1.现有警用防暴车装有的声光驱散装备,都是固定地安装于车顶,造成整车高度和迎风面积较大,存在三大无法避免的缺限:首先是在城市市区巡逻或防暴驱散作业过程中,其通过性受到很大的限制,特别是老城区还存在有大量限高3m的人行天桥或铁路涵洞,当出现暴乱等紧急情况时,需要绕道而行,严重延误驱散作业时间,造成不可估量的后果;其次,设备长年累月裸露在外面,对电器元器件的防水、防尘和防紫外线幅射性能要求高;再次,在高速行驶时由于设备较大的迎风面积产生较大的空气阻力,造成设备损坏,并大大增加行驶油耗。
2.现有警用防暴车装有的声光驱散装备,虽然具有水平旋转的功能,但由于电缆缠绕等问题,无法做到单向连续回转,只能是左右回转,严重影响作战效能和效率。
3.现有警用防暴车装备的声光驱散装备,虽然具有多种功能,但结构复杂、维护、操作不方便。眩光、照明、搜索灯各种不同的功能采用不同的灯来实现,结构复杂维护保养极不方便。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种在工作完成后可将声光协同驱散器总成等部件全部置于车箱内的具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,且在功能机构升起时也可以保证车内人员安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,包括汽车底盘,在底盘中部的驾驶室内设置有控制器总成,该控制器总成包括控制器和显示器;在底盘的后部设置有车箱,该车箱顶部开有舱口,该舱口处铰接有一舱门,舱门通过舱门启闭机构实现其启闭功能;该舱口周边处设置有密封圈;车箱内位于舱口的下方设置有可升降的声光协同驱散装置;该声光协同驱散装置包括升降器总成,该升降器总成包括升降平台以及可将升降平台升起或降下的升降装置,在升降平台上安装有声光协同驱散器总成,当该升降平台升起时其顶面封堵于所述舱口的下方。
优选地,所述密封圈的截面为U型套在所述舱口的边缘,且该U型密封圈的内侧设置有倾斜条,该U型密封圈内设有筋板,在两U型臂外侧各设置一个中空密封条。
优选地,所述底盘的前部设置有可升降的防暴推铲总成,该防暴推铲总成由两个截面为圆弧形的左右推板焊接而成的V形推铲及可带动该V形推铲升降的推铲升降机构构成;该推铲升降机构可以包括支座、上连杆及下连杆,三者与推铲组成的平行四边形机构,并由升降油缸驱动其动作。
优选地,所述的控制器和显示器之间通过磨擦式铰链相连接,该磨擦式铰链实现显示器的可翻转并在任意角度保持固定。
优选地,所述的升降装置包括两组剪刀叉式升降机构,该升降机构通过升降油缸驱动其举升或下降,该升降油缸的一端铰接在下一组剪刀式升降机构底部一侧的横杆上,另一端铰接在上一组剪刀式升降机构的中部横杆上,升降机构的顶部安装有所述的升降平台,该升降平台的侧边安装一个可控制其行程的行程开关。
优选地,所述的舱门启闭机构包括启闭油缸、第一摇臂及第二摇臂;该启闭油缸的一端铰接在车箱上,另一端铰接在第一摇臂中段;该第一摇臂的一端也铰接在车箱上,另一端与第二摇臂的一端铰接,该第二摇臂的另一端铰接在舱门上;所述的车箱顶部可以设置有一个顺序阀,当所述舱门开启到最大开度时,舱门压下顺序阀压杆,进而推动顺序阀阀芯,关闭启闭油缸。
优选地,所述的车箱左右两侧防暴轮胎位置设置有防暴轮胎罩。
优选地,所述的升降平台上安装有一可连续回转的回转装置,该回转装置上部设有旋转平台,其上安装有所述的声光协同驱散器总成。
优选地,所述的声光协同驱散器总成由强声驱散器、高频暴闪强光器及摄像仪通过装配的方式组成的一个整体;所述的高频暴闪强光器设置有两个,分别安装在该强声驱散器的两侧;所述的摄像仪安装在强声驱散器的顶部。
优选地,所述的回转装置的轴中心安装有中心回转接头,该中心回转接头包括固定不动的固定轴以及可与旋转平台同步旋转的旋转轴套,该旋转轴套设置在固定轴之外,两者的接触面分别设置有若干一一对应的环槽,且两者的环槽内分别设有导电环,该固定轴与旋转轴套的轴向还设有若干分别与各自的导电环相连接的导线;且所述的回转装置与声光协同驱散器总成可以通过一翻转机构以铰接方式相连;该中心回转接头的旋转轴套可以通过一拨叉机构实现与回转装置的旋转平台同步旋转;该中心回转接头的固定轴可以通过一个中心回转接头安装座固定在所述升降平台上。
