Description

表壳组件及手表 技术领域
本发明涉及钟表设备,尤其涉及表壳组件及手表。
背景技术
钟表产品中,通常利用表冠旋转来对时间、日期或其他功能进行校准。但是现有的钟表大多无法反馈表冠旋转的位置,使用者在转动表冠的过程中无法准确得知其转动的具体位置,只能依靠习惯进行转动。
现有一种可以清楚读出表冠旋转位置的手表,主要是通过在表冠的外表面刻有一条很浅的凹槽或者喷涂有与表冠主体颜色不同的刻度线来进行区分,这种设计虽然达到了表冠旋转位置的标识作用,但是严重影响了手表的外观和美感。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单且不破坏产品外观的表壳组件及手表。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种表壳组件,包括主壳体、表冠、磁环、中间开孔的波动件、弹簧和挡圈,所述主壳体上开设有第一通孔,所述表冠包括相互垂直的转动部和转动轴,所述转动轴依次穿过所述波动件、所述弹簧、所述挡圈、所述第一通孔和所述磁环,且所述转动轴的端部由第一防脱件限位;所述波动件与所述主壳体相对固定且端部设有一圈波浪形凸起,所述转动部内表面设有至少一个用于与所述凸起接触反馈所述表冠转动位置的凸起部。
其中,所述磁环与所述主壳体之间还设有第二防脱件,所述第二防脱件固定在所述转动轴上。
其中,所述第一防脱件和所述第二防脱件为卡簧。
其中,所述主壳体的至少一侧设有密封圈。
其中,所述波动件为五金件或塑胶件。
其中,所述主壳体包括设有绕所述第一通孔一周的凸缘,所述挡圈和所述弹簧容纳于其中。
其中,所述凸缘上设有至少一个缺口,所述波动件内设有插设于所述缺口内的卡合部。
本发明还提供了一种手表,包括表盘和上述的表壳组件。
其中,本发明的手表还包括与所述表壳组件连接的表带。
本发明的表冠旋转的过程中,其内的弹簧弹性压迫波动件,波动件被抵接在表冠的转动部内表面,由于波动件和表冠的转动部内表面间设有配合的凸起结构,使用者可以很清晰地感应到表冠旋转的位置。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1和图2,本发明的手表包括表壳组件和设于表壳组件内的表盘(图未示)等结构和与表壳组件连接的表带20。表壳组件包括主壳体10、表冠11、磁环12、中间开孔的波动件13、弹簧14和挡圈15,其中,主壳体10上开设有第一通孔100,表冠11包括相互垂直的转动部11a和转动轴11b,转动轴11b依次穿过波动件13、弹簧14、挡圈15、第一通孔100和磁环12,且转动轴11b的端部由第一防脱件16限位;波动件13与主壳体10相对固定且端部设有一圈波浪形凸起13a,转动部11a内表面设有至少一个用于与凸起13a接触反馈表冠11转动位置的凸起部11c。
由于波动件13与主壳体10相对固定,且其端部设有一圈波浪形凸起13a, 在表冠11的旋转过程中,该波浪形凸起13a与表冠11的转动部11a内表面的凸起13a抵接,从而产生一定的阻尼和档位感,使用者可以清晰得出表冠11的旋转位置。
具体地,磁环12与主壳体10之间还设有第二防脱件17,第二防脱件17固定在转动轴11b上。第一防脱件16和第二防脱件17均为卡簧,表冠11的转动轴11b上相应设有供卡簧卡设的缺口槽(图未标)。
同时,为保证表壳组件的密封性能,主壳体10的至少一侧设有密封圈18,本实施例的主壳体10的两侧均设有密封圈。
进一步地,波动件13为五金件或塑胶件,以便通过微小形变产生弹性且能有更长的寿命。主壳体10包括设有绕第一通孔100一周的凸缘101,挡圈15和弹簧14容纳于其中。凸缘101上设有至少一个缺口102,波动件13内设有插设于缺口102内的卡合部13d。
具体在安装过程中,使用者先将转动轴11b依次穿过波动件13、弹簧14和挡圈15、两个密封圈18后,再穿过主壳体10的第一通孔100,并使波动件13的卡合部13d卡设在凸缘101上对应的缺口102内,然后将第二防脱件17卡设在转动轴11b上,将磁环12套设在转动轴11b上后将第一防脱件16卡设在转动轴11b上,即完成表冠11的装配。
