进一步,所述计数分组机包括第二底座、设置在第二底座上的分数盒、设置在分数盒上的摆动盒以及设置在摆动盒上的料斗,所述分数盒的一侧设有用于将分数盒内的火腿肠推出的上推板和下推板;所述分数盒内设有用于盛放火腿肠的多个槽。
进一步,所述拧盖工段包括选装转盘,选装转盘上设有用于盛装包装罐的卡槽,所述选装转盘的一端与所述上罐工段的输送带连接,用于接收灌装完成的包装罐;所述选装转盘的外侧设有盛装罐盖的震动螺旋料斗,所述震动螺旋料斗通过导向笼与选装转盘上的包装罐的灌口对接;所述震动螺旋料斗的一侧还设有拧盖装置,所述拧盖装置包括旋头以及设置在旋头下方的用于拧紧罐盖的旋紧盘。
本发明的有益技术效果在于:
(1)本发明的火腿肠灌装系统,通过上罐工段、火腿肠整理分组工段、装罐工段以及拧盖工段的配合,实现了机械化生产,速度可达24罐/分钟;
(2)本发明的火腿肠灌装系统,采用PCL伺服控制系统,保证在生产的过程中的稳定性和可靠性;
(3)本发明的火腿肠灌装系统,减小了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了企业的生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示,是本发明火腿肠自动装罐系统的结构示意图,该系统主要包括上罐工段1、火腿肠整理分组工段2、装罐工段3以及拧盖工段4。上罐工段与拧盖工段通过输送带连接,装罐工段设置所述上罐工段的一侧,火腿肠整理分组工段设置在装罐工段的一侧。
其中,上罐工段1:该工段主要功能是将包装罐整理后瓶口向上一字排开经传送带输送到定位转盘,定位转盘以一定角度转动,依次将包装罐固定在灌装位置。
火腿肠整理分组工段2:该工段主要功能是将火腿肠成品整理整顺后输送到计数分组机,计数分组机按照要求将火腿肠排列整齐后堆叠隔开以一定根数分成组份,依次将组份火腿肠推入下道工序的工位。
装罐工段3:该工段的主要功能是将整理分组好的火腿肠夹紧竖起送到罐口正上方,气缸推动灌装推板将组份火腿肠推入罐中。
拧盖工段4:该工段的主要功能是将灌装完成的整罐火腿肠通过输送带输送到选装转盘,在选装转盘带动下依次旋转到瓶盖工位上盖,旋盖工位旋紧上盖后转出,包装完成。
上罐工段1:
如图2所示,上罐工段1包括上罐提升机11、理罐翻罐机12、定位转盘13以及输送带14。理罐翻罐机12通过输送带14与定位转盘13连接,该理罐翻罐机12用于整理包装罐并将整理后的包装罐瓶口向上一字排开,向定位转盘输送;上罐提升机11设置在理罐翻罐机12的一侧,用于向理罐翻罐机12提供包装罐;定位转盘13可转动的固定在台面上,其外圆周上设有用于卡住包装罐的卡槽,该定位转盘13上设有定位块15,该定位块15与装罐工段配合,能够将火腿肠装入包装罐中。
如图3所示,理罐翻罐机12包括倾斜底座121、设置在倾斜底座121上的料筒122以及设置在料筒122内的转盘123。转盘123的外圆周上设有用于放置包装罐的凹槽124,转盘123下面与电机轴相连,电机固定在倾斜 底座上,用于驱动转盘的转动。料筒122的侧壁上设有包装罐出口128,包装罐出口128处设置导槽125,该导槽125与输送带14连接,由此,该导槽能够将包装罐导入输送带。
如图4所示,倾斜底座121与转盘123之间设有翻转板126和斜立板127,翻转板126和斜立板127固定在倾斜底座121上,且翻转板126和斜立板127与包装罐出口128相对应,斜立板127与翻转板126的配合,能够使开口朝下的包装罐翻转,使其开口朝上。下面进一步对翻转板126和斜立板127的结构进行说明,如图10所示,该翻转板126在包装罐出口侧的边缘做成圆弧型,翻转板126采用倾斜放置,由此,圆弧型边线具有斜面,该斜面与料桶122的内壁形成一个圆弧通道,倾斜底板上面沿外侧边线设置有一段导向圆管,该导向圆管与翻转板焊接在一起。当包装罐口向上通过时,由于包装罐底有圆弧倒角,包装罐会沿着圆弧边线的斜面上移到翻转板上平面上越过导向圆管随转盘上的凹槽124的转动向前平移;当罐口向下通过时,由于包装罐口段是一段螺纹,移动到翻转板圆弧斜面时,包装罐口端面抬起上移螺纹段卡在导向圆管上沿着导向圆管上移,罐口抬高,罐底下降,经过斜立板127后包装罐整体翻转过来,实现翻罐功能。
下面对上罐工段的工作原理进行说明:
