本申请要求于2015年02月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510079117.8、发明名称为“信息交互方法及服务器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及网络技术领域,特别涉及一种信息交互方法及服务器。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,用户在使用终端中的客户端时,经常需要通过该客户端获取信息。例如,以客户端为新闻客户端来举例,用户可以通过该新闻客户端获取最近的新闻或者最新的服务信息。由于信息通常是由应用程序对应的互联网应用服务器发送至终端,因此,互联网应用服务器与终端如何进行信息交互是提高用户体验的关键。
相关技术中提供了一种信息交互方法包括,当互联网应用服务器生成新的信息时,向终端推送生成的信息。其中,生成的信息为文本信息。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现上述方法至少存在以下问题:
互联网应用服务器向终端单向的推送信息,但是推送的该信息可能并不是用户需要的信息。并且,当短时间内向终端推送多条信息时,还会给用户带来不便。因此,现有的信息交互方法的灵活性较差,效果不佳。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种信息交互方法及服务器。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种信息交互方法,所述方法用于互联网应用服务器,应用于第三方服务器及终端之间通过所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互的场景,其中,所述终端通过对应的互联网应用标识与所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,所述第三方服务器通过公共标识与所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,所述公共标识与所述互联网应用标识为在所述互联网应用服务器上注 册的标识,所述方法包括:
接收所述终端发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、公共标识及所述终端所使用的所述互联网应用标识;
将所述请求消息发送至所述公共标识对应的第三方服务器,由所述第三方服务器接收所述请求消息,根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息;

本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过互联网应用服务器接收终端发送的请求消息,将请求消息发送至第三方服务器,并接收第三方服务器根据请求消息返回的公共标识、互联网应用标识及回复信息后,再由互联网应用服务器将接收到的公共标识及回复信息发送至互联网应用标识对应的终端,从而通过第三方服务器及终端与互联网应用服务器的交互,实现了基于互联网应用的信息回复,在满足用户需求的前提下,信息交互的灵活性较高,效果较佳。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明 实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
图1是本发明一实施例提供的一种信息交互方法所涉及的实施环境示意图。如图1所示,该实施环境包括互联网应用服务器101、终端102和第三方服务器103。其中,互联网应用服务器101与终端102之间、互联网应用服务器101和第三方服务器103之间通过网络连接。该网络可以为有线网络,也可以为无线网络。
互联网应用服务器101可以被配置为通过互联网提供服务的服务器,该互联网应用服务器101可以为即时通信服务器、社交应用服务器,还可以为通过互联网能够实现支付等业务的服务器,本发明实施例不对互联网应用服务器101的具体类型进行限定。
终端102可以为智能手机、平板电脑、便携式笔记本或台式电脑等。终端102中运行有互联网应用的客户端。互联网应用可以是即时通讯应用、社交应用、团队语音工具、微博应用、购物应用、支付应用等应用。用户通常在互联网应用中注册一个用户帐号,通过该用户帐号获取互联网应用提供的各项功能。以互联网应用为即时通信应用为例,通过用户帐号,用户可在即时通信应用中进行向其它用户进行信息推送、接收其它用户推送的信息、设置用户信息等各项操作。终端102可向第三方服务器103发送请求消息,该请求消息中可包括已关注的公共标识,公共标识与第三方服务器103相对应。公共标识是开发者或商家在互联网应用服务器101上申请的应用账号,通过公共标识,开发者或商家可在互联网应用服务器101上,基于文字、图片、语音、视频等方式,实现向使用该互联网应用的其他用户帐号全方位地进行信息推送、或与其他用户帐号的用户进行沟通或互动。
第三方服务器103可以为提供产品或服务的平台,其也可以被配置为服务器。第三方服务器103可以预先与互联网应用服务器101建立合作关系,以通过互联网应用服务器101推广其产品或服务。其中,“第三方”是相对于“终端”方和互联网应用服务器方而言,与互联网应用服务器101属于不同的服务器,但并不意味着其必然属于与互联网应用服务器101的拥有者不同的拥有者。例如,“第三方服务器103”可能与互联网应用服务器101属于同一拥有者A,也可能其中一个属于拥有者A,而另一个属于另外拥有者B,拥有者A与拥有者B可能存在关联,也可能是互相独立。
此外,在本发明实施例中,在实际应用中,互联网应用服务器101可以是 一台服务器,也可以是由多台服务器组成的服务器集群,或者是一个云计算服务中心。类似地,第三方服务器103可以是一台服务器,也可以是由多台服务器组成的服务器集群,或者是一个云计算服务中心。当然,在其它可能的实现形式中。
本发明实施例提供的方法应用于终端102与第三方服务器103基于互联网应用服务器101进行信息交互的场景。,具体的信息交互方法详见下述各个实施例:
由于相关技术在交互信息时,主要是通过互联网应用服务器单方面地向终端推送新生成的文本信息,而该文本信息可能并不是用户需要的信息。并且,当短时间内向终端推送多条文本信息时,还会给用户带来不便。因此,该方案的信息交互的灵活性较差,效果不佳。
