Description

连接器及采用该连接器的充电装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器,特别涉及一种具有保护盖的连接器及采用该连接器的充电装置。
背景技术
传统的充电装置的连接器设有用于外部接口插接的电连接部。然而,有的连接器直接将其电连接部裸露在外,若在与外部接口插接前通电,则会造成不安全隐患。有的连接器依靠硅胶套来保护插接的电连接部,硅胶套可拆卸地套设在连接器的电连接部上,当需要使用时,需要先打开硅胶护盖,使用完毕后需再次套上硅胶套,因此,使用硅胶护盖较为范围,而且硅胶套也容易丢失,导致连接器使用较为不便。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明有必要提供一种使用较为安全、方便的连接器。
一种连接器,包括:
插拼底座,设有用于与外部接口插接的电连接部;以及
用于保护所述电连接部的保护盖,所述保护盖相对于所述插拼底座可活动,并且所述保护盖相对于所述插拼底座的活动状态包括用于遮盖所述电连接部的闭盖状态、以及用于裸露所述电连接部的开盖状态。
上述连接器的相对于插拼底座可活动,当需要使用连接器时,保护盖处于开盖状态,当不使用连接器时,保护盖处于闭盖状态,从而有效保护电连接部,增强了使用的安全性。同时,由于保护盖可在闭盖状态与开盖状态之间变化而不易脱落,使用较为方便。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括设有容置槽的基座,所述插拼底座安装在所述基座内,所述电连接部对应所述容置槽的开口设置,所述保护盖与所述基座可活动连接。

请参阅图1及图2,本发明的实施方式的充电装置10,包括连接器100及充电电路200(如图5所示)。充电电路200与连接器100电连接。连接器100包括基座110、插拼底座120以及保护盖130。
本实施例中,基座110设有四个容置槽111。具体在图示的实施例中,基座110大致为矩形,容置槽111也大致为矩形。容置槽111设于基座110的顶面,并且延伸至基座110的侧面。
可以理解的是,所述容置槽111的数量并不限于四个,其可根据需求而设置,如1个、2个、3个或4个以上等。
插拼底座120安装在基座110内。插拼底座120设有对应容置槽111的开口的电连接部121。
保护盖130用于保护电连接部121,具体地,保护盖130用于遮盖容置槽111的开口。保护盖130相对于插拼底座120可活动,并且保护盖130相对于插拼底座120的活动状态包括用于遮盖容置槽111的开口的闭盖状态以及用于打开容置槽111的开口的开盖状态。
具体在图示的实施例中,保护盖130与基座110可活动连接。为了减小连接器100在开盖状态所占的体积,保护盖130在开盖状态下收容于基座110的容置槽111内。
进一步的,为了提高保护盖130的密封性的同时,以及进一步减小连接器100的体积,保护盖130在闭盖状态下与基座110的外表面大致平齐。
具体在图示的实施例中,保护盖130包括顶板132、第一侧板133及第二侧板134,第一侧板133及第二侧板134相对间隔设置,并且分别与所述顶板132的相对两侧垂直固定连接。其中,第一侧板133的长度大于第二侧板134的长度,第一侧板133在闭盖状态下与基座110的侧面平齐,顶板132在闭盖状态下与基座110的顶面平齐,第二侧板134平行于基座110的容置槽111的侧壁设置。

需要说明的是,上述导向部及滑动部的具体结构可以根据不同需求来设计,例如,导向部可以为导向凸起,滑动部对应为滑槽;导向部可以为导向槽,滑动部对应为导向凸起;导向部可以为导向斜面,滑动部对应为滑动平面。
请一并参阅图3及图4,多个滑动方向包括第一方向X及与第一方向X相交的第二方向Y,其中第一方向X与电连接部121的延伸方向相交,第二方向Y平行于电连接部121的延伸方向。具体在本实施例中,容置槽111的开口侧边设有第一导向斜面111a,保护盖130的第二侧板134远离顶板132的侧壁对应设有第一滑动斜面136a,该第一滑动斜面136a与第一导向斜面111a相配合,使保护盖130沿第一方向X可滑动。容置槽111与该第一导向斜面111a相邻的两个相对侧壁上设有导向槽111b,保护盖130的顶板132的相对两端分别设有一个导向柱136c,该导向柱136c与该导向槽111b相配合,使保护盖130在沿第一方向X滑动之后,继续沿第二方向Y滑动。

进一步的,保护盖130上设有支撑臂138,插拼底座120上设有沿第一方向X延伸的滑槽122;支撑臂138在保护盖130处于闭盖状态时,按压保护盖130的第二侧板134,支撑臂138与滑槽122的底壁抵接,以阻止保护盖130翘起。当保护盖130沿第一方向X滑动时,支撑臂138沿滑槽122内滑动,以阻止保护盖130滑动时歪斜。
