优选地,密封垫上固定连接有单向阀,单向阀与密封垫相连通。
优选地,过滤膜包括从外向内依次贴合的第一过滤层、第二过滤层、第三过滤层、第四过滤层、第五过滤层,五层过滤层通过在其边缘处采用超声焊接技术压合制备而成;第一过滤层和第五过滤层均由无纺布构成,第二过滤层和第三过滤层均由熔喷布构成,第四过滤层由静电棉构成;或者,第一过滤层和第五过滤层均由无纺布构成,第二过滤层和第四过滤层均由静电棉构成,第三过滤层由熔喷布构成。
优选地,固定带包括头部固定带和颈部固定带,头部固定带和颈部固定带的两端均固定连接在固定片上,固定片上开设有用于头部固定带或颈部固定带穿过的固定孔,固定片固定连接在罩壳两侧的侧壁上,固定带上套设有调节帽。
优选地,安装座顶部固定连接有凸条,凸条上开设有与条形加强筋相对应的放置槽。
采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过设置安装座扩大了过滤膜的面积,降低了过滤膜的通气阻力,增加了进入罩壳中空气的体积,保证了使用者呼吸的顺畅。通过将安装座设置为可拆卸固定的方式,方便了对安装座的更换,减少了口罩的消耗量;通过设置防喷溅盖,避免了医务人员在使用过程中口罩的过滤膜遭受到携带细菌病毒的分泌物的喷溅,降低了医务人员受到细菌、病毒感染的风险;而防喷溅盖设置为可拆卸的方式,方便了医务人员在防喷溅盖遭到污染后及时更换,减少了医务人员摘除口罩过程中面部暴露的几率,同时进一步减少了口罩的消耗量,缓解了防护用品紧缺的状态。密封垫的设置,避免了密封垫顶端遮盖眼镜,也避免了防护口罩挤压眼镜使得眼镜压迫脸部造成伤痕,方便了佩戴眼镜的使用者佩戴;而密封垫上的鼻梁贴合部、鼻翼贴合部、脸颊贴合部、下巴贴合部的设置使得密封垫与使用者的面部紧密贴合,增大了其与面部的密合度,提高了密闭性,避免了空气中的细菌、病毒等污染物从口罩与脸部之间的缝隙进入医务人员的鼻腔或口腔中,同时密封垫的舒适性高,避免了长时间佩戴口罩时密封垫对脸部造成压伤的情况。该防护口罩通过密封垫、罩壳、过滤系统和防喷溅盖的有机结合形成了一个完整的保护体系,提高了对使用者的防护程度。

具体实施方式
一种新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,如图1所示,包括罩壳1和固定带2,罩壳1为两端开口的结构,优选为倒漏斗型结构,罩壳1底端的边缘处粘接有密封垫3,罩壳1顶端连接有过滤系统。如图2和图3所示,过滤系统包括安装座4,优选地,安装座4为漏斗型的,安装座4内壁的上部沿其周向固定连接有圆环形的贴合部5,过滤膜22的边缘处焊接在贴合部5顶部。如图1和图4所示,安装座4的顶端连接有防喷溅盖6,进一步地,为了便于对防喷溅盖6进行更换,防喷溅盖6可拆卸固定连接在安装座4的顶端,具体地,防喷溅盖6内壁底部沿其周向固定连接有间隔设置的倒扣7,倒扣7的端部呈钩状,倒扣7的钩状端卡在漏斗部8的上部。进一步地,安装座的侧壁上设置有与倒扣相对应的卡台,卡台为平面的且卡台卡在倒扣的钩状端。防喷溅盖6的设置避免了过滤膜22被血液、分泌物等污染,进而减少了安装座4的频繁更换。
进一步地,安装座4可拆卸固定连接在罩壳1顶端,具体的,安装座4与罩壳1相卡接,卡接的方式有多种,在本实施例中,如图2和图5所示,安装座4包括漏斗部8和连接部9,连接部9固定连接在漏斗部8的底端,罩壳1顶端的内侧壁处固定连接有两个卡柱10,连接部9的侧壁上开设有与卡柱10相对应的 旋转卡槽11且连接部9与罩壳1顶端相配合。安装时,旋转安装座4使得卡柱10卡在旋转卡槽11内,而旋转卡槽11的设置使得卡柱10的端部卡紧在罩壳1的侧壁上,从而进一步保证了安装座4与罩壳1连接的稳固性;当需要更换过滤膜22时,反方向旋转安装座4使得卡柱10脱离旋转卡槽11,从而实现安装座4与罩壳1的分离。