为了预防上述情况,提高信息交互时的灵活性,结合上述图1所示的实施环境,本发明实施例提供了一种信息交互方法。该方法用于互联网应用服务器,应用于第三方服务器及终端之间通过互联网应用服务器进行信息交互的场景,其中,终端通过互联网应用标识与互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,第三方服务器通过公共标识与互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,公共标识与互联网应用标识为在互联网应用服务器上注册的标识。参见图2,本实施例提供的方法流程包括:

本发明实施例提供的方法,通过互联网应用服务器接收终端发送的请求消息,将请求消息发送至第三方服务器,并接收第三方服务器根据请求消息返回的公共标识、互联网应用标识及回复信息后,再由互联网应用服务器将接收到的公共标识及回复信息发送至互联网应用标识对应的终端,从而通过第三方服 务器及终端与互联网应用服务器的交互,实现了基于互联网应用的信息回复,在满足用户需求的前提下,信息交互的灵活性较高,效果较佳。
作为一种可选实施例,互联网应用服务器存储有公共标识下所有从属的客服标识对应的信息,方法还包括:
接收第三方服务器发送的客服标识处理请求,客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;

401、互联网应用服务器接收终端发送的请求消息,请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、公共标识及终端使用的互联网应用标识。
终端发送请求消息至互联网服务器之后,互联网服务器可以相应的接收该请求消息。
本实施例不对终端向互联网应用服务器发送请求消息的发送方式作具体限定。实际实现时,该步骤包括但不限于:获取用户选取的公共标识;根据用户选取的公共标识,显示信息输入框;当检测到发送请求消息的指令时,根据信息输入框中用户输入的请求信息、用户选取的公共标识及用户所使用的互联网应用标识,向互联网应用服务器发送请求消息。其中,请求信息中可以为用户在信息输入框中输入的信息。
由于公共标识是在互联网应用服务器上注册的,所以当注册多个公共标识时,互联网应用服务器中产生的公共标识也会相应的有多个。并且,用户在通过互联网应用标识使用互联网应用时,可添加至少一个公共标识,而每个公共标识对应一台第三方服务器。因此,为了区分用户需要向哪一个公共标识所对应的第三方服务器发送请求消息,在本步骤中需获取用户选取的公共标识,并在请求消息中携带该公共标识,以便于后续互联网应用服务器将请求消息发送至该公共标识所对应的第三方服务器。
402、互联网应用服务器将请求消息发送至公共标识对应的第三方服务器。
根据上述步骤401可知,公共标识对应于第三方服务器。因此,互联网应用服务器可根据请求消息中的公共标识,将请求消息发送至该公共标识所对应的第三方服务器。本实施例不对互联网应用服务器根据请求消息中的公共标识,将请求消息发送至第三方服务器的方式作具体限定。实际实现时,该步骤包括但不限于:预先存储每个公共标识与第三方服务器的IP(Internet Protocol  Address,网际协议地址)之间映射表;根据该映射表查询请求消息中的公共标识所对应的IP;根据查找到的IP,将请求消息发送至对应的第三方服务器。

403、第三方服务器接收互联网应用服务器发送的请求消息。
本实施例不对第三方服务器接收互联网应用服务器发送的请求消息的方式作具体限定,包括但不限于接收互联网应用服务器以POST请求形式发送的请求消息。
404、第三方服务器根据请求消息中的请求信息获取回复信息,向互联网应用服务器返回公共标识、互联网应用标识及回复信息,回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息。
本实施例不对第三方服务器根据请求消息中的请求信息获取回复信息的方式作具体限定,包括但不限于如下两种获取方式:
第一种获取方式:根据请求消息中的请求信息,显示信息回复界面;获取信息回复界面中的回复信息。

该方式主要是通过在信息回复界面中输入回复信息,从而向互联网应用服务器返回回复信息。由于在信息回复界面中输入回复信息时,可输入较简单的文字信息,也可以输入较复杂的图文、音频或视频信息。针对上述可能的需求,操作界面中可设置两个回复选项,第一个回复选项为快速回复选项,第二个回复选项为正常回复选项,本实施例对此不作具体限定。通过快速回复选项,能够快速输入文字信息。通过正常回复选项,能够根据需求,制作或选取图文、音频及视频等信息。由于快速回复选项与正常回复选项提供的功能不同,当检测到这两个选项被点击时,显示的信息回复界面也可以不同,本实施例对此不作具体限定。例如,当检测到快速回复选项被点击时,信息回复界面可如图5所示。当检测到正常回复选项被点击时,信息回复界面可如图6所示。
第二种获取方式:根据预定义接口,获取请求消息中的请求信息对应的回复信息。
相应地,在向互联网应用服务器返回公共标识、互联网应用标识及回复信息时,可以包括:通过预定义接口,向互联网应用服务器发送回复信息、公共标识及互联网应用标识。
由于预定义接口通常为预定义的API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口)函数,因此,可将请求消息作为参数传入预定义接口,从而通过该预定义接口获取请求消息对应的回复信息,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
另外,由于预定义接口中会包含发送信息指令,从而可根据发送信息指令向互联网应用服务器发送回复信息、公共标识及互联网应用标识,本实施例对此也不作具体限定。

由于互联网应用服务器发送信息时,需确定发送至哪个终端。因此,互联网应用服务器发送信息时,可根据互联网应用标识,将回复信息发送至互联网应用标识对应的终端。互联网应用服务器将公共标识及回复信息发送至互联网应用标识对应的终端后,终端侧可在公共标识对应的显示界面上显示回复信息,并提醒用户查看回复信息,本实施例对此不作具体限定。

图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种服务器1000的框图。参照图10,服务器1000包括处理组件1022,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1032所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1022的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1032中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1022被配置为执行指令,以执行上述图3或图4对应的实施例提供的信息交互方法中互联网应用服务器所执行的功能。
