技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息展示方法和装置。
背景技术
目前用户可以获取线下资源信息,也可以获取线上资源信息,例如,用户可以在线下从实体店中获取商品信息,或者,用户在互联网上获取线上的商品信息。
目前用户只能采用线下资源信息或者线上资源信息这种单一资源,由于线下资源信息和线上资源信息分别具有各自的优点以及缺点,单独使用无法实现资源的有效配置。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种信息展示方法,该方法能够实现线下资源信息与线上资源信息的互通,提升资源配置的效果。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种信息展示装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明第一方面实施例提出的信息展示方法,包括:检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;展示所述线上资源信息。
本发明第一方面实施例提出的信息展示方法,通过检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据,并根据用户行为数据获取线上资源信息,可以实现线下资源信息与线上资源信息的互通,从而提高资源配置效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明第二方面实施例提出的信息展示装置,包括:检测模块,用于检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;获取模块,用于在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;展示模块,用于展示所述线上资源信息。
本发明第二方面实施例提出的信息展示装置,通过检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为 数据,并根据用户行为数据获取线上资源信息,可以实现线下资源信息与线上资源信息的互通,从而提高资源配置效果。
本发明实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时进行如下操作:检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;展示所述线上资源信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个模块,当所述一个或者多个模块被执行时进行如下操作:检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;展示所述线上资源信息。本发明附加的方面和优点将在下面的描述中部分给出,部分将从下面的描述中变得明显,或通过本发明的实践了解到。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。相反,本发明的实施例包括落入所附加权利要求书的精神和内涵范围内的所有变化、修改和等同物。
图1是本发明一实施例提出的信息展示方法的流程示意图,该方法包括:
S11:检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据。
本实施例的执行主体可以是智能设备上的app。
用户行为可以分为线上用户行为和线下用户行为,线上用户行为是指用户在互联网上的用户行为,线下用户行为是指用户在非互联网上的用户行为,用户在互联网上的用户行为例如用户通过互联网搜索,浏览,点击商品信息等,用户在非互联网上的用户行为例如 用户在现实世界中的浏览实体店中的商品的行为等。
可选的,可以由用户随身携带的智能设备检测线下用户行为,智能设备例如为智能手机、平板电脑,或者,可穿戴智能设备等。
可选的,智能设备上可以设置用于检测用户行为的功能模块,当启动该功能模块后由该功能模块实时检测用户行为,功能模块例如为摄像头等。
具体的,摄像头可以对用户进行拍照或者摄像,得到图片或者视频,从图片或者视频中获取用户行为数据。
用户行为数据可以包括:用户具体行为内容,和/或,用户具体行为内容对应的时间。
用户具体行为内容是指用户的动作以及动作对应的对象,例如,用户注视以及注视的商品的信息,用户拿起以及拿起的商品的信息,用户试穿以及试穿的商品的信息。具体的,可以对摄像头拍摄的图片或视频进行图像识别,获取用户动作,并将拍摄得到的商品与预先建立的数据库中的数据进行比对,获取注视,拿起或者试穿的商品的信息。可以理解的是,在比对时,不限于完全相同的商品,还可以找到相似的商品,具体的相似度数值可以预先配置。
另外,还可以获取用户动作对应的时间,例如,用户注视一个商品的时间等。
S12:在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息。
其中,预设条件可以包括预设行为内容,和/或预设时间。
可选的,所述用户行为数据包括:用户具体行为内容,和/或,用户具体行为内容对应的时间,所述获取用户行为数据之后,所述方法还包括:
在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,或者,在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,且对应的时间达到预设时间后,确定所述用户行为数据满足预设条件。
