Description

洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机制造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种洗衣机。
背景技术
相关技术中指出,滚筒洗衣机的洗涤剂盒都是通过手动抽拉进行开合和关闭。为了方便用户抽拉洗涤剂盒,通常将洗涤剂盒上设计方便用户握持的扣手槽,然而,扣手槽会影响滚筒洗衣机的整体外观,且扣手位置容易积灰尘。另外,洗涤剂盒的抽拉开合和关闭的整个过程需要手动操作才能将洗涤剂盒抽拉离洗衣机壳体。用户期望轻松地按压洗涤剂盒后,洗涤剂盒至少能自动或半自动弹出,增加用户体验,方便用户添加各类洗涤剂。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种洗衣机,按压洗衣机的按键后,洗衣机的洗涤剂盒可以自动或半自动弹出,且致使洗涤剂盒弹出的驱动机构结构简单,一体连接在洗衣机按键背面,用户更省力地、轻松抽拉洗涤剂盒。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,包括:壳体,所述壳体上设有洗涤剂盒容置槽;洗涤剂盒,所述洗涤剂盒设置于所述洗涤剂盒容置槽内,且所述洗涤剂盒具有前面板;按键,所述按键设置于所述前面板上;驱动机构,所述驱动机构的一部分一体连接在所述按键背面,所述驱动机构构造成当用户按压所述前面板上按键,致使驱动洗涤剂盒远离所述洗衣机的壳体而从洗衣机壳体上拉开洗涤剂盒。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,通过设置驱动机构一体连接在洗衣机按键背面,用户可以很轻松、省力地按压按键,洗涤剂盒就可以自动或半自动弹出,无需用手抽拉。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述驱动机构包括洗涤剂盒前面板上按键背面的斜面。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述前面板具有按键槽,所述按键设置于所述洗涤剂盒前面板的按键槽内。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述按键槽设置在洗涤剂盒前面板的中央区域。
根据本发明的一个示例,所述壳体上安装有控制面板,控制面板上设有洗涤剂盒容置槽。

下面参考图1-图4描述根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100。洗衣机100可以为滚筒洗衣机。在本申请下面的描述中,以洗衣机100为滚筒洗衣机为例进行说明。当然,本领域内的技术人员可以理解,洗衣机100还可以为其它类型的洗衣机,例如波轮洗衣机等。
如图1-4所示,根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100例如滚筒洗衣机,包括壳体1、洗涤剂盒2、按键3和驱动机构。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100例如滚筒洗衣机,实现了洗涤剂盒2的自动或半自动化。
具体而言,如图2所示,本发明实施例的洗衣机100的壳体上设有洗涤剂盒容置槽。洗涤剂盒2设置于洗涤剂盒容置槽内。洗涤剂盒2具有前面板22。按键3设置于洗涤剂盒2的前面板22上。
在本发明较佳实施例中,前面板22具有按键槽,按键3设置于洗涤剂盒前面板的按键槽内。
在本发明的实施例中,驱动机构的一部分一体连接在按键3背面,且驱动机构构造成当用户按压前面板22上按键3,致使驱动洗涤剂盒2远离所述洗衣机100的壳体而从洗衣机100壳体上拉开洗涤剂盒2。
如图4所示,在本使用新型的较佳实施例中,驱动机构包括洗涤剂盒前面板22上按键3背面,即按键3背面的斜面311,斜面311形成为从前到后倾斜向上延伸的斜面(如图4所示),按键3背面的斜面311作为驱动机构的源头,驱动洗涤剂盒2抽拉离洗衣机壳体。
洗涤剂盒2具有与前面板22相对的挡板,驱动机构还包括连接在洗涤剂盒2挡板上且至少有一端抵接在洗衣机控制面板1上的驱动块4,驱动块4具有与斜面311相互配合的驱动面41,参照图4,驱动面41形成在驱动块4上,驱动面41被构造成从前向后倾斜向上延伸,且驱动面41与斜面311大致平行。
在洗涤剂盒按键3被按压,洗涤剂盒按键3的斜面311的推动作用下,洗涤剂盒2挡板上的驱动面41向下运动,致使抵接在洗衣机控制面板1上的驱动块4与洗衣机壳体的控制面板1脱开(如图4所示),导致洗涤剂盒脱离开洗衣机壳体。因此,通过按 键3的斜面311与洗涤剂盒2的驱动块4的驱动面41的倾斜面的相互配合,可驱动洗涤剂盒2脱离洗衣机100的控制面板1,从而抽拉出洗涤剂盒2。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,驱动机构进一步包括设在洗涤剂盒前面板22上的顶出组件,顶出组件具有弹性组件(图未示出),顶出组件与前面板22相对的一侧与洗涤剂盒挡板上的驱动块4抵接在同一控制面板(即控制面板1)上,在洗涤剂盒按键3被按压,洗涤剂盒2的驱动块4与洗衣机100壳体的控制面板1脱开,顶出组件受弹性组件释放的相反推力推动洗涤剂盒的前面板22,进而使得具有前面板22的洗涤剂盒2进一步脱离开控制面板1而拉离洗涤剂盒2。在本发明的较佳实施例中,顶出组件5设置于靠近洗涤剂盒2的前面板22附近,可以有更好的弹力进一步弹出洗涤剂盒2。
可选地,弹性组件可以为弹簧组件。
这样,通过设置驱动机构一体连接在洗衣机按键背面,用户可以很轻松、省力地按压按键3,洗涤剂盒2就可以自动或半自动弹出,无需用手抽拉。
此外,为更方便用户省力地按压,按键槽设置在洗涤剂盒前面板22的中央区域,按键3安装到按键槽内后,按键3位于洗涤剂盒前面板22的中央区域。
在本发明较佳实施例中,洗衣机壳体1安装有控制面板,控制面板上设有洗涤剂盒容置槽;在其他一些实施例中,洗衣机壳体和控制面板是一体成型的。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体上设有洗涤剂盒容置槽;
    洗涤剂盒,所述洗涤剂盒设置于所述洗涤剂盒容置槽内,且所述洗涤剂盒具有前面板;
    按键,所述按键设置于所述前面板上;
    驱动机构,所述驱动机构的一部分一体连接在所述按键背面,所述驱动机构构造成当用户按压所述前面板上按键,致使驱动洗涤剂盒远离所述洗衣机的壳体而从洗衣机壳体上拉开洗涤剂盒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括洗涤剂盒前面板上按键背面的斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述前面板具有按键槽,所述按键设置于所述洗涤剂盒前面板的按键槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述按键槽设置在洗涤剂盒前面板的中央区域。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述壳体上安装有控制面板,控制面板上设有洗涤剂盒容置槽。
