Description

탄성 바닥면을 구비한 화장품 용기
본 발명은 탄성 바닥면을 구비한 화장품 용기에 대한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 화장료를 보관하는 화장료 보관부의 하부 바닥면을 탄성 바닥면으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기에 대한 것이다.
화장에 사용되는 화장료를 보관하는 방법으로서, 액상의 화장품의 경우에는 병이나 튜브 등의 용기에 수용하고, 고체 화장품의 경우에는 콤팩트와 같은 용기에 수용하는 것이 일반적이다. 이에 대해, 최근에는 액상 또는 에멀젼 타입의 유화형 화장료를 우레탄 폼 또는 스폰지와 같은 함침재에 함침시켜 제공하는 예가 증가하고 있다.

그런데, 화장료 조성물을 우레탄 폼과 같은 함침재에 함침시켜 제공하는 경우에는 우레탄 폼의 부피를 수용하기 위하여 화장품 용기의 크기가 커져야 하는 단점이 존재한다. 또한, 상기 선행기술은 외부 용기와 내부 용기를 별도로 구비함에 따라 용기의 구조가 복잡하고 제조에 많은 노력이 소요된다는 단점이 있다. 또한, 종래에 있어서는 화장료를 퍼프 등에 묻히는 과정에서 우레탄 폼 자체가 갖는 탄성력을 이용하거나 상부에 구비된 망에 의해 탄성력이 일부 제공될 수는 있을뿐, 화장료가 담겨진 공간의 하부에서부터 탄성력이 제공되는 구조는 제안된 바 없다.
본 발명은 화장료를 수용하는 용기의 크기를 감소시키는 것이 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 화장료를 사용함에 있어서 화장료를 수용하는 공간이 탄성을 갖고 그 공간의 하부가 동적으로 지지되는 것이 가능한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 화장료가 담겨진 파우치와 같이 개별 포장된 화장료를 수용하여 사용하는 것이 가능한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은, 화장료가 수용되는 화장료 수용 공간을 형성하는 용기 본체; 및 상기 화장료 수용 공간의 하부면을 형성하도록 상기 용기 본체에 결합되며 탄성을 갖는 탄성 바닥면을 포함하는 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 용기 본체는 상기 탄성 바닥면의 하부 변형시 상기 탄성 바닥면의 변형 공간을 제공하도록 구성된다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성 요소들에 참조 부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성 요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다. 또한, 이하에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명할 것이나, 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 이에 한정하거나 제한되지 않고 당업자에 의해 변형되어 다양하게 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 단면도이다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는, 화장료를 수용하는 화장료 수용 공간(22)을 내부에 구비하는 용기 본체(20)와, 상기 용기 본체(20)의 하부면에 구비되는 탄성 바닥면(26)과, 상기 용기 본체(20)와 결합하여 상기 용기 본체(20)의 상부면을 덮는 덮개(30)를 포함한다. 또한, 화장품 용기(1)는 상기 용기 본체(20)의 하부에 결합하는 하부 용기(10)를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 화장품 용기(1)는 상기 용기 본체(20) 내에 위치하며 상기 화장료 수용 공간(22)의 상부면을 덮는 커버 부재(24)를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
용기 본체(20)는 상부가 개방된 통 형상으로 구성되며, 용기 본체(20)의 하부는 탄성 바닥면(26)에 의해 폐쇄된다. 용기 본체(20)의 측면 벽과 탄성 바닥면(26)은 화장료 수용 공간(22)을 형성한다. 상기 화장료 수용 공간(22)에는 분말, 에멀젼 또는 크림 형태의 화장료(C)가 보관된다.
탄성 바닥면(26)은 불투과성의 탄성 재질로 이루어지며 고무나 합성수지와 같은 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 탄성 바닥면(26)의 가장자리는 용기 본체(20)에 고정된어 탄성 바닥면(26)이 용기 본체(20)의 화장료 수용 공간(22)의 하부면을 폐쇄한다.
하부 용기(10)는 용기 본체(20)의 하방에 구비된다. 하부 용기(10)의 내부 공간은 퍼프 보관 공간(12)을 형성하고, 상기 퍼프 보관 공간(12)에는 퍼프(P)가 보관될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 있어서, 하부 용기(10)는 회동핀(14)에 의해 용기 본체(20)에 대해 수평 방향으로 회동 가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
물론, 경우에 따라서는 하부 용기(10)는 용기 본체(20)와 일체화되어 별도 움직임이 불가능한 상태로 구성되고, 하부 용기(10) 내의 공간은 탄성 바닥면(26)이 하방으로 변형할 수 있는 공간만으로 이용되도록 하는 것도 가능하다. 이 경우에는 퍼프(P)를 하부 용기(10) 내의 공간에 보관하는 것은 불가능하다.
