Claims (8)
- 기둥(1) 또는 큰보(2)의 측면에 철골보(3)를 결합하기 위해 기둥(1) 또는 큰보(2)의 측면에 브래킷(4)을 결합하여 고정하고, 상기 브래킷(4)에 철골보(3)를 결합하는 철골보 접합구조에 관한 것으로,상기 브래킷(4)은 일단이 상기 기둥(1) 또는 큰보(2)의 측면에 결합되고 타단은 하부가 예각이 되도록 경사지게 형성되며, 상기 브래킷(4)의 경사진 단부에는 브래킷(4) 상단으로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 제1접합플레이트(5)가 결합되고,상기 철골보(3)의 단부는 상기 브래킷(4)의 경사진 타단과 대응되도록 일단의 하부가 둔각이 되도록 경사지게 형성되며, 상기 철골보(3)의 경사진 단부에는 철골보(3) 상단으로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 제2접합플레이트(6)가 결합되되,상기 브래킷(4)과 철골보(3)는 각각 상부플랜지와 하부플랜지 및 상기 상하부플랜지를 연결하는 웨브로 구성되어, 상기 브래킷(4)과 철골보(3)의 상부플랜지 상부 및 하부에서 제1접합플레이트(5)와 제2접합플레이트(6)를 인장볼트(TB)로 체결하여 상호 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
- 제1항에서,상기 브래킷(4)은 H형강인 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 철골보(3)는 H형강 또는 강판을 절곡하여 내부에 콘크리트가 채워져 합성보를 이루는 강판보인 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1접합플레이트(5)와 제2접합플레이트(6)의 하부에는 횡력저항용 인장볼트(LTB)가 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1접합플레이트(5)의 철골보(3) 측면 하부에는 한 쌍의 가이드부(7)가 서로 이격되게 돌출 형성되고,상기 제2접합플레이트(6)의 하단 양측에는 제2접합플레이트(6) 하단이 한 쌍의 가이드부(7) 사이에 삽입되도록 모따기(61)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
- 제5항에서,상기 가이드부(7)는 제1접합플레이트(5) 후면에서 결합되어 전면으로 돌출되는 볼트부재(71) 및 관 형상으로 내부에 나사산이 형성되어 상기 볼트부재(71)의 돌출된 부분에 나사 결합되는 파이프부재(72)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
- 제5항에서,상기 가이드부(7)는 제1접합플레이트(5) 전면 하부 모서리부에 결합되는 것으로, 상기 제2접합플레이트(6) 하단의 모따기(61)된 부분에 대응되도록 하부로 갈수록 내측으로 경사지게 결합되는 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1접합플레이트(5) 및 제2접합플레이트(6)는 브래킷(4) 및 철골보(3)의 측면으로 일정 길이 돌출되고,상기 브래킷(4)의 상부플랜지 및 철골보(3)의 상부플랜지 측면과 제1접합플레이트(5) 및 제2접합플레이트(6)의 측면으로 돌출된 부분 사이에는 보강플레이트(8)가 각각 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철골보 접합구조.
