Description

振膜组件及设有该振膜组件的扬声器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声产品技术领域,特别涉及一种振膜组件及设有该振膜组件的扬声器。
背景技术
扬声器是便携式电子设备中一种重要的声学部件,用于将电信号转换成声音信号传出,是一种能量转换器件。扬声器通常包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜组件和音圈,其中振膜组件是扬声器的重要部件,其对扬声器的声放性能有着至关重要的作用,它决定了扬声器由电能到声能的转换质量。现有的振膜组件包括硅胶振膜,为了调节声学性能,需要在振膜的中部固定结合一球顶,又由于硅胶振膜较柔软,故还需要在振膜的边缘部固定环状的支撑件。现有的振膜组件的结构如图1所示,振膜20a包括环形的折弯部及分别设置在折弯部内侧和外侧的振膜中心部和振膜边缘部,支撑件40的上表面与振膜边缘部的下表面通过胶水粘接固定,球顶30与振膜中心部也通过胶水粘接固定。受到硅胶振膜材质的影响,此种粘接固定的方式结合牢固性差,稳定性不高,且产品一致性差。在扬声器工作的过程中,硅胶振膜极易与支撑件或球顶脱离,大大的降低了扬声器的稳定性和可靠性,也大大缩短了扬声器的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种振膜组件,此振膜组件振膜与支撑件结合强度大,产品稳定性高,一致性好。
基于一个发明构思,本实用新型所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种扬声器,此扬声器稳定性和可靠性高,使用寿命长。
为解决上述第一个技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种振膜组件,包括硅胶振膜,所述振膜包括环形的折弯部及分别设置在所述折弯部内侧和外侧的振膜中心部和振膜边缘部,所述振膜边缘部注塑结合有环形的支撑件,所述振膜中心部结合有球顶;所述支撑件为金属件;所述振 膜边缘至少与所述支撑件的两个面注塑结合。
作为一种实施方式,所述振膜边缘部同时与所述支撑件的内侧面、外侧面及上表面注塑结合。
作为另一种实施方式,所述振膜边缘部同时与所述支撑件的外侧面及上表面注塑结合。

作为再一种实施方式,所述振膜边缘部同时与所述支撑件的内侧面、外侧面、上表面及下表面注塑结合。

为解决上述第二个技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:

采用了上述技术方案后,本实用新型的有益效果是:
由于本实用新型振膜组件包括硅胶振膜,振膜边缘部注塑结合有环形的支撑件,振膜中心部结合有球顶。振膜与支撑件注塑结合,即在硅胶振膜成型时将支撑件放在注塑模具内,作为嵌件,然后向模具内充液态硅胶材料,在振膜成型的同时将振膜与支撑件结合为一体。此种注塑结合方式振膜与支撑件的结合强度高,在扬声器工作时,振膜不会与支撑件脱离,大大的提高了产品的稳定性和可靠性,且产品一致性好,结合工艺简便易操作,提高了产品的生产效率。
由于振膜中心部与球顶也是通过注塑结合,增强了振膜与球顶的结合强度,进一步提高了产品的稳定性和可靠性,同时也进一步的提高了产品的一致性,和产品的生产效率。
由于本实用新型扬声器的振动系统包括上述振膜组件,在扬声器工作时,振膜不会与支撑件或球顶脱离,可靠性和稳定性高,使用寿命长。
综上所述,本实用新型振膜组件及设有该振膜组件的扬声器解决了现有技 术中硅胶振膜易与球顶或支撑件脱离的技术问题,本实用新型振膜组件及设有该振膜组件的扬声器中振膜与球顶和支撑件的结合强度高,产品的稳定性和可靠性高,产品一致性高,生产效率高,使用寿命长。

