Description

一种台灯 技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具领域,特别涉及一种台灯。
背景技术
台灯是一种可移动的照明工具,其可以放置在写字台或餐桌上照明,台灯的照明范围较小,采用台灯照明不会影响整个房间的光线,且由于台灯的光线通常较为集中,其可以广泛应用于阅读、学习等的照明。为了使台灯的照明角度达到最佳照明角度,通常需要对台灯的照明角度进行调节。
现有技术中有一种能够调节照明角度的台灯,其也可以称为万向灯。万向灯通常包括:基座、灯柄和设置有光源的灯头,其中,灯柄与基座固定连接、灯柄与灯头活动连接,为了保证万向灯能够稳定地放置,基座与万向灯的放置面接触的接触面通常为平面。万向灯在调节照明角度时,通过基座将万向灯放置在放置面上,上下旋转万向灯的灯头使得万向灯的照明角度达到最佳照明角度。
发明内容
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现上述现有技术的万向灯至少存在以下问题:
通过旋转灯头调节照明角度时,多次旋转灯头可能会导致灯柄与灯头的连接部位断裂,影响台灯的使用寿命。
为了解决现有技术中旋转灯头导致灯柄与灯头的连接部位断裂、影响台灯的使用寿命的问题,本发明的一个实施例提供了一种台灯。
根据所述实施例的第一方面,提供了一种台灯,所述台灯包括:基座、灯柄、设置有光源的灯头和调节部件,
所述灯柄分别与所述基座、所述灯头和所述调节部件固定连接;
所述基座能够放置在放置面上,且所述基座的底面为弧面,所述台灯的重心落在所述基座上;
所述调节部件能够通过改变所述调节部件的重心来调节所述台灯的重心,从而改变所述基座的底面与所述放置面的接触位置,带动所 述灯头的照明角度改变。
可选地,所述基座内设置有空腔,所述空腔的底部设置有固定重力块。
可选地,所述固定重力块在所述空腔的底部的位置能够随着所述基座的底面与所述放置面的接触位置的改变而改变。
可选地,所述调节部件包括:灯尾柄和砝码,
所述灯尾柄的一端与所述灯柄固定连接,所述砝码能够固定在所述灯尾柄上;
通过调节位于所述灯尾柄上的所述砝码的个数和/或所述砝码的位置能够改变所述调节部件的重心。
可选地,所述砝码或所述灯尾柄具有磁性,从而使得所述砝码能够吸附在所述灯尾柄上。
可选地,所述磁性为铁磁性,所述灯尾柄或所述砝码由铁制成。
可选地,所述砝码为环状结构,所述灯尾柄为圆柱状结构;

本发明的上述实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果包括:
本发明的上述实施例提供的台灯包括基座、灯柄、设置有光源的灯头和调节部件,通过将基座的底面设置为弧面,使得改变调节部件的重心来调节台灯的重心时,基座的底面与放置面的接触位置能够改变,进而带动灯头的照明角度改变。由于所述技术方案通过调节台灯的重心来调节灯头的照明角度,无需旋转灯头,所以解决了旋转灯头导致灯柄与灯头的连接部位断裂、影响台灯的使用寿命的问题,达到了避免灯头断裂,延长台灯使用寿命的效果。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
请参考图1,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的台灯10的结构示意图,该台灯10可以用于阅读、学习、工作等的照明。参见图1,该台灯10包括:基座101、灯柄102、设置有光源的灯头103和调节部件104。
其中,灯柄102分别与基座101、灯头103和调节部件104固定连接。基座101能够放置在放置面M上,且基座101的底面A为弧面,台灯10的重心落在基座101上。
其中,调节部件104能够通过改变调节部件104的重心来调节台灯10的重心,从而改变基座101的底面A与放置面的接触位置,带动灯头103的照明角度改变。如图1所示,调节部件104可以包括:灯尾柄1041和砝码1042。根据一种具体的实施方式,可以通过调节位于所述灯尾柄1041上的所述砝码1042的个数和/或所述砝码1042的位置来改变所述调节部件的重心。
进一步地,如图1所示,台灯10还包括:电源线106。
