Description

防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种呼吸防护面具,属于特种劳动防护用品技术领域,具体是一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前特种劳动防护用品使用传统的防毒面具是由面具主体、过滤盒、呼气阀和系带组成,面具与人体面部接触的密封垫圈是同面具主体相同的材料弯卷边而成的,佩戴时面具主体太软会变形,密封垫圈是单层橡胶模压弯卷边而成,材料柔软性差,密封垫圈与人体面部接触处的壁相对较厚,对人体面部各部位的压力同等,使用者长时间佩戴会对面部有些部位有压迫感,并会在面部留下压痕,佩戴的舒适性不好;另一方面防毒面具配套过滤吸附有毒气体功能的是过滤盒,过滤盒只能从过滤盒口一面(单方向)吸进空气,过滤盒内填装的是活性炭颗粒,依靠活性炭颗粒过滤吸附有毒气体,在该过滤盒内活性炭层的内底层和外顶层只能设放的是初效过滤棉,对防护微小的颗粒物功能较差,如想放置高效过滤棉,因过滤盒只能从过滤盒口一面吸进空气,吸进空气的通气面积有限,那吸气阻力太大又不行;目前防毒面具配套的过滤盒只是单一的防护有毒气体的功能,不能高效防护微小颗粒物的功能,过滤盒内填装的是活性炭颗粒重量比较重,又加上过滤盒外壳的自身重量,那过滤盒的整体重量太重了,对使用者长时间佩戴会感觉到下坠的不舒适感;为此本人在2009年11月29日向国家知识产权局申请了专利号:200910154351.7的发明专利,上述专利相对目前传统防毒面具主要改进的是将直接与面部接触的密封垫圈的材质与面具主体的材质区别,密封垫圈为敞开式的橡胶件黏合而成的橡胶气囊密封垫圈,气囊密封圈形状与人体面部形状配合基本上可以达到,但申请人在日后的生产过程中发现由于上述的橡胶气囊密封垫圈为不规则的形状,要加工成与人体面腔轮廓相接触吻合比较困难,想要控制每一个小部位不同的壁厚度更加困难,生产的工艺复杂且成品率低、加工速度较慢,无法投入批量生产,同时这种橡胶气囊密封垫圈佩戴时密封性能也没有达到想象中的程度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器及其制造方法,本申请提供一种重量轻、形状灵巧、两种防护功能的防毒面具过滤件,过滤件为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件,一个整体过滤件同时具有防护有毒气体和高效防护微小颗粒物的两种功能,实现防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器两种功能合为一个整体产品,本申请采用活性炭纤维作为过滤吸附防护各种有毒气体,因对不同种类有毒气体活性炭纤维的吸附容量比活性炭颗粒的吸附容量大几倍、甚至大几十倍,活性炭纤维比活性炭颗粒的吸气阻力少很多,如设定吸附同样质量的有毒气体,那一个过滤件所需要的活性炭纤维的质量比过滤盒所需的活性炭颗粒的质量少用几倍,本申请发明创造采用过滤件作为过滤吸附各种有毒气体,去除了过滤盒外壳的自身重量,采用活性炭纤维的整体过滤件重量比活性炭颗粒的整体过滤盒重量轻很多,对使用者长时间佩戴不会感觉到下坠的不舒适感;本申请的过滤件吸进气体面积比传统的过滤盒吸进气体面积大几倍,过滤件吸进气体面 积是从整个过滤件的两面、双方向都可以同时吸进空气,因吸进气体面积很大,那该过滤件设放高效过滤棉的吸气阻力就不会大了,本申请发明创造采用焊接工艺将多层过滤吸附材料叠放组合加工成防毒面具过滤件代替传统的防毒面具过滤盒功能使用,改变了目前特种劳动防护用品的防毒面具的功能单一,只能防护各种有毒气体的单种功能,不能同时高效防护微小颗粒物功能的现状,又改变了传统的质量笨重的只能从过滤盒口一面、单方向吸进空气的防毒面具过滤盒;本申请发明创造采用中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫作为防毒面具的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊密封气垫是可变形的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊密封气垫件为敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性弹性体气囊密封气垫与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,在同一平面位置模具的鼻梁处壁厚度可以控制得特别薄,其他部位壁厚度可以立即加厚,采用中空环形充气式的密封垫圈,有些部位很薄也不会使整个密封垫圈变形,克服弹性体气囊密封气垫加工工艺复杂、成品率低、加工速度较慢的难题;弹性体气囊密封气垫减少了防毒面具死腔体积,充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫内部有流动的气压,对人体面部每一个部位的压迫力度不同,可以任意填补各种不同脸型凸出和凹进的部位,更加符合各种形状的人体面部轮廓,使用者根据脸形不同,可以充加或减少弹性体气囊密封气垫内的气体,脸形小、鼻梁窄的再充加一点气体,脸形大、鼻梁粗(高)的再减少一点气体,由于弹性体气囊密封气垫与面部接触面部位可以做得较柔软,对各种不同脸型凸出部位都没有压迫感,把弹性体气囊密封气垫与人体面部接触面部位的形状设计成人体面腔轮廓相接触吻合,在弹性体气囊密封气垫内侧与人体面部下巴接触的部位设有防滑片,更加适合使用者的各种不同脸形,又能起到防止面具下滑时导致密封性能受到影响,本申请发明创造的防毒面具的密封垫圈,能达到最佳的密封性能和舒适性,长期佩戴不会感觉到对脸部有些部位有压迫性的难受反感。