支撑臂138的具体结构可以根据不同需求来设计,例如,在图示的实施例中,支撑臂138包括支臂138a以及弯折部138b,支臂138a的一端与保护盖130的第一侧板133的内表面连接,弯折部138b从支臂138a的另外一端延伸。当保护盖130沿第一方向X滑动时,支撑臂138的弯折部138b与插拼底座120的滑槽122的底壁抵接,以避免保护盖130歪斜。当保护盖130沿第二方向Y滑动时,支撑臂138的弯折部138b脱离插拼底座120的滑槽122,支撑臂138的支臂138a与插拼底座120的滑槽122相配合。
进一步的,滑槽122为斜槽,即,滑槽122的底壁的深度逐渐变化,滑槽122朝向保护盖130的一端的深度小于另外一端的深度。
进一步的,连接器100还包括用于提供一弹性回复力给保护盖130的弹性复位件140,弹性复位件140使保护盖130可自动复位至闭盖状态。弹性复位件140可以为压缩弹簧、弹性橡胶柱、弹性橡胶筒、拉伸弹簧等。
弹性复位件140的安装方式可以根据实际需求来设计,在图示的实施例中,弹性复位件140可以连接在插拼底座120与保护盖130之间。例如,保护盖130还设有安装柱139,弹性复位件140套设在安装柱139上。
进一步的,插拼底座120上设有导向孔123,安装柱139能够插入导向孔123内。当保护盖130沿第一方向X上下滑动时,安装柱139在导向孔123内可滑动。
进一步的,插拼底座120上设有限位槽125,导向孔123设于限位槽125的底部,弹性复位件140的一端套设在安装柱139上,另一端收容在限位槽125内。
进一步的,限位槽125的底部设有围绕所述导向孔123一周的限位环126,弹性复位件140的另外一端套设在限位环126上。
在其他实施例中,弹性复位件140还可以连接在基座110与保护盖130之间。例如,容置槽111的侧壁上设有支撑座,弹性复位件140可以固定在支撑座上,并且与保护盖130的顶板132抵接。
进一步的,连接器100还包括导光柱150,用于导出指示灯160发出的光线。该指示灯160用于发出不同形态的灯光,以表示连接器100的状态信息,或/及充电装置10的状态信息。例如,指示灯160发出灯光的形态包括灯光的颜色,如,红、绿、蓝等,也可以包括灯光的发光状态,如常亮、闪烁等。连接器100的状态信息可以包括保护盖130的状态信息,如开盖、闭盖等,也可以包括连接器100的电连接部121的工作状态信息,如通电、断电等。充电装置10的状态信息包括充电装置10的工作状态信息,如处于充电状态、断开状态等。
进一步的,基座110设有透光窗113,导光柱150的一端对应透光窗113设置,另一端对应指示灯160设置。
进一步的,如图5所示,连接器100还包括用于控制指示灯160的控制器170。具体在本实施例中,控制器170为控制电路板,指示灯160为安装在控制电路板上的LED。控制器170可以安装在插拼底座120的下方,导光柱150从插拼底座120的一侧越过后,与指示灯160对应设置。
进一步的,控制器170还用于控制充电电路200。控制器170控制充电电路200进行充电时,同时控制指示灯160发出相应形态的灯光。具体在图示的实施例中,充电电路200为一充多充电电路,即,充电电路200具有单一输入接口,多个输出接口,,可以同时为多个电池充电。
进一步的,连接器100还包括用于感测保护盖130的开盖状态的状态传感器180。控制器170与状态传感器180电连接,状态传感器180将感测信息传送给控制器170。控制器170得知保护盖130处于开盖状态时控制充电电路200开始工作,此时,电连接部121开始通电。
具体在图示的实施例中,状态传感器180包括设于控制电路板上的两个断开设置的感应电极。保护盖130上设有用于导通该两个感应电极的导电件190。当保护盖130沿第二方向Y滑动至预设位置时,保护盖130上的导电件190电接触两个感应电极,使该两个感应电极相互导通,从而使得控制器170得知保护盖130处于开盖状态,从而得知连接器100已与外部接口电连接,充电电路200通过电连接部121与外部接口电连接。此时,控制器170控制充电电路200开始工作。
导电件190的具体结构可以根据实际需求来设计,例如,导电件190可以为由导电金属、导电复合材料等制成的弹簧、导电筒、导电柱等。具体在图示的实施例中,保护盖130上的安装柱139包括第一柱体139a及第二柱体139b,第一柱体139a与第二柱体139b共轴固定连接,第一柱体139a的横截面积的尺寸大于第二柱体139b的横截面积的尺寸,第一柱体139a远离第二柱体139b的一端与保护盖130固定连接。弹性复位件140套设在第一柱体139a上;导电件190套设在第二柱体139b上,并可穿过插拼底座120的导向孔123。例如,弹性复位件140以及导电件190均为压缩弹簧,弹性复位件140套设在导电件190的外侧。
需要说明的是,在本发明中,状态传感器180也可以为其他类型的传感器,例如,可以为测距传感器,接近式传感器,电阻开关等。
进一步的,充电装置10还包括具有一个开口的箱体300。基座110安装在箱体300的开口,并且遮盖箱体300的开口,充电电路200安装在箱体300内。
进一步的,箱体300设有转接接口302(如图5所示),转接接口302与充电电路200电连接。具体在图示的实施例中,箱体300的侧壁上设有用于收容外部插头的避让槽301,转接接口302设于避让槽301的内壁上,并且与外部插头电插接。