优选地,所述的回转装置包括固定内圈、滚珠、旋转蜗轮及蜗杆,该蜗杆通过马达驱动;该固定内圈的底面固定于升降平台上,其与旋转蜗轮之间设有所述的滚珠,该旋转蜗轮的顶面安装有所述的旋转平台。
优选地,所述的翻转机构包括电动推杆和安装其两端的铰接球头,上端与声光协同驱散器总成相铰接,下端与旋转平台铰接。
优选地,所述的拨叉机构包括一个与旋转平台固定连接的拨杆座及一个与旋转轴套固定连接的拨叉,所述拨杆座包括固定于旋转平台的座板和拨杆,该拨杆置于拨叉内配合在一起。
优选地,所述的中心回转接头安装座包括一个固定在升降平台上的固定座以及一个设置在该固定座上的轴,所述中心回转接头的固定轴套固在该轴上。
采用上述方案后,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明的声光协同驱散装置采用的是可升降式结构,这样,在需要作业时,升降平台举升,驱散装置可执行驱散作业;而车辆行驶或其它非作业状态时,驱散装置下降隐藏于车箱内,其一降低了整车高度,大大提高了警用防暴车辆在限高桥梁、涵洞的行驶通过性,其二是大大减小了在高速行驶时的空气阻力,其三是具有更好的防水、防尘和防紫外线幅射功能。
2.本发明在车箱舱口处设置的密封圈结构,一方面在舱门关闭时可与舱门实现密封,一方面在舱门打开,升降器总成升起时可与升降平台实现密封,从而可以保证防暴车无论是在执行驱散任务时还是在行驶其它非作业状态时,都可实现舱口的密封,保证防水、防尘和防紫外线幅射功能的同时,在执行任务时可以防止不法分子丢来的异物进入到车箱内,保证车内人员的安全。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明所揭示的是一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,如图1至图8所示,为本发明的较佳实施例。所述的防暴车包括汽车底盘1、驾驶室3、控制器总成4、车箱5、舱门启闭机构6以及可升降的声光协同驱散装置7,还可以进一步包括一防暴推铲总成2。其中:
所述的驾驶室3设置在底盘1的中部,其内设置有所述的控制器总成4,该控制器总成包括控制器41和显示器42。为了减少平时不使用的占用空间,所述的显示器42可以设置成可翻转式结构。具体采用:所述的控制器41和显示器42之间通过磨擦式铰链43相连接,该磨擦式铰链43不但可使显示器42实现可翻转,并且可使显示器42在任意角度保持固定。
所述的车箱5设置在底盘1的后部,其顶部开有舱口51,该舱口51处铰接有一舱门52,舱门52通过所述的舱门启闭机构6实现其启闭功能。该舱口51周边处设置有密封圈54用以实现密封,以防止雨水、危险气体进入车箱5内。考虑到舱口51在舱门52关闭时需要与上方的舱门52密封,而在声光协同驱散装置7升起时需要与下方的升降平台712密封,为此设计了一款U型截面的密封圈54套在舱口51的边缘,为了防止密封圈脱落,在U型密封圈54的内侧设置倾斜条541以增加密封圈与舱口边缘的抱紧力。这种U型截面的密封圈54由于将舱口51的边缘包住,因此上下方都可以达到密封的效果。考虑到舱口51的尺寸较大,舱门52、升降平台712与舱口51之间的接触力度有限,为了进一步增加密封效果,可以在U型密封圈54的两U型臂外侧各设置一个中空密封条542,该中空密封条542内可以进一步增加筋板(图中未示出),当与上下方的舱门52或升降平台712配合时,该中空的密封条542将受压变形,使接触更为紧密,增加密封效果。另外,所述的车箱5左右两侧防暴轮胎位置还设置有防暴轮胎罩53。
所述的舱门启闭机构6可以采用多种结构实现,配合图1-4所示,本发明所述的舱门启闭机构6包括启闭油缸61、第一摇臂62及第二摇臂63。该启闭油缸的一端铰接在车箱5上,另一端铰接在第一摇臂62中段;该第一摇臂62的一端也铰接在车箱5上,另一端与第二摇臂63的一端铰接,该第二摇臂63的另一端铰接在舱门52上。该舱门启闭机构6的工作原理为:所述的启闭油缸61伸长时,使第一摇臂61向前旋转,第一摇臂62带动第二摇臂62向前移动,使舱门52向前翻转,最终压紧在舱口51上;当所述的启闭油缸61回缩时,带动第一摇臂61向后旋转,拉动第二摇臂62向后移动,从而使舱门52向后翻转,最终打开舱门52。为了防止声光协同驱散装置7在升起时因为误操作而使舱门执行关闭动作,可以在所述的车箱5顶部设置一个顺序阀64,当所述舱门52开启到最大开度时,舱门52压下顺序阀压杆641,顺序阀压杆641推动阀芯642,此时启闭油缸61关闭,停止其动作。
