La cinta adhesiva (3) está rematada en tramos semicirculares o de forma similar.

D E S C R I P C I Ó N
ROPA REFORZADA SECTOR DE LA TÉCNICA
La presente invención se refiere a elementos de ropa, principalmente pantalones y camisas, que posee un refuerzo que aumenta la vida útil de la misma. Es de aplicación en la fabricación y arreglos de vestimenta.
ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA
La ropa que portan las personas suele tener una vida útil limitada. Uno de los mayores problemas es el desgaste y rotura de ciertos elementos, principalmente cuellos de toda clase de camisas que soportan constantemente el rozamiento contra el cuerpo del usuario. Estas zonas de desgaste coinciden generalmente con pliegues que dejan más expuesta la fibra interior y, por lo tanto, hacen que la tela sea más frágil.
Para ello se realizan telas que incorporan materiales sintéticos, más resistentes, pero que pierden la calidad y calidez de los tejidos naturales como el algodón, la lana o el lino, etc. Otras zonas de desgaste en la que se puede aplicar el refuerzo de la invención son bajos de pantalones y zonas de cambio de material, como puede ser entre la manga y el puño de la camisa.
El solicitante no conoce ninguna solución efectiva a este desgaste prematuro similar a la invención.
BREVE EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención consiste en ropa reforzada según las reivindicaciones que soluciona los problemas de la técnica en sus diferentes realizaciones. La ropa reforzada de la invención comprende en las zonas de desgaste precitadas un elemento protector formado por una cinta adhesiva. Ésta dispondrá de una capa de adhesivo (por ejemplo termofundente) y una capa de plástico, de tejido o de material no tejido.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para una mejor comprensión de la invención, se incluyen las siguientes figuras.

MODOS DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
A continuación se pasa a describir de manera breve un modo de realización de la invención, como ejemplo ilustrativo y no limitativo de ésta.
La ropa (1 ) reforzada de la invención comprende en las zonas de desgaste (2), como puede ser el cuello de una camisa, un elemento de protección, preferentemente termoplástico (Figura 1 ) . Un ejemplo sería la aplicación de una cinta adhesiva (3) en la zona de desgaste (2). La cinta adhesiva (3) se podrá adherir mediante un adhesivo de uso general o mediante un adhesivo termofusible para tejidos que funde a temperatura de planchado (normalmente <200e C). La cinta adhesiva (3) comprenderá una capa de adhesivo (31 ) inferior, portada por una capa de plástico (32), una capa de tejido (33) o una capa de material no tejido. Cualquiera de estas capas portadoras se podrán presentar solas, o la capa de plástico (32) combinarse con cualquiera de las otras capas (Figura 2). La ventaja de la cinta adhesiva (3) sobre el termoplástico embebido en el tejido es doble. Por un lado permite un acabado diferente, según la transparencia, brillo, color o tipo de tejido de las capas de la cinta adhesiva (3), y por otro permite su retirada y sustitución en caso de deterioro o desear renovar el aspecto de la prenda.
La cinta adhesiva (3) se podrá comercializar en tramos ya precortados para asegurar que al adherirse a la ropa no deja esquinas que puedan levantarse, por ejemplo haciendo que sus remates sean semicirculares, semiovalados o similar. Un tamaño habitual sería de 10-15 cm de largo por 1 , 5-3 cm de ancho.
Cuando la cinta adhesiva (3) se aplique en el cuello de la camisa (figura 1 ) podrá cubrir todo éste o sólo los bordes, tal y como se señala con las líneas delgadas de puntos.

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1 . Ropa reforzada caracterizada porque comprende en las zonas de desgaste (2) un elemento protector formado por una cinta adhesiva (3).
2. Ropa reforzada, según la reivindicación 1 , cuya cinta adhesiva (3) posee una capa adhesiva (31 ) y una capa de plástico (32).
3. Ropa reforzada, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, cuya cinta adhesiva (3) posee una capa adhesiva (31 ) y una capa de tejido (33) o de material no tejido.
4. Ropa reforzada, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 ó 3, donde el adhesivo es termofusible.
5. Ropa reforzada, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, donde la cinta adhesiva (3) está rematada en tramos semicirculares o similar.