服务器1000还可以包括一个电源组件1026被配置为执行服务器1000的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口1050被配置为将服务器1000连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1058。服务器1000可以操作基于存储在存储器1032的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。
服务器1000还可以包括一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器1032中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行。所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
接收终端发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、公共标识及所述终端使用的互联网应用标识;
将所述请求消息发送至所述公共标识对应的第三方服务器,由所述第三方服务器接收所述请求消息,根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,并返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息;
接收所述第三方服务器返回的所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,将所述公共标识及所述回复信息发送至所述互联网应用标识对应的终端。
可选的,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
接收所述第三方服务器发送的客服标识处理请求,所述客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;
根据所述客服标识处理请求,对已存储的所述客服标识对应的信息进行更改。
可选的,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
接收所述第三方服务器发送的操作请求,操作请求包括添加客服标识的添 加请求、修改客服标识的修改请求、删除客服标识的删除请求和获取客服标识对应的信息的获取请求中的至少一种;
根据所述操作请求执行相应操作。
本发明实施例提供的服务器,通过接收终端发送的请求消息,将请求消息发送至第三方服务器,由第三方服务器接收请求消息,根据请求消息,返回公共标识、互联网应用标识及回复信息,将接收到的公共标识及回复信息发送至互联网应用标识对应的终端,从而通过第三方服务器及终端与互联网应用服务器的交互,实现了基于互联网应用的信息回复,在满足用户需求的前提下,信息交互的灵活性较高,效果较佳。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的服务器在交互信息时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将服务器的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的服务器与信息交互方法与触发智能网业务的方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法用于互联网应用服务器,应用于第三方服务器及终端之间通过所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互的场景,其中,所述终端通过互联网应用标识与所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,所述第三方服务器通过公共标识与所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,所述公共标识与所述互联网应用标识为在所述互联网应用服务器上注册的标识,所述方法包括:
    接收所述终端发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、所述公共标识及所述终端使用的所述互联网应用标识;
    将所述请求消息发送至所述公共标识对应的第三方服务器,由所述第三方服务器接收所述请求消息,根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,并返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息;
    接收所述第三方服务器返回的所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,将所述公共标识及所述回复信息发送至所述互联网应用标识对应的终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述互联网应用服务器存储有所述公共标识下所有从属的客服标识对应的信息,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第三方服务器发送的客服标识处理请求,所述客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;
    根据所述客服标识处理请求,对已存储的所述客服标识对应的信息进行更改。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第三方服务器发送的操作请求,所述操作请求包括添加客服标识的添加请求、修改客服标识的修改请求、删除客服标识的删除请求和获取客服标识对应的信息的获取请求中的至少一种;
    根据所述操作请求执行相应操作。
  4. 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法用于第三方服务器,应用于所述第三方服务器及终端之间通过互联网应用服务器进行信息交互的场景,其中,所述终端通过对应的互联网应用标识与所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,所述第三方服务器通过公共标识与所述互联网应用服务器进行信息交互,所述公共标识与所述互联网应用标识为在所述互联网应用服务器上注册的标识,所述方法包括:
    接收所述互联网应用服务器发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、所述公共标识及发送所述请求消息的终端使用的互联网应用标识;