一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,包括面具主体、呼气阀帽、密封垫圈、过滤件、头带组件,呼气阀帽设置在面具主体的前部,其特征在于:所述的密封垫圈为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫,弹性体气囊密封气垫是可变形的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件、弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件、弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件为敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊密封气垫设置在面具主体的后部,在面具主体上与弹性体气囊密封气垫对接处设有一圈焊接圈,在面具主体上设有一个与过滤件对接用的接头,在面具主体两侧各设有两个头带洞,在弹性体气囊密封气垫上设有进气孔,在所述的进气孔处设有加气嘴,在弹性体气囊密封气垫内侧与人体面部下巴接触的部位设有防滑片;所述的过滤件为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件,过滤件采用活性炭纤维和高效静电熔喷滤材组合一起作为过滤吸附材料,过滤吸附材料内设一层无纺布保护层,过滤吸附材料外设一层中效过滤棉,外表面层为纺粘无纺布,中间支撑层为蓬松高回弹力过滤棉,在蓬松高回弹力过滤棉内设一层薄过滤棉,两面为同样层数结构的过滤吸附材料,在一面同样结构的过滤吸附材料上取一个洞,过滤件上采用焊接工艺安装一个与面具主体相连接用的塑料接头,采用焊接工艺将多层过滤吸附材料叠放组合加工成过滤件整体,实现一个整体过滤件同时具有防护各种有毒气体和高效防护微小颗粒物两种功能。
所述的密封垫圈为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫是用弹性体材料制成,弹性体气囊密封气垫是可变形的密封垫圈,该密封垫圈为中空环型体,其环形周壁内部可填充空气,在弹性体气囊密封气垫上设有加气嘴,该加气嘴是用来调节控制弹性体气囊密封气垫的不同形状变化功能所需要。
所述的弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件是敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,所述的与人体面部相接触面比其他部位壁厚度能薄60%的厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件的外壁、内壁壁厚度可以立即增加厚度,鼻梁处与外壁和内壁连接处壁厚度需要立即增加厚度,在所述的连接处可以设有一个台阶,弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件为设有一圈开口的敞开式的弹性体气囊密封气垫件,在弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件一圈开口处设有两条向内凸起的对接圈条,对接圈条处设有组合圈件,组合圈件上设有两圈与对接圈条配合的两圈凹槽,组合圈件上再设有一圈与面具主体焊接圈配合的一圈凹槽,在弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件壁内设有一个减去弹性体气囊密封气垫件各部位壁厚度形状相似的芯模,该芯模下端处在弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件的一圈开口处设一圈向下凸起的芯模定位圈,弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件加工成型后,芯模从一圈开口处取出来,在芯模壁外的弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件产品取掉后,芯模为自动复位到模具内,弹性体气囊密封气垫件与组合圈件组合成弹性体气囊密封气垫;弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件的组合圈件的一圈凹槽与面具主体的一圈焊接圈对接,采用焊接工艺加工组合成整体。

所述的过滤件为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件,过滤件加工工艺是先将塑料接头放在焊接半成品的模具上,将由纺粘无纺布、中效过滤棉、活性炭纤维、高效静电熔喷滤材、无纺布保护层依次顺序叠放结构的一面过滤吸附材料上取一个洞,把该一面过滤吸附材料的此洞套在塑料接头的焊接圈面上,采用焊接工艺加工成一面结构的半成品;再将焊接成一面结构的半成品放在焊接整体产品外圈的模具上,该半成品的外表面层纺粘无纺布贴靠模具,接下来先放薄过滤棉、蓬松高回弹力过滤棉,又将由无纺布保护层、高效静电熔喷滤材、活性炭纤维、中效过滤棉、纺粘无纺布依次顺序叠放结构的另一面过滤吸附材料放上,采用焊接工艺将多层过滤吸附材料加工成整体过滤件产品,焊接后过滤件两面各有两圈的内焊接凹槽圈、外焊接凹槽圈,再把整体过滤 件产品外焊接凹槽圈内侧处外边的废料取掉,这样就加工成了过滤件的成品、产品。
所述的密封垫圈为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫,弹性体气囊密封气垫是可变形的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件分别是左半圆弧型密封气垫件组件和右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件,在左、右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件上均设有两圈对接边,两圈对接边位置设在中心面处再往右边移大约50%,用来控制左、右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件壁的厚度,其中右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件壁厚度较厚与面具主体黏合,壁厚度较薄部位设置在左半圆弧型密封气垫件组件上,该组件与人体面部相接触面部位的壁厚度又比其他部位能薄60%的厚度,弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件采用弹性体材料中空吹气成型模具加工工艺。
