Claims (9)
- 一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,包括第一连接板和第二连接板,其特征在于第一连接板和第二连接板分别具有转动连接侧,第一连接板和第二连接板在它们的转动连接侧具有嵌入配合的凸键和凹槽,且在所述凸键和所述凹槽的槽壁之间设置有摩擦结构,所述摩擦结构提供第一连接板和第二连接板相对转动时的阻力,所述摩擦结构中设置有片状摩擦部件,所述凸键的端部和/或所述凹槽的槽壁设置有容置所述片状摩擦部件的孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于所述第一连接板的转动连接侧固定连接轴,所述容置片状摩擦部件的孔设置在所述第二连接板上,所述片状摩擦部件固定在所述孔中,所述片状摩擦部件具有开口的环,并利用所述环的弹性而与所述轴夹紧配合。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于所述片状摩擦部件还包括定位柄部,所述孔具有与所述定位柄部配合的定位槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于所述第二连接板的转动连接侧具有一个凸键,所述第一连接板的转动连接侧具有与第二连接板的所述一个凸键嵌入配合的一个凹槽,所述凹槽的槽壁和所述一个凸键设置所述轴的轴孔,所述槽壁上的轴孔为通孔,所述第二连接板的所述一个凸键的端部在其上的轴孔周围设置容置片状摩擦部件的孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于所述片状摩擦部件为碟簧片,所述片状摩擦部件套在所述铰链的轴上,并且被压紧在第一连接板和第二连接板之间,而与其所接触的部件形成所述摩擦结构,所述接触的部件为第一连接板和/或第二连接板的一部分或固定连接的部件。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于所述片状摩擦部件为摩擦片,并被弹性部件支撑,所述片状摩擦部件套在所述铰链的轴上,并且被压紧在第一连接板和第二连接板之间,而与其所接触的部件形成所述摩擦结构,所述接触的部件为第一连接板和/或第二连接板的一部分或固定连接的部件。
- 如权利要求5或6所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于所述第二连接板的转动连接侧具有一个凸键,所述第一连接板的转动连接侧具有与第二连接板的所述一个凸键嵌入配合的一个凹槽,所述凹槽的槽壁和所述一个凸键设置所述轴的轴孔,所述槽壁上的轴孔为通孔,所述第二连接板的所述一个凸键的端部在其上的轴孔周围设置容置片状摩擦部件的孔;所述碟簧片或被弹性部件支撑的摩擦片被所述凹槽的槽壁和/或所述孔的底部所压紧,而与所述凹槽的槽壁和/或所述孔的底部形成所述摩擦结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于所述片状摩擦部件为钣金冲压件。
- 如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6或8所述的一种低扭矩摩擦铰链,其特征在于第一连接板和第二连接板为弧形板,并在铰链处于闭合时,第一连接板和第二连接板衔接为连续的弧面。