例如,预设条件包括:预设行为内容是试穿,则当检测到用户试穿时,可以确定用户行为数据满足预设条件;或者,预设条件包括:预设行为内容是注视,且预设时间是T,则当检测到用户注视,且注视的持续时间达到T时,可以确定用户行为数据满足预设条件。
可选的,所述根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息,包括:
根据满足预设条件时的用户行为数据获取用户关注的商品图片;
根据所述用户关注的商品图片,获取对应的线上资源信息。
用户关注的商品图片是指满足预设条件时的用户行为数据对应的商品的图片,例如,用户试穿的商品的图片,或者,用户注视时间大于阈值的商品的图片。
例如,用户试穿一个商品时,用户随身携带的智能设备上的摄像头可以拍摄到用户试穿的商品的图片,智能设备可以将摄像头拍摄得到的图片发送给云端;云端根据接收的图片获取对应的商品信息,具体的,云端可以将接收的图片与预先建立的图片库中的图片进 行比对,和/或,云端可以根据接收的图片得到相关的文字信息,再根据文字信息在预先建立的文本库中进行比对,从而得到与接收的图片匹配的商品信息;云端在获取商品信息后可以将获取的商品信息发送给智能设备进行展示。
其中,线上资源信息具体可以包括:线上商品信息,线上商品信息例如包括购买链接地址和商品具体信息,商品具体信息例如商品图片,尺寸,颜色等,线上资源信息还可以包括用户关注的商品相似的商品信息,以及,商品之间的比较信息等。
S13:展示所述线上资源信息。
例如,智能设备从云端获取线上资源信息时,可以在智能设备的显示模块中显示给用户。
可选的,所述展示所述线上资源信息,可以包括:
在预设的推送时间,将所述线上资源信息推送给用户。
例如,云端可以预先配置推送时间,云端在达到预设的推送时间后,将线上资源信息发送给智能设备,再由智能设备推送给用户。
本实施例通过检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据,并根据用户行为数据获取线上资源信息,可以实现线下资源信息与线上资源信息的互通,从而提高资源配置效果。
图2是本发明另一实施例提出的信息展示方法的流程示意图,本实施例以展示商品信息为例,该方法包括:
S21:检测线下用户行为,确定用户关注的商品。
例如,可以启动用户随着携带的智能设备上的摄像头,由该摄像头实时检测线下用户行为,得到用户行为数据。
当用户行为数据满足预设条件,例如,用户在线上浏览实体店时,如果试穿一个商品,或者,用户拿起一个商品,或者,用户注视一个商品的时间超过预设时间后,可以确定该试穿,拿起或者注视的商品是用户关注的商品。
S22:获取用户关注商品的线上资源信息。
例如,用户在线下的一个实体店内试穿了一个商品后,可以由摄像头拍摄得到该商品的图片,智能设备可以将该图片发送给云端,云端根据匹配规则在数据库中查找可以得到对应的商品信息,对应的商品信息可以具体是同款同名牌的商品信息,或者,同款但不同名牌的商品信息,或者,相似款的商品信息等,具体的查找时的匹配规则可以预先设置。
云端查找到线上商品信息后,线上商品信息具体可以包括购买链接信息,以及线上展示的商品图片等,云端可以将线上商品信息发送给智能设备,由智能设备展示给用户。
S23:用户在线上完成购物过程。
例如,智能设备将线上资源信息展示给用户后,用户可以根据商品购买链接地址选择 商品购买,在购买时用户还可以根据个人的喜好,选择衣服的颜色、尺码等,并填写邮寄地址,最后付款,完成线上购物过程。
进一步的,所述线上资源信息是商品信息,所述展示所述线上资源信息之后,所述方法还包括:
在用户根据所述线上资源信息完成商品购物后,确定线下引流商铺,以便用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家与所述线下引流商铺根据预先协议进行处理。
具体的,参见图3,线上资源信息和线下资源信息的具体配置流程示意图,包括:
S31:用户在线上完成购物过程。
例如,用户获取到线上资源信息后,可以根据个人的喜好,选择衣服的颜色、尺码等,并填写邮寄地址,最后付款,完成线上购物过程。
S32:确定线下引流商铺。
线下引流商铺是用户行为数据满足预设条件时,用户所处的线下商铺。
例如,用户在线下商铺A中试穿了一个商品,且在展示了该商品的线上资源信息后,用户购买了该商品,则线下引流商铺是A。
可选的,可以通过线下室内导航技术,以及用户浏览某件商品的记录,或者,试穿某件商品的记录,确定对应的线下引流商铺。
S33:用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家与所述线下引流商铺根据预设协议进行处理。
用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家根据预先协议,给予线下引流商铺一定的费用,从而实现线上线下资源充分合理的配置。
具体的,可以根据基于位置服务(Location Based Service,LBS)确定线下引流商铺的标识信息,之后,用户在线上购买的商品的商家给该标识信息对应线下商铺一定的费用。
可选的,可以根据用户在该商铺内的不同行为给予不同的费用,例如,用户在同一个店铺中注视或者试穿商品对应不同的费用,或者,可以根据用户关注的商品的品牌给出不同的费用。具体的,可以根据室内导航,浏览,试穿记录等确定用户在店铺内的不同行为。
本实施例通过检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据,并根据用户行为数据获取线上资源信息,可以实现线下资源信息与线上资源信息的互通,从而提高资源配置效果;本实施例通过线上资源信息所属的商家与线下引流商铺按照预设协议处理,可以提高线上资源与线下资源的配置合理性;本实施例通过线下资源和线上资源的互通,可以充分利用线上资源和线下资源的优点,而降低相应的缺点,有利于线上资源,线下资源和用户。