所述的声光协同驱散装置7安装于车箱5内位于舱口51的下方。同时配合图9至图15所示,该声光协同驱散装置7为可升降的结构,其可以包括如下部件:升降器总成71、回转装置72、声光协同驱散器总成73及中心回转接头75,还可以进一步设置翻转机构74、拨叉机构76或中心回转接头安装座77。其中:
所述的升降器总成71安装在车箱5内,其包括升降平台712以及可将升降平台升起或降下的升降装置,该升降器总成71可实现上方装置的升降,在执行防暴任务时可将上方的声光协同驱散器总成73升于车箱5顶部,并使其上方的升降平台712封堵于所述舱口51的下方,而在工作完成后可全部置于车箱5内。该升降装置可以通过多种结构实现,本实施例中,该升降装置包括两组剪刀叉式升降机构711,该升降机构通过升降油缸713驱动其举升或下降,该升降油缸713的一端铰接在下一组剪刀式升降机构711底部一侧的横杆上,另一端铰接在上一组剪刀式升降机构711的中部横杆上。由于所述的升降油缸713是倾斜设置并随整个机构一起运动,这样可以减小升降油缸的行程又可保证升降高度。进一步的,可以在所述的升降平台712侧边安装一个行程开关714,当行程开关714接触到舱口51边缘底部时,将信息发送给控制器41,可以控制升降器总成71停止上升,以此控制升降器总成71的行程。由于设置了升降器总成71,而升降器总成71被安装在了车箱5内。这样,当需要时,通过升降器总成71可以将所述的声光协同驱散器总成73升起到车箱5的顶部;而不需要时,可将声光协同驱散器总成73降入到车箱5内。从而对执行机构可起到保护作用。而且在驱散装置被升起时,升降器总成71的升降平台712可以将打开的舱口51从下方封闭,从而可以防止不法份子将异物丢入到车箱5内,可保证车辆以及车内人员的安全。
所述的回转装置72安装在所述的升降平台712上,其可以实现连续的回转,该回转装置72也可以采用多种结构实现,例如齿轮传动机构。本实施例中,所述的回转装置72具体结构如下:其包括固定内圈721、滚珠722、旋转蜗轮723及蜗杆724,该蜗杆724通过马达725驱动(该马达725可以是液压马达也可以是电动马达);该固定内圈721的底面固定于升降器总成71的升降平台712上,其与旋转蜗轮723之间设有滚珠722,该旋转蜗轮723的顶面安装有旋转平台726。该回转装置72可带动旋转平台726单向连续性的旋转(也可以双向旋转),以实现多水平角度驱散作用。而采用蜗轮蜗杆式回转装置的优点是利用其自锁作用,一是在回转作业结束时可有效制动,不需另外设置制动器;二是防止防暴车在不平的路面作业时,在重力作用下自动旋转产生的不稳定性。
所述的声光协同驱散器总成73安装在所述回转装置72的上部,即安装在所述旋转平台726上。该声光协同驱散器总成73可以由强声驱散器731、高频暴闪强光器732及摄像仪733组成,且三者可以通过装配的方式组成一个整体。具体的,该强声驱散器731以单轴转动的方式安装在所述回转装置72上的旋转平台726上;该高频暴闪强光器732可以设置有两个,分别安装在该强声驱散器731的两侧;所述的摄像仪733可以安装在该强声驱散器731的顶部。通过装配的方式使声光协同驱散器总成73组装成一个整体的优点是:一是结构紧凑,占用空间小;二是生产成本低;三是当声光协同驱散器总成73的其中一个部件出现故障时,可以通过快速更换的方式排除故障,不影响防暴驱散作业。
进一步的,所述的强声驱散器731可以是一种以超声波作为基波的具有定向驱散功能的强声器,其最大声压级可以在143~156dBA可调,定向角度可以在±10~20°范围内可调,并可实现定向强声驱散和喊话宣传功能切换。所述高频暴闪强光器732可以采用照明亮度在8000~40000流明之间可调,爆闪频率可以在0~10HZ之间可调,可实现暴闪强光驱散和夜晚照明功能可切换。所述的摄像仪733可以为红外高清摄像仪。通过上述结构设计,可以使本发明所述的声光协同驱散器总成73具有定向强声和高频暴闪强光驱散、喊话宣传和夜晚照明、移动式远程监控等功能,并可进行协同控制,对暴乱人群实现无环境污染、低成本的可恢复性的软杀伤性驱散。