    根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,向所述互联网应用服务器返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,由所述互联网应用服务器将所述回复信息及所述公共标识发送至所述互联网应用标识对应的终端,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,包括:
    根据所述请求消息中的请求信息,显示信息回复界面;
    获取所述信息回复界面中的所述回复信息;
    所述向所述互联网应用服务器返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,包括:
    若在所述信息回复界面中检测到了信息发送指令,根据所述信息发送指令,将所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识发送至所述互联网应用服务器。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,包括:
    根据预定义接口,获取所述请求消息中的所述请求信息对应的回复信息;
    所述向所述互联网应用服务器返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,包括:
    通过所述预定义接口,向所述互联网应用服务器发送所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述公共标识下至少有一个从属的客服标识,所述通过所述预定义接口,向所述互联网应用服务器发送所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识,包括:
    确定所述公共标识下用于发送信息的客服标识;
    根据确定的所述客服标识,通过所述预定义接口向所述互联网应用服务器发送所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述互联网应用服务器存储有所述公共标识下所有从属的客服标识对应的信息,所述方法还包括:
    获取客服标识处理请求,所述客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;
    将所述客服标识处理请求发送至所述互联网应用服务器,由所述互联网应用服务器根据所述客服标识处理请求,对已存储的所述客服标识对应的信息进行更改。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取操作请求,所述操作请求包括添加客服标识的添加请求、修改客服标识的修改请求、删除客服标识的删除请求和获取客服标识对应的信息的获取请求中的至少一种;
    发送所述操作请求至所述互联网应用服务器,由所述互联网应用服务器根据所述操作请求执行相应操作。
  10. 一种互联网应用服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收终端发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、公共标识及终端使用的互联网应用标识;
    第一发送模块,用于将所述请求消息发送至所述公共标识对应的第三方服务器,由所述第三方服务器接收所述请求消息,根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述第三方服务器返回的所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息;
    第二发送模块,用于将所述公共标识及所述回复信息发送至所述互联网应用标识对应的终端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述互联网应用服务器存储有所述公共标识下所有从属的客服标识对应的信息,所述服务器还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收所述第三方服务器发送的客服标识处理请求,所述客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;
    更改模块,用于根据所述客服标识处理请求,对已存储的所述客服标识对应的信息进行更改。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述服务器还包括:用于接收所述第三方服务器发送的操作请求,所述操作请求包括添加客服标识的添加请求、修改客服标识的修改请求、删除客服标识的删除请求和获取客服标识对应的信息的获取请求中的至少一种;根据所述操作请求执行相应操作的模块。
  13. 一种第三方服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    接收模块,用于接收互联网应用服务器发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、公共标识及发送所述请求消息的终端使用的互联网应用标识;
    第一获取模块,用于根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息;
    返回模块,用于向所述互联网应用服务器返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,由所述互联网应用服务器将所述回复信息及所述公共标识发送至所述互联网应用标识对应的终端,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块,用于根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息,显示信息回复界面;获取所述信息回复界面中的所述回复信息;
    所述返回模块,用于当在所述信息回复界面中检测到了信息发送指令,根据所述信息发送指令,将所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识 发送至所述互联网应用服务器。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块,用于根据预定义接口,获取所述请求消息中的所述请求信息对应的回复信息;