图4是本发明另一实施例提出的信息展示装置的结构示意图,该装置40包括检测模块41、获取模块42以及展示模块43。
检测模块41用于检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据。
本实施例的执行主体可以是智能设备上的app。
用户行为可以分为线上用户行为和线下用户行为,线上用户行为是指用户在互联网上的用户行为,线下用户行为是指用户在非互联网上的用户行为,用户在互联网上的用户行为例如用户通过互联网搜索,浏览,点击商品信息等,用户在非互联网上的用户行为例如用户在现实世界中的浏览实体店中的商品的行为等。
可选的,可以由用户随身携带的智能设备检测线下用户行为,智能设备例如为智能手机、平板电脑,或者,可穿戴智能设备等。
一个实施例中,所述检测模块41具体用于启动智能设备上预设功能模块,实时检测线下用户行为,所述预设功能模块包括:摄像头。
具体的,摄像头可以对用户进行拍照或者摄像,得到图片或者视频,从图片或者视频中获取用户行为数据。
用户行为数据可以包括:用户具体行为内容,和/或,用户具体行为内容对应的时间。
用户具体行为内容是指用户的动作以及动作对应的对象,例如,用户注视以及注视的商品的信息,用户拿起以及拿起的商品的信息,用户试穿以及试穿的商品的信息。具体的,可以对摄像头拍摄的图片或视频进行图像识别,获取用户动作,并将拍摄得到的商品与预先建立的数据库中的数据进行比对,获取注视,拿起或者试穿的商品的信息。可以理解的是,在比对时,不限于完全相同的商品,还可以找到相似的商品,具体的相似度数值可以预先配置。
另外,还可以获取用户动作对应的时间,例如,用户注视一个商品的时间等。
获取模块42用于在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息。其中,预设条件可以包括预设行为内容,和/或预设时间。
另一个实施例中,所述用户行为数据包括:用户具体行为内容,和/或,用户具体行为内容对应的时间,参见图5,所述装置40还包括:
确定模块44,用于在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,或者,在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,且对应的时间达到预设时间后,确定所述用户行为数据满足预设条件。
例如,预设条件包括:预设行为内容是试穿,则当检测到用户试穿时,可以确定用户行为数据满足预设条件;或者,预设条件包括:预设行为内容是注视,且预设时间是T,则当检测到用户注视,且注视的持续时间达到T时,可以确定用户行为数据满足预设条件。
另一个实施例中,所述获取模块42具体用于根据满足预设条件时的用户行为数据获取用户关注的商品图片;根据所述用户关注的商品图片,获取对应的线上资源信息。
用户关注的商品图片是指满足预设条件时的用户行为数据对应的商品的图片,例如,用户试穿的商品的图片,或者,用户注视时间大于阈值的商品的图片。
例如,用户试穿一个商品时,用户随身携带的智能设备上的摄像头可以拍摄到用户试穿的商品的图片,智能设备可以将摄像头拍摄得到的图片发送给云端;云端根据接收的图片获取对应的商品信息,具体的,云端可以将接收的图片与预先建立的图片库中的图片进行比对,和/或,云端可以根据接收的图片得到相关的文字信息,再根据文字信息在预先建立的文本库中进行比对,从而得到与接收的图片匹配的商品信息;云端在获取商品信息后可以将获取的商品信息发送给智能设备进行展示。
其中,线上资源信息具体可以包括:线上商品信息,线上商品信息例如包括购买链接地址和商品具体信息,商品具体信息例如商品图片,尺寸,颜色等,线上资源信息还可以包括用户关注的商品相似的商品信息,以及,商品之间的比较信息等。
展示模块43用于展示所述线上资源信息。例如,智能设备从云端获取线上资源信息时,可以在智能设备的显示模块中显示给用户。
另一个实施例中,所述展示模块43具体用于在预设的推送时间,将所述线上资源信息推送给用户。
例如,云端可以预先配置推送时间,云端在达到预设的推送时间后,将线上资源信息发送给智能设备,再由智能设备推送给用户。
另一个实施例中,所述线上资源信息是商品信息,参见图5,所述装置40还包括:
处理模块45,用于在用户根据所述线上资源信息完成商品购物后,确定线下引流商铺,以便用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家与所述线下引流商铺根据预设协议进行处理。
具体的,参见图3,线上资源信息和线下资源信息的具体配置流程示意图,包括:
S31:用户在线上完成购物过程。
例如,用户获取到线上资源信息后,可以根据个人的喜好,选择衣服的颜色、尺码等,并填写邮寄地址,最后付款,完成线上购物过程。
S32:确定线下引流商铺。
线下引流商铺是用户行为数据满足预设条件时,用户所处的线下商铺。
例如,用户在线下商铺A中试穿了一个商品,且在展示了该商品的线上资源信息后,用户购买了该商品,则线下引流商铺是A。
可选的,可以通过线下室内导航技术,以及用户浏览某件商品的记录,或者,试穿某件商品的记录,确定对应的线下引流商铺。
S33:用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家与所述线下引流商铺根据预设协议进行 处理。
用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家根据预先协议,给予线下引流商铺一定的费用,从而实现线上线下资源充分合理的配置。
