背景技术
使载波频率按照调制信号改变的调制方式叫调频(Frequency Modulation,FM),用调频波传送信号可避免幅度干扰的影响而提高通信质量,因此调频信号(即FM信号)广泛应用在通信、调频立体声广播和电视中,其还可以作为MP3等电子产品或手机等移动通信产品中的一项附加功能,提升产品竞争力。但是,在电子产品的PCB板上走线时,经常会受到其他元器件或走线的干扰,干扰信号会叠加在FM信号上,从而改变调频波的幅值,影响收音机接收调频信号的质量。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种抗干扰能力强的PCB线路板及其移动通信设备。
技术解决方案
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种PCB线路板,包括电源线、地线、时钟信号线和FM信号线;其中,所述FM信号线走线宽度与射频50欧姆阻抗线线宽相等;所述FM信号线的周围设置有用于进行信号屏蔽的地线;所述FM信号线与所述地线之间距离的最小值为所述FM信号线走线宽度的两倍。
本实用新型所述的PCB线路板,其中,所述FM信号走线线宽度为0.15mm,所述FM信号线与所述地线之间距离最小值为0.3mm。
本实用新型所述的PCB线路板,其中,所述FM信号线设置在同一层线路板上。
本实用新型所述的PCB线路板,其中,所述PCB线路板还包括基带芯片,所述FM信号线半包围所述基带芯片设置。
本实用新型所述的PCB线路板,其中,所述FM信号线走线区域设置有连接到主地的地孔。
本实用新型所述的PCB线路板,其中,所述地孔均匀分布设置在所述FM信号线周围。
本实用新型还提供了一种移动通信设备,其中,包括如前面所述的PCB线路板。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过将FM信号线走线宽度设置为与射频50欧姆阻抗线线宽相等,同时在FM信号线周围设置地线进行信号屏蔽,减少FM信号线周围元器件和走线带来的电磁干扰,同时减少了传输线串扰,提高FM信号线的抗干扰性,从而保证移动通信产品或其他电子产品中FM调频功能的稳定性。

本发明的实施方式
本实用新型较佳实施例的PCB线路板如图1和图2所示,包括电源线、地线20、时钟信号线和FM信号线30;其中,FM信号线30走线宽度与射频50欧姆阻抗线40线宽相等;FM信号线30的周围设置有用于进行信号屏蔽的地线20;FM信号线30与地线20之间距离b的最小值为FM信号线30走线宽度a的两倍。这样通过采用与射频50欧姆阻抗线40线宽相等的FM信号线30,同时在FM信号线30的周围设置有用于进行信号屏蔽的地线20,可以减少FM信号线30周围元器件和走线带来的电磁干扰,同时减少了传输线串扰,提高FM信号线30的抗干扰性。
优选地,如图2所示,上述实施例中,PCB线路板中FM信号线30走线宽度a为0.1mm,FM信号线30与地线20之间距离b最小值为0.2mm。
优选地,上述PCB线路板中FM信号线30设置在同一层线路板上,尽量减少打孔换层。
优选地,上述PCB线路板中,需要对FM信号线30进行平滑处理,去掉毛刺,消除干扰,以减少信号损耗。
优选地,如图1所示,上述PCB线路板上设置有基带芯片,FM信号线30半包围基带芯片设置,同时在FM信号线30不与其中重要信号线、敏感时钟线、电源线交叉或平行设置,保证FM信号线30的周围都设置有完整的地线20进行信号屏蔽,以提高FM信号线30的抗电磁干扰性能。
优选地,上述PCB线路板中FM信号线30走线区域设置有数量足够的连接到主地的地孔,地孔优选均匀分布设置在FM信号线30周围,具体数量及分布方式可根据PCB板上具体走线方式设置。
在本实用新型另一实施例中,还提供了一种移动通信设备,包括如前面的PCB线路板,参阅图1和图2,PCB线路板具体包括电源线、地线20、时钟信号线和FM信号线30;其中,FM信号线30走线宽度与射频50欧姆阻抗线40线宽相等;FM信号线30的周围设置有用于进行信号屏蔽的地线20;FM信号线30与地线20之间距离b的最小值为FM信号线30走线宽度a的两倍。这样通过采用与射频50欧姆阻抗线40线宽相等的FM信号线30,同时在FM信号线30的周围设置有用于进行信号屏蔽的地线20,可以减少FM信号线30周围元器件和走线带来的电磁干扰,同时减少了传输线串扰,提高FM信号线30的抗干扰性,从而提高移动通信设备FM功能的稳定性。
优选地,上述移动通信设备包括手机,但不限于是其他可实现通信功能的电子设备。

  1. 一种PCB线路板,包括电源线、地线(20)、时钟信号线和FM信号线(30);其特征在于,所述FM信号线(30)走线宽度与射频50欧姆阻抗线(40)线宽相等;所述FM信号线(30)的周围设置有用于进行信号屏蔽的地线(20);所述FM信号线(30)与所述地线(20)之间距离(b)的最小值为所述FM信号线(30)走线宽度(a)的两倍。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的PCB线路板,其特征在于,所述FM信号线(30)走线宽度为0.1mm,所述FM信号线(30)与所述地线(20)之间距离最小值为0.2mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的PCB线路板,其特征在于,所述FM信号线(30)设置在同一层线路板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的PCB线路板,其特征在于,所述PCB线路板还包括基带芯片,所述FM信号线(30)半包围所述基带芯片设置。