基座101和灯柄102上均可以设置有供电源线106通过的通道(图1中未示出),电源线106可以依次通过基座101上的通道和灯柄102上的通道,与灯头103连接。与电源线106连接的电源通过电源线106为灯头103供电。
需要说明的是,为了达到节能、环保、高效的照明效果,本发明中的光源为发光二极管(LED)光源。
还需要说明的是,在本发明的若干实施例中,灯头103可以包括灯壳和LED光源,灯壳上可以设置有卡接槽,LED光源卡接在卡接槽中,与灯壳固定;或者,LED光源为杆状结构,灯壳上可以设置有卡接孔,LED光源的一端卡接在卡接孔内,与灯壳固定,或者,灯壳和LED光源还可以为其他的固定方式,本发明实施例对此不做限定。可替换地,灯头103可以仅包括能够与灯柄102固定连接的光源,本发明实施例不对灯头103做具体限定。
综上所述,本发明的一个实施例提供的台灯,通过将基座的底面设置为弧面,使得通过改变调节部件的重心来调节台灯的重心时,基座的底面与放置面的接触位置能够改变,进而带动灯头的照明角度改变。由于所述技术方案通过调节台灯的重心来调节灯头的照明角度,无需旋转灯头,解决了旋转灯头导致灯柄与灯头的连接部位断裂、影响台灯的使用寿命的问题,达到了避免灯头断裂,延长台灯使用寿命的效果。
进一步地,如图2所示,其示出的是图1所示实施例中所述台灯10的基座101的截面图,该基座101放置于放置面M上。基座101内 可以设置空腔O,空腔O的底部可以设置固定重力块105,用于稳定所述基座101和所述台灯10。可选地,固定重力块105在空腔O的底部的位置能够随着图1中基座101的底面A与放置面的接触位置的改变而改变。在一种可能的实现方式中,固定重力块105可以由砂石制成,示例地,固定重力块105可以由砂石制成并放置在空腔O的底部;在另一种可能的实现方式中,当空腔O为密封空腔时,固定重力块105还可以由液体制成并盛放于空腔O内,其中,当固定重力块105由液体制成时,该液体的具体材质以该液体不影响台灯10的工作为准,且该液体的质量较重。
需要说明的是,图2是以基座101为圆柱状结构为例进行说明的,其中,圆柱状结构的侧面即为图1中基座101的底面A。而事实上,基座101还可以为其他底面为弧面的结构,如,球形等,本发明实施例不对基座101的形状做具体限定。
进一步地,如图1所示,调节部件104可以包括:灯尾柄1041和砝码1042。
其中,砝码1042的个数可以为预设数值,例如1或2。可选地,灯尾柄1041可以为杆状结构,其一端与灯柄102固定连接,砝码1042能够固定在灯尾柄1041上。通过调节位于灯尾柄1041上的砝码1042的个数和/或砝码1042的位置能够改变调节部件104的重心。即,通过调节灯尾柄1041上的砝码1042的个数来改变调节部件104的重心,或者通过调节灯尾柄1041上的砝码1042的位置来改变调节部件104的重心,或者同时调节位于灯尾柄1041上的砝码1042的个数和砝码1042的位置来改变调节部件104的重心。
为了实现灯尾柄1041上的砝码1042的个数和/或砝码1042的位置的调节,本发明的一些实施例提供了以下两种砝码1042与灯尾柄1041的固定方式:
第一种方式,砝码1042与灯尾柄1041通过吸附的方式固定。
例如,砝码1042或灯尾柄1041可以具有磁性,从而使得所述砝码1042能够吸附在所述灯尾柄1041上。在一个具体实现中,砝码1042可以具有铁磁性,灯尾柄1041可以由铁制成;或者在另一个具体实现中,灯尾柄1041可以具有铁磁性,砝码1042可以由铁制成。通过这种方式可以使得砝码1042能够吸附在灯尾柄1041上,实现砝码1042 与灯尾柄1041的固定。
第二种方式,砝码1042与灯尾柄1041通过套接的方式固定。
一方面,如图3所示,其示出的是图1所示实施例中所述台灯10的一种调节部件104的结构示意图。砝码1042可以为环状结构,灯尾柄1041可以为圆柱状结构。灯尾柄1041的侧面设置有卡块10411,该卡块10411可以包括:固定卡块10411a和活动卡块10411b,砝码1042套接在灯尾柄1041上,并通过卡块10411卡接在灯尾柄1041上。