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,防喷溅盖6内壁底部沿其周向固定连接有间隔设置的卡条12,卡条12位于相邻的两个倒扣7之间,且卡条12与倒扣7之间也间隔设置,漏斗部8的侧壁上固定连接有与卡条12相配合的卡条卡接件,卡条卡接件包括两个间隔设置第一凸块13,两个第一凸块13之间的间隔稍大于或等于卡条12的宽度,使得卡条12卡在两个第一凸块13之间。漏斗部8的侧壁上固定连接有与倒扣7相配合的倒扣卡接件,倒扣卡接件也包括两个间隔设置的第二凸块14,两个第二凸块14之间的间隔稍大于或等于倒扣7的宽度,使得倒扣7卡在两个第二凸块14之间,第一凸块13、第二凸块14的设置分别限制了卡条12、倒扣7的位置,从而避免了防喷溅盖6在安装座4上来回移动。
如图4所示,防喷溅盖6的内壁顶部固定连接有用于限定防喷溅盖6与安装座4之间距离的加强筋,为了提高加强筋的效果,进一步地,加强筋包括圆柱形的柱形加强筋15和呈辐射状的条形加强筋16,条形加强筋16的一端与柱形加强筋15的外壁固定连接,条形加强筋16的另一端延伸至防喷溅盖6的边缘处。防喷溅盖6加强筋最低部所在水平面的高度略高于倒扣7钩状端的端部所在水平面的高度,当防喷溅盖6通过倒扣7安装在安装座4上时,过滤膜22的顶部与加强筋的底部相抵触,安装座4的侧壁与倒扣7相卡接,以防止防喷溅盖6与安装座4之间发生大幅度窜动。此外,加强筋的设置使得过滤膜22的顶部与防喷溅盖6的内壁之间有一定间距,从而保证了空气从卡条12和倒扣7之间的间隔处进入并经过滤膜22到达罩壳1中,当防喷溅盖6被污染需要对防喷溅盖6进行更换时,打开倒扣7从而将防喷溅盖6移除并安装新的防喷溅盖6,从而降低了使用者被感染的风险。
进一步地,如图3所示,安装座4的顶部固定连接有凸条17,凸条17上开 设有与条形加强筋16相对应的放置槽18。使用时,加强筋的端部位于放置槽18内,由于凸条17的设置使得防喷溅盖6与安装座4之间的间隔加大,从而增大了空气进入安装座4的流通通道,提高了使用者呼吸的顺畅度。
进一步地,如图3所示,安装座4的内壁上固定连接有筋板19,筋板19呈辐射状分布,一方面,筋板19对安装座4的结构起到了加固的作用;另一方面,由于过滤膜22的面积较大会出现向下塌陷,而筋板19也起到了对过滤膜22支撑的作用。
进一步地,如图2和图1所示,连接部9的外周部固定连接有密封圈20,密封圈20位于旋转卡槽11的上方,罩壳1顶端开设有用于贴合密封圈20的安装槽(图中未示出),密封圈20通过挤压的方式与安装槽过盈配合,实现安装座4与罩壳1之间的密封。
如图6所示,密封垫3包括位于密封垫3顶部的且与鼻梁相贴合的鼻梁贴合部301、与脸颊相贴合的且对称设置的脸颊贴合部303,脸颊贴合部处均设有凸起。
在另一个实施例中,如图6所示,密封垫3包括位于密封垫3顶部的且与鼻梁相贴合的鼻梁贴合部301、鼻梁贴合部301底端的两侧均连接有与鼻翼相贴合的鼻翼贴合部302,如图7所示,鼻翼贴合部302为弧形的且向密封垫3内侧凸起,这样的设置使得密封垫3与与鼻梁、鼻翼紧密贴合,保障了密封垫3与使用者鼻梁、鼻翼处的密闭性,避免了眼镜起雾。如图6和图8所示,两侧鼻翼贴合部302的底部均连接有与脸颊相贴合的脸颊贴合部303,两侧的脸颊贴合部303对称设置。脸颊贴合部303包括依次连接的上凸起部305、凹陷部306、下凸起部307,两侧的脸颊贴合部303之间连接有与下巴相贴合的下巴贴合部304,如图9所示,下巴贴合部304向靠近罩壳1的方向凹陷。如图6所示,密封垫3靠近脸部的一面为内表面,密封垫3的内表面与内壁连接处倾斜设置有倾斜面308。通过在密封垫3表面上设置凹陷部306、下凸起部307、下巴贴合部304、倾斜面308使得密封垫3与脸部接触的任何部位均紧密贴合,增大了密封垫3与使用者脸部的密合度,提高了密封性和舒适性。为了扩大口罩内部的空间,密 封垫3内壁的中部向密封垫3外壁凹陷,从而使得密封垫3内壁中部处两侧之间的间距增大,以避免了密封垫3遮盖嘴巴,便于使用者进行正常的说话交流。鼻梁贴合部301、鼻翼贴合部302、脸颊贴合部303、下巴贴合部304一体成型。