화장료 수용 공간(22)의 상부면을 덮는 커버 부재(24)가 구비될 수 있다. 이 경우 커버 부재(24)는 용기 본체(20)의 내측벽과 탄성 바닥면(26)과 함께 화장료 수용 공간(22)을 형성한다. 커버 부재(24)는 액상, 에멀젼 또는 크림 형태의 화장료(C)를 흡수하는 부직포로 구성되거나, 메쉬(mesh) 구조로 이루어질 수 있다. 화장료 수용 공간(22)에 수용된 화장료는 상기 커버 부재(24)를 통해 커버 부재(24)의 상부면으로 공급된다. 커버 부재(24)의 가장자리는 용기 본체(20)의 내측 벽면에 고정될 수 있다. 또는, 커버 부재(24)의 가장자리는 용기 본체(20)의 내측 벽면에 상하로 움직일 수 있도록 구성될 수도 있다.
용기 본체(20)에는 용기 본체(20)의 상부에 결합되는 덮개(30)가 구비되며, 덮개(30)에는 거울(32)이 구비될 수 있다. 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 덮개(30)는 용기 본체(20)에 힌지 결합될 수 있다. 또는 덮개(30)는 용기 본체(20)에 나사 결합되는 방식으로 결합되는 것도 가능하다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서 커버 부재의 구성예를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 커버 부재(24)의 가장 자리는 커버 부재 지지링(25)에 의해 고정될 수 있다. 커버 부재 지지링(25)은 금속 또는 플라스틱 재질의 링일 수 있다. 커버 부재(24)는 커버 부재 지지링(25)에 의해 그 형상이 유지된다. 용기 본체(20)의 내측 벽면에는 커버 부재 고정홈(27)이 형성될 수 있으며, 커버 부재 지지링(25)이 커버 부재 고정홈(27)에 삽입되는 방식으로 커버 부재(24)가 용기 본체(20)의 내측에 고정될 수 있다. 다만, 도 3의 구성은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태일 뿐이며, 커버 부재(24)를 용기 본체(20)에 고정하는 방식은 열이나 초음파를 이용한 융착, 접착제를 이용한 접착 등 다양한 방식으로 이루어질 수 있음은 물론 이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서 하부 용기를 회전시킨 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 하부 용기(10)는 회동핀(14)을 통해 용기 본체(20)에 수평 방향으로 회동 가능하게 구비될 수 있다. 하부 용기(10)의 퍼프 보관 공간(12)에 퍼프(P)를 구비한 경우, 하부 용기(10)를 용기 본체(20)로부터 개방하여 보관된 퍼프(P)를 사용하거나 사용 후 퍼프(P)를 보관할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 수용된 화장료를 이용하는 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 5의 (a)를 참조하면, 사용자가 퍼프(P)를 이용하여 커버 부재(24)를 가압하면 하부의 탄성 바닥면(26)은 하방으로 변형된다. 탄성 바닥면(26)은 탄성 복원력이 있는 상태이므로, 화장료 수용 공간(22) 상에 수용된 화장료(C)는 상부에서의 퍼프(P)에 의한 가압과 더불어 하방에서의 탄성 바닥면(26)에 의해 가압되어 압력을 받게 된다. 이에 따라, 화장료(C)가 커버 부재(24)를 통해 배출되는 것도 용이해진다. 퍼프(P)의 가압이 해제되면 도 5의 (b)와 같이 탄성 바닥면(26)은 원상 회복된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 화장료(C)는 우레탄 폼과 같은 함침재에 함침되지 않은 상태로 탄성 바닥면(26)과 커버 부재(24)의 사이의 화장료 수용 공간(22)에 수용되므로, 동일한 양의 화장료를 보관한다고 가정하는 경우 함침재에 화장료를 함침시킨 경우보다 화장료 수용 공간(22)에 화장료를 수용하는 것이 더 적은 공간을 차지한다. 이에 따라 화장품 용기의 크기를 감소시킬 수 있다.