需要说明的是,在本发明中,基座110也可以省略,此时保护盖130直接与插拼底座120可活动连接。
另外,基座110也可以与插拼底座120一体成型。
上述连接器100至少具有以下优点:
(1)上述连接器100的相对于插拼底座120可活动,当需要使用连接器100时,保护盖130处于开盖状态,当不使用连接器100时,保护盖130处于闭盖状态,从而有效保护电连接部121,增强了使用的安全性。同时,由于保护盖130可在闭盖状态与开盖状态之间变化而不易脱落,使用较为方便。
(2)上述连接器包括设有容置槽111的基座110,所述保护盖130在所述开盖状态下收容于所述容置槽111内,当连接器与外部接口插接时,外部接口抵接保护盖130,使保护盖130自动收容在收容槽内,提高使用的便利性,同时有利于上述连接器100小型化设计。
(3)上述连接器的保护盖130设有通孔135,所述通孔135在所述保护盖130处于闭盖状态下与所述电连接部121错位,以避免外部导体直接穿过通孔135与电连接部121电导通,进一步提高了使用的安全性。
(4)上述连接器的保护盖130相对于所述基座110的滑动方向为多个,并且多个所述滑动方向相交,以避免保护盖130被误触时,直接打开保护盖130,从而进一步提高了使用的安全性。
(5)上述连接器还包括用于感测所述保护盖130的开盖状态的状态传感器180,以便于控制电连接部121在所述保护盖130的开盖状态时电导通,从而提高使用的安全性。并且,根据所述保护盖130的开盖状态控制电连接部121的通电与断电,比传统的电路通路检测方式的反应更快,传统的电路通路检测方式需要等待电连接部121与外部接口导通后,才能得知连接器处于使用状态。
请参阅图6,本发明的实施方式二的充电装置20,与实施方式一的充电装置10基本相似,其不同之处在于:充电装置20的保护盖230包括两个活动部件,分别为第一保护盖230a及第二保护盖230b,第一保护盖230a与电连接部221相对设置。弹性复位件对应设置多个,分别用于提供复位弹性力给第一保护盖230a及第二保护盖230b。
第一保护盖230a沿第一方向X可滑动,第二保护盖230b分别沿第一方向X及第二方向Y可滑动。第一方向X平行于电连接部121的延伸方向,第一方向X与第二方向Y垂直。第二保护盖230b在闭盖状态时,其相对两侧分别与第一保护盖230a及容置槽211的开口边缘抵接,以阻止第一保护盖230a沿第一方向X滑动。第二保护盖230b沿第二方向Y朝向内侧滑动预设距离后,第一保护盖230a能够自由沿第一方向X滑动。
当对接外部接口时,第二保护盖230b先沿第二方向Y朝向内侧滑动,以避让第一保护盖230a;然后,第一保护盖230a沿第一方向X向下滑动,并抵压第二保护盖230b,使第二保护盖230b跟随第一保护盖230a同时沿第一方向X向下滑动。此时,多个弹性复位件变形储能。
当抽出外部接口时,在多个弹性复位件的弹力作用下,第一保护盖230a及第二保护盖230b先沿第一方向X向上滑动,然后,第二保护盖230b沿第二方向Y朝向外侧滑动,直至第二保护盖230b与容置槽211的开口边缘抵接。
请参阅图7,本发明的实施方式三的充电装置30与实施方式一的充电装置10基本相似,其不同之处在于:充电装置30的保护盖330包括两个活动部件,分别为第一保护盖330a及第二保护盖330b,第一保护盖330a与电连接部321相对设置,第二保护盖330b与第一保护盖330a的一侧可转动连接。弹性复位件对应设置为多个,分别用于提供一复位弹性力给第一保护盖330a及第二保护盖330b。
第一保护盖330a沿第一方向X可滑动,第二保护盖330b沿第二方向Y可转动。第一方向X平行于电连接部321的延伸方向。在闭盖状态下,第二保护盖330b远离第一保护盖330a的侧边与容置槽211的开口边缘抵接,以阻止第一保护盖330a沿第一方向X滑动。第二保护盖330b沿第二方向Y朝向内侧转动预设角度后,第一保护盖330a能够自由沿第一方向X滑动。
当对接外部接口时,第二保护盖330b先沿第二方向Y朝向内侧转动,以避让容置槽311的开口边缘;然后,第一保护盖330a沿第一方向X向下滑动,同时带动第二保护盖330b。此时,多个弹性复位件140变形储能。
当抽出外部接口时,在多个弹性复位件140的弹力作用下,第一保护盖330a及第二保护盖330b先沿第一方向X向上滑动,然后,第二保护盖330b沿第二方向Y朝向外侧转动,直至第二保护盖330b远离第一保护盖330a的侧边与容置槽311的开口边缘抵接。

Claims (44)

  1. 一种连接器,其特征在于,包括:
    插拼底座,设有用于与外部接口插接的电连接部;以及
