Abstract

La présente invention concerne une formule à base d'acides aminés comprenant 18 acides aminés, un polymère de glucose de riz, du saccharose, de l'huile végétale et éventuellement, un additif et/ou de l'eau, le polymère de glucose de riz comprenant du glucose, du maltose, du maltotriose et un polymère de glucose présentant au moins 4 unités répétitives de glucose. La présente invention concerne également le procédé de production d'une formule à base d'acides aminés comprenant les étapes consistant à : i) préparer le polymère de glucose de riz par hydrolyse enzymatique de l'amidon et (ii) préparer une formule à base d'acides aminés, le rapport en poids de amidon:enzyme:eau dans la préparation du polymère de glucose de riz par hydrolyse enzymatique de l'amidon étant 1 x 106:1:5 x 106.