所述的中心回转接头75安装在所述回转装置72的轴中心处,该中心回转接头75包括固定不动的固定轴751(可以固定在该升降平台712上)以及可与所述的旋转平台726同步旋转的旋转轴套752,该旋转轴套752设置在固定轴751之外,两者的接触面分别设置有若干一一对应的环槽7511、7521,且两者的环槽7511、7521内分别设有导电环7512、7522,该固定轴751与旋转轴套752的轴向还设有若干分别与各自的导电环相连接的导线7513、7523。所述的中心回转接头75,由于其旋转轴套752是随旋转平台726同步旋转的,而其固定轴751则固定在升降平台712上固定不动,这样,两者之间相应位置的环槽7511、7521内相对应的导电环7512、7522即使在相对旋转时也始终相互接触,实现两者的电连接,从而可实现与各自导电环7512、7522电连接的导线7513、7523的电连接,这样,设置在固定轴751内的导线7513固定不动,并可与同样固定不动的防暴车内的控制装置电连接,而设置在旋转轴套752内的导线7523随着旋转轴套752旋转,并与同步旋转的上方的执行元件组电连接。通过该特殊结构的中心回转接头75解决了旋转平台726连续回转时电缆缠绕难题,并使其结构更紧凑。
进一步的,所述的回转装置72的旋转平台726与声光协同驱散器总成73可以通过一翻转机构74以铰接方式相连,从而可以实现声光协同驱散器总成73俯仰角度的调节。该翻转机构74包括电动推杆741和安装其两端的铰接球头742,上端与声光协同驱散器总成73相铰接,下端与回转装置72铰接。该翻转机构74实现了声光协同驱散器总成73的仰、俯动作,使作业不留死角,电动推杆741具有良好的自锁作用,有效控制仰、俯动作的精确度,且结构简单,控制方便。
所述中心回转接头75的旋转轴套752可以通过一拨叉机构76实现与所述回转装置72的旋转平台726的同步旋转。该拨叉机构76可以包括一个与旋转平台726固定连接的拨杆座761及一个与旋转轴套752固定连接的拨叉762,所述拨杆座761包括固定于旋转平台726的座板7611和拨杆7612,该拨杆7612置于拨叉762内配合在一起。该拨叉机构76的设计可以通过简单的结构实现可靠的同步动作。
所述中心回转接头75的固定轴751可以通过一个中心回转接头安装座77固定在所述升降平台712上。该中心回转接头安装座77可以包括一个锁固在升降平台712上的固定座771以及一个设置在该固定座上的轴772,所述中心回转接头75的固定轴751套固在该轴772上。该中心回转接头安装座77结构简单,动作可靠。
所述底盘1的前部进一步设置有可升降的防暴推铲总成2,该防暴推铲总成由两个截面为圆弧形的左右推板211焊接而成的V形推铲21及可带动该V形推铲升降的推铲升降机构22构成;该推铲升降机构22可以包括支座221、上连杆222及下连杆223,三者与推铲21组成平行四边形机构,并由升降油缸224驱动其动作。

Claims (10)
1、一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:包括汽车底盘(1),在底盘中部的驾驶室(3)内设置有控制器总成(4),该控制器总成包括控制器(41)和显示器(42);在底盘的后部设置有车箱(5),该车箱顶部开有舱口(51),该舱口处铰接有一舱门(52),舱门通过舱门启闭机构(6)实现其启闭功能;该舱口(51)周边处设置有密封圈(54);车箱内位于舱口的下方设置有可升降的声光协同驱散装置(7);该声光协同驱散装置包括升降器总成(71),该升降器总成包括升降平台(712)以及可将升降平台升起或降下的升降装置,在升降平台上安装有声光协同驱散器总成(73),当该升降平台升起时其顶面封堵于所述舱口的下方。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述密封圈(54)的截面为U型套在所述舱口(51)的边缘,且该U型密封圈(54)的内侧设置有倾斜条(541),该U型密封圈内设有筋板,在两U型臂外侧各设置一个中空密封条(542)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述底盘(1)的前部设置有可升降的防暴推铲总成(2),该防暴推铲总成由两个截面为圆弧形的左右推板(211)焊接而成的V形推铲(21)及可带动该V形推铲升降的推铲升降机构(22)构成;该推铲升降机构可以包括支座(221)、上连杆(222)及下连杆(223),三者与推铲(21)组成的平行四边形机构,并由升降油缸(224)驱动其动作。