물론, 본 발명의 실시에 있어서, 상기 화장료 수용 공간(22)에 우레탄 폼 등의 함침재에 화장료를 함침시켜 보관하는 것도 가능하다. 이 경우의 장점은 함침재의 상부를 퍼프 등으로 가압하는 경우, 탄성 바닥면(26)에 의해 함침재의 하방이 가압되어 함침재에 함침된 화장료의 배출이 더욱 용이해지는 장점이 있다. 이 경우, 전술한 커버 부재(24)가 함침재의 상부에 구비되거나 커버 부재(24)가 아예 생략될 수도 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 도시한 단면도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 수용되는 화장료 파우치의 일례를 도시한 도면이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 용기 본체(20)의 화장료 수용 공간(22)에는 별도의 포장재에 보관된 화장료가 수용된다. 즉, 화장료를 수용한 화장료 파우치(40)가 화장료 수용 공간(22)에 수용된다. 화장료 파우치(40)는 플라스틱 수지 재의 필름으로 구성될 수 있다. 도 6에 있어서 용기 본체(20), 하부 용기(10) 및 덮개(30)의 구성은 도 1 및 도 2에서와 동일하다. 다만, 커버 부재(24)는 생략될 수 있다.
도 7을 참조하면, 화장료 파우치(40)는 파우치 본체(42)와 상기 파우치 본체(42)의 일면을 형성하는 파우치 상부면(44)을 포함한다. 파우치 상부면(44)은 화장료 파우치(40)를 화장료 수용 공간(22) 내에 위치시키는 경우 상부 개방면을 향하도록 위치된다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 도 7의 (a)와 같이 파우치 상부면(44)에는 적어도 하나의 화장료 배출공(46)이 구비된다. 화장료 파우치(40)에 저장된 화장료는 외부에서 가압시 화장료 배출공(46)을 통해 외부로 배출된다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 도 7의 (b)와 같이 파우치 상부면(44)에는 화장료 배출면(48)이 구비된다. 상기 화장료 배출면(48)은 화장료 파우치(40) 내부의 화장료를 배출하는 부직포 또는 메쉬(mesh) 구조일 수 있다.
도 6 및 도 7에 따른 실시예의 경우, 화장료는 화장료 파우치(40)에 보관된 상태로 제공되며, 사용자는 화장료 파우치(40)를 탄성 바닥면(26) 상부에 보관하여 사용할 수 있다. 최초 제공시 화장료 파우치(40)의 파우치 상부면(44)에는 보호 필름 또는 스티커 등이 부착되어 저장된 화장료의 변질 및 배출을 방지하는 것이 바람직하다. 화장료 파우치(40)에 화장료를 보관하여 제공하는 경우, 화장료의 리필이 용이하다는 장점 외에도, 방부제가 소량 포함되거나 미포함되어 유통기한이 짧거나 냉장 보관이 요구되는 화장품의 경우 소량 포장하여 제공하는 것이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 사시도이다. 도 8은 화장품 용기(1)의 형상을 대략 직사각형 형태로 구성한 예이다. 본 실시예에 있어서, 하부 용기(10)는 용기 본체(20)에 일체화된 형태로 제공되고, 퍼프(P)를 보관하는 슬라이드부(10a)가 하부 용기(10)의 내측에 슬라이드 결합될 수 있다. 다른 일 실시예에 있어서, 슬라이드부(10a)를 별도로 구비하지 않고 상기 하부 용기(10) 자체가 상기 용기 본체(20)에 슬라이드 가능한 방식으로 결합되는 것도 가능하다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 수정, 변경 및 치환이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예 및 첨부된 도면들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 화장료가 수용되는 화장료 수용 공간을 형성하는 용기 본체; 및
    상기 화장료 수용 공간의 하부면을 형성하도록 상기 용기 본체에 결합되며
    탄성을 갖는 탄성 바닥면을 포함하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 용기 본체는 상기 탄성 바닥면의 하부 변형시 상기 탄성 바닥면의 변형공간을 제공하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 용기 본체에는 하부 용기가 구비되며, 상기 하부 용기의 내부 공간이 상기 변형 공간으로 활용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 용기는 상기 용기 본체에 회동 가능하게 결합되며 상기 하부 용기의 내부 공간에는 퍼프를 보관하는 것이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 용기에는 퍼프를 보관하며 상기 하부 용기의 내부 공간에 슬라이드 가능하게 결합하는 슬라이드부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장료는 유동성과 점성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 용기 본체에는 커버 부재가 결합하여 상기 화장료 수용 공간의 상부면을 형성하고 상기 커버 부재를 통해 상기 화장료가 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 커버 부재는 부직포 또는 메쉬 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장료 수용 공간에는 상기 화장료를 내장한 화장료 파우치가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장료 파우치의 일면에는 상기 화장료 파우치에 내장된 상기 화장료가 배출되는 화장료 배출공 또는 화장료 배출면이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
