具体实施方式
请参照图1至图7所示,其显示出了本实用新型之第一较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有主体10、上盖20、开关导通机构30、弹性体40以及触发机构50。
其中,该主体10包括有基座11以及设置于基座11上的外壳12,该上盖20安装于主体10上并与主体10围构形成容置空间101,该开关导通机构30、弹性体40以及触发机构50均设置于容置空间101中,该上盖20具有一导芯槽21。
在本实施例中,该开关导通机构30包括有第一端子31、第二端子32以及第三端子33,该第一端子31、第二端子32以及第三端子33均设置于主体10上,具体而言,该第一端子31、第二端子32以及第三端子33均设置于前述基座11上。该第一端子31具有第一触点311,该第二端子32具有第二触点321,第一触点311和第二触点321上下设置,该第三端子33具有第一连接部331和第二连接部332。
该弹性体40用于实现开关导通机构30导通或者断开,该弹性体40与第三端子33保持接触电连接,具体而言,该弹性体40可绕第一连接部331上下翻转,该弹性体40的外端具有一动触点411,该动触点411位于前述第一触点311和第二触点321之间,该弹性体40具有一无声抵压位置412,该无声抵压位置412位于动触点411与第一连接部331之间。在本实施例中,该弹性体40为一体式弹簧片结构,其包括有框体部41以及弹片部42,前述
动触点411设于框体部41上并位于框体部41的外端,该框体部41上具有一卡接孔413,该卡接孔413卡接于第三端子33上的第二连接部332,该弹片部42具有一连接端421,该连接端421抵于第一连接部331上保持接触电连接。当然,该弹性体40也可以为分体式弹簧片结构(如图4所示)或者拉簧式弹性体结构(如图5所示)。
该触发机构50包括有桥片51以及导芯52,该桥片51的一端抵在弹性体40的无声抵压位置412上,该桥片51的另一端设置于主体10上,该导芯52可上下活动地设置于导芯槽21中且该导芯52的上端露出上盖20外,该导芯52抵于桥片51上。
使用时,如图6所示,自由状态下,弹性体40上的动触点411与第二端子32上的第二触点321不接触,此时开关处于断开状态;按压导芯52时,桥片51向下活动,从而使得弹性体40绕第一连接部331向下翻转,从而使得弹性体40上的动触点411与第二端子32上的第二触点321接触导通(如图7所示);当松开导芯52时,桥片51向上活 动,从而使得弹性体40恢复至原先状态,从而使得弹性体40上的动触点411与第二端子32上的第二触点321分离,开关再次处于断开状态。
请参照图8至图9所示,其显示了本实用新型之第二较佳实施例的具体结构,本实用新型之第二较佳实施例的具体结构与前述第一较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施例中,该触发机构50包括有导芯52,该导芯52包括有主体部521以及自主体部521横向延伸出的延伸部522,该延伸部522的下端向下延伸出一抵压部523,该抵压部523抵于弹性体40的无声抵压位置412上。
请参照图10至图11所示,其显示了本实用新型之第三较佳实施例的具体结构,本实用新型之第三较佳实施例的具体结构与前述第一较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施例中,该导芯槽21位于弹性体40的无声抵压位置412的正上方,该触发机构50包括有导芯52,该导芯52可上下活动地设置于导芯槽21中且该导芯52的上端露出上盖20外,该导芯52的下端抵于弹性体40的无声抵压位置412上。
请参照图12至图15所示,其显示了本实用新型之第四较佳实施例的具体结构,本实用新型之第四较佳实施例的具体结构与前述第一较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施例中,该开关导通机构30包括有红外管35、支撑件36以及限位件37,该红外管35具有光发射端351和光接收端352,该弹性体40的外端具有一用于改变红外管35之光线传播方向以使得红外管35实现光导通或断开的遮光件43,该支撑件36以及限位件37均设置于主体10上。
该支撑件36上具有第三连接部361以及第四连接部362,该弹性体40与第三连接部361以及第四连接部362均连接且该弹性体40可绕第三连接部361上下翻转,该弹性体40上的无声抵压位置412位于遮光件43与第三连接部361之间。具体而言,该遮光件43设于前述框体部41上并位于框体部41的外端,该卡接孔413卡接于支撑件36上的第四连接部362,该连接端421抵于第三连接部361上。该红外管35为折射型红外管,光发射端351和光接收端352封装在同一本体353上,该遮光件43可上下活动地设置于本体353上方。
使用时,如图12至图13所示,自由状态下,该遮光件43位于红外管35的上方,此时,光接收端352无法接收到从光发射端351发出的红外线,开关处于断开状态;当按压导芯52时,使得桥片51向下活动,从而使得弹性体40绕第三连接部361向下翻转,使得遮光件43亦向下活动而靠近红外管35,此时,从光发射端351发出的红外线经过遮光件43反射后射向光接收端352,光接收端352可以接收到红外线,从而实现光导通(如图14至图15所示);当松开导芯52,桥片51向上活动,从而使得弹性体40恢复至原先状态,从而使得弹性体40上的遮光件43也向上复位远离红外管35,使得光接收端352无法接收到从光发射端351发出的红外线,开关再次处于断开状态。