上罐提升机11主要将包装罐从缓冲料斗通过带有挡板的输送带提升输送到理罐翻罐机12的料筒122内,料筒122里面的包装罐卡在倾斜旋转转盘123的凹槽124内,随着转盘123顺时针转动到包装罐出口处,罐口朝上的包装罐直接进入导槽125,罐口向下的包装罐通过包装罐出口处设置的翻转板和斜立板翻转180度,罐口向上进入导槽后上输送带。输送带上的 包装罐经输送带输送到定位转盘13处,定位转盘13外圆周上的卡槽卡住包装罐后顺时针旋转到灌装位置等待灌装完成,转盘转动一定角度,灌装完成的包装罐转出灌装位置,同时空罐补充,进入下次灌装,实现连续灌装生产。
下面对理罐翻罐机的工作原理作进一步说明:
理罐翻罐机12主要结构是倾斜底座,倾斜底座上装有料桶和转盘,工作时,料桶里面的包装罐随着转盘的转动掉落到转盘周边均布的槽内,由斜面低处向上顺时针转动到达包装罐出口处,罐口向上的直接进入导槽,灌口向下的包装罐在倾斜底座上固定的翻转板会卡在包装罐罐口螺纹处抬起罐口,使包装罐在转动过程中沿着斜立板的斜面罐口抬起翻转,使罐口向上进入导槽,从导槽出来的罐都口一致向上排列整齐,完成理罐功能,为下道工序做好准备。
火腿肠整理分组工段2:
如图5所示,火腿肠整理分组工段包括横向整形带21、设置在横向整形带21上方的两条纵向整形带22、设置在纵向整形带22的尾短的辊子输送带23以及设置在辊子输送带23尾端的计数分组机24。
如图6所示,计数分组机24包括第二底座241、固定在第二底座241上的分数盒242、设置在分数盒242上的摆动盒243以及设置在摆动盒243上的料斗244。其中,料斗244的下部设有分数槽。分数盒242的一侧设有用于将分数盒242内的火腿肠推出的上推板246和下推板247。分数盒242内设有盛放火腿肠的槽。摆动盒通过关节轴承与电机上的偏心轴245连接;上推板246和下推板247分别与第二底座上的两个气缸连接。
该工段主要功能是将烘干挑拣后的合格火腿肠产品通过纵向整形带逐级输送整理规则排列整齐后根据数量要求分成组,由计数分组机上的推动板一组一组分别推出,进入下道工序,实现了整形计数分组功能,为后序灌装工序提供原材料,计数准确,保证后序连续生产。本系统设置有两台计数分组机,对称放置,分别交替为灌装部位提供组份。
下面对火腿肠整理分组工段的具体工作过程进行描述:
挑拣后的合格火腿肠通过输送带输送后到达横向整形带上,通过人工码放将横向整形带上的火腿肠码放在两条纵向输送带上,两条纵向输送带移送火腿肠前移上辊子输送带,辊子输送带带动火腿肠向前移动送到计数分组机的料斗内,料斗下部设置有分数盒,将火腿肠分成几个竖直排列的组分,分数盒后面的上、下推板在气缸作用下推动一次,完成一次分组,两台交替工作,为灌装部分提供组分。
下面对计数分组机的工作原理作进一步的说明:
料斗里面的火腿肠靠自重下落到分数盒的多个槽里面,由于每个槽的宽度正好可以容纳一根火腿肠,所以槽里面的火腿肠单排堆叠起,在分数盒上设置有摆动盒,摆动盒在与电机相联的偏心轴驱动下做左右摆动,使料斗里面的火腿肠更好的下落到分数盒的槽里,上推板和下推板高度为单只火腿肠直径的2倍,在气缸推动下将分好数的分数盒里面的火腿肠推出,每次推出四行六列,每组24根,推送完成后上推板在气缸作用下快速回位,同时上面的火腿肠下落到上面的槽里面补充好两层后,下气缸动作带动下推板快速回位,上面的火腿肠继续下落补充到下面的槽里面,一次推出两 次补充,防止一次补充四层由于下落高度差太大造成少数或不平,实现了稳定可靠为灌装部分提供准确排列整齐的组分,保证连续可靠生产。
装罐工段3:
如图7、8所示,装罐工段3包括第一底座31、设置在第一底座31上的转盘轴座32、转盘轴座32上固定伺服电机,伺服电机的输出端设有灌装转盘37,灌装转盘37上固定两个互成90度的摆臂38,每个摆臂38上分别安装有静成型模具36和动成型模具33,动成型模具33通过直线导轨滑块35与摆臂38连接。如图11所示,静成型模具36一侧为半圆弧结构,动成型模具33一侧为长半圆弧槽结构,动成型模具的槽宽略大于静成型模具的高度,便于合并成型,动成型模具的右下侧中间开有一长通槽,安装夹紧块303和第三气缸。