其中,固定卡块10411a和活动卡块10411b都可以有一个或多个。固定卡块10411a固定设置在灯尾柄1041上。示例地,固定卡块10411a可以焊接在灯尾柄1041上。活动卡块10411b在灯尾柄1041上的位置能够改变。例如,活动卡块10411b或灯尾柄1041可以具有磁性,从而使得活动卡块10411b能够吸附在灯尾柄1041上。在一个具体实现中,活动卡块10411b可以具有铁磁性,灯尾柄1041可以由铁制成,或者灯尾柄1041可以具有铁磁性,活动卡块10411b可以由铁制成,活动卡块10411b能够吸附在灯尾柄1041上。可替换地,活动卡块10411b可以为由可形变的材料制成且设置有开口的环状结构,活动卡块10411b能够通过活动卡块10411b的开口固定在灯尾柄1041上。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的固定卡块10411a和活动卡块10411b的形状可以相同,也可以不同。固定卡块10411a和活动卡块10411b的形状还可以为其他的形状,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
还需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的卡块10411也可以只包括固定卡块10411a,或,只包括活动卡块10411b。具体地:
如图4所示,其示出的是图1所示实施例中所述台灯10的另一种调节部件104的结构示意图,在图4中,卡块10411只包括固定卡块10411a,砝码1042套接在灯尾柄1041上,并通过固定卡块10411a卡接在灯尾柄1041上。示例地,砝码1042的直径大于灯尾柄1041的直径与固定卡块10411a的高度之和。将砝码1042套接在灯尾柄1041上之后,砝码1042与固定卡块10411a接触,由于受到自身重力及固定卡块10411a的支撑力的作用,可以通过固定卡块10411a卡接在灯尾柄1041上。其中,固定卡块10411a的高度为固定卡块10411a垂直于灯尾柄1041侧面的方向上的长度。
如图5所示,其示出的是图1所示实施例中所述台灯10的再一种 调节部件104的结构示意图。在图5中,卡块10411只包括活动卡块10411b,砝码1042套接在灯尾柄1041上,并通过活动卡块10411b卡接在灯尾柄1041上。示例地,活动卡块10411b吸附在灯尾柄1041上,或者活动卡块10411b通过活动卡块10411b的开口固定在灯尾柄1041上。将砝码1042套接在灯尾柄1041上,砝码1042与活动卡块10411b接触,由于受到自身重力及活动卡块10411b的支撑力的作用,可以通过活动卡块10411b卡接在灯尾柄1041上。
另一方面,如图6所示,其示出的是图1所示实施例中所述台灯10的一种砝码1042的结构示意图。砝码1042可以为环状结构,且砝码1042的侧面可以设置有开口a。可选地,该砝码1042可以由可形变的材料制成,如铁、铜等金属,开口a的大小能够调节。
如图7所示,其示出的是图1所示实施例中所述台灯10的又一种调节部件104的结构示意图。其中,砝码1042能够通过调节开口a的大小套接在灯尾柄1041上。当从灯尾柄1041上取下砝码1042时,为了避免砝码1042丢失,可以将取下的砝码1042套接在灯柄102上。示例地,操作砝码1042使得砝码1042能够通过开口a套接在灯尾柄1041上。之后继续操作砝码1042使得砝码1042的开口a减小直至砝码1042与灯尾柄1041固定。
综上所述,在根据本发明一个实施例提供的台灯中,通过将基座的底面设置为弧面,使得通过改变调节部件的重心来调节台灯的重心时,基座的底面与放置面的接触位置能够改变,进而带动灯头的照明角度改变。由于所述技术方案通过调节台灯的重心来调节灯头的照明角度,无需旋转灯头,解决了旋转灯头导致灯柄与灯头的连接部位断裂、影响台灯的使用寿命的问题,达到了避免灯头断裂,延长台灯使用寿命的效果。
图8是本发明一个实施例提供的台灯10的照明角度调节原理图。首先,将台灯10放置在放置面M上。然后,调节灯尾柄1041上的砝码1042的位置,从而导致调节部件104的重心改变(向图8中的左侧移动),进而带动台灯10的重心改变(向图8中的左侧移动)。在重力作用下,台灯10发生旋转(向图8中的左侧或逆时针方向旋转),因此基座101的底面A与放置面的接触位置改变,灯头103的照明角度也相应改变。假设调节前灯头103的照明角度为灯头103与水平方 向x的夹角m,则在调节砝码1042的位置,使得砝码1042远离灯头103的过程中,灯头103的照明角度m会增大为n。若需减小灯头103的照明角度,则可以调节砝码1042的位置,使得砝码1042靠近灯头103,这样灯头103的照明角度m会减小。如此反复,可以将灯头103的照明角度调节至最佳照明角度。