请参照图16至图19所示,其显示了本实用新型之第五较佳实施例的具体结构,本实用新型之第五较佳实施例的具体结构与前述第四较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施例中,该红外管35为对射型红外管,其包括有发射管354和接收管355,前述光发射端351设置于发射管354上,前述光接收端352设置于接收管355上,该遮光件43可上下活动地设置于发射管354和接收管355之间。
使用时,如图16至图17所示,自由状态下,该遮光件43位于发射管354和接收管355之间,此时,由于遮光件43的遮挡,光接收端352无法接收到从光发射端351发 出的红外线,开关处于断开状态;当按压导芯52时,使得桥片51向下活动,从而使得弹性体40绕第三连接部361向下翻转,此时,遮光件43不再对红外线进行遮挡,从光发射端351发出的红外线直接射向光接收端352,光接收端352可以接收到红外线,从而实现光导通(如图18至图19所示);当松开导芯52,桥片51向上活动,从而使得弹性体40恢复至原先状态,遮光件43再次挡于发射管354和接收管355之间,使得光接收端352无法接收到从光发射端351发出的红外线,开关再次处于断开状态。
综上所述,本实用新型的设计重点在于,该弹性体具有一无声抵压位置,并配合导芯直接或间接抵于无声抵压位置上,通过按压导芯,使得弹性体向下活动,从而实现开关导通的功能,且操作过程中不会发出声音,避免了传统上硬性碰撞从而产生的噪音问题,在需要安静的场合下尤为适用,满足用户的使用需求,给用户带来了很大的便利性,且操作简单,结构紧凑,方便实用。
以上所述,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非对本实用新型的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种静音开关,其特征在于:包括有主体、上盖、触发机构、开关导通机构以及实现开关导通机构导通或者断开的弹性体,该上盖安装于主体上并与主体围构形成容置空间,该开关导通机构、弹性体以及触发机构均设置于容置空间中,该弹性体具有一无声抵压位置;该触发机构包括有导芯,该导芯直接或间接抵于无声抵压位置上,该上盖具有一导芯槽,该导芯可上下活动地设置于导芯槽中且该导芯的上端露出上盖外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述开关导通机构包括有第一端子、第二端子以及第三端子,该第一端子、第二端子以及第三端子均设置于主体上,该第一端子具有第一触点,该第二端子具有第二触点,第一触点和第二触点上下设置,该弹性体与第三端子保持接触电连接,该第三端子具有第一连接部和第二连接部,该弹性体可绕第一连接部上下翻转,该弹性体的外端具有一动触点,该动触点位于前述第一触点和第二触点之间,该无声抵压位置位于动触点与第一连接部之间,该导芯抵于弹性体的无声抵压位置上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述触发机构包括有桥片以及前述导芯,该桥片的一端抵在弹性体的无声抵压位置上,该桥片的另一端设置于主体上,该导芯抵于桥片上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述导芯包括有主体部以及自主体部横向延伸出的延伸部,该延伸部的下端向下延伸出一抵压部,该抵压部抵于弹性体的无声抵压位置上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述导芯槽位于弹性体的无声抵压位置的正上方,该导芯位于导芯槽中且该导芯抵于无声抵压位置上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述开关导通机构包括有红外管、支撑件以及限位件,该红外管具有光发射端和光接收端,该弹性体的外端具有一用于改变红外管之光线传播方向以使得红外管实现光导通或断开的遮光件,支撑件以及限位件均设于主体上,该支撑件上具有第三连接部以及第四连接部,该弹性体与第三连接部以及第四连接部连接且该弹性体可绕第三连接部上下翻转,该无声抵压位置位于遮光件与第三连接部之间,该触发机构包括有桥片以及前述导芯,该桥片的一端抵在弹性体的无声抵压位置上,该桥片的另一端设置于主体上,该导芯抵于桥片上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述红外管为折射型红外管,光发射端和光接收端封装在同一本体上,该遮光件可上下活动地设置于本体上方。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述红外管为对射型红外管,其包括有发射管和接收管,前述光发射端设置于发射管上,前述光接收端设置于接收管上,该遮光件可上下活动地设置于发射管和接收管之间。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述弹性体为一体式弹簧片结构,其包括有框体部以及弹片部,前述动触点设于框体部上并位于框体部的外端,该框体部上具有一卡接孔,该卡接孔卡接于第三端子上的第二连接部,该弹片部具有一连接端,该连接端抵于第一连接部上保持接触电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的静音开关,其特征在于:所述弹性体为一体式弹簧片结构,其包括有框体部以及弹片部,前述遮光件设于框体部上并位于框体部的外端,该框体部上具有一卡接孔,该卡接孔卡接于支撑件上的第四连接部,该弹片部具有一连接端,该连接端抵于第三连接部上。