静成型模具36的上方设有用于将火腿肠推入包装罐的灌装推盘34,灌装推盘34通过第一气缸固定在气缸支架304上,气缸支架304固定在与底座31连接的支板302上;支板302上固定两个对应设置的挡板支架301,每个挡板支架301的外侧均设有挡板39,挡板39通过第二气缸连接在挡板支架301上。当计数分组机的推板向模具槽里推料时,挡板39在第二气缸作用下工作,正好贴紧两模具端面堵住一侧槽口,防止由于惯性原因料从另一侧脱出,可以使料整齐的位于两模形成的长槽内。
该工段主要功能是将整理分组好的火腿肠夹紧后旋转竖起送到罐口正上方,气缸推动灌装推盘将组份火腿肠推入罐中,完成一次灌装,两个摆臂成90度设计,保证了组分火腿肠推入和灌装动作同时进行,两个摆臂交替进行完成灌装,缩短了两工序间的等待时间,提高了工作效率。
下面对装罐工段的工作原理作进一步说明:
灌装转盘通过伺服电机控制在竖直平面内做90度摆动动作时,摆臂和其上面安装的静成型模具和动成型模具也随着灌装转盘做90度摆动动作,静成型模具和动成型模具组合形成两组长的圆弧槽,其中一组水平,一组竖直,两组成90度垂直安装,当其中一组位置水平位置时,计数分组机将分好组份分的火腿肠推入圆弧槽内,气缸推动动成型模具夹紧,使组份火腿肠由原来的方形排列变成圆柱型,两模具夹紧后形成圆柱内腔直径略小于罐口直径,使得成圆柱形的组份火腿肠最大外径小于灌口直径,方便灌装,在动成型模具闭合后,安装在上面的夹紧块在气缸作用下推动夹紧,防止在摆动换工位时模具内的火腿肠由于离心力作用甩出。两个互成90度的摆臂一个位于水平工位与计数分组机对正,一个位于灌装工位与罐口对正,位于水平工位模具上料时,位于竖直灌装工位的闭合模具上夹紧块气缸断气复位,夹紧块松开,灌装气缸推动灌装推盘动作,将模具内的火腿肠推入罐中,模具打开,气缸复位,灌装推盘回位,完成一次灌装,两组模具在竖直面上做左右90度摆动,完成上料灌装动作。
拧盖工段4:
如图9所示,拧盖工段4包括选装转盘43,选装转盘43上设有用于盛装包装罐的卡槽,选装转盘43的一端与上罐工段的输送带连接,用于接收灌装完成的包装罐,选装转盘43的另一端通过该段上的输送带44将封装好的包装罐送出;选装转盘43的外侧设有盛装罐盖的震动螺旋料斗41,震动螺旋料斗41通过导向笼42与选装转盘43上的包装罐的灌口对接;震动螺旋料斗41的一侧还设有拧盖装置,该拧盖装置包括旋头45以及设置在 旋头45下方的旋紧盘46。其中,该旋紧盘46与电机连接,驱动旋转,旋头45与偏心驱动机构连接,驱动上下移动。
下面对该工段的工作原理作进一步说明:
震动螺旋料斗里面的瓶盖在震动作用下沿着螺旋面上移,通过导向笼到达罐口正上方,输送带将装满火腿肠的包装罐送到选装转盘的卡槽内,电机带动转盘转动罐盖正上方时,灌口上的螺纹和盖的螺纹面接触,随着包装罐的移动,罐盖也随包装罐一起移动,实现上盖,到达旋紧盘正下方时,旋头在其下面设置的偏心机构驱动下做下移运动使得旋紧盘压紧罐盖,同时在电机驱动下高速旋转将盖旋紧,旋头上移,旋紧盘松开罐盖,包装罐随着转盘的转动旋出上输送带,完成整个灌装。
综上所述,本发明的火腿肠自动装罐系统,主要用于将成品火腿肠按照一定数量整理后装罐包装,速度可达到24罐/分钟,保证了火腿肠在装罐生产过程中从上罐——火腿肠整理分组——装罐——拧盖各工段自动化生产,整条线控制系统采用PLC伺服控制技术,稳定可靠,操作方便,实现了目前以手工为主向机械自动化转化的目的,减小操作人员的劳动强度,大大提高了工作效率,降低了企业的生产成本。
本发明的火腿肠自动装罐系统并不限于上述具体实施方式,本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出其他的实施方式,同样属于本发明的技术创新范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种火腿肠自动装罐系统,包括用于输送包装罐的上罐工段(1),用于输送火腿肠并将所述火腿肠进行整理分组的火腿肠整理分组工段(2),用于将所述火腿肠装入所述包装罐中的装罐工段(3)以及用于将灌装完成的包装罐进行封盖的拧盖工段(4);所述上罐工段(1)与拧盖工段(4)通过输送带连接,所述装罐工段(3)设置所述上罐工段(1)的一侧,所述火腿肠整理分组工段(2)设置在装罐工段(3)的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