所述的弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件是敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,所述的与人体面部相接触面比其他部位壁厚度能薄60%的厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件为设有一圈斜形空缝的敞开式的弹性体气囊密封气垫件,一圈斜形空缝粘贴区域的厚度逐渐变薄,在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件壁内设有一个减去弹性体气囊密封气垫件各部位壁厚度形状相似的芯模,该芯模下端处在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件的一圈斜形空缝处设一圈向下凸起的芯模定位圈,弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件加工成型后,芯模从一圈斜形空缝处取出来,在芯模壁外的弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件产品取掉后,芯模为自动复位到模具内,将一圈斜形空缝黏合封闭,在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件内侧设有一圈与面具主体配合的容置槽。

本申请发明创造将密封垫圈为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫,弹性体气囊密封气垫是可变形的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊密封气垫件为敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊密封气垫是用弹性体材料制成,这样既能简化加工工艺、提高了加工速度、又能保证生产出来的弹性体气囊密封气垫质量,同时还能将弹性体气囊密封气垫的形状更加符合各种形状的人体面部轮廓,这样生产出来的防毒面具的密封垫圈,能达到最佳的密封性能和舒适性,长期佩戴不会感觉到对脸部有些部位有压迫性的难受反感;本发明创造采用焊接工艺将多层过滤吸附材料叠放组合加工成防毒面具过滤件代替传统的防毒面具过滤盒功能使用,采用过滤件作为过滤吸附各种有毒气体,去除了过滤盒外壳的自身重量,采用活性炭纤维的整体过滤件重量比活性炭颗粒的整体过滤盒重量轻很多,对使用者长时间佩戴不会感觉到下坠的不舒适感。

如图1、图2、图8所示,一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,包括面具主体(1)、呼气阀帽(2)、密封垫圈(3)、过滤件(4)、头带组件(5),呼气阀帽(2)设置在面具主体(1)的前部,其特征在于:所述的密封垫圈(3)为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫,弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)是可变形的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)、弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)、弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)为敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)设置在面具主体(1)的后部,在面具主体(1)上与弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)对接处设有一圈焊接圈(11),在面具主体(1)上设有一个与过滤件(4)对接用的接头(12),在面具主体(1)两侧各设有两个头带洞(13),将头带组件(5)的松紧带串插在头带洞(13)内,在弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)上设有进气孔(30),在所述的进气孔(30)处设有加气嘴(6),在弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)内侧与人体面部下巴接触的部位设有防滑片(301);所述的过滤件(4)为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件(4),过滤件(4)采用活性炭纤维(403)和高效静电熔喷滤材(404)组合一起作为过滤吸附材料,过滤吸附材料内设一层无纺布保护层(405),过滤吸附材料外设一层中效过滤棉(402),外表面层为纺粘无纺布(401),中间支撑层为蓬松高回弹力过滤棉(406),在蓬松高回弹力过滤棉(406)内设一层薄过滤棉(407),两面为同样层数结构的过滤吸附材料,在一面同样结构的过滤吸附材料上取一个洞,过滤件(4)上采用焊接工艺安装一个与面具主体相连接用的塑料接头(41),采用焊接工艺将多层过滤吸附材料叠放组合加工成过滤件(4)整体,实现一个整体过滤件(4)同时具有防护各种有毒气体和高效防护微小颗粒物两种功能;按照以上所述的技术方法加工好各种部件,根据图1的结构组装各种部件,至此一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器就组装完成。
如图1所示,所述的密封垫圈(3)为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫是用弹性体材料制成,弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)是可变形的密封垫圈,该密封垫圈为中空环型体,其环形周壁内部可填充空气,在弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)上设有加气嘴(6),该加气嘴(6)是用来调节控制弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)的不同形状变化功能所需要;可以按照使用者根据脸形不同,可以充加或减少弹性体气囊密封气垫内的气体,脸形小、鼻梁窄的再充加一点气体, 脸形大、鼻梁粗(高)的再减少一点气体,本申请发明创造的防毒面具的密封垫圈,能达到最佳的密封性能和舒适性,长期佩戴不会感觉到对脸部有些部位有压迫性的难受反感。