进一步地,密封垫3为水滴状,水滴状的设置避免了密封垫顶部遮盖或挤压佩戴者的眼镜,方便了佩戴眼镜人的使用。密封垫的材质可选用TPE或硅胶,这种材质的密封垫避免了对密封垫3进行充气,生物相容性强,提高了使用者的佩戴舒适度,并且密封性强。
在另一个实施例中,密封垫3上固定连接有单向阀21(单向阀21为现有技术,此处不再赘述),单向阀21与密封垫3相连通,此处单向阀在密封垫3上的位置不作唯一性限定;通过单向阀21向密封垫3内充气使得密封垫3与脸部的贴合性好,保证了口罩的密闭性,同时提高了密封垫3的舒适度,不会对使用者的面部产生压痕。优选地,密封垫3的材质为PVC,该材质的密封垫3提高了舒适性。
如图10所示,过滤膜22包括从外向内依次贴合的第一过滤层2201、第二过滤层2202、第三过滤层2203、第四过滤层2204、第五过滤层2205,五层过滤层通过在其边缘处采用超声焊接技术压合制备而成;第一过滤层2201和第五过滤层2205均由无纺布构成,第二过滤层2202和第三过滤层2203均由熔喷布构成,第四过滤层2204由静电棉构成;或者,第一过滤层2201和第五过滤层2205均由无纺布构成,第二过滤层2202和第四过滤层2204均由静电棉构成,第三过滤层2203由熔喷布构成。这五层过滤层之间相互配合、相互支撑,经过初级过滤、深度过滤,从而提高了过滤的效果。五层过滤层通过在其边缘处采用超声焊接技术压合制备而成,保证了过滤膜22的密闭性,避免了进入过滤膜22中的空气从侧壁处泄露,也避免了空气从过滤膜22侧壁处进入过滤膜22中影响过滤效果。
如图5所示,固定带2包括头部固定带和颈部固定带,头部固定带和颈部固定带的两端均固定连接在固定片201上,固定片201上开设有用于头部固定带或颈部固定带穿过的固定孔203,固定片201固定连接在罩壳1两侧的侧壁上,固 定带2上还套设有调节帽202。将固定带2的两端分别穿过固定孔203并通过焊接、缝合等方式固定,通过调整调节帽202的位置可以调整固定带2的松紧度,以使得口罩与面部更加贴合,适应各种人群的需求。
使用时,将安装座4安装在罩壳1上,并根据需要将防喷溅盖6安装在安装座4上,采用注射器等向密封垫3充气,通过固定带2将口罩固定在使用者的头部,通过调整调节帽202的位置使得口罩的密封垫3贴合在使用者的面部,使用者对密封垫3进行微调以使得密封垫3与使用者的面部紧密贴合;使用过程中,可对防喷溅盖6或安装座4进行更换。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,包括罩壳和固定带,其特征在于:罩壳为两端开口的倒漏斗型结构,罩壳底端的边缘处粘接有密封垫,罩壳顶端的开口处可拆卸固定连接有过滤系统;过滤系统包括漏斗型的安装座和固定连接在安装座上的过滤膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:安装座的底部与罩壳顶端相卡接,安装座内壁的上部沿其周向固定连接有圆环形的贴合部,过滤膜的边缘处与贴合部焊接为一体,过滤系统还包括防喷溅盖,防喷溅盖可拆卸固定连接在安装座的顶端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:安装座包括漏斗部和连接部,连接部固定连接在漏斗部的底端,罩壳顶端的内侧壁处固定连接有两个卡柱,连接部的侧壁上开设有与卡柱相适配的旋转卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