述装罐工段(3)包括第一底座(31)、设置在第一底座(31)上的转盘轴座(32)、所述转盘轴座(32)上固定伺服电机,所述伺服电机的输出端设有灌装转盘(37),所述灌装转盘(37)上固定两个互成90度的摆臂(38),每个所述摆臂(38)上分别安装有静成型模具(36)和动成型模具(33),所述动成型模具(33)通过直线导轨滑块(35)与摆臂(38)连接,所述静成型模具(36)和动成型模具(33)的一侧均设有圆弧形槽,所述动成型模具(33)上的圆弧形槽和静成型模具(36)上的圆弧形槽组合,形成一个用于输送火腿肠的腔体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述静成型模具(36)的上方设有用于将火腿肠推入包装罐的灌装推盘(34),所述灌装推盘(34)通过第一气缸固定在气缸支架(304)上,所述气缸支架(304)固定在与底座(31)连接的支板(302)上;所述支板(302)上固定两个对应设置的挡板支架(301),每个所述挡板支架(301)的外侧均设有挡板(39),所述挡板(39)通过第二气缸连接在挡板支架(301)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述动成型模具(33)的一侧设有夹紧块(303),所述夹紧块(303)通过第三气缸固定在动成型模具(33)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述上罐工段(1)包括上罐提升机(11)、理罐翻罐机(12)、定位转盘(13)以及第一输送带(14);所述理罐翻罐机(12)通过所述输送带(14)与所述定位转盘(13)相连接,所述上罐提升机(11)设置在理罐翻罐机(12)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述理罐翻罐机(12)包括倾斜底座(121)、设置在所述倾斜底座(121)上的料筒(122)以及设置在料筒(122)内的转盘(123),所述转盘(123)与倾斜底座(121)上设有的电机相连接;所述转盘(123)的外圆周上设有用于放置包装罐的凹槽(124);所述料筒(122)的侧壁上设有包装罐出口,所述包装罐出口通过导槽(125)与所述输送带(14)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述倾斜底座(121)与转盘(123)之间设有翻转板(125)和斜立板(126),所述翻转板(125)和斜立板(126)固定在所述倾斜底座(121)上,且翻转板(125)和斜立板(126)与所述包装罐出口相对应。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述火腿肠整理分组工段(2)包括横向整形带(21)、设置在所述横向整形带(21)上方的两条纵向整形带(22)、设置在纵向整形带(22)的尾短的辊子输送带(23)以及设置在辊子输送带(23)尾端的计数分组机(24)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述计数分组机(24)包括第二底座(241)、设置在第二底座(241)上的分数盒(242)、设置在分数盒(242)上的摆动盒(243)以及设置在摆动盒(243)上的料斗(244),所述分数盒(242)的一侧设有用于将分数盒(242)内的火腿肠推出的上推板(246)和下推板(247);所述分数盒内设有用于盛放火腿肠的多个槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的火腿肠自动装罐系统,其中,所述拧盖工段(4)包括选装转盘(43),所述选装转盘(43)上设有用于盛装包装罐的卡槽,所述选装转盘(43)的一端与所述上罐工段的输送带连接, 用于接收灌装完成的包装罐;所述选装转盘(43)的外侧设有盛装罐盖的震动螺旋料斗(41),所述震动螺旋料斗(41)通过导向笼(42)与选装转盘(43)上的包装罐的灌口对接;所述震动螺旋料斗(41)的一侧还设有拧盖装置,所述拧盖装置包括旋头(45)以及设置在旋头(45)下方的用于拧紧罐盖的旋紧盘(46)。