如图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图所示,所述的弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)是敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,所述的与人体面部相接触面(319)比其他部位壁厚度能薄60%的厚度,鼻梁处(315)还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)的外壁(317)、内壁(318)壁厚度可以立即增加厚度,鼻梁处(315)与外壁(317)和内壁(318)连接处壁厚度需要立即增加厚度,在所述的连接处可以设有一个台阶(316),弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)为设有一圈开口(311)的敞开式的弹性体气囊密封气垫件,在弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)一圈开口(311)处设有两条向内凸起的对接圈条(312),对接圈条(312)处设有组合圈件(5),组合圈件(5)上设有两圈与对接圈条(312)配合的两圈凹槽(51),组合圈件(5)上再设有一圈与面具主体焊接圈(11)配合的一圈凹槽(52),在弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)壁内设有一个减去弹性体气囊密封气垫件各部位壁厚度形状相似的芯模(313),该芯模(313)下端处在弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)的一圈开口(311)处设一圈向下凸起的芯模定位圈(314),弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)加工成型后,芯模(313)从一圈开口(311)处取出来,在芯模壁外的弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)产品取掉后,芯模(313)为自动复位到模具内,弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)与组合圈件(5)组合成弹性体气囊密封气垫(3);弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)的组合圈件(5)的一圈凹槽(52)与面具主体(1)的一圈焊接圈(11)对接,采用焊接工艺加工组合成整体;至此弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)与面具主体(1)就组装完成。
如图2、图6所示,所述的在面具主体(1)上与弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)的组合圈件(5)的一圈凹槽(52)对接处设有一圈焊接圈(11),面具主体(1)上的一圈焊接圈(11)安放进已组合成的弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)的凹槽(52)内,采用焊接工艺将面具主体(1)与弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)加工连接成为整体。
如图1、图8所示,所述的过滤件(4)为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件(4),过滤件(4)采用活性炭纤维(403)和高效静电熔喷滤材(404)组合一起作为过滤吸附材料,将活性炭纤维(403)设在吸进气体先进入层,过滤吸附吸进气体中的各种有毒气体,将高效静电熔喷滤材(404)设在吸进气体后进入层,过滤吸附吸进气体中的微小颗粒物。
如图7所示,所述的过滤件(4)上采用焊接工艺安装一个与面具主体相连接用的塑料接头(41),在所述的塑料接头(41)内设一圈与面具主体接头(12)内壁直径尺寸大0.3mm的密封圈(411),在所述的塑料接头(41)口下端外边设一圈与多层过滤吸附材料组合焊接用的焊接圈(412),在所述的焊接圈(412)与塑料接头(41)口下端外壁之间设有一圈凹进容置槽(415),再在焊接圈(412)下端设8条支撑两面同样结构过滤吸附材料阻止拼拢用的支撑片条(413),在所述的8条支撑片条(413)之间设2条连接筋条(414)。
如图1、图7、图8所示,所述的过滤件(4)为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件(4),过滤件(4)加工工艺是先将塑料接头(41)放在焊接半成品的模具上,将由纺粘无纺布(401)、中效过滤棉(402)、活性炭纤 维(403)、高效静电熔喷滤材(404)、无纺布保护层(405)依次顺序叠放结构的一面过滤吸附材料上取一个洞,把该一面过滤吸附材料的此洞套在塑料接头(41)的焊接圈(412)面上,采用焊接工艺加工成一面结构的半成品;再将焊接成一面结构的半成品放在焊接整体产品外圈的模具上,该半成品的外表面层纺粘无纺布(401)贴靠模具,接下来先放薄过滤棉(407)、蓬松高回弹力过滤棉(406),又将由无纺布保护层(405)、高效静电熔喷滤材(404)、活性炭纤维(403)、中效过滤棉(402)、纺粘无纺布(401)依次顺序叠放结构的另一面过滤吸附材料放上,采用焊接工艺将多层过滤吸附材料加工成整体过滤件产品,焊接后过滤件两面各有两圈的内焊接凹槽圈(421)、外焊接凹槽圈(422),再把整体过滤件产品外焊接凹槽圈(422)内侧处外边的废料取掉,这样就加工成了过滤件(4)的成品、产品。
如图9所示,所述的密封垫圈(3)为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫,弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)是可变形的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件(32)分别是左半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321)和右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(322),在左、右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321、322)上均设有两圈对接边(323),两圈对接边(323)位置设在中心面处再往右边移大约50%,用来控制左、右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321、322)壁的厚度,其中右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(322)壁厚度较厚与面具主体黏合,壁厚度较薄部位设置在左半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321)上,该组件(321)与人体面部相接触面(324)部位的壁厚度又比其他部位能薄60%的厚度,弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件(32)采用弹性体材料中空吹气成型模具加工工艺;再将弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件(32)安装在面具主体(1)的后部,至此弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件(32)与面具主体(1)就组装完成。