可替换地,本发明一个实施例提供的台灯10还可以通过调节砝码1042的个数来调节灯头103的照明角度。示例地,将台灯10放置在放置面M上,向灯尾柄1041上加砝码1042,调节部件104的重心改变,进而带动台灯10的重心改变。在重力作用下,台灯10发生旋转,因此基座101的底面A与放置面的接触位置改变,灯头103的照明角度也相应改变。假设调节前灯头103的照明角度为灯头103与水平方向的夹角m,则在加砝码1042的过程中,灯头103的照明角度会增大。若需减小灯头103的照明角度,则可以将砝码1042从灯尾柄1041取下,取下砝码1042的过程中,灯头103的照明角度减小。如此反复,可以将灯头103的照明角度调节至最佳照明角度。
可替换地,本发明一个实施例提供的台灯10还可以通过同时调节砝码1042的个数和砝码1042的位置,来调节灯头103的照明角度。示例地,将台灯10放置在放置面上,向灯尾柄1041上加砝码1042,同时调节砝码1042的位置,调节部件104的重心改变,进而带动台灯10的重心改变。在重力作用下,台灯10发生旋转,因此基座101的底面A与放置面的接触位置改变,灯头103的照明角度也相应改变。假设调节前灯头103的照明角度为灯头103与水平方向的夹角m,则加砝码1042并调节砝码1042的位置使得砝码1042远离灯头103的过程中,灯头103的照明角度会增大。若需减小灯头103的照明角度,可以取下砝码并调节剩余砝码1042的位置,使得剩余砝码1042靠近灯头103,这样灯头103的照明角度就会减小。如此反复,可以将灯头103的照明角度调节至最佳照明角度。
需要说明的是,通过调节砝码1042的个数来调节灯头103的照明角度,以及通过同时调节砝码1042的个数和砝码1042的位置来调节灯头103的照明角度的过程和原理已经在上面解释过了。本领域普通技术人员能够理解所述原理并可以参考图8得到其原理图。
综上所述,在本发明的一些实施例提供的台灯中,通过将基座的 底面设置为弧面,使得改变调节部件的重心来调节台灯的重心时,基座的底面与放置面的接触位置能够改变,进而带动灯头的照明角度改变。由于所述技术方案通过调节台灯的重心来调节灯头的照明角度,无需旋转灯头,解决了旋转灯头导致灯柄与灯头的连接部位断裂、影响台灯的使用寿命的问题,达到了避免灯头断裂,延长台灯使用寿命的效果。

  1. 一种台灯,所述台灯包括:基座、灯柄、设置有光源的灯头和调节部件,
    所述灯柄分别与所述基座、所述灯头和所述调节部件固定连接;
    所述基座能够放置在放置面上,且所述基座的底面为弧面,所述台灯的重心落在所述基座上;
    所述调节部件能够通过改变所述调节部件的重心来调节所述台灯的重心,从而改变所述基座的底面与所述放置面的接触位置,带动所述灯头的照明角度改变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的台灯,其中,
    所述基座内设置有空腔,所述空腔的底部设置有固定重力块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的台灯,其中,所述固定重力块在所述空腔的底部的位置能够随着所述基座的底面与所述放置面的接触位置的改变而改变。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的台灯,其中,所述调节部件包括:灯尾柄和砝码,
    所述灯尾柄的一端与所述灯柄固定连接,所述砝码能够固定在所述灯尾柄上;
    通过调节位于所述灯尾柄上的所述砝码的个数和/或所述砝码的位置能够改变所述调节部件的重心。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的台灯,其中,
    所述砝码或所述灯尾柄具有磁性,从而使得所述砝码能够吸附在所述灯尾柄上。
