维坐标数据通过所述通信单元发送至所述智能家居控制器;
    所述智能家居控制器用于根据所述被子本体的环境数据、所述人体的三维坐标数据的变化以及预设的环境数据调整外界设备的参数。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,所述环境数据包括温度和 / 或湿度;所述三维坐标数据用于表征用户的躺坐状态以及翻身次数。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,所述智能家居控制器还用于根据调整外界设备的参数后再次获得的所述被子本体的环境数据、所述人体的三维坐标数据变化校正所述外界设备的参数。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,所述通信单元为蓝牙通信单元或 wifi 通信单元。
  5. 如权利要求 4 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,所述预设的环境数据通过人工方式设定或所述智能家居控制器自动设定。
  6. 如权利要求 4 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,所述被子本体包括第一被体及一端部与所述第一被体的一端部相连的第二被体,所述第一被体的所述一端部包括第一连接部及分别位于所述第一连接部左右两侧的第一侧部,所述第二被体的所述一端部包括第二连接部及分别位于所述第二连接部左右两侧的第二侧部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相连,所述第一侧部和第二侧部之间部分或全部断开而形成开口,使得使用者的手及手臂可以经所述开口从所述被子的内侧穿到外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,左侧所述第一侧部与左侧所述第二侧部之间部分或全部断开而形成第一开口,使得使用者的左手及手臂可以经所述第一开口从所述被子的内侧穿到外侧,右侧所述第一侧部与右侧所述第二侧部之间部分或全部断开而形成第二开口,使得使用者的右手及手臂可以经所述第二开口从所述被子的内侧穿到外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,左侧所述第一侧部和左侧所述第二侧部之间全部断开,所述第一开口从所述被子的左侧边延伸至所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的连接处的最左端;右侧所述第一侧部和右侧所述第二侧部全部断开,所述第二开口从所述被子的右侧边延伸至所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的连接处的最右端。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的智能家居系统,其特征在于,所述被子具有至少二种使用状态,处于第一使用状态时,所述开口闭合;处于第二使用状态时,所述开口打开。
  10. 一种如权利要求 1-9 中的任一项所述的智能家居保暖被。
