[权利要求 1] 洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 包括安装于内胆加强筋上的锁体组件 和安装于机门上的锁舌, 所述锁体组件包括具有凹腔与插孔的座体、 转动安装于所述凹腔内的摆杆和两端分别紧固连接所述座体与所述摆 杆的扭簧, 所述锁舌的一端从所述插孔滑动卡插于所述凹腔内并通过 所述摆杆卡紧于所述凹腔内。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁舌之远离 所述机门的端部弯折设有钩体, 所述摆杆包括与所述扭簧紧固连接的 连接支杆和用于将所述钩体抵顶锁紧于所述凹腔内的限位支杆, 所述 连接支杆与所述限位支杆的接合处转动连接于所述座体上。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述摆杆还包括 推动支杆, 且所述连接支杆、 所述限位支杆和所述推动支杆连接形成 "y"字型结构, 所述连接支杆、 所述限位支杆与所述推动支杆的接合 处转动连接于所述座体上, 所述限位支杆和所述推动支杆位于所述摆 杆之转动中心的同一侧并围合形成供所述钩体卡入的卡槽, 所述连接 支杆位于所述摆杆之转动中心的另一侧。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔内凸设 有转轴, 所述摆杆上设有与所述转轴转动配合的转孔, 所述连接支杆 、 所述限位支杆和所述推动支杆呈" y"字型状分布于所述转孔的外周 , 所述摆杆通过所述转孔套装于所述转轴上。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔内凸设 有第一支撑条, 所述摆杆的底部支撑于所述第一支撑条上。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 1所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔内凸设 有用于对所述锁舌进行导向定位的导轨, 且所述导轨与所述摆杆分别 位于所述锁舌的两侧。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 6所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述导轨之朝向 所述锁舌的侧部间隔凸设有若干个用于与所述锁舌抵接配合的凸块。

所述插孔的端部还朝向所述摆杆所在侧弯折设有用于限制所述锁舌在 所述凹腔内卡插行程的限位抵挡部。
如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁 体组件还包括安装于所述凹腔内的控制幵关、 安装于所述凹腔内的弹 性件和转动安装于所述凹腔内的杠杆, 所述杠杆可在所述弹性件和所 述摆杆的驱动下分别转动抵接于所述控制幵关上或者转动脱离所述控 制幵关。
如权利要求 9所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔内凸设 有连接轴, 所述杠杆包括可转动套装于所述连接轴上的连接套和分别 设于所述连接套两侧的第一支臂与第二支臂, 所述第一支臂与所述弹 性件抵接配合并可在所述弹性件的驱动下转动抵接于所述控制幵关上 , 所述第二支臂可在所述摆杆的推动下驱动所述第一支臂转动脱离所 述控制幵关。
如权利要求 10所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述连接套的中 心轴向贯穿设有供所述连接轴穿设的连接孔, 所述连接轴的顶部凸设 有可在弹性变形下穿过所述连接孔并扣合于所述连接孔顶部边缘的卡 扣。
如权利要求 11所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性件为螺 旋弹簧, 所述第一支臂上凸设有可卡插于所述螺旋弹簧内的定位块。 如权利要求 9所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔内凸设 有第二支撑条, 所述杠杆的底部支撑于所述第二支撑条上。
如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述扭 簧包括螺旋簧体和两个挂勾杆, 两所述挂勾杆分别沿所述螺旋簧体的 两端向外延伸, 且两所述挂勾杆分别具有相向弯折延伸的挂钩, 其中 , 一所述挂勾杆的所述挂钩挂勾于所述座体上, 另一所述挂勾杆的所 述挂钩挂勾于所述摆杆上。
如权利要求 14所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔内凸设 有固定柱, 所述固定柱上设有第一安装孔, 所述摆杆上设有第二安装
孔, 所述扭簧的一所述挂钩卡插于所述第一安装孔内、 另一所述挂钩 卡插于所述第二安装孔内。
[权利要求 16] 如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁 体组件还包括盖合固定于所述座体上的盖体。
[权利要求 17] 如权利要求 16所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述盖体通过可 拆卸连接方式紧固安装于所述座体上。
[权利要求 18] 如权利要求 17所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述座体的外侧 部上凸设有若干个卡位凸起, 所述盖体上对应设有数量与所述卡位凸 起数量相同并分别与各所述卡位凸起对位设置的卡位幵孔, 各所述卡 位凸起分别扣合于各所述卡位幵孔内。
[权利要求 19] 如权利要求 16所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述摆杆的转动 中心位置处向上凸设有延伸抵接于所述盖体上的凸台, 且所述凸台之 朝向所述盖体的顶部表面呈斜面状设置。
[权利要求 20] 如权利要求 19所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 其特征在于: 所述凸台为凸设 于所述摆杆顶部的环状凸缘。
[权利要求 21] 洗碗机, 包括机体和转动安装于所述机体上的机门, 所述机体包括机 壳、 设于所述机壳内的内胆和设于所述内胆上的内胆加强筋, 其特征 在于: 还包括如权利要求 1至 20任一项所述的洗碗机门锁机构, 所述 锁体组件紧固安装于所述内胆加强筋上, 所述锁舌紧固安装于所述机 门上。
[权利要求 22] 如权利要求 21所述的洗碗机, 其特征在于: 所述座体通过可拆卸连接 方式紧固安装于所述内胆加强筋上。
[权利要求 23] 如权利要求 22所述的洗碗机, 其特征在于: 所述座体上凸设有若干个 凸扣, 所述内胆加强筋上对应设有数量与所述凸扣数量相同并分别与 各所述凸扣对位设置的扣孔, 各所述凸扣分别扣合于各所述扣孔内。
[权利要求 24] 如权利要求 21所述的洗碗机, 其特征在于: 所述机门包括靠近所述内 胆的内门和位于所述内门外侧的外门组件, 所述外门组件包括外门和 位于所述外门上方的控制面板, 所述锁舌安装于所述内门与所述控制