如图10所示,所述的弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)是敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,所述的与人体面部相接触面(339)比其他部位壁厚度能薄60%的厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)为设有一圈斜形空缝(331)的敞开式的弹性体气囊密封气垫件,一圈斜形空缝(331)粘贴区域的厚度逐渐变薄,在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)壁内设有一个减去弹性体气囊密封气垫件各部位壁厚度形状相似的芯模(333),该芯模(333)下端处在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)的一圈斜形空缝(331)处设一圈向下凸起的芯模定位圈(334),弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)加工成型后,芯模(333)从一圈斜形空缝(331)处取出来,在芯模壁外的弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)产品取掉后,芯模(333)为自动复位到模具内,将一圈斜形空缝(331)黏合封闭,在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)内侧设有一圈与面具主体(1)配合的容置槽(332);再将面具主体(1)外侧边圈安装在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)的容置槽(332)内,至此弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)与面具主体(1)就组装完成。
如图11所示,所述的弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)是敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,所述的与人体面部相接触面(349)比其他部位壁厚度能薄60%的厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)为设有一圈开口(341)的敞开式的弹性体气囊密封气垫件,在该一圈开口(341)处设有两条向外凸起的黏合边(342),在弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)壁内设有一个减去弹性体气囊密封气垫件各部位壁厚度形状相似的芯模(343),该芯模(343)下端处在弹性体气囊第四密 封气垫件(34)的一圈开口(341)处设一圈向下凸起的芯模定位圈(344),弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)加工成型后,芯模(343)从一圈开口(341)处取出来,在芯模壁外的弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)产品取掉后,芯模(343)为自动复位到模具内,在面具主体(1)上设有与上述两条向外凸起的黏合边(342)配合的两圈凹槽(112);再将弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)的两条向外凸起的黏合边(342)安装在面具主体(1)的两圈凹槽(112)内,至此弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)与面具主体(1)就组装完成。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,其特征在于:所述的在面具主体(1)上与弹性体气囊第一密封气垫件(31)的组合圈件(5)的一圈凹槽(52)对接处设有一圈焊接圈(11),面具主体(1)上的一圈焊接圈(11)安放进已组合成的弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)的凹槽(52)内,采用焊接工艺将面具主体(1)与弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)加工连接成为整体。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,其特征在于:所述的过滤件(4)为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件(4),过滤件(4)采用活性炭纤维(403)和高效静电熔喷滤材(404)组合一起作为过滤吸附材料,将活性炭纤维(403)设在吸进气体先进入层,过滤吸附吸进气体中的各种有毒气体,将高效静电熔喷滤材(404)设在吸进气体后进入层,过滤吸附吸进气体中的微小颗粒物。