如图2所示,一种振膜组件,包括振膜20b,振膜20b为硅胶材质,振膜20b包括向上凸起的环形的折弯部,折弯部的内侧设有振膜中心部,振膜中心部可以是封闭结构,也可以是中心开孔的环状结构,本实施方式中优选振膜中心部为封闭结构;折弯部的外侧设有平面结构的振膜边缘部,振膜中心部、折弯部和振膜边缘部为一体结构。振膜边缘部注塑结合有支撑件40,支撑件40为与振膜形状相一致的环形结构,振膜边缘部同时与支撑件40的内侧面、外侧面和上表面注塑结合,即振膜边缘部为向下开口的环槽结构,支撑件40被包裹于环槽内,仅是下表面裸露在振膜边缘部的外面。
如图2所示,振膜中心部上表面粘贴有球顶30,球顶30为平板结构。
如图2所示,支撑件40的材质为不锈钢、黄铜等。当支撑件40为黄铜环时,振膜边缘部对其侧面进行包裹可以防止黄铜侧面的冲裁面氧化,降低产品对黄铜环的要求,简化了黄铜环的加工工工艺,降低了产品的原料成本。
如图2所示,本实用新型振膜组件是在硅胶振膜成型时将支撑件40作为嵌件放置到注塑模具内,然后向模具内填充液态的硅胶材料,在振膜20b高温成型的同时将振膜20b和支撑件40注塑结合为一体。此种注塑结合方式大大增强了振膜20b与支撑件40的结合强度,在扬声器工作时,振膜20b不会与支撑件40脱离,大大的提高了产品的稳定性和可靠性,且产品一致性好,注塑结合工艺简便易操作,有效的提高了产品的生产效率。
实施例二:
如图3所示,本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
振膜20c的边缘部仅与支撑件40的外侧面及上表面注塑结合。
本实施方式与实施例一相比用的硅胶料更省,结构更简单,但振膜20c与支撑件40的结合强度略小一些。
实施例三:
如图4所示,本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
振膜20d的边缘部仅与支撑件40的内侧面及上表面注塑结合。
本实施方式与实施例一相比用的硅胶料更省,结构更简单,但振膜20d与支撑件40的结合强度略小一些。
实施例四:
如图5所示,本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
振膜20e的边缘部同时与支撑件40的内侧面、外侧面、上表面及下表面注塑结合,即振膜边缘部将整个支撑件40包裹在其中。
本实施方式与实施例一相比振膜20e与支撑件40的结合强度更大,无论振膜20e向上还是向下振动振膜20e都不会与支撑件40脱离,只是用的硅胶材料略多一些,振膜组件的重量略大一些。
实施例五:
本实施方式与实施例一至实施例四均基本相同,其不同之处在于:
振膜中心部与球顶30注塑结合,下面结合图6、图7和图8进行举例说明:
如图6所示,振膜20f的中心部为封闭结构,其与球顶30的侧面及上表面注塑结合。
如图7所示,振膜20g的中心部也为封闭结构,其与球顶30的侧面、上表面和下表面注塑结合,即振膜中心部将球顶30包裹在其中。
如图8所示,振膜20h的中心部为中心开孔的环状结构,其仅与球顶30的侧面及上表面和下表面的边缘部注塑结合,即振膜中心部为向内开口的环槽结构,球顶30卡在环槽内。
本实施例与实施例一至实施例四相比,产品的稳定性和可靠性更高,产品的一致性更好,产品的生产效率更高。
振膜中心部与球顶30的结合方式并不限于上述三种结构,上述三种结构仅是对振膜中心部与球顶30注塑结合进行的举例说明,其还可以是振膜中心部仅与球顶30的侧面及上表面/下表面的边缘注塑结合等,关于其它结合方式本领域技术人员根据本说明书的描述不需要付出创造性劳动就可以实现,故关于其它方式的具体实施方式在此不再详述。
实施例六:
一种扬声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜组件和音圈。振膜组件为实施例一至实施例五中描述的振膜组件。
由于本实用新型扬声器采用了实施例一至实施例五中描述的振膜组件,在扬声器工作时,振膜不会与支撑件或球顶脱离,可靠性和稳定性高,使用寿命长。
本说明书仅是以上述结构的振膜组件和扬声器为例对本实用新型将硅胶振膜与支撑件注塑结合的技术方案进行详细的举例说明,实际应用中此技术方案不仅适合于上述结构的振膜组件和扬声器,其可适用于任何一种振膜为硅胶材质的振膜组件和扬声器中,本领域技术人员根据本说明书的描述不需要付出创造性劳动就可以将本实用新型的技术方案应用到其它结构的振膜组件及扬声器 中,故无论振膜组件及扬声器的结构是否与上述实施例中的振膜组件及扬声器结构相同,只要是采用了将硅胶振膜与支撑件注塑结合用于提高结合强度的振膜组件及扬声器均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 振膜组件,包括硅胶振膜,所述振膜包括环形的折弯部及分别设置在所述折弯部内侧和外侧的振膜中心部和振膜边缘部,其特征在于,所述振膜边缘部注塑结合有环形的支撑件,所述振膜中心部结合有球顶;所述支撑件为金属件;所述振膜边缘至少与所述支撑件的两个面注塑结合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于,所述振膜边缘部同时与所述支撑件的内侧面、外侧面及上表面注塑结合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于,所述振膜边缘部同时与所述支撑件的外侧面及上表面注塑结合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于,所述振膜边缘部同时与所述支撑件的内侧面及上表面注塑结合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于,所述振膜边缘部同时与所述支撑件的内侧面、外侧面、上表面及下表面注塑结合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件的材质为不锈钢或黄铜中的一种。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的振膜组件,其特征在于,所述振膜中心部与所述球顶粘贴结合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的振膜组件,其特征在于,所述振膜中心部与所述球顶注塑结合。
  9. 扬声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括权利要求1至8任一权利要求所述的振膜组件。