    用于保护所述电连接部的保护盖,所述保护盖相对于所述插拼底座可活动,并且所述保护盖相对于所述插拼底座的活动状态包括用于遮盖所述电连接部的闭盖状态、以及用于裸露所述电连接部的开盖状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,还包括设有容置槽的基座,所述插拼底座安装在所述基座内,所述电连接部对应所述容置槽的开口设置,所述保护盖与所述基座可活动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖在所述开盖状态下收容于所述容置槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖在所述闭盖状态下与所述基座的外表面平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖设有通孔,所述通孔在所述保护盖处于闭盖状态下与所述电连接部错位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述通孔在所述保护盖处于开盖状态下与所述电连接部对准。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述电连接部为插头,所述插头在所述保护盖处于开盖状态下穿过所述通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述电连接部为插孔,所述插孔在所述保护盖处于开盖状态下与所述通孔对应。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖与所述基座滑动连接,并且所述保护盖能够滑动至所述闭盖状态与所述开盖状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖相对于所述基座的滑动方向为多个,并且多个所述滑动方向相交。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖为一体结构,所述保护盖分别沿所述多个滑动方向滑动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述基座上设有分别沿多个滑动方向延伸的多个导向部,所述保护盖上设有一个滑动部,所述滑动部与所述多个导向部相配合,以使所述保护盖沿所述多个滑动方向可滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述基座上设有分别沿多个滑动方向延伸的多个导向部,所述保护盖上设有多个滑动部,所述多个滑动部与所述多个导向部相配合,以使所述保护盖沿所述多个滑动方向可滑动。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖上设有分别沿多个滑动方向延伸的多个导向部,所述基座上设有一个滑动部,所述滑动部与所述多个导向部相配合,以使所述保护盖沿所述多个滑动方向可滑动。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖上设有分别沿多个滑动方向延伸的多个导向部,所述基座上设有多个滑动部,所述多个滑动部与所述多个导向部相配合,以使所述保护盖沿所述多个滑动方向可滑动。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖包括多个活动部件,并且分别沿多个所述滑动方向滑动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的连接器,其特征在于,其中一个所述活动部件能够阻挡另外一个相邻的所述活动部件滑动,以使所述多个活动部件依次沿多个所述滑动方向滑动。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述多个活动部件能够自由活动,所述多个活动部件分别独立沿多个所述滑动方向滑动。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述基座上设有分别沿多个滑动方向延伸的多个导向部,所述多个活动部件上分别设有一个滑动部,所述多个活动部件的滑动部与所述多个导向部相配合,以使所述多个活动部件分别沿所述多个滑动方向可滑动。
  20. 根据权利要求10所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述多个滑动方向包括第一方向及与所述第一方向相交的第二方向,其中所述第一方向与所述电连接部的延伸方向相交,所述第二方向平行于所述电连接部的延伸方向。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖上设有支撑臂,所述插拼底座上设有沿所述第二方向延伸的滑槽,所述支撑臂在所述滑槽内可滑动,以阻止所述保护盖滑动时歪斜。