    所述返回模块,用于通过所述预定义接口,向所述互联网应用服务器发送所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述公共标识下至少有一个从属的客服标识,所述返回模块,用于确定所述公共标识下用于发送信息的客服标识;根据确定的所述客服标识,通过所述预定义接口向所述互联网应用服务器发送所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器还包括:
    第二获取模块,用于获取客服标识处理请求,所述客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;
    发送模块,用于将所述客服标识处理请求发送至所述互联网应用服务器,由所述互联网应用服务器根据所述客服标识处理请求,对已存储的所述客服标识对应的信息进行更改。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述服务器还包括:用于获取操作请求,所述操作请求包括添加客服标识的添加请求、修改客服标识的修改请求、删除客服标识的删除请求和获取客服标识对应的信息的获取请求中的至少一种;发送所述操作请求至所述互联网应用服务器,由所述互联网应用服务器根据所述操作请求执行相应操作的模块。
  19. 一种互联网应用服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    一个或多个处理器;和
    存储器;
    所述存储器存储有一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收终端发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、公共标 识及所述终端使用的互联网应用标识;
    将所述请求消息发送至所述公共标识对应的第三方服务器,由所述第三方服务器接收所述请求消息,根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,并返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息;
    接收所述第三方服务器返回的所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,将所述公共标识及所述回复信息发送至所述互联网应用标识对应的终端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收所述第三方服务器发送的客服标识处理请求,所述客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;
    根据所述客服标识处理请求,对已存储的所述客服标识对应的信息进行更改。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收所述第三方服务器发送的操作请求,所述操作请求包括添加客服标识的添加请求、修改客服标识的修改请求、删除客服标识的删除请求和获取客服标识对应的信息的获取请求中的至少一种;
    根据所述操作请求执行相应操作。
  22. 一种第三方服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    一个或多个处理器;和
    存储器;
    所述存储器存储有一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收互联网应用服务器发送的请求消息,所述请求消息中至少携带有请求信息、公共标识及发送所述请求消息的终端使用的互联网应用标识;
    根据所述请求消息中的所述请求信息获取回复信息,向所述互联网应用服 务器返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,由所述互联网应用服务器将所述回复信息及所述公共标识发送至所述互联网应用标识对应的终端,所述回复信息为文字、图片、音频及视频中的至少一种信息。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    根据所述请求消息中的请求信息,显示信息回复界面;
    获取所述信息回复界面中的所述回复信息;
    所述向所述互联网应用服务器返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,包括:
    若在所述信息回复界面中检测到了信息发送指令,根据所述信息发送指令,将所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识发送至所述互联网应用服务器。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    根据预定义接口,获取所述请求消息中的所述请求信息对应的回复信息;
    所述向所述互联网应用服务器返回所述公共标识、所述互联网应用标识及所述回复信息,包括:
    通过所述预定义接口,向所述互联网应用服务器发送所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述公共标识下至少有一个从属的客服标识,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    确定所述公共标识下用于发送信息的客服标识;
    根据确定的所述客服标识,通过所述预定义接口向所述互联网应用服务器发送所述回复信息、所述公共标识及所述互联网应用标识。
  26. 根据权利要求22所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述互联网应用服务器存储有所述公共标识下所有从属的客服标识对应的信息,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    获取客服标识处理请求,所述客服标识处理请求中至少包括一个客服标识及对应的设置信息;
    将所述客服标识处理请求发送至所述互联网应用服务器,由所述互联网应用服务器根据所述客服标识处理请求,对已存储的所述客服标识对应的信息进行更改。
  27. 根据权利要求22所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    获取操作请求,所述操作请求包括添加客服标识的添加请求、修改客服标识的修改请求、删除客服标识的删除请求和获取客服标识对应的信息的获取请求中的至少一种;
    发送所述操作请求至所述互联网应用服务器,由所述互联网应用服务器根据所述操作请求执行相应操作。