相比现有技术,本发明的表冠旋转的过程中,其内的弹簧弹性压迫波动件,波动件被抵接在表冠的转动部内表面,由于波动件和表冠的转动部内表面间设有配合的凸起结构,使用者可以很清晰地感应到表冠旋转的位置,结构简单且不破坏产品外观,实用性强。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种表壳组件,其中,包括主壳体、表冠、磁环、中间开孔的波动件、弹簧和挡圈,所述主壳体上开设有第一通孔,所述表冠包括相互垂直的转动部和转动轴,所述转动轴依次穿过所述波动件、所述弹簧、所述挡圈、所述第一通孔和所述磁环,且所述转动轴的端部由第一防脱件限位;所述波动件与所述主壳体相对固定且端部设有一圈波浪形凸起,所述转动部内表面设有至少一个用于与所述凸起接触反馈所述表冠转动位置的凸起部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表壳组件,其中,所述磁环与所述主壳体之间还设有第二防脱件,所述第二防脱件固定在所述转动轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的表壳组件,其中,所述第一防脱件和所述第二防脱件为卡簧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的表壳组件,其中,所述主壳体的至少一侧设有密封圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的表壳组件,其中,所述波动件为五金件或塑胶件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的表壳组件,其中,所述主壳体包括设有绕所述第一通孔一周的凸缘,所述挡圈和所述弹簧容纳于其中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的表壳组件,其中,所述凸缘上设有至少一个缺口,所述波动件内设有插设于所述缺口内的卡合部。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的表壳组件,其中,所述主壳体包括设有绕所述第一通孔一周的凸缘,所述挡圈和所述弹簧容纳于其中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的表壳组件,其中,所述凸缘上设有至少一个缺口,所述波动件内设有插设于所述缺口内的卡合部。
  10. 一种手表,其中,包括表盘和表壳组件,所述表壳组件包括主壳体、表冠、磁环、中间开孔的波动件、弹簧和挡圈,所述主壳体上开设有第一通孔,所述表冠包括相互垂直的转动部和转动轴,所述转动轴依次穿过所述波动件、所述弹簧、所述挡圈、所述第一通孔和所述磁环,且所述转动轴的端部由第一防脱件限位;所述波动件与所述主壳体相对固定且端部设有一圈波浪形凸起,所述转动部内表面设有至少一个用于与所述凸起接触反馈所述表冠转动位置的 凸起部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的手表,其中,还包括与所述表壳组件连接的表带。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的手表,其中,所述磁环与所述主壳体之间还设有第二防脱件,所述第二防脱件固定在所述转动轴上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手表,其中,所述第一防脱件和所述第二防脱件为卡簧。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的手表,其中,所述主壳体的至少一侧设有密封圈。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的手表,其中,所述波动件为五金件或塑胶件。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的手表,其中,所述主壳体包括设有绕所述第一通孔一周的凸缘,所述挡圈和所述弹簧容纳于其中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的手表,其中,所述凸缘上设有至少一个缺口,所述波动件内设有插设于所述缺口内的卡合部。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的手表,其中,所述主壳体包括设有绕所述第一通孔一周的凸缘,所述挡圈和所述弹簧容纳于其中。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的手表,其中,所述凸缘上设有至少一个缺口,所述波动件内设有插设于所述缺口内的卡合部。
  20. 一种手表,其中,包括表盘和表壳组件,所述表壳组件包括主壳体、表冠、磁环、中间开孔的波动件、弹簧和挡圈,所述主壳体上开设有第一通孔,所述表冠包括相互垂直的转动部和转动轴,所述转动轴依次穿过所述波动件、所述弹簧、所述挡圈、所述第一通孔和所述磁环,且所述转动轴的端部由第一防脱件限位;所述波动件与所述主壳体相对固定且端部设有一圈波浪形凸起,所述转动部内表面设有至少一个用于与所述凸起接触反馈所述表冠转动位置的凸起部;所述磁环与所述主壳体之间还设有第二防脱件,所述第二防脱件固定在所述转动轴上。