  22. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖包括两个活动部件,分别为第一保护盖及第二保护盖,所述第一保护盖与所述电连接部相对设置,所述第一保护盖沿第一方向可滑动,所述第二保护盖分别沿第一方向及第二方向可滑动。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一方向平行于电连接部的延伸方向,所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的连接器,其特征在于,在闭盖状态时,所述第二保护盖的相对两侧分别与所述第一保护盖及所述容置槽的开口边缘抵接,以阻止所述第一保护盖沿所述第一方向滑动。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第二保护盖沿所述第二方向朝向内侧滑动预设距离后,所述第一保护盖能够自由沿所述第一方向滑动。
  26. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖包括两个活动部件,分别为第一保护盖及第二保护盖;所述第一保护盖与所述电连接部相对设置,所述第二保护盖与所述第一保护盖的一侧可转动连接。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一保护盖沿第一方向可滑动,所述第二保护盖沿第二方向可转动。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一方向平行于所述电连接部的延伸方向。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的连接器,其特征在于,在闭盖状态下,所述第二保护盖远离所述第一保护盖的侧边与所述容置槽的开口边缘抵接,以阻止所述第一保护盖沿所述第一方向滑动。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第二保护盖沿第二方向朝向内侧转动预设角度后,所述第一保护盖能够自由沿第一方向滑动。
  31. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,还包括用于提供一弹性回复力给所述保护盖的弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件使所述保护盖可自动复位至所述闭盖状态。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件连接在所述插拼底座与所述保护盖之间。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件连接在所述基座与所述保护盖之间。
  34. 根据权利要求31所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述保护盖还设有安装柱,所述弹性复位件套设在所述安装柱上。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述插拼底座上设有导向孔,所述安装柱能够插入所述导向孔内。
  36. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,还包括用于感测所述保护盖的开盖状态的状态传感器。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的连接器,其特征在于,还包括与所述状态传感器电连接的控制器,所述控制器根据所述状态传感器的感测信息发出相应的控制命令。
  38. 根据权利要求36所述的连接器,其特征在于,还包括与所述控制器电连接的指示灯,所述控制器根据所述保护盖的活动状态,控制所述指示灯发出相应形态的灯光。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的连接器,其特征在于,还包括用于导出所述指示灯发出的光线的导光柱。
  40. 根据权利要求37所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述控制器为控制电路板,所述状态传感器包括设于控制电路板上的两个断开设置的感应电极,所述保护盖上设有用于导通该两个感应电极的导电件;当所述保护盖滑动至开盖状态时,所述导电件电接触两个所述感应电极,使两个所述感应电极相互导通。
  41. 一种充电装置,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1~40任一项所述的连接器;以及
    充电电路,与所述电连接部电连接;
    其中,所述充电电路通过所述电连接部与外部接口电连接。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的充电装置,其特征在于,还包括具有一个开口的箱体,所述基座安装在所述箱体的开口,并且遮盖所述箱体的开口;所述充电电路安装在所述箱体内。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述箱体设有转接接口,所述转接接口与所述充电电路电连接。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述箱体的侧壁上设有用于收容外部插头的避让槽,所述转接接口设于所述避让槽的内壁上,并且用于与所述外部插头电插接。