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述的控制器(41)和显示器(42)之间通过磨擦式铰链(43)相连接,该磨擦式铰链实现显示器的可翻转并在任意角度保持固定。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述的升降装置包括两组剪刀叉式升降机构(711),该升降机构通过升降油缸(713)驱动其举升或下降,该升降油缸的一端铰接在下一组剪刀式升降机构底部一侧的横杆上,另一端铰接在上一组剪刀式升降机构的中部横杆上,升降机构(711)的顶部安装有所述的升降平台(712),该升降平台的侧边安装一个可控制其行程的行程开关(714)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述的舱门启闭机构(6)包括启闭油缸(61)、第一摇臂(62)及第二摇臂(63);该启闭油缸的一端铰接在车箱(5)上,另一端铰接在第一摇臂中段;该第一摇臂的一端也铰接在车箱上,另一端与第二摇臂的一端铰接,该第二摇臂的另一端铰接在舱门(52)上;所述的车箱(5)顶部可以设置有一个顺序阀(64),当所述舱门(52)开启到最大开度时,舱门压下顺序阀压杆(641),进而推动顺序阀阀芯(642),关闭启闭油缸(61)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述的车箱(5)左右两侧防暴轮胎位置设置有防暴轮胎罩(53)。
8、根据权利要求1-7之一所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述的升降平台(712)上安装有一可连续回转的回转装置(72),该回转装置上部设有旋转平台(726),其上安装有所述的声光协同驱散器总成(73)。
9、根据权利要求8所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述的声光协同驱散器总成(73)由强声驱散器(731)、高频暴闪强光器(732)及摄像仪(733)通过装配的方式组成的一个整体;所述的高频暴闪强光器(732)设置有两个,分别安装在该强声驱散器的两侧;所述的摄像仪(733)安装在强声驱散器的顶部。
10、根据权利要求8所述的一种具有声光协同驱散装置的防暴车,其特征在于:所述的回转装置(72)的轴中心安装有中心回转接头(75),该中心回转接头包括固定不动的固定轴(751)以及可与旋转平台(726)同步旋转的旋转轴套(752),该旋转轴套设置在固定轴之外,两者的接触面分别设置有若干一一对应的环槽(7511、7521),且两者的环槽内分别设有导电环(7512、7522
),该固定轴与旋转轴套的轴向还设有若干分别与各自的导电环相连接的导线(7513、7523);且所述的回转装置(72)与声光协同驱散器总成(73)可以通过一翻转机构(74)以铰接方式相连;该中心回转接头(75)的旋转轴套(752)可以通过一拨叉机构(76)实现与回转装置(72)的旋转平台(726)同步旋转;该中心回转接头(75)的固定轴(751)可以通过一个中心回转接头安装座(77)固定在所述升降平台(712)上;所述的回转装置(72)可以包括固定内圈(721)、滚珠(722)、旋转蜗轮(723)及蜗杆(724),该蜗杆通过马达(725)驱动;该固定内圈(721)的底面固定于升降平台(712)上,其与旋转蜗轮(723)之间设有所述的滚珠(722),该旋转蜗轮(723)的顶面安装有所述的旋转平台(726);所述的翻转机构(74)可以包括电动推杆(741)和安装其两端的铰接球头(742),上端与声光协同驱散器总成(73)相铰接,下端与旋转平台(726)铰接;所述的拨叉机构(76)可以包括一个与旋转平台(726)固定连接的拨杆座(761)及一个与旋转轴套(752)固定连接的拨叉(762),所述拨杆座(761)包括固定于旋转平台的座板(7611)和拨杆(7612),该拨杆(7612)置于拨叉(762)内配合在一起;所述的中心回转接头安装座可以(77)包括一个固定在升降平台(712)上的固定座(771)以及一个设置在该固定座上的轴(772),所述中心回转接头的固定轴(751)套固在该轴上。
