일반적으로 화장실의 환경이 많이 개선됨에 따라 화장실이 종래의 단순한 배변을 위한 공간을 넘어 독립된 휴식 공간으로 자리 매김하고 있으며, 화장실의 효율적인 활용에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있는 실정이다.
이에 화장실에서 시간을 효율적으로 보내기 위해 또는 배변을 보는 동안의 지루함을 달래기 위해, 좌변기에 앉아 신문이나 책을 보는 사람이 증가하고 있다.
그러나, 화장실에서 책을 볼 때, 사용자는 한 손 또는 양손에 책을 들고 용변을 보면서 책을 읽게 되어 불편한 자세에서 용변을 보게 되며, 그로 인해 등, 목, 척추 등에 무리가 가게 되고, 시력에 안 좋은 영향을 주게 된다.

화장실 내의 좌식변기와 근접하는 벽면(1)에 일부 매입 설치되는 본체(110) 및; 본체(110)에 구비되는 콘트롤부(112)와; 본체(110)의 상부로부터 곡선형으로 출몰되도록 다수개의 마디 형태로 신축가능하게 연결 조합되고, 길이방향 측면에는 기어부(121)가 형성된 지지대(120)와; 본체(110) 내부에 설치되어 지지대(120)의 기어부와 치합되는 구동기어(G) 및 구동기어를 구동하는 구동모터(M)와; 본체(110) 내부에 설치되고 구동모터(M)와 결합되어 지지대(120)의 기어부(121)에 구동기어(G)가 접촉되도록 탄력 지지하는 탄력부(140)와; 본체(110) 내부에 설치되어 지지대(120)를 수용하는 가이드부(150)와; 인출되는 지지대(120)의 선단측과 연결되는 받침브라켓(160)과; 상기 받침브라켓(160)에 연결되는 거치판(170);으로 구성된다.
상기 지지대(120)는 출몰식 다단 안테나와 같은 원리로서 순차적으로 인출되고, 그 반대로 수용되는 형태로서 각 마디를 이루는 지지대는 말단 부분은 전방보다 구배진 형태로 다음 지지대의 내측에 걸려 더 이상 인출되지 않는 형태로 중첩되게 구비되며, 최종에 위치한 지지대(120)는 상기 본체(110) 내부의 가이드부(150) 내에 마련된 걸림턱(151)에 걸려 가이드부(150)로부터 완전히 이탈되지 않게 설치된다.
상기 탄력부(140)는 구동모터(M) 외측둘레에 덧대어지며, 일측에 가이드돌부(141a)가 형성되고, 일측에 스프링지지돌기(141b)가 형성된 고정홀더(141)와, 상기 고정홀더(141)의 가이드돌부(141a)를 안내하는 레일부(142a)가 마련되고, 내부 일측에 상기 스프링지지돌기(141b)와 마주하는 스프링지지홈(142b)이 마련된 모터설치대(142)와, 상기 스프링지지돌기(141b) 및 스프링지지홈(142b)에 양단이 위치되어 고정홀더(141)를 일방향으로 탄성 가압하는 압축스프링(143)으로 구성된다.
즉, 상기 탄력부(140)는 구동모터(M)측 구동기어(G)를 지지대(120)의 기어부(121)에 밀착하여 여러 마디로 된 지지대를 순차적으로 인출시키거나 수용되도록 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
상기 지지대(120) 중 받침브라켓(160)과 연결되는 지지대는 본체(110) 내부에서 상기 구동모터(M)의 구동기어(G)와 기어부(121)가 치합되어 있는 상태를 유지하고, 상기 지지대가 인출되면서, 다음 지지대를 이끌고 진출하는 방식으로 상기 구동기어는 다음 지지대의 기어부에 탄력적으로 밀착 치합되는 방식으로 연속 인출과 그 반대로 수용이 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
상기 지지대(120) 중 받침브라켓(160)과 연결되는 지지대(120)의 일측에는 나사체결구(180)가 받침브라켓(160)에 관통 체결되어 받침브라켓(160)의 각도조정이 이루어지도록 한다.
상기 받침브라켓(160)에는 결합공(161a)을 갖는 제1연결부(161)가 형성되되, 결합공(161a)을 기준으로 일면에 원주상으로 각도 조절돌기(161b)가 배열 형성되고, 지지대(120)로부터 회동가능한 제2연결부(162)가 형성되며, 상기 거치판(170)의 저면 상에는 힌지편(171)이 형성되고, 힌지편(171)에는 상기 제1연결부(161)의 결합공(161a)과 동일선상으로 일치되는 결합공(171a)이 형성되고, 결합공(171a)을 기준으로 일면에 원주상으로 각도 조절홈(171b)이 배열 형성되어 제1연결부(161)와 맞물려 각도조정되도록 상기 제1연결부(161)와 힌지편(171)을 관통하여 나사체결로서 고정하는 각도고정구(190)가 구비된다.
첨부된 도 2에서 발췌된 바와 같이, 상기 각도 조절돌기(161b)는 삼각 돌부의 형상이고, 각도 조절홈(171b)은 삼각 요홈이 원주상에 배열 형성된 것으로 상호 이들의 치합되는 각도에서 각도조절이 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
상기 각도고정구(190)는 원형의 손잡이에 나사축이 결합된 것이며, 상기 거치판(170)의 힌지편(171) 중 상기 나사축의 단부가 최종 관통되는 힌지편 내에는 너트(N)가 매입되어 체결이 제1연결부(161)와 힌지편(171)의 밀착 고정이 이루어지도록 한다.