  6. 如权利要求l所述的一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,其特征在于:所述的过滤件(4)上采用焊接工艺安装一个与面具主体相连接用的塑料接头(41),在所述的塑料接头(41)内设一圈与面具主体接头(12)内壁直径尺寸大0.3mm的密封圈(411),在所述的塑料接头(41)口下端外边设一圈与多层过滤吸附材料组合焊接用的焊接圈(412),在所述的焊接圈(412)与塑料接头(41)口下端外壁之间设有一圈凹进容置槽(415),再在焊接圈(412)下端设8条支撑两面同样结构过滤吸附材料阻止拼拢用的支撑片条(413),在所述的8条支撑片条(413)之间设2条连接筋条(414)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,其特征在于:所述的过滤件(4)为从过滤件的两面吸进空气、双方向过滤吸附吸进空气中的各种有毒气体的防毒面具过滤件(4),过滤件(4)加工工艺是先将塑料接头(41)放在焊接半成品的模具上,将由纺粘无纺布(401)、中效过滤棉(402)、活性炭纤维(403)、高效静电熔喷滤材(404)、无纺布保护层(405)依次顺序叠放结构的一面过滤吸附材料上二取一个洞,把该一面过滤吸附材料的此洞套在塑料接头(41)的焊接圈(412)面上,采用焊接工艺加工成一面结构的半成品;再将焊接成一面结构的半成品放在焊接整体产品外圈的模具上,该半成品的外表面层纺粘无纺布(401)贴靠模具,接下来先放薄过滤棉(407)、蓬松高回弹力过滤棉(406),又将由无纺布保护层(405)、高效静电熔喷滤材(404)、活性炭纤维(403)、中效过滤棉(402)、纺粘无纺布(401)依次顺序叠放结构的另一面过滤吸附材料放上,采用焊接工艺将多层过滤吸附材料加工成整体过滤件产品,焊接后过滤件两面各有两圈的内焊接凹槽圈(421)、外焊接凹槽圈(422),再把整体过滤件产品外焊接凹槽圈(422)内侧处外边的废料取掉,这样就加工成了过滤件(4)的成品、产品。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,其特征在于:所述的密封垫圈(3)为中空环形充气式的弹性体气囊密封气垫,弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)是可变形的密封垫圈,弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件(32)分别是左半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321)和右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(322),在左、右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321、322)上均设有两圈 对接边(323),两圈对接边(323)位置设在中心面处再往右边移大约50%,用来控制左、右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321、322)壁的厚度,其中右半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(322)壁厚度较厚与面具主体黏合,壁厚度较薄部位设置在左半圆弧型密封气垫件组件(321)上,该组件(321)与人体面部相接触面(324)部位的壁厚度又比其他部位能薄60%的厚度,弹性体气囊第二密封气垫件(32)采用弹性体材料中空吹气成型模具加工工艺。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,其特征在于:所述的弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)是敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,所述的与人体面部相接触面(339)比其他部位壁厚度能薄60%的厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)为设有一圈斜形空缝(331)的敞开式的弹性体气囊密封气垫件,一圈斜形空缝(331)粘贴区域的厚度逐渐变薄,在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)壁内设有一个减去弹性体气囊密封气垫件各部位壁厚度形状相似的芯模(333),该芯模(333)下端处在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)的一圈斜形空缝(331)处设一圈向下凸起的芯模定位圈(334),弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)加工成型后,芯模(333)从一圈斜形空缝(331)处取出来,在芯模壁外的弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)产品取掉后,芯模(333)为自动复位到模具内,将一圈斜形空缝(331)黏合封闭,在弹性体气囊第三密封气垫件(33)内侧设有一圈与面具主体(1)配合的容置槽(332)。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种防毒面具和防颗粒物呼吸器,其特征在于:所述的弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)是敞开式内壁设有芯模组合的模具工艺生产,可以如意控制弹性体气囊密封气垫(3)与人体面部相接触面每一个小部位壁的不同厚度,所述的与人体面部相接触面(349)比其他部位壁厚度能薄60%的厚度,鼻梁处还能立刻变薄比同一平面其他部位能薄39%的厚度,弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)为设有一圈开口(341)的敞开式的弹性体气囊密封气垫件,在该一圈开口(341)处设有两条向外凸起的黏合边(342),在弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)壁内设有一个减去弹性体气囊密封气垫件各部位壁厚度形状相似的芯模(343),该芯模(343)下端处在弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)的一圈开口(341)处设一圈向下凸起的芯模定位圈(344),弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)加工成型后,芯模(343)从一圈开口(341)处取出来,在芯模壁外的弹性体气囊第四密封气垫件(34)产品取掉后,芯模(343)为自动复位到模具内,在面具主体(1)上设有与上述两条向外凸起的黏合边(342)配合的两圈凹槽(112)。