具体的,可以根据基于位置服务(Location Based Service,LBS)确定线下引流商铺的标识信息,之后,用户在线上购买的商品的商家给该标识信息对应线下商铺一定的费用。

本实施例通过检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据,并根据用户行为数据获取线上资源信息,可以实现线下资源信息与线上资源信息的互通,从而提高资源配置效果。
本发明实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时进行如下操作:检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;展示所述线上资源信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个模块,当所述一个或者多个模块被执行时进行如下操作:检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;展示所述线上资源信息。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。此外,在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种信息展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;
    在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;
    展示所述线上资源信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述线上资源信息是商品信息,所述展示所述线上资源信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    在用户根据所述线上资源信息完成商品购物后,确定线下引流商铺,以便用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家与所述线下引流商铺根据预设协议进行处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户行为数据包括:用户具体行为内容,和/或,用户具体行为内容对应的时间,所述获取用户行为数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,或者,在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,且对应的时间达到预设时间后,确定所述用户行为数据满足预设条件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取线上资源信息,包括:
    根据满足预设条件时的用户行为数据获取用户关注的商品图片;
    根据所述用户关注的商品图片,获取对应的线上资源信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测线下用户行为,包括:
    启动智能设备上预设功能模块,实时检测线下用户行为,所述预设功能模块包括:摄像头。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述展示所述线上资源信息,包括:
    在预设的推送时间,将所述线上资源信息推送给用户。
  7. 一种信息展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测模块,用于检测线下用户行为,获取用户行为数据;
    获取模块,用于在所述用户行为数据满足预设条件时,根据所述用户行为数据获取线上资源信息;
    展示模块,用于展示所述线上资源信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述线上资源信息是商品信息,所述装置还包括:
    处理模块,用于在用户根据所述线上资源信息完成商品购物后,确定线下引流商铺, 以便用户购物对应的线上资源信息所属的商家与所述线下引流商铺根据预设协议进行处理。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户行为数据包括:用户具体行为内容,和/或,用户具体行为内容对应的时间,所述装置还包括:
    确定模块,用于在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,或者,在所述用户具体行为内容是预设行为内容,且对应的时间达到预设时间后,确定所述用户行为数据满足预设条件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于:
    根据满足预设条件时的用户行为数据获取用户关注的商品图片;
    根据所述用户关注的商品图片,获取对应的线上资源信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块具体用于:
    启动智能设备上预设功能模块,实时检测线下用户行为,所述预设功能模块包括:摄像头。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示模块具体用于:
    在预设的推送时间,将所述线上资源信息推送给用户。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时:
    执行如权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