:防喷溅盖内壁底部沿其周向固定连接有间隔设置的倒扣,倒扣的端部呈钩状,倒扣的钩状端卡在安装座上部所设置的平面状的卡台上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:防喷溅盖的内壁顶部固定连接有加强筋,安装座的内壁上固定连接有筋板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:加强筋包括圆柱形的柱形加强筋和呈辐射状的条形加强筋,柱形加强筋位于防喷溅盖的顶部,筋板呈辐射状分布。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:连接部的外周部固定连接有密封圈,罩壳顶端开设有用于贴合密封圈的安装槽。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:防喷溅盖内壁底部沿其周向固定连接有间隔设置的卡条,卡条与倒扣之间也间隔设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在 于:漏斗部的侧壁上固定连接有与卡条相配合的卡条卡接件,卡条卡接件包括两个间隔设置的第一凸块;漏斗部的侧壁上固定连接有与倒扣相配合的倒扣卡接件,倒扣卡接件也包括两个间隔设置的第二凸块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:密封垫包括位于顶部的且与鼻梁相贴合的鼻梁贴合部、与脸颊相贴合的且对称设置的脸颊贴合部,脸颊贴合部处均设有凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:密封垫包括与鼻梁相贴合的鼻梁贴合部、鼻梁贴合部底端的两侧均连接有与鼻翼相贴合的鼻翼贴合部,鼻翼贴合部为弧形的且向密封垫内侧凸起,两侧鼻翼贴合部的底部均连接有与脸颊相贴合的脸颊贴合部,两侧的脸颊贴合部之间连接有与下巴相贴合的下巴贴合部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:密封垫为防止挤压眼镜的水滴状,脸颊贴合部包括依次连接的上凸起部、凹陷部、下凸起部,下巴贴合部向靠近罩壳的方向凹陷,密封垫内壁的中部向密封垫外壁凹陷;密封垫的内表面与内壁之间的连接处倾斜设置有倾斜面。
  13. 根据权利要求10、11或12任一所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:密封垫上固定连接有单向阀,单向阀与密封垫相连通。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:过滤膜包括从外向内依次贴合的第一过滤层、第二过滤层、第三过滤层、第四过滤层、第五过滤层,五层过滤层通过在其边缘处采用超声焊接技术压合制备而成;第一过滤层和第五过滤层均由无纺布构成,第二过滤层和第三过滤层均由熔喷布构成,第四过滤层由静电棉构成;或者,第一过滤层和第五过滤层均由无纺布构成,第二过滤层和第四过滤层均由静电棉构成,第三过滤层由熔喷布构成。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:固定带包括头部固定带和颈部固定带,头部固定带和颈部固定带的两端均固定连接在固定片上,固定片上开设有用于头部固定带或颈部固定带穿过的固 定孔,固定片固定连接在罩壳两侧的侧壁上,固定带上套设有调节帽。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的新型可更换过滤系统的医用防护口罩,其特征在于:条形加强筋的一端延伸至防喷溅盖的边缘处,安装座顶部固定连接有凸条,凸条上开设有与条形加强筋相对应的放置槽。
