Claims (10)
- 金融機関における各チャネルおよび各業務システムとの通信処理を実行する通信装置と、
前記金融機関での取引処理の要求品質別に業務システム間の連携内容を規定した振分テーブルを格納する記憶装置と、
前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た取引電文の含む所定情報を前記振分テーブルに照合し、該当取引処理に関して業務システム間の連携内容を特定し、該当連携内容が示す連携の対象および順序の規定に従って、1または複数の業務システムとの間で、前記取引電文に関する処理の依頼および当該依頼に応じた処理結果の取得を行い、前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す処理を実行する演算装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする業務連携システム。 - 前記記憶装置は、
前記振分テーブルとして、要求品質である迅速性が所定以上の取引処理に関しては所定数以下の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行う連携内容を規定し、要求品質である迅速性が所定以下の取引処理に関しては所定数以上の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行う連携内容を規定したものを格納し、
前記演算装置は、
前記業務システム間の連携内容を特定するに際し、前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た取引電文の含む所定情報を前記振分テーブルに照合し、必要な迅速性に応じた業務システム間の連携内容を該当取引処理に関して特定し、
前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す処理を実行するに際し、前記特定した連携内容に基づき、所定以上の迅速性が必要な取引処理に関しては所定数以下の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行い、所定以下の迅速性が必要な取引処理に関しては所定数以上の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行い、前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返すものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務連携システム。 - 前記記憶装置は、
前記振分テーブルとして、要求品質である迅速性が所定以上の取引処理である、記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理に関しては前記記帳決済システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行う連携内容を規定し、前記記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理以外の他取引処理に関しては複数の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行う連携内容を規定したものを格納し、
前記演算装置は、
前記業務システム間の連携内容を特定するに際し、前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た取引電文の含む所定情報を前記振分テーブルに照合し、前記記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理か否かに応じた業務システム間の連携内容を該当取引処理に関して特定し、
前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す処理を実行するに際し、前記特定した連携内容に基づき、前記記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理に関しては前記記帳決済システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行い、前記他取引処理に関しては複数の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行い、前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返すものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務連携システム。 - 前記記憶装置は、
前記取引電文における所定項目の値と、前記取引処理に関して実行する前記依頼および前記取得の一連の処理フローを特定する識別情報との対応関係を規定した定義テーブルを更に格納し、
前記振分テーブルとして、前記要求品質別に区分可能な前記取引処理について前記識別情報を対応付けし、前記識別情報に対して前記業務システム間の連携内容を規定したものを格納するものであり、
前記演算装置は、
前記業務システム間の連携内容を特定するに際し、前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た前記取引電文の含む所定項目の値を、前記定義テーブルに照合して、該当取引処理に関する前記処理フローの識別情報を特定し、該当識別情報を前記振分テーブルに照合して該当取引処理に関して業務システム間の連携内容を特定するものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務連携システム。 - 前記取引電文に関する前記処理の依頼受信および前記処理結果の返信を実行する通信装置と、
前記依頼が示す取引処理の所定属性に対応付けて、実行すべきコンポーネント群およびコンポーネント間の実行順序を規定した管理テーブルを格納した記憶装置と、
前記依頼の含む所定情報を前記管理テーブルに照合して、該当依頼に関して実行すべき一連のコンポーネントとその実行順序を特定し、前記記憶装置の記憶領域において、前記特定した各コンポーネントごとのデータ入出力用のインターフェイスおよびワーク領域を設定し、前記一連の各コンポーネントを前記実行順序に従ってそれぞれ呼び出して、対応する前記ワーク領域にて実行し、前記ワーク領域のインターフェイスを介してコンポーネント間のデータ授受を行い、前記一連のコンポーネントによる処理結果の返信を前記通信装置により実行する演算装置と、
を有した業務システムを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務連携システム。 - 金融機関における各チャネルおよび各業務システムとの通信処理を実行する通信装置と、前記金融機関での取引処理の要求品質別に業務システム間の連携内容を規定した振分テーブルを格納する記憶装置と、を備えるコンピュータシステムが、
前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た取引電文の含む所定情報を前記振分テーブルに照合し、該当取引処理に関して業務システム間の連携内容を特定し、該当連携内容が示す連携の対象および順序の規定に従って、1または複数の業務システムとの間で、前記取引電文に関する処理の依頼および当該依頼に応じた処理結果の取得を行い、前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す処理を実行する、
ことを特徴とする業務連携方法。 - 前記コンピュータシステムが、
前記記憶装置において、前記振分テーブルとして、要求品質である迅速性が所定以上の取引処理に関しては所定数以下の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行う連携内容を規定し、要求品質である迅速性が所定以下の取引処理に関しては所定数以上の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行う連携内容を規定したものを格納しており、
前記業務システム間の連携内容を特定するに際し、前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た取引電文の含む所定情報を前記振分テーブルに照合し、必要な迅速性に応じた業務システム間の連携内容を該当取引処理に関して特定し、
前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す処理を実行するに際し、前記特定した連携内容に基づき、所定以上の迅速性が必要な取引処理に関しては所定数以下の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行い、所定以下の迅速性が必要な取引処理に関しては所定数以上の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行い、前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の業務連携方法。 - 前記コンピュータシステムが、
前記記憶装置において、前記振分テーブルとして、要求品質である迅速性が所定以上の取引処理である、記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理に関しては前記記帳決済システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行う連携内容を規定し、前記記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理以外の他取引処理に関しては複数の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行う連携内容を規定したものを格納しており、
前記業務システム間の連携内容を特定するに際し、前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た取引電文の含む所定情報を前記振分テーブルに照合し、前記記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理か否かに応じた業務システム間の連携内容を該当取引処理に関して特定し、
前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す処理を実行するに際し、前記特定した連携内容に基づき、前記記帳決済システムでの処理を伴う取引処理に関しては前記記帳決済システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を行い、前記他取引処理に関しては複数の所定業務システムと前記処理の依頼および前記処理結果の取得を順次行い、前記処理結果を前記チャネルに返す、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の業務連携方法。 - 前記コンピュータシステムが、

前記業務システム間の連携内容を特定するに際し、前記チャネルまたはいずれかの業務システムから得た前記取引電文の含む所定項目の値を、前記定義テーブルに照合して、該当取引処理に関する前記処理フローの識別情報を特定し、該当識別情報を前記振分テーブルに照合して該当取引処理に関して業務システム間の連携内容を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の業務連携方法。 - 前記取引電文に関する前記処理の依頼受信および前記処理結果の返信を実行する通信装置と、前記依頼が示す取引処理の所定属性に対応付けて、実行すべきコンポーネント群およびコンポーネント間の実行順序を規定した管理テーブルを格納した記憶装置と、を備えた業務システムが、
前記依頼の含む所定情報を前記管理テーブルに照合して、該当依頼に関して実行すべき一連のコンポーネントとその実行順序を特定し、前記記憶装置の記憶領域において、前記特定した各コンポーネントごとのデータ入出力用のインターフェイスおよびワーク領域を設定し、前記一連の各コンポーネントを前記実行順序に従ってそれぞれ呼び出して、対応する前記ワーク領域にて実行し、前記ワーク領域のインターフェイスを介してコンポーネント間のデータ授受を行い、前記一連のコンポーネントによる処理結果の返信を前記通信装置により実行する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の業務連携方法。