도면 중 미설명부호 111은 본체에 형성되어 지지대가 인출되는 출입구를 나타내고, 부호 170a는 거치판의 전면에 형성되어 안치되는 대상물이 거치판으로부터 이탈됨을 방지하는 이탈방지턱을 나타낸다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명인 화장실용 보면대의 사용상에 따른 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 화장실 실내에 마련된 좌식변기에 앉아 용변을 보는 이용자 중 선택에 따라 상기 좌식변기와 근접한 벽면(1)에 설치된 보면대(100)는 용변을 보는 도중 이용자의 책, 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등을 거치판(170)에 안치시켜 사용할 수 있다.
상기 거치판(170)은 여러 마디로 지지대를 본체(110)로부터 인출시켜 주기 위해서는 본체(110)에 마련된 컨트롤러(112)를 통해 내부에 위치된 구동모터(M)를 작동시켜 인출할 수 있다.
상기 구동모터(M)를 통한 구동기어(G)는 지지대(120)중 받침브라켓(160)과 연결된 지지대(120)를 시작으로 인출이 이루어지지며, 여기서 각 지지대의 순차적인 인출은 상기 구동기어(G)에 대해 치합된 지지대(120)의 기어부(121)를 이동시킴으로써, 출몰식 다단 안테나와 같은 형태로 지지대를 인출시킬 수 있게 한다.
상기 지지대(120)는 도면에서와 같이 곡률을 갖는 곡선형으로 이루어져 있어 순차적인 인출에 의해 받침브라켓(160)과 결합된 거치판(170)을 좌식변기에 앉은 이용자가 볼 수 있는 편안한 위치까지 인출시켜 준다.
상기 각각의 지지대(120)의 인출은 탄력부에 의해 구동기어가 밀착된 상태를 유지하면서 인출이 이루어진다.
고정홀더(141)의 가이드돌부(141a)를 따라 모터설치대(142)의 레일부(142a)가 유동되는데, 이는 고정홀더(141)의 스프링지지돌기(141b)와 모터설치대(142)의 스프링지지홈(142b)에 양단이 지지된 압축스프링(143)의 가압력에 의해 상기 고정홀더(141)로부터 모터설치대(142)를 가압하여 각 지지대(120)의 기어부(1210에 구동기어(G)가 탄력적으로 치합된 관계로 상기 지지대(120)를 인출시킬 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 상기와 같이 인출된 거치판(170)은 상기와 같이 책, 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등을 편안한 각도에서 안치시킬 수 있게 상기 받침브라켓(160)으로부터 각도고정구(190)를 나사체결하는 방식으로 각도를 조정할 수 있다.
또한 상기 받침브라켓(160)의 제2연결부(162)는 지지대(120)로부터 나사체결구(180)의 체결 정도로 거치판(170)의 각도를 조정할 수 있는 것으로, 여기서 나사체결구(180)에 의한 거치판(170)의 각도는 가로에서 세로방향으로 선택하여 조정할 수 있다.
이용자가 용변을 마치거나, 보면대(100)의 거치판(170) 사용이 필요없는 경우라면, 상기와 반대로 지지대를 중첩시켜 본체(110)측으로 수용하고, 거치판(170)은 상기 제2연결부(162)의 각도조정을 통해 전반적으로 벽면(1)에 근접하는 위치로 복귀시킬 수 있게 할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 거치판(170)의 위치를 이용자가 보거나 조작하기에 편안한 위치로 세팅시켜 줌으로써, 이용자는 양손이 자유롭게 되고, 허리를 세울 수 있는 자세로 피로를 줄이고, 허리 통증 등 유발을 방지시킬 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에서는 구체적인 구성 요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등하거나 등가적 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 본체(110)에 구비되는 콘트롤부(112)가 구비된 본체(110)로부터 지지대 및 지지대(120)의 선단측에 연결되는 받침브라켓(160)이 설치되고, 상기 받침브라켓(160)으로부터는 대상물을 올려놓기 위한 거치판(170)이 나사체결구(180) 각도조정가능하게 연결 설치되어 구성된 화장실용 보면대(100)에 있어서,
    상기 지지대(120)는 본체(110)의 상부로부터 곡선형으로 출몰되도록 다수개의 마디 형태로 길이방향 측면에는 기어부(121)가 형성되어 상호 신축가능하게 연결 조합되고,
    상기 본체(110) 내부에는 지지대(120)의 기어부(121)와 치합되는 구동기어(G) 및 구동기어를 구동하는 구동모터(M)가 설치되며,
    상기 구동모터(M)와 결합되어 지지대(120)의 기어부(121)에 구동기어(G)가 접촉되어 탄력 지지되도록 구동모터(M) 외측둘레에 덧대어지며, 일측에 가이드돌부(141a)가 형성되고, 일측에 스프링지지돌기(141b)가 형성된 고정홀더(141)와, 상기 고정홀더(141)의 가이드돌부(141a)를 안내하는 레일부(142a)가 마련되고, 내부 일측에 상기 스프링지지돌기(141b)와 마주하는 스프링지지홈(142b)이 마련된 모터설치대(142)와, 상기 스프링지지돌기(141b) 및 스프링지지홈(142b)에 양단이 위치되어 고정홀더(141)를 일방향으로 탄성 가압하는 압축스프링(143)으로 구성된 탄력부(140)가 본체(110) 내부에 설치되고,
    상기 지지대(120)가 인출되어 신장된 상태에서 최종 지지대를 걸어 지지하는 걸림턱(151)이 내부에 구비된 가이드부(150)가 본체(110) 내부에 설치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장실용 보면대.
